로비 들어서자마자 방향제 냄새때문에 숨을 쉴수 없을정도로 힘들었음...이틀내내 도대체 좋지도않은 강력한 냄새에 함께 간 모두 힘들었음. 그리고 조식..이정도면 돈 받으면 안됨, 커피 원두도 없고 잔도 없고 하나있던 잔은 깨져서(여러군데 많이) 질질새고 빵도 계란도 그릇도 없고..미역국 하나 괜찮음

가성비는 좋아요. 로비에서 나는 향은 고급져요. 로비도 넓은것같긴한데 사실 이게 호텔인지 회사로비인지는 모르겟어요. 팝콘은 무료로 주고 작은 도서관이랑 요가프로그램이 있어요.

조식 12000원인데 정말 먹을게 하나도 없어요. 빵, 시리얼, 컵라면, 미역국, 김치..딱 이정도인데 조식을 비용을 더 받더라도 제대로하면 어떨까 하는 아쉬움이 있어요. 이불에서 먼지가 너무나서 제가 계단실서 ㅈ덜었는데도 풀싹거릴때마다 먼지가 장난이아니에요. 방에서도 먼지 덩어리가 돌아다녀요. 연휴에 유일하게 예약이되서 갔는데 가성비는 좋지만 가성비가 좋아도 다음에 또 가고싶진 않아요. 룸서비스가 있는것 말고는 호텔인가? 싶은정도의 느낌이에요.

The staff here is very nice and alway professional!

The shuttle to Phoenix park was great, beds were nice and the junior suite was large and had a nice view. The staff was very friendly and helped me combine two bookings so we could stay in the same room for the length of our stay.

A sign at the front desk advertises the breakfast buffet with pictures of various types of food. You get a 2,000 Won discount by prepaying for the buffet. After I paid the staff told me that if 50 people didn't prepay for the buffet, we would be able to select one of four pre planned meals. 50 people did not prepay for the buffet, so we got the preplanned meals, which were fine but not worth the price we paid for the buffet. There were no plates, silverware or cups. Four coffee cups and the coffee was not refilled during a four day stay. There is a CU downstairs, most of the time there is no one there so you can buy things and do self checkout but can't buy alcohol. There is nothing nearby. You can walk to Phoenix ski park, but its a long walk and the sidewalks aren't shoveled. I think it would be better to stay at phoenix to be nearby the stores and shops.

치약, 칫솔을 제공 않는 것은 알고 있었지만, 샴푸, 바디워시제 등 어매니티를 유상으로 판매함에 조금 당혹스러웠습니다. 객실은 비교적 넓고 깔끔했습니다. 수압도 좋구요. 조식 제공을 안 한다는 점 유의할 필요가 있겠습니다.

가성비로만 좋은 호텔 . 먼지가 얼마나 많은지 다신오고 싶지않아요..

전반적으로 만족했습니다.

산속에 위치해 있어서 고요하고 공기가 맑아요. 주변에 시설이 없어서 밤에 무서워요.

가성비 최고였어요~~ 또 가고싶은데 가격이 너무 올라서...

旅館還在整理階段這個部分能理解也能接受，但櫃檯的服務實在太隨便了，而且旅館因為大雪結凍的門和道路，至少要清理一下，否則行李的移動和車輛都受阻，相當不方便。

출장이지만 최고의 편안한 하루를 보냈습니다.

Fantastic value for a ski trip. Stayed in an ondol room but with more of a modern finish than other ondol rooms I’ve been in before. Staying here gives you access to rental packages through a shop that picks you up and drops you off. It’s a bit of a walk to restaurants but plenty of places deliver.

Location and huge rooms. More like an apartment than hotel.

Can tell this was probably a 4 to almost 5 star hotel in the past. Has many rooms and facilities that are not operational anymore because of ownership change. For example there coffee shop and restraint is closed.

대체로 깔끔하기는 한데 호텔보다는 수련회 시설에 가깝습니다. 피닉스파크와의 거리도 상당하고, 내부에 달리 이용 가능한 시설이 없습니다.

There was nothing on the property except hotel rooms and a gym. For the price this place should have a restaurant, pool, hot tub, etc

The White Hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Phoenix Snow Park and a few restaurants - if you don't mind walking through the snow for 5-15min, make sure you have the proper boots and clothes. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the big room had a SmartTV. But the best part was the view: STUNNING! There is a CU (convenience store) on floor B1, which is very helpful for getting snacks, drinks, and toiletries.

The heating was so strong that we had to open the window for natural AC.

The hotel is run by a skeleton crew and none of the facilities are operating except for the CU. No restaurant, no cafe, no sauna, no shuttle. The rooms are completely bare with absolutely no amenities. We were there during the winter and the road going to the hotel was covered in snow however the hotel didn't have the staff or the equipment to clear the road. This was quite dangerous as multiple cars got stuck and some were sliding down. The hotel 4 stars rating urgently needs to be revised.

