とても可愛らしい部屋で、なおかつシングルでとにかく広かった！ そして、たまたま角部屋だったお陰で、テラス？に出るドアもあり、早朝起きたさいに星空とアイガーを外に見に行けたのもとても良い思い出になりました。 部屋からすぐ見えます。(アイガーで間違いでなければ) また、朝食もパン、チーズ、ハムなどとても素朴ながらじんわりスイスに歓迎されてるような、派手でなくとも感動する美味しさでした。 スタッフの方も皆さん明るく丁寧に色々と教えてくださって、英語もドイツ語もほとんどわからない私でも安心しました。

それなりに古い施設であるのと、山岳地帯だからか、スイスの文化的なのか、窓を開けて換気する仕様のため、冬以外はほどほどに虫がいると思われるので、そこは注意です。(場所が場所なので、そういうところも当たり前として減点対象にならないかもですが) また、駅近8分ほどですが、駅から一気にかなりの傾斜の坂を登った先にあるので、足が悪い方、子供や高齢の方だと車があった方が良いです。 元気な方でもスーツケースがあるとかなり辛いですし、大学生～新卒くらいの人たちも皆スーツケース持っていなくても息を切らせていたので、大抵の方はホテルの受付に着いた頃にはゼーハーしてると思います。 ただ、ホテルで落ち着けばそんな些細なことは忘れるほど私は楽しかったです。

The hotel was lovely and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good with a good range to choose from. And such lovely fresh bread 😋 The sauna was an added bonus that we hadn't realised was there.

20 CHF to do 1 load of laundry and the clothes were not dry when finished. No way to extend without paying another 12 CHF. Yes it is a third party machine and you have to use an app but property should not be using this program as WeWash would not help us out.

家族４人で４泊しました。日本から出発する際に予約の飛行機が欠航となり、ホテルに到着する時間が夜中の１時過ぎになると連絡したところ、入室方法を丁寧に回答してくれました。部屋は4階最上階で2部屋あり、ベランダからは正面にアイガーを眺めることができました。部屋がとても広くゆったり過ごすことができました。グリンデルワルト駅までは徒歩5分位です。メイン通りを一本入り静かな場所です。サウナがホテルの外にあります。最後の夜に使わせてもらいました。ハイキングの疲れを癒すことができました。

Extremely helpful staff! The people running the hotel are amazing!!! Would definitely recommend it for a family stay. The breakfast was also very nice!

The bathrooms need modernizing. They are super clean and fully functional but they are a bit old school. This is not a problem, just a point for improvement.

This was our favorite hotel during our time in Switzerland! We had an amazing view of Eiger from our spacious balcony, the breakfast was delicious, and it was so nice to have access to laundry. The location is excellent, and the staff super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended! We will return!

ランドリーがあるという表示でしたが　使用できませんでした。３ベッドをお願いしていて　たしかに３ベッドありましたがダブルベッドタイプとシングルでした。シングル×３をお願いしたかったです。 駅からの上り坂が急で　年齢を重ねてつらかったです。もっと年をとったらもう来れないかも・・と残念でした。

Posizione eccellente, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Grindelwald e dai ristoranti della zona. Staff molto cordiale e gentile, sempre pronto a darci le informazioni richiesta. Ottima colazione con magnifica vista della faccia nord dell'Eiger, visibile anche dal balcone della camera.

这是我整个行程中最捧的酒店，离火车站不算远，虽然有些坡度拖着行李有些累，但还是很值得的。前台及餐厅工作人员的服务非常棒，早餐好吃且丰富，房间布置的很温馨，有家的味道，总体很满意！

Absolutely amazing location/views (best I’ve ever seen staying somewhere!), lovely traditional wooden style room and balcony. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Easy parking. We had an excellent stay.

Only thing was ordering the pizza takeaway offered in the evening - one of our pizzas was cold/uncooked in the middle and for the cost really expected something slightly nicer.

Great location, central and close to train station. Good sized room, and even our ‘budget’ room had an outdoor area to sit and a lovely mountain view. Great breakfast too, and we loved how happy and helpful the breakfast staff were!

Nothing I didn’t like, but if you’re considering staying, be aware it’s a steep climb up from the station, which can be challenging if you have heavy luggage.

The road to the hotel was too slanted...please don't carry bigger luggage if you plan to live in this hotel.

Excellent location—easy access (5 minutes) to train station, restaurants and shops. Very spacious room with a breathtaking view! Exactly what we were looking for in an alpine setting. Loved hearing the soft melodic sounds of the cowbells. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast too!

It is a steep climb to the hotel but we were aware of that when we booked. The view makes it worth the climb!

The breakfast was excellent. The man who was in charge was fantastic. He was very nice and attentive. Margarite, at the reception was very nice as well. She let me use the phone to call Swiss Air. I was easily on the phone for 15 mins. The view from our room was amazing, we sat out on the balcony. The room size was good for 2 people, we were there for 4 nights. Location was good, just a 5 min walk (downhill) to the center of town.
