Clean linen daily big Tv fridge and microwave secure lock on door big bathroom nice night porter and maintenance man ample parking cheap price for a couple of nights
Not very clean Dusty areas stains on walls doors dirty cup under bed microwave dirty TV channels poor signal FREEE WIFI not really happening!! Room quite hot but has a fan pillows hard staff seemed stressed and not very happy feel the hotel is struggling to keep up good standards
very dusty stains on quilt cover and pillows
Good location, private hotel’s car park, large room
The man at reception was absolutely lovely, he kindly upgraded us to a suite which was amazing. Could not fault the hotel at all!
Nothing!
Cheap, clean sheets. Very fast fuss-free check in and check out. Free parking. Close to Wetherspoons.
On one hand I don't like to moan, especially for a very affordable place booked last minute. But this was disappointing even for the price. Headboard chipped and worn out. A wall-mounted hair dryer from the 1980s. Showerhead was broken (leaked around the base so I took it off an used the hose). The period fireplace was full of dust and debris. The bathroom had a creepy cupboard with old pipes in it. Window wouldnt shut properly. The hotel facilities like the bar were closed for renovation which felt quite ghostly. I didnt really like hanging around in the room but thankfully Wetherspoons is only a 5 minute walk away. Honestly its a fuss-free place to sleep with a roof that I should be grateful for but I wish I had splurged just a little more and got a Premier Inn or an Ibis.
I love the Elizabeth sutie was perfect The decor and layout if room itself was gorgeous
That the bath spa didn't work and couldnt use the coffee table as it was being used for a tea station
Excellent accommodation - a "home from home". Amazing suite of rooms. Good town centre location (very quiet despite the busy location). Staff on duty 24 hours.
No power point or shaver point in the bathroom. Needed a glass in the bathroom and sugar for the tea/coffee which I expected to be in the room. Very open car park (but no problems)
No very much
The staff
I booked the hotel in a rush.on the same day i was due to arrive. I had no idea i booked a suite room which had a full kitchen, downstairs and upstairs. the receptionist personally showed me to my room. really good value for money with it costing £90 a night.
They needed to have oven gloves in the kitchen. I ended up using a hand towel to get the food out the oven
The fact that it was available
The place needs a renovation
Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and we felt like they genuinely cared about the wellbeing of our children and their comfort. Our room was very spacious, very comforfable, quiet, clean and with the most beautiful WC. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel both times for when our son does football tournaments at St George's Park, definitely making this hotel our staple whenever we have to come back to the area.
Good location
Facilitias are in very poor quality, staff is not friendly. Not worth the price.
Close to centre parking.
Noisy floor boards
The price
Good parking, good value, clean room and bathroom. Excellent late check in by the night porter. Fridge and microwave.
Bed was really hard and I think the pillows have been carved from wood. Bathroom, although very clean looked shabby… needed re tiling. Curtains could do with a run through the washing machine.
Parking and central location. Room nice had a fridge.
Room upgrade meaning great value for money. Tea and coffee available. Fridge in room to store food, drinks and alcohol. No complaints at all.
Good location, bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and the free bottled water was a great bonus
Room wasn't cleaned very well or at all the night I had it. I thought £95 per night was very expensive considering how unclean it was. The bath was very small, I'm not a big bloke and I felt squished in it and the shower was terrible.
Needs a 21st century update but nostalgia is good too
Air-conditioning needs an immediate update, bed was a tad soft
Fietsen konden binnen gestald worden
Gedateerde inrichting op loopafstand centrum
Everything but is hounted

Este amplasat într-o zonă plăcută ,iar locația este interesantă
Totul vechi , miros închis ,apa rece ,apa la robinet curge când vrea, aerul nu merge, telecomanda TV la fel…
The beds are comfortable
No working light in the bathroom had to go down and he said it was too late to change rooms and gave us an extension lead to put lamps in the bathroom No fan in the room
Taille de la chambre et salle de bain, et bien insonorisé
Le matelas a ressort pas tres agreable
It was spacious, clean and warm. Coffee was welcomed. Great value for money. There was a hot tub in the room, which I may try on my next stay.
There's nothing I didn't like.
Its a nice hotel with friendly staff. I had a great nights sleep
Bath water runs to slow. But still had a relaxing bath.
Location and price and clean
Really tired needs a bit of money spent on it
Worse hotel ever
Great size of the apartment and a big carpark
Slightly squeaky floor
There wasn’t one
Run down freezer over frosting full of somebody else’s bear not clean
Absolute bargain, close to the centre and clean
Comfortable private suite, perfect for what I needed and great value for money
Kitchen could be better equipped, pans, cutlery, bottle opener etc, but it was fine for a one night stay.
Beautiful clean
Pillows were really thin and hard
Lovely 2 storey apartment within the hotel with full kitchen
Noisy water feature outside apartment and no kitchen equipment so couldn't use the appliances.
Not much. Convenient location
Old fashioned, very quirky
Ideal location - car parking availability a bonus in the centre - room only accommodation perfectly adequate for a one night stay. Food venues easily reached on foot

