대욕장이 둘다 좋습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 숙소에 컨텐츠도 다양해요 식당은 뷔페 이용했는데 맛은 무난한 수준이었지만 제철과일등이 나와서 좋았습니다.

주차장이 떨어져있다는게 조금 아쉽지만 셔틀이 쉼없이 오가서 크게 불편하지 않긴 합니다.

Excellent Food

We had a lake view room and it was absolutely worth the price. Breathtaking view of the lake, seating area with tatami flooring and western style beds - it was a perfect combination for us. Room itself and the hallway leading to the room were beautifully designed in a traditional style. Onsen on the rooftop was great. Breakfast and dinner had good selection of options and were very well organized.

Even though it was advertised as a 5-star hotel, this place is NOwhere near it. To start, it was not clear you need to park far away and take a shuttle back to the hotel. Our room which is huge and face the lake unfortunately has a tiny bathroom I’ve seen in all the hotels we stayed in Japan. The toilet bathtub and sink cramped to a small space. It was very outdated (1970’s)There was no desk, not bedside light, no chairs. We were very disappointed

Food was nice and very varied. The onsen space was also spacious and to have an outside onsen by the lake was lovely

2 things: the food is good but the restaurant looks like a canteen and could be a bit more upscale. Secondly, The hotel charged us 7700 JPY for the second key that disappeared the first evening of our stay . Ok it is normal that we repay it but the price charged was a bit outrageous for a very simple key. On the other hand, as we declined to have our room made on the second day they offered a voucher of 1000 JPY to spend on site. (!) . So waving room cleaning service ( in a room for five people ) is worth 1000 JPY but to have a very basic key replaced Is charged 7700JPY. !! It is obviously a matter of who has to pay.. not what it is really worth..

ロケーション、お風呂がとても良かった。

室内、所々にささくれや欠けなど。 専門にDIYできる人がいれば、余りお金を掛けなくても直せるので、ベトナム人は器用な人が多いので、教えてやらせれば良いのにと思いました。

飯店後方就是湖，又後門可以通往湖散步，男女湯兩棟樓都有，裡面也有商店街。晚餐和早餐都好吃，海鮮很多。離愛奴村很近。房間非常大，剛好這次預定的房間，可以看到湖景和火山，非常棒

離一些餐廳聚集處稍遠一點，飯店太有名，所以早餐和晚餐人潮很多。

駐車場が離れている点。館内での履物（靴、スリッパ、湯足袋）の履き替えが複雑。旧館の部屋の内装が老朽化していてメンテナンスが行き届いていない点。

酒店整体来说都还不错，门口就是巴士站，旁边不远就是游船登船口，湖边游步道和bokke游步道相连。房间很大，可以看湖景，温泉和桑拿都很好。早餐和晚餐的自助菜品也很丰富。就是夏季虫子太多了。

我們住的本館房間比較舊，但溫泉和餐廳與其他各館是共用的，如果不在意房間的新舊，本館的一泊二食性價比相當高。「別館雅（Miyaba）」和Ｗings館就高級得多，本館「栞（Shiori）」則介於新舊之間。Ｗings館的大廳和設施很漂亮，本館與Ｗings館有藝術廊道相連，一定要去走走。地面層和屋頂層的溫泉都有無敵湖景，但地面層的戶外池比較有趣，兩湯在晚上10:00-10:30會男女交換，建議兩座湯都要去，一定要在天色未暗、還有一大早天未大明的時候前往享受。距離阿寒湖遊船乘場和愛伊努村超級近。

停車場在西邊的白樺之湯，有點距離，但接駁車很方便。唯一的小缺點是chek out後行李只能寄放到10:30，不過愛努村一帶不算難停。

Room was really something from the past. The bathroom was ridiculously small, could barely turn and have a decent shower. Overall too expensive for what was offered.

Second floor lobby neglected. Japanese style room 30 sqm quiet spacious but its bathroom is tiny as on a sailboat. Dated. Towels poor. The whole building look like it should have been removed. Dinner also big show extensive selection mediocre quantity.

Un superbe séjour dans ce très beau ryokan. Évidemment, c'est un peu touristique, mais les chambres, le petit-déjeuner/dîner et l'Onsen étaient formidables. La petite ville est charmante et très propice aux excursions.

中心にあるのでどこに行くにも便利。駐車場は離れているが、送迎があるので不便はない。浴場がいろいろあり、夕・夜・朝とたっぷり楽しめました。

朝食バイキングは種類も豊富でおいしかったが、トースターがないのが残念でした。

Super nice Onsen.

Overpriced and too long of a queue for dinner.

Les onsens sont vraiment top, surtout celui du sous-sol, qui vaut vraiment le détour. Le buffet (dîner et petit dej) est très correct.

L’établissement en lui-même est très bien. Par contre le petit dej se termine à 9h et le check-out à 10h ! C’est donc un peu la course le matin. Dommage ! De plus, la ville est extrêmement calme et très peu animée. À part quelques magasins pour touristes, il ne s’y passe pas grand-chose. Inutile de prévoir un long séjour, vous risquez de tourner en rond !

