החדר בסיסי, מרגיש מיושן. כריות ממש לא נוחות, השתמשנו בשמיכה בתור כרית. חדר אמבטיה מיושן, הטמפרטורה של המים משתנה כל הזמן. הברז עושה קולות כשפותחים אותו.

夕食、朝食は種類も多く美味しかった。スタッフも親切でした。 ジャングリアのリゾートツインでしたが、お部屋も広く阿寒湖や山々も綺麗でよい眺めでした。 天空のスパや温泉も設備が整って全体的に満足な旅です。 スタッフの皆さんがとても親切なところが一番記憶にのこりましたね。

特にないけど、ビュッフェはこんざつしてた。

Les buffets, l’emplacement

This hotel is located very good place. very close to the lake and has an iconic hot spring on the top of the hotel, which has no ceiling and great lake view. If you're a fan of huge hot spring and great view of the lake, this is the place.

The rooms are Japanese traditional style. You don't have beds and sofa. If you expect a typical hotel room, you'll be disappointed. In addition, rooms might be old, depending on the building you stay (this hotel is extended and consists of two buildings).

The view from the outdoor bath is incredible. The shuttle to the parking lot is convenient.

The ill-named "New" Akan Hotel is truly two hotels passing as one : the Crystal aisle, built in 1965, and the Shangri-La aisle, built in 1995. We stayed one night in the former. Now, the Crystal aisle was simply nightmarish. As soon as you leave the elevator, you are greeted with fitted carpet from the 70's reeking of harsh disinfectant as if trying to cover up a bad smell. Then, you enter the room and the pictures speak for themselves : everything is worn-out, the bedding is at least half a century old, the bathroom is yellowed with age, the flush is thunderous. We only stayed one night, booking was done several month in advance and even then it was the only choice remaining. The value for money is abysmal : it was by far the most expensive hotel night from a 1-month trip throughout Japan, including Kyoto, Tokyo and many more. Truly, a shameful display.

阿寒湖が目の前、しかも遊覧船が出入りする船着き場を見下ろす絶好のロケーションで眺望に関しては文句なしに大満足。アイヌコタンも徒歩圏内でコンビニも近い。最近のホテルではなかなか見かけなくなったゲームコーナーがあったのもよい。大浴場も上層階にあるので眺めがよかった（屋上の混浴スパは行っていない）。

施設に古さが感じられること、エレベーターが客室数に対し少ないので待たされること、混雑時の第二駐車場が遠いこと。あとこれは宿の責任ではないが、阿寒湖周辺でマイマイガという蛾が大量発生しており、道路にものすごい数の死骸が転がっていて気持ち悪かった。

Habitación grande que se agradece después de varios hoteles con habitaciones más bien pequeñas. Todos los días desde muy temprano te dejan en la pierna bolsa con kimono limpio , agua , galletas y toallas . El buffet tiene mil opciones de comidas para todos los gustos . Vistas al lago desde la ventana y el onsen lo no lo probé porque no es lo mío pero si la piscina infiniti de agua caliente que da al exterior donde además dispones de ropa de baño igual para todos si no tienes tu propio bañador .

La masificación à la hora de comer era algo agobiante y eso que eliges turnos porque el hotel es muy grande . El baño es muy anticuado y tal vez las almohadas aunque en varios hoteles hemos echado en falta mejores almohadas . Pero poner esto no resta para nada todo lo que si me sorprendiò para bien el lugar

Mooie onsen en het rooftop infinity pool dat was echt geweldig! Dit is bereikbaar via de onsen en badkleding ligt daar klaar zodat je in stijl de trap op naar het dak kunt nemen en je met het gezin in het zwembad kan relaxen. Super uitgebreid ontbijt/diner in buffetvorm.

We hadden kamers in het oude gedeelte, dat is ook echt gedateerd en toe aan een renovatie beurt.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

The mixed bath on the roof was the absolute highlight to this hotel. The location was also nice to explore Akan. We stayed in a lake view room which had a beautiful view out the window.

I found the front desk staff very unfriendly and unwilling to give information. They made me feel really unwelcome. (The snack bar attendant however was very kind and sweet to me and my family so thank you!) Facilities are extremely dated. We needed a high chair for our baby and all of them were pretty dirty with layers of dust, grease and grime all on the backside of all of them. The breakfast had many options but nothing was really flavorful.

