Ótima localização, bom custo benefício

Quarto muito pequeno, se pretender passar algum tempo no hotel ou tiver muita bagagem, melhor reservar um quarto maior. Limpeza do quarto só é feita a cada 3 dias.

De kamer was best wel gehorig. Ik sliep op de 4e etage en hoorde nog steeds de weg erg goed en vooral ook al mijn buren op de gang en in hun kamers.

Fairly close to St Pancras station. Good continental breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfortable room which was clean and bright with a double aspect window. Good A/C controlled in-room.

This is the hotel for those on a budget. It is a couple of blocks from King's Cross and St Pancras stations. Lots of eateries, stores, on sites. The room was very clean. The facilities were very wheelchair friendly. Across the street was Lucas Arms Pub. We had great meals there. We also met great locals to chat with.

We didn't see any negatives.Budget find.

Établissement propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est particulièrement aimable et accueillant. L’hôtel est également bien situé, ce qui est un véritable avantage. La chambre est certes un peu petite, mais cela ne pose aucun problème pour un court séjour. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et recommandons cet établissement.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig zu den Railway Stations St. Pancras (International) und Kings Cross. Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis und sehr freundliches Personal.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber es ist alles da was man braucht.

It is a VERY small dislike but the toilet door does not shut it pulls too and has small gaps in the top and bottom , it just affected privacy.

Super close to kings cross station. Quiet rooms.

Could not for the life of us figure out how to turn off the bathroom light at night and the bathroom door doesn’t stay closed on its own. Also elevator is extremely small. Like I’ve never been in a smaller elevator before in my life and I live in Tokyo.

La posizione è ottima vicino alla stazione.

Camera e bagno molto piccoli, la pulizia e il cambio biancheria non vengono effettuati se non oltre i 3 gg di soggiorno, colazione scarsa e sempre uguale.

La ubicación , es muy conveniente si tienes que tomar un tren desde kingscross.

It's conveniently located near kings cross station. After reading other reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by our room. Clean and organised with good lighting.

Location good near to King Cross Underground & Train Station.

Window Room also very congested difficult to move around even for 2 people with No cupboard or space to keep bag, No refrigerator or kettle. Breakfast very Basic continental with not much choice & variety for all 5 days same, even bananas were green not ripe & staff not helpful at breakfast table.

De ligging was fijn, zo vanuit de Eurostar trein lopend naar je Hotel. Levendig gebied. Prima ontbijt, vriendelijke medewerkers, schone kamer.

Een te klein bed met twee personen. Wij hadden iets meer betaald voor een kamer met een raam. Het raam zat er, maar kon niet open.

La ubicación sobre todo, muy cerca de King's Cross St Pancras. Desde alli es muy facil moverse. Hay un monton de opciones alrededor para desayunar, cenar, etc. La cama es comodisima. Tiene aire acondicionado, importante si vas en epoca de calor como nosotros.

La habitacion no tenia ventana, y no hubiera sido problema si hubiera tenido algun tipo de ventilacion forzada.

Background lighting at the mirror and headboard were not controlled by any of the switches in the room, when we complained next morning they told us it is via climate control panel, yet no signage stated that, shower and toilet not really cleans aluminum foil in the shower. Room next to hall fire door, poor selection for a senior citizen. Claimed to help save water, yet no hand towels were provided, a bath towel had to be used (very hypocritical of them). Asked about the souvenir shop a block away and the said “check on google”. Cramped so much one could hardly get into bed

This is a budget hotel but it higher end budget. Nice bedding and everywhere was spotless clean!

Super central beliggenhed og med fin morgenmad. Super fedt med TV og mulighed for at chromecaste. Derudover er der aircondition og gode senge. Intet at beklage sig over. Det eneste der manglede var et lille køleskab til vand.

Chambre très étroite et sans fenêtre même si c'était notre choix.

Près des gares. Impeccable pour nous. Demander une chambre au calme car certaines sont très buyantes s'il fait chaud et qu'il est nécessaire d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Si c'est en hiver, fenêtre fermée je pense qu'elles sont toutes calme.

Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre dommage. Et toutes les chambres ne sont pas calme, y avons dormi deux nuits à 15 jours d'intervalle, je pense que la 1ere fois on avait demandé une chambre calme et c'était super. Mais la 2ème fois on a du oublier et là c'était très bruyant.

空间很小，窗户特别小像监狱。 如果不是超级瘦小的两个人，根本无法在双人床一起睡觉。

员工表面态度很好，实则不会解决你的任何问题！要求不要打扫房间，回来还是被打扫了。其他的还有很多问题，不想再提了！在这里我经历了在其他国家都没遇到过的最难受的一天！

Charging for baggage storage.

