Beautiful and well organised setting. The food and restaurant was excellent, the atmosphere was top-notch.
Nothing..
Very nice hotel
Nothing to dislike
Staff were friendly, room was nice although we couldn't work out the air conditioning so slightly cold. That said I'm sure if we'd asked for help someone would have assisted. Food was great. Being able to watch the cricket on Sky Sports was an added bonus.
We didn't realise this was the home of all football training. We're not fans of football but for anyone who is it's probably amazing.
Great location
Breakfast and facilities were very good
Shower left water all over the floor in the bathroom
Lovely venue
Style and grounds & the most comfy bed
Really loved all of the odes to England throughout. The lovely reception, bars and restaurant.
How expensive the bar was! But we’d expect that. Also there were very minimum in the room, not much milk, tea, coffee. No biscuits or waters.
Clean and modern.
Very large spacious hotel, with lots of amenities

Location was great for what we needed. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.
Bed uncomfortable. Asked prior to visiting to supply an extra robe so we could make use of the spa... No robes were provided at all, we had to go back down and ask. Water was not supplied in the rooms (peak summer)... It wasn't until the next morning we saw there were crates of small bottles of water scattered down the corridors outside rooms (we assumed we were expected to help ourselves to these but nobody had mentioned it to us).
Room was spacious and clean. Luxurious surroundings, including building. Staff were lovely.
Disappointed with the vegetarian sausages. Rest of the breakfast delicious. Lovely meal in the cross bar.
Staff were exceptional. Excellent breakfast and swimming pool, spa area. Attention to my husband's gluten free requirement was excellent.
Dinner poor, especially in comparison to breakfast. Produce generally poor quality...the fish in the fish and chip menu offer was dreadfulwould like to have complimentary water in.our room...consider it a necessity.
The property and facilities were exceptional and the presidential suite was stunning, also liked the swimming pool and use of the guests football pitch which made our sons birthday special
The shower was overflowing but other than that everything was great
Loved all the memorabilia
Location is a bit far out
We liked the location, the room and the spa. Food amazing! Staff at the counter really nice and Isabella at dinner was super helpful!
That we could not stay longer!
If you love football this is definitely worth a stay. Lots of memorabilia throughout. Can walk around all the pitches and see where the England teams train.
Spacious and clean Breakfast spread very good variety
The long long walk to the lift from the room The Starbucks had limited choice of snacks

I like everything
It's a very modern spacious hotel a short distance from the National Arboretum. The staff were friendly.
We arrived late due to traffic and there was no room service or bar snacks. There was a childrens' football tournament on so the restaurant was quite noisy and hectic at mealtimes. The staff managed well though. Working out where to park when we first arrived was tricky.
The staff were amazing. 10/10 customer service.
The staff cleaned the pool during the later “adult time” session with a loud machine which ideally should be done after closing, not whilst we were enjoying our booked session.
Very good leisure facilities & bar/restaurant
Nothing!
Location and fabulous facilities
It was a shame we could only book the pool for a 1 hour slot. I booked this hotel for the pleasure facilities and would have enjoyed staying in pool area longer.
Spacious, clean rooms and lovely staff
Perhaps some biscuits in the room would be nice.
Such a clean, comfortable, spacious and relaxed hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was exceptional. A really interesting location even for non football fans, and the pool facilities were great.
Staff very friendly. Lovely location and the food was excellent.
The sink and the taps in the bathroom are awful. Looks over substance. The shower door again awful when you are trying to close it. The coffee in the hotel was not to our taste. Small things but we are 71.
I live for football so the whole place is amazing for me. Food was lovely, drinks reasonably priced and rooms are immaculate. Staff are lovely too.
Didn't bump into any footballers today
Instalaciones espectaculares para la practica del fútbol
Solicité una habitación con dos camas separadas y me pusieron una cama y una supletoria rompe espalda realmente nefasta
Peaceful
Pool is always too cold
Clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. Especially looked after wonderfully by Rebecca at breakfast
Great place to stay.
Location was good No robes in room No water in mini bar Had room service food wasn’t that good Just overall not worth the price
See above Have all that space why not have a child play ground some swings or child pool
The room and facilities were excellent
The restaurant, the open cold buffet breakfast was full of flies around the cereal bread and especially the coffee machines - the actual coffee was un-drinkable The hot food was good
We stayed to celebrate my fiancés 30th birthday and had a lovely experience. The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, and made us feel welcome from when we arrived. We were treated so well throughout our stay, and all the little touches made the occasion feel even more special. The hotel was beautiful, and we had a lovely time.
There was nothing we didn’t like - we honestly couldn’t find a fault. We were not disappointed from arrival to leaving, it exceeded our expectations.
Good facilities and place
Is very expensive
The location was lovely
Was impressed with the food and the bar area there was only 1 table you could seat at which people had finished a while before we sat down and all the glasses and plates were still sitting there. Staff walked passed and didn't clear it until I asked if they could clear the table. Food in the morning wasn't great anything bakery wise was dry and could see it was from the day before.
Very spacious , quiet , & good service
Air conditioning in bedroom not cool enough, but did stay in a heatwave
Great hotel and facilities. Family all love it.