Zeer gedateerd. Sanitair is smerig, veel tegels gebroken. Dit hotel is toe aan even grondige verbouwing. Wifi is dramatisch. Achteraf krijg je een rekening voor faciliteiten die je niet hebt gebruikt. Ik zou dit hotel niemand aanraden.

床墊、浴衣過於老舊 如果看照片無法細看細節 房間裡的電源插頭不夠 但不至於影響心情 依舊能夠讓人留下愉快的回憶

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in Japan.

We were very disappointed by New Akan Hotel. Absolutely not worth the price. Old and cracked furniture, dirty windows, one source of the light in the room, no hot water! Old and very loud watch on the wall. The lake view room - the view was blocked by the trees and we can see only ships in the pier. Roof top onsen - not like on the picture, small pools are closed. Breakfast was fine, but very crowded with noisy families. Oh..and marimo weeds - nothing special. You can not see them from the ship or from the kayak. Only in the museum and you have to pay pricy round tickets for ship to go to see it in that museum. Awful. Very dissatisfying.

Great location right by the lake. The room was decent but a bit dated. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. The onsen was nice, and the heated pool upstairs had a beautiful lake view, although the water was't quite hot.

The parking lot was quite far from the hotel, anyway a shuttle service was provided.

レイクビューの部屋で、眺めが大変良かったです。ビュッフェ形式の食事は、食物アレルギーのある家族にも選択肢が有り、安心して楽しむことができました。

部屋は広く快適でしたが、設備が古いためにコンセントの数が少ない等、やや不便に感じる点もありました。

和式房間舒適乾淨ㄡ寬敞，天空花園SPA非常的棒，可以一家人一起泡湯看星空。

早晚餐時人很多，食物選擇項目也很多，但飲料機及咖啡機數量太少，很多選項都沒了。因為有重味道的餐點，如小型烤肉，導致整個餐廳及Lobby 的味道充滿油煙味，讓溫泉飯店的渡假氛圍大打折扣。

Petit déjeuner exceptionnel et repas du soir excellent. Piscine mixte et chauffée en roof- top incroyable. Personnel accueillant et prévenant. Bonne literie.

Hôtel vieillissant qui mériterait un rénovation. Salle de bain très petite et vétuste. Moquette et deco hors d’âge.

The mixed gender pool was a welcome treat. The indoor onsen provided a nice view of Lake Akan. We were fortunate to stay in the Shangrila wing and had a beautiful view of the lake. There was a wide selection of dishes at the buffet.

The parking is separate from the hotel. That made it inconvenient to leave things in the car. A shuttle service is provided during check in and check out to get to your car. Dinner and breakfast hours can be crowded.

Hôtel très bien situé au bord du lac. Chambre splendide, décorée à la japonaise de façon très harmonieuse. Buffet du restaurant très varié et de grande qualité. Réception efficace.

Dans mon cas, les articles de toilettes étaient fournis chaque matin, mais la chambre n'était pas nettoyée par les femmes de ménage. Cela m'a été indiqué clairement à mon arrivée, mais je l'ignorais auparavant.

夕食、朝食は品揃えが豊富で味も美味しかった。

部屋のテレビが各局映らなかった。トイレは狭く、流しのボタンも非常に使いずらかった。チェックアウト直前は、出ていけとばかりに部屋前廊下も掃除をはじめとても感じ悪かった。

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, la comida es excelente, el personal es muy amable. Las instalaciones están muy bien, aunque estamos hablando de un gran Hotel que acoge a muchas personas a la vez, y eso hace que la cocina funcione todo el rato. En la segunda planta teníamos todo el rato olor a comida frita, y a veces era un poco desagradable. Por suerte el personal es encantador. Y los baños termales son excelentes

הגענו ב 2:00 לאחר חצות בגלל גשם כבד שהביא לביטול 3 רכבות שהיתה לנו הזמנת מקומות בהן. האיש בדלפק הקבלה קיבל אותנו יפה

בשעה עשר בבוקר קיבלנו טלפון לא נעים מהקבלה שעלינו לפנות את החדר מייד, וניסינו להסביר שרק התעוררנו בגלל ההגעה המאוחרת ולא התקבל בהבנה

地點還算不錯，不在正中心，但較安靜，附近也有些餐廳。

大部分員工服務態度不佳，可能英文無法應付外國客人，消極對應，離開時到停車場的接駁車沒人開，也未積極找司機，感受不佳。

施設がふるく、ドアが重い。ロビーから部屋まで遠かった。

La localisation est idéale pour visiter les alentours. La piscine à débordement est vraiment agréable.

