Phoenix Resort Pyeongchang

Very convenient location, right at the ski lifts

No proper beds, just thin mattress placed straight on the floor. Not comfortable, and pretty high price.

I loved my room! It was a one bed room apartment fitted with a basic kitchen, one bathroom, one powder room, a living room as well as a spacious tatami-like lounging area with a giant TV screen. My kids enjoyed watching tv while chilling on the tatami. The 3 of them slept comfortably on the tatami every night. My unit also came with a stunning view of the ski slopes, we cld enjoy the view from the living room all the way to my bedroom!

Wish it came with breakfast at the hotel.

Location and slopes were great but the hotel and all the amenities were very disappointing.

The cleanliness of the room and the amenities that seemed very poorly maintained.

Room was big enough for family. Easy access to ski venue. Convenient store was less than 5 mins walk.

When we went to room allocated, the room was used and not completely clean up. When we changed to new room, the room was not clean – dusty and sticky floor. We stayed for two nights but the room was not made-up after first night. When I called for make-up service after skiing (about 4pm), the staff told cleaning service was completed. It meant they would not come to clean. The bed sheet had some holes. There were two blankets for two double beds, and we wanted one extra blanket, but staff said no extra blanket could be provided. It was not ideal if I did not want to share same blanket.

A good place to enjoy skiing in winter. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Calm and active activity were possible depending your favorite.

Without car, you could be limited to move around.

Convincence

Cleaning

Everything..location, comfort, well equipped and spacious apartment

Nothing...maybe a microwave in the room would have been good. The prices... everything seems overpriced in the resort...need to research a lot to get some good "deal".

We stayed at the condo side, spacious room facing mountainside and ski side.

The room has full kitchen with kitchenwares but no liquid washing dish provided.

리조트 주변 조경이나 산책로, 특히 식당가 들이 훌륭했어요 그린동 2층 애견 동반 객실에 묵었는데... 청결상태는 정말;;; 복도에 냄새가 냄새가....;;; 이부분 개선 되지 않는다면 주변 조경이 아무리 좋아도 재방문은 어려울거 같아요;;;

I visited the Bongpyeong Buckwheat Flower Festival with my mother. This was my third visit to Phoenix Pyeongchang, and every time I come, I am impressed by the excellent and clean facilities, the friendly service, and the variety of relaxing spaces. It is always a place where I can enjoy myself and feel completely at ease.

dishes chopsticks spoons are not overall clean. bathrooms are also not clean. except those things, I was satisfied with phoenix.

The room was not cleaned well. There was a lot of dust on the floor and there was a vacuum cleaner in the room, and the dust can was very messy. Still, there was no strange smell in the bathroom or room. The bed mattress is very uncomfortable. There was no kitchen, it was uncomfortable because I had to use tableware and wash the dishes. Nevertheless, this stay was good because of coin laundry rooms, convenience stores, water parks, and large lawns. It was nice to have several restaurants available.

Worst

Ich will keinem weiter empfehlen!! Keine genuge Decke, sehr kleine Betten.

poor and rundown facility, no bath towels supply

Once we parked the car and checked in we didn't need to drive the car till check-out. Liked the space: the second bedroom with a bed, and the second bathroom.

White fabric sofa was stained and unsightly. Chair was gray and not much better to look at. Caulking on the window looked moldy. No house keeping the second day, not even to refresh towels.

First time here. Staying at resort, a bit old style. Clean n tidy

Good family apartment. Good location and very good for skiing

The nearby restaurants all close at 9pm. No bars or similar facilities for socialising.

It was not clear on booking which apartment building it was. We found out on arrival it was Euro villa, which was very far from the slopes and ski house. It was also old and run down. Furthermore it had no sheltered walk way to the main hotel, so we had to walk in dangerous iced roads and deep snow to get to the main buildings complex/restaurants/amentities. It was very inconvenient especially if you have young children and equipment. The staff were helpful and gave us a ski locker in the main building but it was rusty and dirty. The room was not clean as there were snack wrappers under the beds. Generally disappointing especially for the high price we paid

No where to park Buffet was not tasty food - okay Ski staff did not know how to process a Klook voucher - took over an hour for them to figure it out Service is bare minimum Towels could have been cleaner Room was nice sized and heated floors were nice Food options were OK , not the best Overall 3.5 stars Skiing was good and night time skiing and snowboarding good . They give you 2 options ie 4 hours or 6 hours The staff at the ski shop repair was nice and refused to take our gratuity Room could have been cleaner . Size was nice . No washer dryer in condo B , but there is a communal one To be fair we also came during new year (busy)

Spacious

No towel : you have to call them to get it Very thin matt : painful to sleep on the floor Just one rubbish bin for two stories floor with three bedrooms and 2 toilets. So clear they dont want to clean rubbish bins hence only placed 1

No frills, nothin fancy, but just what the doctor ordered after a day on the slopes! Clean, functional, and right next to the lifts.

It snowed heavily when we stayed there, which made it ideal for winter activities. The room was spacious and we were lucky enough to have a very pretty view of the slopes from our room.

It would have been nice to be provided with bath towels. There were no bath towels in our room when we checked in. We asked from the housekeeping staff if we could have bath towels but were provided with hand towels instead. I am not sure if that is the hotel policy, or at least I don't remember reading anything about it.

Over than my expectation, very good.

The buffet was delish 1 of the days that we were there. There was no wait time for the buffet

1-bath towels were the size of a hand towel. Shower wasn’t cleaned properly. 2-hard time finding parking, parking was overcrowded 3-the buffet, the line was a mile long, there are 2 locations for a buffet, only 1 was opened for Monday morning.
