An amazing find. So lucky to have been able to stay here. 1.5km / 20min walk to Lake Louise. Easy parking. Easy drive down to the village. Nice staff. V comfortable cabin (number 1) with great facilities including a lovely gas fire. Easy pick up from here for the Lake Moraine tours as well

It was very apparent that someone on the housekeeping staff took a large amount of US dollars that we had hidden. In other words it was stolen.

L'établissement fait d'un ensemble de cabanes avec un jardin partagé est très agréable et calme. La cabane est très bien équipée et l'emplacement de L'établissement est idéal pour aller voir les lacs louise et moraine .

Pour moi le prix du logement est de 1/3 pour le confort de la cabane et de 2/3 pour l'endroit de l'établissement. Mais les prix sont tellement fous vers les 2 lacs que je referais le choix du paradise sans hésiter.

Room layout was challenging

Brilliantly located to Lake Louise (good 1km walk, best option) and close to the township (can walk if you want, though more hilly). Good size for a couple, has all the essentials. Very comfortable, clean and cosy. Nice views of the surrounds too. Dedicated parking spot a great bonus, no extra charges. Free milk too! This place was a nice surprise.

Being picky - no lifts, so you may need to carry luggage for some rooms. Not an issue for us.

The Paradise Lodge was a great option to stay in Lake Louise. The Lodge is good sized, cozy (including gas fireplace) and very comfortable. You also have a kitchenette and some free amenities for breaskfast/snacks. Lovely views and balcony. You can walk down to the lake (around 20 min) without the hassle of where to park at the lake. You can also drive down after 7pm, when you don't have to pay parking any more and can park easily. The hotel provides a private shuttle to Lake Moraine that leaves from the reception and it is very well organised (Thassos was very professional). Parking was well organised. Lake Louise town is only a short drive away if you want to go down for dinner. I would definitely stay here again! Lake Louise is a great base not only for Lake Louise and Lake Moraine, but also for Yoho National Park (Emerald Lake, Natural Bridge, Takakkaw Falls), even Golden area, and Icefield Parkway (Bow Lake, Peyto Lake, etc), and the Bow Valley.

We loved the proximity to Lake Louise (walking distance), privacy and comfort of the cabin. The beautiful grounds, tea choices and laundry facility made our stay special. Having a kitchen allowed us to prepare some of our meals which was welcome after many days of dining out. Additionally, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating!

Someone in a cabin across from us left very early one morning and their headlights brightened our windows while they prepared for departure.

Cabin was immaculately clean and grounds beautiful. A very cozy atmosphere.

The staff was very indifferent and honestly completely lacked any sense of hospitality and welcome. For the price I will not recommend this hotel or quite frankly Lake Louise. I have felt more welcomed and have been treated with much more respect and dignity at budget hotels. I travel a lot and this experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth not easily forgotten.

From the description, it wasn’t clear that the cabin was one room (but turned out fine because our friend had to cancel).

Lovely cabins - roomy and in a fantastic setting. Wasn’t too far to walk to the Fairmont Lake Louise - very expensive parking otherwise at the Lake. Reception organised a shuttle to lake moraine (no cars allowed there) and we were lucky enough to see a grizzly bear on side of road - great pics.

Everything was great! Close to path to walk to Lake Louise. They had nice places to sit on backside of property even for those not renting one of the cabins. Rooms had just enough space to be comfortable, dimmable lights, coffee and some treats/breakfast items in rooms, and adjustable temperatures in rooms.

Nothing really. It is off the road so you do hear busses and vehicles starting kinda early in morning but only really heard it when opening the door.

Appartement avec terrasse très agréable, bien équipé avec sa cheminée à gaz. Personnel souriant et très sympathique.Ils nous ont prêté la bombe à poivre pour nos randos. Idéalement situé pour les lacs. Adresse à retenir.

Mattress was lumpy and not very comfortable. They advertise a shuttle to Lake Moraine and Lake Louise, but it doesn’t run often enough and costs more than just booking with one of the shuttle companies, especially since Lake Louise is easily to walk to.