The location of the hotel is excellent for skiing at Phoenix Park. It is within walking distance of the Phoenix Park complex, but a little farther than we wanted to walk in cold. So, we drove over to the ski area and parked. There was plenty of underground parking at the hotel. The staff were very nice. Not sure why, but all the amenities (restaurants, etc.) were closed, except the CU. This was very disappointing. The room was huge and we really like the layout. The only toiletries provided by the hotel was soap, so be sure to bring your own shampoo, etc. (you did have the option to purchase some at the front desk). In the kitchen, you had a full size refrigerator (stocked with a bottle of water for each of us and replenished daily), a kettle, and a single cooking eye. There was a microwave available near the elevator. No cookware, cutlery, or dishes provided, except for 4 mismatched coffee mugs. We only needed the mugs for coffee (they did provide us with some instant coffee. also restocked daily), so it wasn't a issue for us. Although, spoons to stir it with would have been nice. Also, no dishcloth or cleaning supplies for the mugs. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others, now that I know to bring certain kitchen and bathroom supplies.

Not a big deal, but there were 3 of us staying in the room, but they only provided us with 2 full sized bath towels. They were happy enough to give us an additional towel at the front desk. However, when the maid came to service the room. she took all 3 towels and replaced them with 2 again.

I love the junior suite room at the white hotel it's a two-bedroom apartment that the athletes used during the 2018 Olympics. However, many of the shops were not open when we were there.

Had to pay extra for shower soaps… room still had the hair of the previous person on tables/counter tops. Old water left in the water heater. Heated floor only works in the backroom. Heat in main room is either too hot or too cold; does not regulate well. Newish hotel that has let itself fall into disrepair. Not staying there agin.

Futon beds need to have more cushion and floor heaters need to be updated so they dont get too hot.

주차장이 넓은게 가장 좊았구 숙소도 깨끗한 편이여서 질 쉬다 왔습니다.

Clean, spacious rooms, near to Phoenix Snow Park

The property never replied to my questions in advance and we had no warning the hotel is actually partly closed. Because of this there are none of the facilities you’d expect from a hotel this size, for now it feels more like a hostel. there is VERY minimal staffing and the whole place feels somewhat deserted. You literally just get a room with minimal amenities (toiletries must be paid for, cleaning only happens every 3 days). The hotel phone was disconnected. Security is also not great - side doors to the “closed” wing were always unlocked/unmanned at night and since the lift doesn’t require a pass at all any stranger could wander in and out. Everything is in Korean and the staff do not speak English. They had difficulty with basic requests like making calls for reservations, or even taxi booking. Despite some comments here there is no shuttle bus service so you will have to walk anywhere.

There were some noticeable areas that appeared to be lacking in general maintenance. Heat in the room was minimal compared to previous stays. The staff was very responsive and provided a small space heater that added some additional warmth. First night had to run the shower water for at least 3 minutes before having hot water. And the 2nd night the water varied from very cold to hot during the entire shower.

두번째 방문 다 좋았지만 이번에도 느낀점은… 조명이 좀 어두워요 ㅠ

외관은 정말 별로인데, 룸컴디션, 구조, 인테리어는 최상!!!

좋은점: 4성급호텔인데 잘 알려지지않은거같아요 시설도 넘 좋고 깨끗한데 휘닉스와 한화옆이라 저평가된거아닌가싶네요

업무차 몇번을 이용하였습니다. 침구류등 최상입니다.

혼자 여행으로 공간이 넓고 정리가 잘되어 있고 전망도 예뻐서 편안하게 잘 쉬었다 갑니다

가족과 함께한 여행이었는데 산속에 위치해 있어 조용하고 깨끗해서 너무 편안히 지내고 왔다. 욕실 어메니티가 없다는걸 미리 알고 준비해가서 전혀 불편함 없었다. 다음에 평창에 가면 또 묵고 싶다.

아이들과 잘 다녀왔습니다. 온돌방인데 조명이 좀 어두워서 아쉬었는데 잘 쉬고 왔습니다.

리뉴얼이 진행중이라 편의시설 등이 부족하지만 조용하고 편했습니다.

출장으로 강릉갔다가 늦은 오후 피곤하여 하루 편하게 쉬면서 힐링하고 다음날 아침 출발하여 편안하게 일정을 마무리 하였네요. 숙소 깨끗하고 전망도 아주 좋아어요. 한가지 아쉬움은 지하1층 주차장에서 들어오는 출입구 인접하여 위에서 물이 떨어저 물받이 통이 설치된것을 모르고 한쪽 발이 들어가 넘어졌서 프론트에 주의 표지판 이라도 세워 놓으라고 예기 했는데 시큰둥 반응이 없더라구요. 개선이 필요합니다.