The room was small but efficient for 1 person. I was very happy that there are 2 elevators. They keep your luggage complementary prior to check in which is great. The AC was very nice. The hotel is 8 minutes to Charing Cross train station and 5 minutes to Trafalgar Square.

The carpets were stained. The windows didn't open. The bed was tucked by the walls so there was only one access from one side which would be uncomfortable for 2 people.

Die Lage in der Nähe der Bahnhöfe St. Pancras und Kingscross ist gut. Nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Wenn Sie Lust auf Koffer-Tetris haben und keine Platzangst, dann sie hier richtig. Das Zimmer wird nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Neue Handtücher gibt es nur auf Nachfrage. Beim Frühstück muss man schnell sein, sonst bekommt man nichts mehr zu essen oder keinen Sitzplatz.

Posizione ottima. Personale gentile. Camera molto pulita e curata nei dettagli. Lo spazio è poco ma funzionale ed ordinato. Aria condizionata super utile soprattutto col caldo agosto

I had no breakfast. I like the cleanliness of the room. But next time I would have a room with windows. Such a strange feeling not knowing when it would become light outside.

Che dovevano venire a pulire ogni 3 giorni ma in 7 notti non sono mai venuti e di conseguenza la camera era sporca anche se appena arrivati era pulita.

A pochi minuti a piedi dalle stazioni di King's Cross e St Pancras e appena fuori ci sono due classici pub inglesi

Il servizio di custodia bagagli per qualche ora prima del check in era a pagamento. Colazione poco varia considerato il prezzo

Great location, a 5 min walk from St Pancras station. The bathroom was fresh and big enough. Great room if you're just there for one night and aren't too bothered by the size of the room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel room was really cramped and small but still nice, just very tiny. A bit annoying was when we got there 1 hour before check, the staff told there was a room available but you had to pay for early check in circa 15 pounds. If you wanted to store your luggage while waiting that cost 3 pounds per luggage. I find that quite disappointing as a customer when you already paid for the room.

It was a wonderful stay. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, especially Raphael. The room we were in was small, but so cleverly designed that we really didn't feel cramped at all. The en suite was really lovely. Very clean throughout the entire hotel. The breakfast is continental and is open from 6.30 to 11am, so plenty of time to have a leisurely meal. The food was very fresh, and regularly replenished. Hot and cold drinks readily available within the breakfast time slot. The only down fall is that the corridors were dimly lit which wasn't great for my mother to navigate with poor eyesight. It is perfectly positioned, close to King's Cross and St Pancras Station, with a lovely Greene King pub opposite! Highly recommend this hotel.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la amabilidad del personal del hotel y su ubicación. Está muy bien comunicado y ofrece diferentes opciones para desplazarse, tanto en tren como en autobús. El desayuno también estuvo bastante bien.

No nos gustó tanto que no hubiera servicio de habitaciones. Durante nuestra estancia tuvimos las mismas toallas todos los días y no pasaban a hacer la cama. Teniendo en cuenta el precio de la habitación, creemos que este servicio debería estar incluido. Además, no hay armarios en la habitación, lo que resulta un poco incómodo para estancias de varios días. También nos pareció que había demasiados servicios con un coste adicional: por ejemplo, guardar las maletas cuesta 3 libras por maleta, tanto a la llegada como a la salida; creemos que podrían cobrarlo una sola vez. Incluso elegir una habitación con ventana supone un suplemento. No obstante, la habitación estaba bien para lo básico: dormir y utilizar el baño.

Amazing location! Super clean and fresh rooms and hotel overall

Breakfast was good, nothing fancy but good. The rooms are comfy and simple, with air conditioning which is uncommon, but really nice! The staff were wonderful and helpful and accomodating!

Nice location close to train station, cheap & done the job for a few nights

the towels produced a rancid smell when becoming damp, as if they haven't been washed properly. Almost like a curry / body oddur smell. the smell is so bad my girlfriend was almost sick, gagging after being in the same vicinty as the towels. This has happened on two seperate occasions when staying here.

De kamer is echt heel klein. Je betaalt extra voor een kamer met een raam, maar dit is echt een heeel klein raampje. Ik had het klein verwacht, maar dit was echt heel klein voor deze prijs.

Room small and claustrophobic

Nice modern comfortable and clean hotel, conveniently close to King's cross, and well inusulated. The breakfast was very good with quite a lot of choice: bread, pastries, fruit, yogurt, ham, cheese, juices etc... They had some croissants and gluten free bread on demand which was very good.

The rooms are actually quite small, we barely had the space to put our 2 suitcases + 2 carry ons. Also the fact there were no windows was Ok for 1 night, but it would have bothered me had we stayed more than 1 night actually (no idea if if it's daytime or not etc...)

Comfy beds, room was decent size for London. AC was great to have.