Top Lage 15 min zu Fuß zum Lake Louise. Cottage gut ausgestattet. Sehr sauber. Nachts war es im August sehr sehr kalt - wir wollten aber nachts den Gasofen nicht anlassen. Personal super nett. Morgens gab es frische Milch für den selbstgebrauten Kaffee.

Preis-Leistung stimmt leider nicht. Zu viert kaum Platz in der Hütte. Durchgelegenes Schlafsofa. Bett und Schlafsofa quietscht bei jeder Bewegung. Alles ist klamm und riecht etwas seltsam. Kochmöglichkeit auf das minimum reduziert. 4 Tassen, 4 Teller, 4 Bestecksets. Das alles für über 1.000 CAD die Nacht. Wir kommen nicht wieder. Schade.

Perfectly situated near Lake Louise and the village.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Paradise Lodge. It is quaint and idyllic in an unbelievable beautiful setting. The rooms we stayed in were essentially suites, a bedroom attached to a full kitchen and living room area. We called ahead to ask what the kitchen setup was and wish we had been given more detail. We were told we would have a refrigerator and microwave, but we had a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, and cookware. It would have been helpful to know when buying groceries on the way into town. The lodge provides oatmeal packets, coffee, milk for coffee, and granola bars. The lodge is about a 25 minute walk to Lake Louise, which we did with a stroller (a bit bumpy). We took the shuttle from Paradise Lodge to Lake Moraine, which was very simple, though wildly expensive. We loved staying here and would certainly do it again!

The pillows were uncomfortable. The rooms do not have AC.

Die Lage fussläufig zum Lake Louis, ca. 20 Minuten. Das Bungalow war gut ausgerüstet, auch die Heizung in Form eines Kamins mit offener Flamme war schön. Die Terrasse hinten bietet die Ruhe und Flussgeräusche. Die gesamte Anlage ist aufgeräumt und sauber.

Alles gut, was lediglich fehlte war die Gastronomie vor Ort. Die Restaurants in Lake Louis sind gut ausgebucht und ein Tisch dort ist nur mit der Wartezeit zu ergattern.

If offers for an affordable price an excellent location to explore the area around Lake Louise and Lake Moraine. Moreover, the bungalows are spacious, offering all comfort you need. Staff is extremely helpfull and friendly. The lodge is at walking distance of Lake Louise and we hired the eletric bicycles to go to Lake Moraine and that's the cherrry on the cake.

To have diner , you have to drive a bit, but .... everywhere in Canada you need a car.

Location near Lake Louise is outstanding. The surroundings are beautiful and the staff does a great job taking care of the grounds. Everyone was especially welcoming and nice to deal with. My family loved this place and we would definitely stay here again.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. Stayed at three different locations during this trip to the Canadian Rockies and this bed was by far the least comfortable.

The location is perfect. You can walk to Lake Louise. Very friendly and helpful staff! The entire place is very nice and well kept. Very nice also for a barbecue in the evening.

Oustanding location - closest lodging to lake louise (other than the Fairmont Hotel). Beautiful flowers,lovely gardens with storybook bungalows and cabins. Gorgeous views. Our bungalow was spacious and comfortable for the 3 of us. Comfy full bed and pull out sofa was super nice. Fireplace, deck with glacier views. Full kitchen made breakfasts and dinners easy. Perfect for hiking in the day and relaxing at night. Laundry services easy to use. Friendly helpful staff. Need I say more?

Well situated to explore the area. We rented one room with kitchen / one double bed / one sofa bed & a second with two double beds for a family of five. Adequate facilities to cook a meal which is handy as the other options are the Fairmont (v expensive) or Lake Louise Village. Within walking range of Lake Louise (c 1.6 km & a 60m climb).