Enjoyed 2 night stay in Terrace (Double) room with family. Clean place right in the nature, close proximity to attractions in surrounding area. Highly recommend!

The suite room we had was great. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room.

Several of the facilities were under construction, so we couldn't fully enjoy our time

냄새가 조금 났습니다 객실 정리하고 사용안한지 오래된 객실이었는지 먼지가 있었습니다

하루 그냥 잠만 자기에는 괜찮습니다 그러나 전반적인 관리상태나 편의시설은 보안해야 될 것 같습니다

전반적으로 만족!!! 다만 pet room 과 일반객실은 확실하게 구분 필요.. 모든사람이 pet을 사랑하는건 아니므로..

숙소내 편의 시설이 부족 하고 주변 리조트에서 편의 시설이 부족 합니다. 숙소 자체저긍로 조용히 쉬기에는 좋습니다.

가족여행지로 조용하고 깨끗해요. 피트니스 운영및 식사제공되면 좋을것같아요..다른부분은 대만족입니다.

방이 3개인 룸을 사용했고, 호텔은 깨끗했습니다, 노후로보이는건..LL층의 바닥정도로 보이고, 1회용은 지급하지 않더라도, 다른 호텔은 사이즈가 큰 샴푸, 린스, 샤워젤 정도가 있는데.. 아쉬움이 남습니다. 또한, 그릇세척용 세제는 없으니 사용하시려면, 가져가셔야 하고, 실내용 실내화가 없습니다. 그 외에는 공기좋은 곳에 위치해 있고, 침구도 깨끗하여 잠이 잘 옵니다. 그리고 먹을것을 가져가시려면, 사용할 그릇을 가져가셔야하고 와인을 마실꺼라면, 와인장을 가져가시면 조을 듯 합니다

건물내부 들어서면서 곰팡이 냄새로 기분이 ㅜㅜㅜ 빌라동 입구 엘리베이터에서도 곰팡내가 ... 숙소는 좋았으나 인덕션 전원이 연결되지 안았고 식기류가 없는 점은 많이 불편했음...

This hotel is a relatively new construction, so the room and everything were new, clean, and comfortable. Overall, I rate this property as very good for staying for a day or more than one day. Good option.

The location is really very far from other places, particularly for any dining options. There is a CU in the hotel basement, but we found no other restaurants. However, if you have a car, you should not have any problem with that.

Staff are covered all negative elements of staying. Special thanks to Ms. Kwon at the reception. We had to change our reservation and she was very helpful, patient and so nice.

전체적으로 깔끔하고 나쁘진 않았는데 호텔 내. 편의시설에 제한있고 샴푸나 컨디셔너 등이 아예 제공되지 않아 (다회용조차도) 불편했어요. 호텔이라기보단 리조트에 더 가깝다고 봐야할듯합니다

에어컨 곰팡이냄새가 너무 심했어요

계촌 음악축제에 가려고 찾아냈던 호텔이었어요 계촌에서 30여km 거리에 있었지만 정말 쾌적한 환경의 호텔을 찾아낸것 같아요 들어서자마자 와우 ~내려다보이는 마운틴뷰는 위엄있는 절경이었어요 넓은 객실, 편안하고 넓은 침대 그리고 화장실, 샤워실, 세면대가 분리되어있어 2인이 각자 사용하기에 매우 편리했어요 냉장고도 크고 씽크대가 있어서 간식챙겨먹을때 편했어요 어메디티가 거의 없었지만(칫솔, 치약, 샴푸, 린스, 실내화) 미리 준비해 가서 괜챦았어요 다음에 다시 가게되면 실내화나 덧신을 챙겨가면 좋을것같아요 고맙습니다 ~

일단 뷰가 너무 좋았어요! 침대도 편안했고 모든것이 만족스러웠어요

화장실이 청결하지 않앗고 개수대 물도 막혀 내려가지 않는등 여러 불편이 많았습니다.

체크인을 하고보니 스키 시즌이 아니여서 사람들이 적긴 했으나 침실.욕실모두깔끔하고 직원분이 참 친절하셔서 편안히 1박을 힐링하고 왔네요 ~

수년째 가족과 조용히 쉬러올 때 최고의 장소였는데 이번에는 Pet 숙소로 바뀌어서 아침에 개짖는 소리에 깨었다. 복도는 찌린내 나고.. 온수는 안나오고.. 내 최애장소 중 한곳이었는데 더 이상 오긴 어려울 것 같다..

딸들과 가족여행이였는데 생각보다 깔끔하고 조용해서 좋았습니다 다음에도 또 가고싶네요

부대시설이 하나도 없어 정말 너무 불편했던 여행. 준비를 하고 오픈을 하면 좋을것 같은데...무인편의점 하나 있네요. 가격은 2배 가까이... 완벽하게 준비하고 오픈하시는게.....

