Komplett unpersönlicher Service, Dreck auf der Treppe im Treppenhaus wurde nicht weggemacht. Fleckige Teppichböden. Frühstücksraum ist eher eine Abstellkammer, da ist nichts schönes zu finden. Frühstück selbst ganz schwach. Plastikbesteck sollte es in der Preisklasse nun wirklich nicht geben. LKW-Parkplatz vor dem Hotel mit entsprechendem Lärm.

Big rooms, clean and comfortable . Decent price.

The location was not pastoral (to say the least). On the road, outside the city.. We loved Golden, but recommend to stay close to the river or in the mountains. The industrial area is not where we love to stay more than 1 night during a vacation.

Due to the wildfires in August, there was a power outage at the property. However, this was not disclosed to us, and the rooms were still being offered at extremely high prices despite the situation. We consider this unacceptable and rude, as important information was deliberately withheld from guests while the rooms were being sold at inflated prices. We are still waiting for our refund and expect this matter to be resolved immediately. Please confirm the status of our refund and when we can expect the money to be returned.

Les chambres et le spa

There was a power outage and everything in our fridge spoiled, room got extremely hot overnight and had to carry all our stuff down from top floor at checkout using flashlights.

We were stuck in Golden during the major fire and power outage on the August long weekend 2026. This hotel raised its rates on Booking.com and other booking sites by 4x and more once they realised they could absolutely rob poor stranded people. In addition to this, people paid hundreds of dollars for rooms with no power, no food, no phone charging ability and no heat. On top of that, our room wasnt even clean and there were no linens or pillows on the bed. We had to go into another empty room to get blankets as the only 2 people working there were busy checking in - I mean, ripping off - all the stranded travellers. Disgusting display of greed. I will never return or recommend to anyone to this property.

The hotel had damp smell. Rooms were very small and the breakfast was Okayish with no space to sit and eat.

Liebloseste Frühstück ever, sogar Besteck aus Plastik. Da die meisten nur eine Nacht bleiben, bemüht sich das Personal auch nicht wirklich, um es schöner zu gestalten oder um das Zimmer schöner aufzuräumen. Alles ist so alt, wie das Hotel selbst.

On a bien aimé la piscine de l'hôtel et la chambre orienté vers arrière au calme. Il y avait une cuisine attenante a la chambre, mais on n'a pas trop utilisé par peur d'être charge en plus car une notice le disait.

Le petit déjeuner est mediocre, dans une salle sans fenêtres, vraiment a reviser. Les lits doubles sont petits, les deux adultes peuvent a peine y dormir. Pas tres comfortable. Le réceptionniste est assez special.

Absolutely nothing to like about this incredibly poorly managed hotel with no follow up customer care or consideration after a major regional power outage

We couldn't stay here as there was a major power outage throughout the entire Golden/Invermere area. There was zero help for support with the cancellation and fee refund due to the power outage. The hotel manager ignored the Booking.com request to cancel. This hotel and every hotel in the surrounding area could not accommodate any guests. This was no fault of our own. We had to find alternate accommodation in a panic in Banff for $1000. The Ramada Golden still charged us for our nights stay. This was on August 2 and it is now August 9. I have emailed several times with short replies and no help from Meva Dhami the General Manager. This manager will not return my calls. Absolutely outrageous the way we are being treated in this situation that has made an already stressful start to our vacation even worse. We are out $1000 now not just $400 as they will not refund me following this power outage. DO NOT RECOMMENDED AS THERE IS NO CARE OR CONCERN FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Very little kitchen space oand no kitchen sink, just one bathroom. And the lobby and breakfast space was way too cold.

