各方面都比较满意。

Good size room, large bathroom. Quiet rooms considering location to major road.

Beds were too firm. Not in town, along highway.

Very servicable room and facilities.. spa was good...everything open till late for us late arrivers..

The size of the living area was nice and the beds were comfy but rooms very small.

Need at least one other mirror in bedrooms so other can get ready. The hanger in the room was too close to the bed to walk by comfortably.

The rooms were clean and and property was well kept. The staff helpful front desk and restaurant and they have a good chef out food was delicious and our server she was awesome.

Zimmer im 1 OG sind mittelprächtig - kein Lift und mit dem Koffer eine enge Treppe hoch! - die hier auf der Homepage gezeigten Fotos vermittelen einen renovierten, sehr sauberen Eindruck. Die Zímmer sind jedoch schon in die Jahre gekommen und es wären einige handwerkliche Ausbesserungen nötig. Alles in allem ist es jedoch ok! Frühstück war vorhanden, aber nichts außergewöhliches. Das Hotel ist für einen sehr kurzen Aufenthalt durchaus ok - da die Preise in Golden direkt wesentlich höher sind.

Unser Zimmer war ok. Wirkte aber sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Es war sauber aber abgestoßene Ecken vermittelten einen etwas schäbigen Eindruck. Personal war freundlich. Frühstück war ok. Nach Golden rein, muss man das Auto nehmen. Für Ausflüge zum Emerald Lake etc. Gut gelegen. Das angegliedert Restaurant war klasse. Bemühtes Personal und leckeres Pizza.

The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning with beautiful mountain scenery all around. A wonderful bonus was the charming restaurant located on the ground floor, which added to the overall experience. The hotel offered several great facilities and the room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

One area for improvement would be providing clearer information about room views during the booking process. The hotel offers rooms on different sides of the property and it would have been helpful if Booking.com clearly identified which rooms featured mountain views. Given the breathtaking scenery surrounding the hotel, I would have gladly chosen a mountain-view room had that option been more apparent when making my reservation.

Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht (auch wenn Hochsaison ist) - zu teuer für den sehr alten Stand der Zimmer (alter muffiger Teppichboden, fleckiger Hocker…)

We loved our stay here. The room was fantastic, the staff were super helpful and our kids absolutely loved the pool and water slide. Would highly recommend.

The noise isolation betweeb the rooms is not the best ans so is the shower, but that wasn't too bad.

I stayed there before. This time I forgot my wrist watch on the night table .I called them and I picked it up on the way back.

The rooms were a little smelly. The 'fixit' paintwork in the bathroom was patchy. The swimming pool area could be a little cleaner. Breakfast worse then the Days Inn by Wyndham at Lethbridge (rubbery eggs, less selection).

The location was good.

There were bugs in the bathroom, a lot of them, there was a sewer smell throughout the room and it was really worse in the bathroom and the sink. There was a giant spider in the bathtub, the ac was not working properly. The mattress was uncomfortable. All in all a very bad experience.

when we stay there for 1 night, there was no electricity the whole night we stay. we message the manager to give us a least discount or refund for our stay. $600 for 1 night without electricity is too much...no reply message from the owner/manager. dissappointing experience😔😪🤣

The beds were reasonably comfortable.

The pool area and hot tub were not clean (dirty floors in the shower area and a lot of hair floating in the hot tub), also with a strong chlorine smell. This is a sign that chlorine is reacting with dirty water. The breakfast was also well below our expectations, the eggs were so overcooked they were almost inedible. For the price we paid, I would expect a lot more in terms of cleanliness and breakfast.

The price was absolutely ridiculous, $460 plus taxes to stay in a room that had patches on the wall, unpainted. We could actually see daylight around the entry door when closed. As it turned out, power was lost in the whole town and there wasn’t one security light in any of the staircases or anywhere on the walkways, etc. don’t know how they got a business license with no standby lighting!!

The pool was pretty good but the hot tub jets didn’t work and the shower was freezing cold

It was outdated and way overpriced for what you get.

The location was amazing!

The light cut off as soon as I checked in and never come back until the next day i checked out. The water wad freezing cold, no hot water. Couldnt event use any amenities. Cant blame the hotel, but definitely wasnt worth $421 for not even being able to use the provided facilities. Should have offered something to make it fair for the customers as we had nothing to do with the power cut either!!

The view was incredible and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel has a great location, is easy to get to and offers a beautiful mountain view from the room. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Location is close to TransCanada highway. Helpful/ accommodating front end and restaurant staff. They did their best in providing a decent breakfast while there was a widespread power outage across the regional overnight.