저번 방문 시 매우 합리적인 가격에 좋은 호텔이라 생각해서 재방문했는데요. 지금은 리모델링 기간이라고 CU말고는 되는것이없습니다. 조식도 없고 키즈룸도 없고 베게 시트는 구멍이나있는데 그냥 그 상태입니다. 호텔 예약시에 리모델링중이라 다른 편의시설이 이용불가능이라는 걸 알았다면 예약하지 않았을거예요. 방에는 믹스커피2개와 생수2개만 준비되어있습니다.

Great stay, did not disappoint

호텔이 리뉴얼을 준비중이라 숙박 외에 다른 서비스가 전혀 없었어요. 레스토랑도 없고 다른 부대시설이 전혀 없어서 식사하기가 불편했고(배달시켜먹음) 사우나 수영장등은 옆에 있는 휘닉스리조트 시설을 이용해야했어요~ 호털 방 내부시설은 깔끔하고 편안했어요~

전반적으로 청결하고 큰 문제는 없었습니다만, 부대시설이 모두 리뉴얼중인 점은 미리 알려주셨으면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다 (체크인 며칠 전에 예약 고객을 위한 부대시설 사전할인 구매 및 이용 안내 문자는 보냈지만, 실제로는 아무 것도 운영하고 있지 않았습니다). 방이 따뜻하다 못해 매우 더웠는데 실내에 있는 온도 조절기는 작동하지 않고, 프론트 안내는 단지 창문을 조금 열면 된다고만 하셔서 이 부분은 좀 이상했습니다. 방 안 시설은 대체로 잘 구비되어 있고 깔끔합니다. 방에 인덕션과 싱크대가 구비되어 있지만 사용은 금지하고 계신데, 사용할 수 있게 운영하시면 투숙객들은 훨씬 더 편리하지 않을까 생각합니다.

진입로가 헷갈려 밤에 진입하다가 길이 없는 산속으로 들어 갈뻔 했고 제설작업이 제대로 되지않아 도로가 빙판이었음.

가격도 좋고 룸컨디션도 좋았어요 조식같은 부대서비스가 안되어서 미리 준비해서 가셔야 하는데 밑에 편의점이 있어서 별 문제는 없었어요.

We previously stayed at The White Hotel in 2019 and loved it. We knew the White Hotel will be undergoing renovations and there will be reduced facilities. The apartments themselves are still beautiful with comfortable beds and terrific showers. However, the kitchens in the apartments only had 3 mugs and 3 glasses. No plates, bowls, cutlery, microwave, tea-towels or dish-washing detergent which is unacceptable as the restaurant and bakery were closed. We couldn't convince staff to provide these. Also, there was no shuttle bus to the Phoenix ski resort unlike previous years.

빌라동 듀플렉스 방3개황질4개에 큰 거실과 가족들 여행에 너무 편리했네요. 전에 제공되었던 호텔 스키장간 셔틀버스나 카페 .레스토랑운영이 중단된 점은 아쉬웠어요. 전기포트등이 고장나서2번교체해주셨고 부엌이 큰데 요리못하는건 그렇다치고 전자렌지정도는 있으면 편리할거 같네요

깨끗한 시설 좋았습니다.

Excelentes apartamentos amplos, ótima limpeza e bom atendimento dos funcionários. Ponto negativo para quem viaja sem carro seria a dificuldade de locomoção para parque de SKY e restaurantes.

NO shuttle bus, no personnel to help on the luggages and initially, not even agreeing to help store luggages before check-in. Information on website are misleading and totally inaccurate. Totally doesn’t justify for the money paid.

We stayed before covid, there was a full restaurant with buffet breakfast, cafe and pizza place. Four years on, it has changed a lot, and not in a good way. When we checked in, none of the facilties had reopened, the hotel is like a ghost town. Previously there was a shuttle service to the ski park which made it convenient, now this service no longer exists, meaning a walk of over a km through the snow to get to the ski place (obviously no taxis going as the hotel is virtually empty). A real shame as it was a great place to stay, now though, it is too remote and lacks the facilities for someone without their own transport.

휘닉스파크 이용을 위해 예약했습니다. 매년 하던 셔틀이 올해부터는 없어졌다고 해서, 짐을 파크 락커에 보관하고 몸만 걸어서 왔다갔다헸네요. 걸어서 15분 거리이며 경사가 완만해서 걷는데 큰 불편은 없었습니다. 운동되고 좋았어요 방은 충분히 넓고 침대도 편안해서 잘 쉬었습니다. 면도기, 치약칫솔 등의 개인 용품은 준비하셔야 하구요. 밤새 시끄러운 방 근처에 묵었는데 방음이 좀 아쉬웠던게 단점이라면 단점이네요.