The front desk staff ( Philipino gentlemen) was not at all helpful. He was very dismissive. Around 2330 at night we started hearing dragging of luggage or furniture and loud thud noises and jumping and running from room above us. I called the front desk and the same guy told me he was going to call the room and let them know about noise complaint. Well nothing happened and the loud noises continued till 0100!! At a point I was going to walk to that room myself and knock the door ! Again around 0330 in the morning the same bangs and thuds started . I don’t know if they were shooting a movie up there !! We did not sleep at all. That’s the $500 I wasted on a hotel room in my life ! Yes $500 for one night and this is what we got. Sound proofing is poor ! My unfinished basement has better sound proofing. Please stay away from this hotel at all costs. Breakfast was poor and the staff were equally rude. They kept interrupting the patrons while we tried to get our food ! They were running in between and dragging carts and cleaning counters while people try to grab a bite. Run away even if this hotel is offering free stay.

Sofa für die 3 Personen, war nicht vorbereitet. Nachdem es von uns ausgeklappt wurde, 2 kleine Krabbelviecher im Bett. Darauf hin wurde uns Zustellbett bereit gestellt, dass jedoch nie frisch gemacht wurde. Beim Frühstück gab es Plastikbesteck.

The staff were excellent. They proactively upgraded us to a bigger suite when our air conditioning didn’t work. Very friendly. Breakfast was much better than expected.

Paper cups in the room were a drag when we were paying well over $300 a night.

Staff are friendly and efficient. Good location help us access to the Canadian National Parks in shorter time.

My friends booked this location 3 months earlier than I did and got $100 cheaper per night than me.

Personeel was aardig ook bij het ontbijt waren behulpzaam. Het is een echte doorreis motel veel werknemers van bedrijven die er verblijven en touristen. Kamers zijn ruim en netjes makkelijk te bereiken.

De prijs is belachelijk hoog voor een doorreis motel het is géén resort. Voor het motel een grote parkeerplaats die vol staat met vrachtwagens die aan staan. Ze weten dat in deze regio veel doorreis verkeer komt en weten hier helaas de prijzen te vragen.

Breakfast menu is all the same. Not a lot of choices. Hospitality service especially in dining area is below average. The server or attendant assigned every morning for breakfast is not changing personal outfit, it’s all the same every day. I wonder if you can give uniforme instead to make sure that it will look hygenic. Service and hospitalité industry in Canada is really below average even in economy class accommodation.

Stayed here for three nights. Allowed us to travel into Bamf, which was far too expensive to stay there. This is a lovely hotel. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. The complimentary breakfast was substantial and enjoyable. Room was nice and the beds were comfortable.

I requested a mountain view room while booking but when we reached there we did not get it. I did not have a good experience during breakfast either.

Vi blev godt modtaget af Danvin i receptionen. Han fortalte om Golden og muligheder for seværdigheder tæt på Golden. Hotellet ligger fint med bjergene i baggrunden.

The staff we friendly, the room clean and spacious. Easy parking.

Cold tile floor to bathroom. Bed needed extra blanket, none in room and was late when discovered this and didn't want to call front desk.

Our booking was not accepted by property, so we had to find another option to stay overnight. Booking.com system failed and left us without possibility to stay in Ramada Golden.

Bed sheets were clean and bed was pretty comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It's convenient to have breakfast included.

The walls in our room need to be wiped down, mats in the lobby should be cleaned. Lighting in the lobby needs to be maintained (it was flickering). The scrambled eggs at breakfast tasted funny - best to stick with toast or cereal. Overall the place is good value for what we paid ($100 before tax), but it feels old and tired.

Morgenmaden var OK, men ikke prangende.

It was great stop on the highway. Clean and the room was a fantastic size while the views to Kicking Horse were kicking arse.. The pool was fantastic. The complementary shampoo and conditioner left my hair soft and beautiful.

The only thing I will say is that if you wanted to go out for dinner on the opposite side of the road it was a bit of a walk as there is no clear way other than the lights to cross. A footbridge may have helpful

Nice hotel. Good location, but on the highway, just outside of town (5 min). Clean and well appointed room. Nice hot tub and pool. Very good breakfast that was included in room rate. Would recommend.
