Estacionamiento muyyyyy retirado del hotel costó 80 pesos por día, no servía la tele, demasiado ruido por la noche no se puede descansar, la secadora de cabello no servía, la jabonera tampoco no hay jabón suficiente, no tiene rampas de acceso, no tiene restaurante, almohadas muy incómodas duras, colchones incomodos

No tiene estacionamiento propio y tienes que pagar la pensión de tu dinero, además está muy lejos la pensión donde guardas el carro. Nos dieron una habitación sin ninguna ventilación y hacia mucho calor y no tiene aire acondicionado y solamente tenía un ventilador pequeño

Reviewed Jul 7, 2025It was our first trip to Morelia and from the moment we walked in, we were treated in a very friendly manner. The site is in a perfect location with just steps from the Cathedral and so many places to visit. Fernanda (Fer) was such a wonderful receptionist. We stayed two nights and every day she helped us navigate our trip and even helped us by printing guides and maps for us. The view from our balcony was great and the top was also spectacular. We will definitely be coming back here on our next visits.

Hotel mediocre and expensive. The room had an unpleasant stale odor. It was very warm-no AC, only a noisy fan that did not cool the room. No curtains on the glass door, so the room was lit all night by the stair’s lights. The white towels were stained. No washcloth, bathmat, or Kleenex. Foul odor in the bathroom. We booked 2 nights and had to cancel one because of a health issue. Cancellation was approved by Booking.com but hotel refused to accept it and charged 2 nights. They gave no consideration to the situation or to the friend who was travelling with me, a client of long date. As we checked out, the receptionist, who we think was the manager, ignored us. She did not say a word or even glanced at us. The worse hotel I stayed ever. The only positive comment I have is for its good location—however there is no parking which is an issue.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2025A very pleasant stay. The place is very central, plenty of restaurants, bats and sights very close by. The staff is very nice and helpful. The roof terrace gives you a great view, the whole set up is a little outdated up there. Inside is has a flair of castle in pointnof view of the hardware like walls, stairways, metall work, doors and so on. The beds I found very confy.
The only thing I was not too happy about is that a lot of rooms have no windows. That of course has negative influence on the air circulation. On the other hand the very high ceilings helped to not feell clastrophobic.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2025The hotel has an incomparable location for the price—half a block from the main square and close to just about any cuisine you choose. The room was clean and accessible. However, there were no windows, and with a lack of natural lighting and ventilation, it got hot quickly and I had to leave the door open to breathe lighter air. Overall, I would comeback if I'm not staying in all day.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2024Todo excelente únicamente vale la pena comentar, el ruido proveniente de otro hotel en la plaza de armas el cual el fin de semana tenía su música en su azotea, en alto volumen, contaminando auditivamente toda la plaza y afectando la tranquilidad incluso de nuestro hotel. Ojalá las autoridades contengan a dicho hotel que afecta todos los entornos de la plaza de armas. Gracias.

It was quite warm in the room and there was no air conditioning. There was a fan that could be plugged in, but it was full of dust, so we decided against it. No elevators, so for anyone with a wheelchair this hotel would not be the best option.

Precisamente por eso seleccioné este hotel por contar con estacionamiento. Muy molesto