Le Onsen est quelconque et les bains jacuzzi extérieur ne fonctionnaient pas. De plus c est le seul endroit où nous avons payé des frais d Onsen au total 5400 pour 3 .

一泊二食，CP值佳。 晚餐可自行調製成吉思汗烤肉，甜點超乎期待，早餐可自製海鮮丼。早點到餐廳，還可以選擇臨窗位置，欣賞美麗阿寒湖。小缺點是水果選擇少。

1.建築有年紀也能營造懷舊氛圍，但這次房間裡的裝飾品有裂痕、放浴衣的櫃子灰塵較多、冰箱黏黏的，感受到的是老舊及維護不足。 2.泡過溫泉後，附設吹頭髮的位置不足以應付大量客人。

大浴場と食事会場が広くてリゾート感がありました。 阿寒湖を見ながら食事ができるのは素敵です。

部屋のユニットバスが清掃不備でした。

難を言えば食事の場所は劇込みでした　ま、人気があるホテルで致し仕方ないのでしょうね 楽しい旅行が出来ました

Location is amazing, and you can't beat the lake view (our room was in the newer Shangri-La building where reception, the rooftop pool, and the restaurant are). It was super opulent in its day but is now a bit of a kitch time capsule... I mean that in a good way!

The place was obviously FANCY... 30 years ago. As other reviews say, it's tired now. Carpet is visibly worn, etc. I found this cute, but maybe that's not your thing. Some staff spoke only Japanese - again, this was not a problem for me (it's Japan after all), with patience and careful listening, communication is possible. Or you can find a staff member with better English. Breakfast buffet was busy and a bit chaotic, and metal cutlery instead of disposable wood/bamboo would have been nice at this price point.

朝食。客数の多いホテルのバイキングは種類が多くても食べれ無いし、料理を貰うのに御膳を持ち長時間並ぶ必要があり食欲減退。まるで監獄の食事配給されてる様に感じました。バイキングならせめて、5分程度で食事を始められる様にして欲しいです。

To many people at buffet dinner , fligth for food ! Only one restaurant in the village …

Location, and that after we complained about that AC wasn't cooling the guy in the reception returned to us half of the amount of the first night back.

On Booking it looked amazing. The photos were absolutely stunning. But the moment we actually arrived, we were horrified. ​This hotel was built in the 1960s and barely been updated since. The corridors have the same old carpets with the same old stains. and the entire place smells terrible. Just walking around, my clothes and hair constantly smelled like fried food, even though I didn't even step foot in the dining room. ​The shower reminded me of my late grandmother's bathroom. The choice of the name is just scandalous. Why mislead people and call it "New Akan Hotel" when it is so incredibly old? ​Even the physical room keys—we had to struggle just to get the door open. ​The rooftop pool was another massive disappointment. It looked stunning in the photos and was one of the main things that drew us to this hotel. However, when we went up to the pool and got into the water, we noticed it was full of peeling metal flakes coming off the pool's railings. The entire pool was filled with these metal crumbs. After spending some time in the water, our bodies actually started to itch. ​As for the AC: when we entered the room, there was only one option—turn it on or off. You couldn't adjust the temperature at all. It turns out it's a centrally controlled system for the entire hotel, and the temperature is decided by some random staff member. During the night, it was relatively fine; it was cold enough and we managed to sleep. But in the morning, we suddenly noticed the room had become really hot and stuffy, and we couldn't figure out why. We went down to the reception, and the receptionist casually said, "Oh yes, one of the staff members switched the AC mode from cooling to ventilation." We had zero control over it—that's just what the employee felt like doing.

The breakfast and dinner had many items to pamper us throughout our stay. I absolutely liked the scenery by the hotel with the lake as it can be an awesome backdrop for a Ghibli animated film

Het eten bij het buffet was erg lekker, de locatie is prachtig vlak aan het Akan meer. Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtripjes of wandelingen in de omgeving.

Tegelijk arriveerde 4-5 bussen met pubers op een schooluitje; het was druk in het hotel. Het buffet was erg lekker, maar het was all-you-can-get ipv all-you-can-eat. Wat een ongelofelijke chaos. Ook in de onsen was het druk en rumoerig. De kussens in de kamer waren zo hard als beton, het deken was zo dik dat je er weg smelt 's nachts. Tot slot: slechtste wifi ooit! Nog nooit zulk slecht internet meegemaakt in een modern hotel.