Not so much the property but the area was very busy so access to Lake Moraine is by shuttle only & all the restaurants are really busy. Everything is overpriced. The fact that Lake Louise, Emerald Lake & Lake Moraine were so busy because of tourists did not pass me by. It’s my 3rd time there in 30 years - I’d probably not go again.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Weg zum Lake Louise. Man kann zu Fuss zum See laufen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber. Man kann schön auf dem Balkon sitzen und auf die Berge schauen. Besonders toll war auch die Möglichkeit Kaffee zu kochen. Es gibt eine besondere Kaffeekanne mit besonderem Kaffee aus dem Ort.

Loved the spacious bathroom, the bed was very comfortable, the view was fantastic, the daily maid service was excellent, the privacy bear was a nice touch, the daily free milk and cereal bars were appreciated, practical and clearly thought through, the onsite laundry, snacks available from reception. It was great that we could walk to Lake Louise.

The wifi was intermittent and we got better reception by switching off the wifi and using data roaming. The Morraine Lake shuttle was expensive, so we didn't use it.

离西黄石太远了，只住一晚上很疲惫，每天要多出2小时在路上，那个道路是乡村小道，限速，还要考虑堵车的问题，旺季西黄石门口每天都堵车超严重，如果不想堵车必须早上6点就出发去西黄石，后面我们后悔了，如果住西黄石门口，7点或者8点出发都可以，太疲惫了

酒店就在树林里，环境特别好。离路易斯湖也很近。房间里设施齐全，尤其热水特别好。

地理位置很好！走路20分鐘到Lake Louise! 並有shuttle bus到moraine lake. 也可騎e-bike逛附近，非常方便！

The staff was very friendly, the unit was clean and beautiful. The setting and location was amazing. I chose this hotel due to the location. It is less than 1 mile up hill to Lake Louise. It took about 17 min. They do provide a shuttle for a fee and there is a bus stop outside the hotel.

The sofa bed was awful. There is no AC, it does cool down at night and there is a fan but my allergies were bothering me. I was aware when making the booking but chose it due to the location and hoped for the best. As far as value, I don’t feel that it was worth the cost. If I return, I’ll go elsewhere.

we appreciated the ability to walk to Lake Louise and then also to take the connector to Moraine Lake. We just felt it made the logistics much easiere on getting to those lakes. We also thought it was nice that they had instant oatmeal, granola bars, coffee in the rooms. Perfect for a quick breakfast before an early morning!

Après notre merveilleux bungalow de Jasper, quelle déception! Certes, on est à Lake Louise et on peut y aller à pied (et encore), ce qui nous faisait rêver depuis des mois. Seul élément positif : le microscopique bungalow est très joliment décoré (je ne dis pas "aménagé") et on peut s'y parquer. Mais c'est tout.

Immense voire colossale déception! Accueil déplorablement arrogant et antipathique. Tout ici est minuscule, même les routes dans le campement et la place de parc. Attention à ne pas abîmer la voiture. Le "bungalow" ne comporte pas "une chambre à coucher", mais se limite à une seule pièce, le lit se trouvant à un mètre de la cuisine. A trois personnes ça devient carrément du camping et on ne peut même plus ouvrir les valises. Pour aller à Lake Louise, la route à pied est longue et moche, aucun plaisir à la parcourir. Mais le pire reste à venir. Wi-fi très peu performant (on est en 2026 que diable), juste possible d'envoyer un message WhatsApp mais pas même une photo. Impossible de se connecter à quelque site que ce soit, même dans le lobby de l'endroit. J'en ai fait la remarque à la réceptionniste qui m'a RIT AU NEZ !!! Jamais vécu cela de toute ma vie de voyageur. Pour gérer un problème de réservation Booking, j'ai dû descendre au village de Lake Louise et trouver un resto avec un wi-fi fonctionnel. C'est une honte! Par ailleurs l'hôtel organise le transfert à Lake Moraine - ce qui a priori est formidable - mais à un prix astronomique et uniquement par Internet. Inutile de demander la moindre aide à la réception qui se contente de désigner avec le plus grand mépris le panneau indiquant l'adresse Internet pour les réservations. On sent très bien que dans un endroit aussi fréquenté il n'y a pas besoin de la moindre amabilité pour faire venir le touriste, transformé en vulgaire vache à lait. J'en pleure encore ...