Pricey for an outdated motel-like hotel. Can use an elevator for older people.I should be able to find alternative hotel for the high price charged.such as Holiday Inn Express. I won't repeat unless both prices have come down and unit conditions have improved.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We paid $1,030 for two rooms, and our stay turned into one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. A major power outage left the hotel without electricity for hours. While I understand the outage itself may have been beyond the hotel’s control, the way it was handled was unacceptable. There was very little communication, no meaningful updates, and no effort to make guests comfortable or offer any form of compensation. We were left without power, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and other basic amenities, yet were still expected to pay full price. For a bill of $1,030, I expected much better customer service and guest support during an emergency. A sincere apology and some form of compensation would have gone a long way, but neither happened. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel based on how they treated their guests during this situation.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel.Each time that we have stayed there we could not get any reliable internet connection.It was very slow and continually buffering.We complained each time to the front desk and got the same lame excuse."The server is experiencing difficulties and can't estimate when it will be repaired".We will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

Loud wind howling through ceiling/roof, something blowing around scraping along the roof, moderately (enough to be an annoyance) loud noise from people going up and down the stairs, could hear other guests talking through the walls. Barely slept. While the rooms are clean, they are dated. Could use some fresh paint. Kichenette was rustic and felt out of place Food all froze in the fridge, as the last guests or house keeping had turned the cooling dial up all the way to Max. Even at Max, food shouldn't be freezing solid in a refrigerator. The speed teens/adults were coming out of the waterslide and shooting across the pool area seemed hazardous, particularly for younger swimmers. Wifi was an exercise of frustration to try to get working and was ultimately useless. Excessively expensive for what it is.

Comoda e confortevole struttura di due piani (l'accesso al piano superiore non dispone di ascensore). Camera molto silenziosa, di dimensioni superiori alla norma (ampio spazio -anche per i bagagli- oltre ai letti, ottimale per essere una quadrupla). Presente frigo e microonde e un bel tavolo. Bagno piccolino (vasca/doccia e wc) ma con il vantaggio di essere separato dal piano dello specchio con il lavandino (molto comodo quando si è in tanti in stanza). Bella vista sulle montagne circostanti dalla finestra. Personale molto disponibile. Presente locale lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Presente bella e spaziosa piscina con scivolo, hot tube e sauna. Colazione varia e abbondante servita nei locali del ristorante annesso alla struttura (ristorante italiano). Ottimo punto di partenza per le Rocky Mountain.

The floor in our room was disgusting. You couldn't walk around in the room without shoes on, because the floor was so dirty. The staff were really not very helpful at all. When asked whether we could sit with out small chihuahua dog (for whom we paid to stay with us) at the at end of their grassed outdoor patio and order some food at their restaurant, they told us they had a strict no dog policy at the restaurant and then suggested we break their pet policy by leaving the dog in the room unattended. They lost money on a 6 person meal. The warm breakfast was terrible and they didn't have enough for the number of people awake and having breakfast between 6 - 7 am. The second night we stayed we arrived back to the hotel to find a group of people having a very loud party in the back parking lot. Blaring music over their car stereo with all windows open. Sitting on the grassed area drinking alcohol and smoking. This party continued on until 9:30 pm and made it near impossible for our young children to fall asleep. Nothing was done about this by the staff on duty at that time.

Handige locatie op de route. Weinig goeds te melden over het hotel, maar het restaurant voor het diner maakte het toch nog tot een ok verblijf. Vriendelijk personeel in het restaurant, enorme porties goed eten en prachtig uitzicht buiten.

Wifi werkte niet of nauwelijks. Ontbijt was heel erg slecht. Eten van ondermaatse kwaliteit en heb nog nooit zulke vieze koffie gedronken. Absoluut zwaar overprized...!

My child loved the waterslide and it was nice to have a hot tub and pool. Kitchenette in room was handy for morning tea. Rooms are dated but kept clean by staff.

Pretty minor really, and maybe it was my family's timing, but it was chaotic trying to get food from one area with so many people. We stayed 4 nights and 3 of the 4 mornings we couldn't get a knife because I don't think they have enough for the mass amount of people at the busiest time. Other than that, we had a lovely stay.

The breakfast was good. The scenery outside the hotel was beautiful, and although the swimming pool wasn't big, it was fun. The view from the swimming pool was truly first-class. The TV had Disney content, so my kid could watch Bluey~~ Haha
