Buffet breakfast was great, staff extremely friendly pet friendly my dog loved the balcony. We loved our room. Loved the bay view. Perfect vacation. Staff already was told we will return next year.

Breakfast was good and the people manning the breakfast area were very friendly and kept everything clean and filled up.

Liked breakfast, yummy waffles with delicious toppings. It was just very crowded since it was Labor Day weekend. The pool was very nice, and the fitness center had a peloton and was nice.

Breakfast was good! Lots of different options. Staff was nice and responded quickly when we needed the curtain fixed in our room.

Could be a little more cleaned, and the price you pay the coffee pot could be a little bigger and provide more seating like another chair or bigger couch, especially in the rooms with two beds. The bed for the pullout couch was very very thin so you felt the bars underneath. Also for rooms with more popes provide an extra parking spots, thankfully there was street parking but definitely another parking spot including for rooms with more people.

We requested a crib for our toddler . We were told that it would be brought to us shortly but after almost 2 hours of waiting, nothing came. I went to the front desk asking myself, they said, “ oh we are out of the cribs now.” A hotel like this should never be so. Before I confirmed the booking, I put that we have a toddler, which means a crib would be needed for him to comfortably sleep in. Won’t go again to this place .

We enjoyed everything about the property, the room was beautiful, spacious, and clean.

The property was clean and updated. We loved the location and the amenities, fitness room, pool, etc. Our room was spacious and with a family of four, we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The breakfast was nice, it gave us a reason to meet in the mornings with everyone in our party. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed our stay.

It was a 5-minute walk to the beach. We could see dolphins from our 5th-floor hotel room! The pool had a great view of the sound, and we saw some cool birds. The hotel lobby was spacious and comfortable. Our king suite room was big and beautiful. I love that breakfast went until 10 am each day.

When I booked I requested non-down bedding, and got a message saying that would not be a problem. But two of the pillows were down. I love Hampton breakfast, except the scrambled eggs are really watery and gross.

Our room on the 3rd floor, 315, is right next to the elevator, and all night it’s been very noisy every other second! Couldn’t sleep at all after a day of activities, feeling exhausted. We went to the front desk, but they said there’s no more availability. They provided us with earplugs, and possibly some points? I have paid close to $1500 for a two-night stay, and really don't expect this issue. I can't imagine in the future some family assigned to this room for a vacation; it’s a total nightmare.

I didn't like that you had to request your room be cleaned everyday. It was supposed to be done each day, but we had to call the front desk each time and request service.

Avoid this location! The General Manager, Melissa, is one of the worst “hospitality” workers I’ve ever encountered, and this location has the worst cuatomer service and professionalism that I have ever encountered as a loyal Hilton Honors member for years. Just booked multiple upcoming stays at Marriott locations based purely on Melissa’s poor service and this location.

Completely disappointed with customer service. I booked less than 24 hrs ago and made a mistake. I kindly asked for a refund, the stay is not until October. They refused to make an exception. They would absolutely rebook this room given the event that weekend and I found my mistake so quickly. It’s truly disappointing they couldn’t make an exception. So now I’m out a 3 night stay at their inflated rate. Going forward, I’ll pay more to stay somewhere else due to their lack of compassion and customer service.

Since I stay at this hotel every year for an annual conference at the nearby convention center, I am very familiar with this hotel. I've noticed a drop in customer service a d competency at the front desk. They made constant mistakes throughout my stay and my checkout. They were so bad that I began to consider staying somewhere else next year. Now for some positives. The breakfast service and food was good, the room was very clean, very nice cleaning service, and the view of the bay was beautiful.

Breakfast was only okay wish there was bacon, the room view on the 5th floor of the bay was amazing. The shower head, sink overflow drain and tub overflow drain were a little dirty but they are not commonly checked. Staff was very nice and although the fixtures in the pool room were a little rusty the inside pool and hot tub are heated and very nice and the outside pool was a little too cold this time of year. Great location all though pretty far from the board walk to walk there.

The property was spacious and clean. Decor throughout the hotel was updated and nice!

I didn’t like how I had to go down to the lobby to retrieve extra towels instead of having it sent to me by a night porter!

Long-time Hilton Honors member and this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. My spouse is retired military with over 20 years of service and a 70% disability rating. We booked what appeared to be a military/government discounted rate through Hilton’s booking system after searching military/government and senior rates. The reservation was confirmed at approximately $257. When we arrived, the hotel refused to honor the confirmed rate because they said the rate required official government travel orders. We presented military ID, but were told that wasn’t sufficient. At that point, our only choices were to lose our prepaid deposit and try to find another hotel on Memorial Day weekend or pay dramatically inflated rates. The final charges exceeded $600. Our issue is not that hotels have policies regarding government rates. The issue is that the booking process and confirmation did not clearly disclose that official travel orders were mandatory before accepting the reservation and deposit. We attempted to resolve this directly with both the hotel and Hilton Corporate, but no adjustment or meaningful resolution was offered. Very disappointing experience, especially for loyal Hilton customers and military families.

Stay was as expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. The late checkout option was really useful for a late flight.

Didn't like the bed & pillows, for the amount of money that was paid I thought bed & pillows would be more comfortable, woke up each morning with a sore neck having to use two pillows to sleep on and they weren't good pillows so, bed could have been a little more comfortable, I mean honestly the amount of money that is being taken in from mid spring till September you could make the beds more comfortable. Plus it was a suite I'm guessing so expected a little more. I mean for a HILTON hotel I expected more comfort for sleeping.

We spent one night midweek offseason, we were in town for a funeral. Front desk was courteous, room clean and nicely maintained. The thermostat was touchy - it was 66 when we got to the room and took several minutes of fiddling to get the heat to come on. Our room faced Coastal Highway. Since it was mid-February there wasn’t much traffic late at night, but it was audible. I suspect it could be bothersome in the warmer months. Breakfast was good, and we really enjoyed the view over the bay. The outdoor pool area was lovely, but at 25 degrees we didn’t venture out. The price was right and we had a good stay.

The indoor pool was nice, the hot tub was not working properly. The breakfast was good. Close to restaurants and Ocean City. I could see the ocean from my room and the sunrise.

Breakfast was not very good. Coffee was actually horrible. The waffle maker and pre-made pastries were decent. Eggs, bacon, sausage, and fruits were all poor quality.

Hot tub was broken for the entire stay, pillows were super flat no matter how many you stacked. Mattresses were very firm, no ceiling fan in the bathroom, the balcony lights were very bright and could not be turned off.

We have stayed here multiple times always a great stay !

The front desk person was rude . She kept telling my husband the room wasn’t ready an hour and half after check in so we asked to sit in the lobby she then was rude to our teenagers who were just checking out the outdoor pool .

The balcony’s and the view were amazing.

Breakfast was very good! Morning staff that does the breakfast are amazing and friendly. Front desk was a little dry but did have a good smile on at all times! Everything was very clean and pool was perfect with the hot tub!

Our room was about 2 doors down from the elevator and on the same side so every time someone was on it we would hear it. The first night is was really hard to sleep because it was up and down all night long.

The noise from the elevator was loud and distracting. Comforter was way to heavy.pool was not heated. Need changing room with lockers if u are alone. Tv only has 3 channels, but front desk fixed that. Should have sign for after hours that u need the key card to come in. Didnt realize it was pet friendly...way to many dogs in hotel, too much barking early hours and in hallway. Dont like idea that dogs were in my room prior. What if i were allergic. Pillows were terrible, you sank down. No support when u sat up to watch tv. Could have 2 options in the closet. Parking spaces were tight