Good location with free parking.
I stay here for convenience and friendly, helpful staff. The beds are not the softest, but it’s quiet and in a great location

Everything
The lady that checked us in was nice.
Groups of long term(?) Residents loitering around the car part and entrance. Made us feel unsafe. Footprints up the walls of room. Dirt/dust everywhere. Microwave appeared to have been dropkicked across the room. Water left in kettle. Room was so hot it was cooler outside, (hot summer weather) we had to go buy a fan to even attempt sleep. No breakfast which is just as well given the state of the room I wouldn't trust any food served there. Nice view of a roof and a wall through dirty windows. Called the Three Queens had reference to two, it's a mystery to who the third one was?
location
window barely opened so really hot. shower leaked on floor and couldnt' trun off towel heater rack when it was 35 degrees C in room
Good location and friendly helpful staff. Good car park.
Tv did not work due to weak signal.Shower did not work at all well due to very poor water pressure.
Found it hard to believe upon arrival no Bar and no Food served on the premises
Lack of Food and Drinks
Good
No wine glass in the room
Close to the city centre, reasonably priced.

It was a nice comfortable hotel , i would say aimed at workman or business men
The hotel doesn't do food but has the facilities onsite
Near the town. Good facilities. Water In Bottles available.
Could do with updating, very dated.
Perfect location and free parking during your stay.
Guests alarm/talking loundly/music going off at the early hours.
Incredible value for money; at the price paid I wasn't expecting much but room was a good size, bath even had a jacuzi function. Convenient location for town centre, ample parking available.
Area and exterior of hotel looks a bit run-down. No breakfast available but easy walk into town centre, where there are many choices.
This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I asked if I could have a late check out of just 30 minutes and they said if I was so much as 1 minute late checking out they would fine by £28. Do not stay here.
There was nothing good about this hotel, one of the worst I have stayed in in the UK.
Nothing
Large car park. Central location. Staff were polite, friendly and pleasant
It is obvious this was once a very nice place. While clean it is looking tired now. The room is in need of refurbishment along with rest of the hotel. Staff on reception were polite but greeted with receptionist dressed in a tracksuit.
Amazing clean and very kind staff
They should’ve been more than one staff at the desk after witnessing a member staff that was assaulted by a man that was staying at the hotel not happy about that incident needs to be investigated into and prosecuted should be sercitity at the hotel
Every thing good
Every thing good
It had everything I needed for an overnight stay.
There was nothing that stood out to me as being dislikeable.
Comfortable bed
Staff was useless. Me n partner was on date night away and we was in our room having sex at round midnight and 2 men open our door using a key card and which was terrible . I went done down stairs and they didnt do anything . My partner didnt feel safe in there anymore so we left the hotel and never return. . No manger available.
No breakfast on offer. Room was good, clean, good size and cosy.

Location
The location is great, and it has free parking. The room is clean and comfortable, but not very large. The hotel also gives out free bottled water. It is an old property, which is nice as it does have character. There are plenty of places to eat withing a short walking distance.
The hotel does not seem to have been decorated or updated for a long time and is starting to look a bit tired, they no longer serve food.
Nice sizeable room. Cosy decor. Great price. My experience was far different to many of the negative reviews. Room had the usual kettle, fridge, condiments and even a microwave! Very good size TV unlike many other 15"tvs in other hotels. Has free WiFi but I didn't use it.
Lighting in the room was not good enough, lots of different lights, just no output. Bathroom had numerous broken tiles and very poor overall finish, but the actual items(shower, bath, sinks etc...) were fine.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a microwave, kettle and fridge in the room which was handy as visiting for a hockey camp for my son
Really friendly staff, very spacious room and bathroom, fridge and microwave in room
Sheets were stained, carpet stained
Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money and quite close to local shops and puba
The building definitely looks built during the Queen Mother's reign
Free Parking Bathroom large, plenty of hot water
Breakfast no food available Wetherspoons not far tho 👌
Location and price
A bit cramped in the room
Location quite central. Pleasant older property. Comfortable bed in sizeable room. Large bathroom with bath.
Careful on stairs.
The staff were friendly, free parking was also a bonus. The room was actually lovely, with a comfy bed and lots of space.
Some of the facilities in the room didn’t work, but it didn’t impact on the comfort of the stay as the essentials were covered. Some of the furniture was stained, clearly from being old.
Spacious apartment with double bed and sofa bed. Good kitchen and huge bathroom