Great hotel.staff are all amazing they can't do enough for you.
A group of teenagers running around shouting and knocking on doors at night.had to phone down to reception who quickly put a stop to it. THANK YOU
Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Nice and relaxing in the bar watching sport.
Wonderful staff, lovely room and comfortable bed
The hotel is lovely clean and staff are amazing
There was a food tray left outside of the room door next to us that was there from our arrival until the following morning, the bathroom speaker was broken, and the bed was SO creaky and loud it was impossible to move without making a racket and feel like you’re waking everyone up!
Very clean and spacious! rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and the choice of a bath or shower, staff very welcoming and accommodating, the breakfast was lovely all fresh and loads of different choices
The price for the room for one night was slightly steep £183 for family of 4 then £48 for breakfast on top for all 4 of us I thought breakfast was included in the room price until we checked in and found out it wasn’t
Everything was great, the room was fantastic, staff were really helpful and there were even some free drinks and snacks with the room. There was also a chance for my son to reserve to play on a football pitch.
Great location and being an England fan is was ideal

Fantastic breakfast. Everything freshly cooked with a wide selection to cater for everyone.

Clean, well kept, food was lovely The bar staff were brilliant and very accommodating
The receptionist when we first arrived I found quite rude and bit disengaged. Other than that nothing I didn’t like
We stayed for my daughter’s 10th birthday, EVERY staff member went above and beyond for her making it extra special. Our room was spacious and clean, and the grounds for this hotel are beautiful and well kept. Not to forget the new ice baths! Massive bonus as it was a new experience for me! It really was a pleasure to have stayed and we will be booking again for sure.

Stunning scenery and walks around the property, excellent facilities and service. Great stay.
One of the hot water taps at breakfast a little confusing on how to operate.
Loved how clean it was, and comfy beds!
Although breakfast was lovely, iust a little more could be offered but honestly just being picky here! Mini fridge wasnt working is the only bad point!
The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by picturesque landscapes that enhance the overall experience. The parking area is modest, offering just enough space for vehicles without feeling overwhelming. Excellent breakfast with a delightful variety of options. The hotel operates as a training ground while maintaining a quiet atmosphere and offering a reasonable level of privacy.
outdoor space fantastic for the kids

Convenient location for my 11 year old who was playing at SGP the following day
Expensive for a one night stay
Room 06 was the best allocation we ever had
Absolutely nothing However Sat Nav cannot find your Post Code
It was very clean and modern. The staff on the front desk were also very friendly and helpful.
The bed was far too firm for a hotel room, but then the pillows were almost none exsistant they were so soft. It was too much of one thing and not enough of the other. The air conditioning in the room was quite poor too. We made sure the window was shut but turned off in the middle of the night and wouldnt come back on until the morning. So the night was quote uncomfortable due to the heat at the moment. Disappointing.
Great as always friendly helpful staff great facilities always looked after well.
Nothing
The pool, countryside view, good breakfast and it felt very spacious.
We wished we had a mini fridge in the room, specially given the heatwave. Pool slots were limited.
Breakfast was good quality and a great selection for both adults and children. Location was fantastic with beautiful grounds.