Riesiges, auf Massentourismus ausgelegtes Hotel - in der Vorsaison jedoch top, um in den umgebenden Bergen wandern zu gehen. Highlight: der Dachpool mit fasst heissem Wasser, auch bei Regen ein Erlebnis. Hervorragendes Essen an riesigen verschwenderischen Buffets.

Nicht gefallen ist der falsche Ansatz. Man muss den Massenansturm auf die riesigen Buffets, eingeteilt in 3 Essenszeiten, aushalten können. Und die damit verbundene Verschwendung von Lebensmitteln.

飯店本身已經有些年紀了，但房間內感覺有重新翻新過，地毯跟衛浴都蠻新的。吃了兩餐都很棒，餐點很精緻多樣，西式點心非常道地出色。一樓挑高所以吃飯的時候感覺舒服不擁擠。房間內有一台小型的空氣清淨機，吃過飯後有味道的衣服可以清一下味道很棒。距離觀光船碼頭跟泥火山遊步道很近，在湖畔森林裡散步看到三隻鹿家庭在吃草，心情很好。

床太軟了，然後連床頭片都沒有感覺有點廉價。我們的湖景房景觀是有點受限的，跟預期不符。一樓的開放空間跟餐廳在一起，所以用餐時間整間飯店都是燒烤的味道，衣服上都會沾上。

朝食と夕食、どちらもビュッフェ形式で全種類食べきれないほどたくさんのメニューがあり、またどれも美味しかったです。 窓の外が阿寒湖の目の前で景色は良かったです。

築年数の問題で施設設備が古い。 館内一体のエアコンなので自室だけ室温調整ができない。

Beautiful building and nicely decorated. Great staff—friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, with great view of the lake.

Honestly the bathroom of our room was awful. The hotel is not cheap, and the room was so beautifully appointed and comfortable, but then the bathroom was this cheap plastic super uncomfortable pod that looked like it was dropped in from some cheap truck stop motel room, and the shower water faucets were hard to get any decent water temperature and the showerhead water shot out in high-pressure narrow lasers that stung. I’ve been in many small basic Japanese hotel bathrooms, but this was not typical. So if you can tolerate that, stay here, because seriously everything else about the property was great.

Der Onzen-Bereich auf dem Dach ist einzige Highlight und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Das Frühstück hat eine große Auswahl und schmeckt gut.

Wir waren im Hotelbereich Cyrstel. Dort war die Zimmerausstattung (Elektronik) altbacken, es gab nur eine Steckdose hinter dem Fernsehregal um etwas anzustecken. Abgenutzte, abgewohnte Inneneinrichtung (Tapete, Fußleisten, Teppich, Möbel) des Zimmers und Hotels. Somit falsche Bebilderung auf dem Werbefotos. Das Minibad hatte eine Kloschüssel, die kleiner als die Klobrille war und die Knie waren direkt an der Badtüre, wenn man auf der Toilette sah. Die Dusche hatte Rost- und Wasserblasen an den Wänden. Eine Hotelrenovierung wäre dringend notwendig. Das einzige Kopfkissen, was zur Verfügung stand, war ein hartes Schaumstoff-Kissen auf dem man nur in Rückenstellung schlafen kann.

早、晚自助餐一般，沒有主打食品。 客人免費的飲料不多，也沒有茶點。

Fantastic location, view from room was spectacular, food range and quality was 2nd to none, all facilities were terrific.

Not being able to temperature control our own room. We are from the tropics and had to open the windows at 11° to control the room temperature. The wifi is absolutely crap. DO NOT TRY AND DO BUSINESS WITH IT. Check in staff could be more courteous and understanding of language difficulties. No tea can be had at breakfast (the most drunk beverage in the world and a land that has tea ceremonies) unbelievable.

Beautiful rooftop Onsen.

Beds were very small - my body could not fit. Also was charged a large amount of extra "taxes" when I left that were never mentioned when I booked. The staff did not explain what these were. Very disappointing.

Wi-Fiが全く機能してないので子供たちのタブレット使用が出来ない。部屋から出たら食事の煙が充満していて魚の匂いがとても不快。部屋の柱板がいきなり倒れてきた。テープで留めておいたが呆れてフロントにも連絡する気もなくなった。ホテル内の施設がつまらないし、次はないです。

食事は、期待通りでした。ﾘﾗｯｸｽ出来ました。

気になる点は、2日間大浴場で全身入れ墨の男性が集団で入浴してました。規制は難しいのでしょうね？ 旧館側は、施設の老朽化が目立ちます。