We loved this place and it was the best location if you want to go to Lake Louise and do some hiking. We hiked right from the lodge and it was less than 20 minutes to get down to the lake and from there we did a couple of hikes. The facilities were great, and the beds were comfortable. We loved having a little porch to sit on and let the fresh air in. This place was worth the money!

We had a lodge room that was very spacious, quiet and immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable, bathroom water pressure perfect and the kitchenette was so helpful! The location was perfect and a good oasis in the bustle of the Lake Louise area!

The lodges are 1km from Lake Louise. You can pay for a transit bus. Lake Louise is stunningly beautiful.

Gorgeous location on the pine forest walking distance from Lake Louise. Choice of cabins or lodge accommodation, though before the summer season only lodge is available. Good time to visit in May as there are not as many people.

It would have been nice to have a cabin as an option at this time of year

Sweet and charming rustic cabins with all the essentials including really good coffee to brew, replenished each day along with granola bars, soaps and great cleaning daily. Parking the car in its own spot next to the cabin, adorable gas pot belly stove controlled by thermostat so we were always cozy. Bed extremely comfy! Views amazing and great location with a little market place in town for essentials and postcards, etc. Paradise Lodge was well situated for traveling beyond and we had an amazing 4 days there!

Unsere Hütte war toll. Der Blick, der Komfort, die Sauberkeit - einfach alles. Wir empfanden sie luxuriös. Wenn man noch nicht eingekauft hatte, gab es Kaffee und kleine Riegel for free um den Tag zu starten. Das Bad war besonders schön und von Innen war es weit besser als eine Blockhütte. Die Lage ist natürlich toll und man geht ca. 20 Minuten zum Lake Louise, wo inzwischen 42 Dollar für das Parken verlangt wurden. Wir haben den Platz geliebt.

Eine unserer teuersten Unterkünfte auf unserer Kanada Reise…. Wer wirklich Kochen möchte, findet die Küchenausstattung eventuell klein. Wir haben aber nichts davon benötigt.

Tolle Blockhütten nahe dem Lake Louise. Sehr gut ausgestattet, täglicher Hotelservice und Reinigung. War ein Erlebnis.

Rooms are very clean. Kitchen is nice to have. Employees are friendly and helpful. Only one mile walking distance to lake.

My bungalow was very close to the main road. Traffic was bothersome. Other guests had to drive past my bungalow.

호텔에서 제공하는 루이스호수와 머레인 호수 shuttle service가 있습니다. 미리 알았으면, 이곳에서 좀더 머물고, 보다 편안하게 일정을 보낼수 있었겠네요. 루이스 호수는 걸어서도 갈수 있는 아주 가까운 거리에 있어서 좋았습니다.

방갈로 형태의 숙소라서인지, reception에서 구입할수 있는 음료등이 매우 제한적인것이 아쉬웠습니다.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. Being able to book a transfer to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise was useful.

Only two of everything so each time you had a drink or used a plate you had to wash up. The bed was very creaky and bouncy. The location can't help it but we were woken throughout the night by repetitive and loud train horns being sounded down in the valley so we did not sleep well.

The lighting in the room is not bright enough.

Cute cabin, wonderful bathtub, comfy bed, cozy fireplace for heat, nice little kitchen set up. Wished the staff made an effort to get us in earlier and explain how to get to the Lake on foot.

We asked for early check in and was informed they would do their best. Once we arrived we were told no one can check in before 4:00. We asked for directions to walk to Lake Louise and were told there was a trail 1 to 3 minutes up the road. The only trail was walking along the ditch next to the road which was hot and noisy. We went out of our way back to take the long woodland trail going past the cabins hoping to find a trail through the woods that we thought we missed. No trail directly to cabins but a much nicer walk even though a bit longer. We should have been advised better. There are no block out curtains but we are finding that to be true most places in BC

The location and facilities were fabulous. Staff were extremely accommodating and we were able to use the clean laundry facilities easily.