Location was perfect for our tournament at St George’s Park.
The service in the bar and restaurant was unbelievably awful. Really slow. We waited nearly 90 minutes for food & the restaurant was only 60% full,
Clean, spacious, room was modern.
Our room was in the area where the refurbishment works were taking place and we hadn’t been informed beforehand about this. The noise wasn’t too bad but it would have been good to know that the lifts weren’t working as we had quite a lot of luggage. Would have expected complimentary bottles of water in the room.
Very clean and excellent facility.
The bar staff albeit not all of them seemed to be a little abrupt. Most were friendly and accommodating.
Loved the room as we was upgraded , the facilities were great and the grounds amazing , lots of walks and nature

The way the hotel is integrated with St George’s park gives it a huge wow factor for any football fan. We had an unbelievably positive experience with Ange on reception, who was the most lovely lady and made the trip for my two boys. The suite we stayed in was incredible.
We were disappointed in two things. 1. The Executive Lounge evening canapés and drinks. We arrived more than half way into the two hours and all the food had been obliterated. There was nothing left for us. 2. The plunge pools in the pool area were both out of order. We were really looking forward to using them so we we’re disappointed.
Fantastic location, superbly maintained.

Amazing hotel! The spa facilities were outstanding. Though hot tub was never avaliable but plenty else to use. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice. Even a pancake station for the kids. Executive lounge amazing.
You have to pre book your pool slot before arrival which i didn't know about but luckily I managed to book a slot for that evening so all was good.
Modern and welcoming
No water bottles in the room, for 200.00 for one night I expected something complimentary.
Location, theme and Hotel is great. We always stay here. Kids have a great time.
There were three main things that made me rethink staying here again in the future. 1. We were in the bar for food and drinks on our first night. It was pretty quiet, so I asked if the football could be turned on. No problem — the bartender put it on for us. About 10 minutes later, the football was switched to another game, and two members of staff started moving seats to the right of me for three other guests, one of whom was an England footballer. The footballer loudly said, “I’ve got them to put the other game on.” I then asked the bartender why it had been changed, and they simply said it was because someone wanted the other game on. It felt like the England player was being given priority over paying guests, and that staff were unwilling to challenge them. I couldnt believe it when i challenged them 2. We hired the 3G pitch for an hour one morning, as it has to be booked in advance. However, another family turned up and started using the pitch as well. When this was raised with the male staff member at the front desk, there was no real response — just a shrug. 3. We purchased an England football from reception after my son’s ball had popped. We asked the front desk if they could pump it up, but they said they couldn’t. I found it odd that such a major England training hotel sells footballs but has no way of inflating them, especially as we have had a ball pumped up there before. As a result, we couldn’t use the 3G pitch properly. We checked out and left feeling pretty deflated, questioning whether we would ever return. Which is sad really, because overall we spent hundreds of pounds in the bar each night as a family during our stay.
The site was very impressive. You wouldn’t stay here if you weren’t playing in a tournament or using the football grounds.
The staff weren’t very friendly, it was quite busy as there was a tournament on but most of the drinks and bar snacks were sold out. The dinner and breakfast buffet were so busy and lots of items again not available - like waffles that were advertised. There was no mini bar or even biscuits with the coffee and tea in the room. Nowhere to get drinks or snacks and a 90 min wait for room service. Would not come back. Staff were also quite rigid with check in times and you had to pre book the swimming pool.