Le complexe, les services, la qualité de la restauration, l'emplacement sur les bords du lac Akan et le confort des chambres. Les bains sont quant à eux sublimes.

Rien si ce n'est que la salle de gym mériterait d'être ouverte plus longtemps mais clairement pas gênant pour le commun des mortels.

החדר היה מדהים אבל רק אחרי ששידרגנו לסויטה דלקס. החדר הבסיסי שקיבלנו לפני השדרוג היה צפוף ומיושן. מבחר אוכל גדול בארוחות. הנוף מהחדר מקסים. והצוות נחמד מאד. הסויטה היתה נקייה ומרווחת, החדר הכי טוב מכל השהות בהוקאידו.

חדר האוכל מאד עמוס בכל שעה, המבחר גדול האיכות סבירה. בחדר הבסיסי האמבטיה והשירותים צפופים מדי.

The onsen whether indoor or outdoor were very good especially the 8th floor gave spectacular view of the lake at the same time enjoying the onsen. This is the 2nd time I am staying in this onsen hotel, the last time was 2016 in December winter time. This time in July, summer time scenery is completely different, able to walk along the Akan lake and appreciate the serene and calmness of the lake. The room is spacious and clean with good security. The onsen inside the room though is small but really good to soak yourself at night just before going to bed. Both the onsen at level B1 and level 8 were really good, providing a good view of the lake. Love it. The service is really good and buffet breakfast and dinner was just great. At this hotel you are being treated very well and there is a total relaxation as nobody will disturb you and the staff are super friendly. Would strongly recommend this hotel to friends who enjoy peacefulness and total relaxation.

They came out to greet us just as we pull into their driveway. The room is spacious and the onsen is the biggest I've been to. 3 floors of it. The outside one w/ rocks is the best and I feel most authentic.

The bidet that comes out, my wife said, is looking moldy. The bathroom in the room is on the small side. Showing its age. AC control.... odd. It's more of an exhaust fan I believe. we just slept w/ the windows open but I was a little worried coz I had a toddler w/ me and it opens wide open.

We arrived a bit close to dinner time and the staff checked us in so fast to make sure we could get there before it closed. They were very kind. The onsen on the roof is fantastic.

It’s bigger than I realized. We stayed in a second building connected by a beautiful corridor. I did not realize it was such a large resort.

住宿地點離商店街很近，非常棒。也有接駁車前往夜間燈光秀。晚餐很好吃，服務人員專業且親切。 大浴場很漂亮，且有多種浴場設施跟SPA，還有露天風呂，很棒。

部分房內的設施稍微舊了一點。

Buffet 食物很多樣且好吃，光這點就值得了 飯店還有很多設施和商店可以逛

Central location with convenient/ shops just outside the hotel. Beautiful lake view too. Hotel run like an efficient machinery by international team with good service overall but room for improvement as mentioned below.

Airconditioning in room seems weak and room felt warm and stuffy. Buffet dinner and breakfast in a large hall with masses of tourists/ groups - While the buffet spread appears large, its somewhat uninspiring and average tasting.

The facilities in the place were great! Good location and staff very friendly and helpful. Easily could access many places, though the car park was a shuttle ride away. no issue though.

Air conditioning could have been better. was a tad warm and the air wasnt very cold even though aircon was turned to max. Opening the window solved it cos weather was cool at that time.

地點很好

中央空調溫度過高，未分配入場時間又限制用餐時間，用餐區動線規劃不好，太多客人擠在日式料理區。停車麻煩，必須靠酒店大巴接駁。

飯店內部有檜木香氣，非常加分，餐廳取用了早餐跟晚餐，雖然食材內容不變，因為是自助式，選擇很多，感覺反而比套餐式更加分，每天都吃的飽飽的

The onsens were nice. The outdoor onsens - ground level and rooftop were amazing. Location next to Lake Akan was great. Both rooms were relatively large.

Even though the breakfast and dinner spread were large comprising Japanese, Chinese and Western, the offerings seem somewhat uninspiring and not that tasteful. (We had the most amazing tempura lunch at a simple restaurant near the hotel, and not in the hotel itself). Breakfast time of 7am -9am seems somewhat short.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick zum Lake Akan. Der Onsen war absolut ein Highlight. Es gibt einen Bereich über zwei Stockwerke mit vielen verschiedenen Onsenbecken, wie zum Beispiel ein Cave Onsen, aber auch einen sehr schönen Outdoor Onsen / Rotenburo. Ein anderer Onsenbereich ist auf dem Dach des Hotels. Von dort hat man einen schönen Blick. Besonders schön in der Glassauna. Die beiden Onsenbereiche werden täglich zwischen Frauen / Männer gewechselt. Der Essensbereich ist riesig. Es gibt drei verschiedene Büffets, ein japanischer, chinesischer und europäischer Bereich.

Der Parkplatz war nur mit einem Shuttlebus erreichbar. Da das Hotel sehr groß ist, sind die Wege sehr lange in den Onsenbereich. Schön wäre ein Yukata gewesen, mit dem man in den Onsen gehen kann, wenn man schon durch das gesamte Hotel laufen muss. Die Qualität des Essens war eher durchschnittlich.
