식사 하지 않음

냉방이 거실에만 작은 평수 에어컨으로 있어 아쉬웠음. 작은방은 냉방 및 제습이 아예 불가함. 한낮엔 더운감이 있어고 야간에도 창문을 열어두면 습해서 힘들었음

시설은 노후 됐지만 관리가 잘되어있어서 모든것이 깔끔했어요. 침구도 깨끗했고 객실도 넓고 깔끔히 청소 되어있었구요. 산뷰고 아름다웠구요. 저렴한 가격에 잘 쉬고 갑니다

평창 한화리조트 휘닉스갈때마다 이용하는데 가성비너무 좋습니다. 셔틀 운행해서 오히려 스키장 주차 걱정안하고 편하구요. 매년 이용중이에요

산속이라 공기는 좋으나 대체적으로 시설은 낙후된듯,,,,요즘에 열쇠키라....허허~

전체적으로 시설이 오래되어 보였으며 직원분들은 친절하였고 사람이 많지 않아 조용하게 보낼수 있었다.

숙박 중 침대는 괜찮지만 일반 이불은 너무 딱딱하고 눅눅해서 불편합니다.

로비 조명과 청결상태가 별로 좋지 않았던 것 같습니다. 주중이라 지하 상가는 Close 되어 밤에 별로 할 일이 없었던 것이 아쉬었습니다.

깨끗하고 양호했습니다. 산전망은 좋았는데 건물아랫쪽은 좀 정리안되고 지저분한 느낌였는데 뭐 다 한화리조트 탓은 아니구요 ^^

5인 가족이 편하게 이용하고 왔네요 베드시트도 깨끗하고 전체적으로 흠 잡을것은 없이 가격대에 맞는 시설로 만족합니다 뒷쪽으로 있는 산책로는 시간적 여유를 가지고 둘러보면 좋을것 같아요

사람이 많지않아 조용합니다만 발소리가 좀 울리네요 숙박객이 많아지면 층간소음이 꽤 있겠습니다 전체적으로는 나쁘지 않아요 조용히 가족들과 일박하기엔 괜찮습니다

It is a great hotel.

무엇보다 스키 리조트라는 것. 위치는 당연. 특급만큼은 아니라도 숙소 상태는 베리굿... 다만 쓰레기를 직접 치우라고 하는것은 시대착오적인거 같아요.

방도 넓고 뷰도 너무 좋았어요~~

타 지역 콘도 대비 스위트형 공간이 넓게 나와 좋았습니다. 욕실 청소 상태가 말끔하지 않기는 했으나 그 밖에 것은 만족스러웠습니다.

Hotel apartment located in the centre of ski resort facilities. Spacious rooms with complete amenities e.g. fridge, cooker, cooking utensils etc. Excellent heating system. Breathtaking winter view. Should spend more time at the resort to fully enjoy quality family bonding time.

비싸다고 여러군데서 핀잔아닌 핀잔을 들었지만, 회원이 아닌걸 어떡해요^^;; 부대 시설도 웬만한건 다 갖춰져 있고, 블루캐니언(워터파크)도 도보로 5-7분정도 거리에 있어서 편하게 잘 다녀왔어요. 비수기에 다녀와서 큰 불편함 없었는데 성수기엔 주차할 곳 찾기가 힘들지도 모르겠다는 생각이 드네요. 방에서 간단한 음식 해먹기도 좋고, 배달도 잘 되어있어요~ 웬만한 식기도 다 구비되어 있습니다! 침구류도 넉넉해서 4인 쓰는데 두겹씩 깔아서 썼어요ㅎㅎ 바닥은 딱딱하니까요..ㅎㅎ 화장실은 두개나 있었지만, 욕조가 없어서 쪼끔 아쉬웠어요. 전반적으로 깨끗하고 편안했습니다~

깨끗하고 전체적인 경관이 너무 좋아서 다음에 가족들이랑 또다시 들르고 싶네요~~^^

Stayed here around the end of November 2017 for a couple of nights as part of my tour. The room is just big enough for 2-4 people. Has a fridge, a table for 4, a couch, a sink an a stove if want to cook. The bathroom isn't that big, and the towels are small. So if you're a big guy, you may want to bring your own towel here. There's cable TV, but I did't really get to watch that much. Only 1 room to sleep in. If you're a solo traveler, no problem. But if there's more than 2 people, someone has to sleep outside. No bed, but they have comfortable mattresses. The place doesn't seem to have its own restaurant. We had our breakfast at the mall in front of the hotel, which also has a Dairy Queen and a 7-Eleven and other restaurants which I've forgotten about. Since I was on a tour, I didn't get to explore the place that much. We didn't get to try out the slopes. But other than that, the place is alright to stay at.

Just surprised that there was no bath towel, only small one per person for face and hands.

Great resort. Located at the center of it all

룸컨디션 스키 물놀이 이벤트 가족 여행하기 매우 만족스러웠습니다 숙소 내 있는 편의점 및 식당 이용에도 매우 좋았습니다

오래되었지만 나름 관리도 잘 되어있고, 직원들도 친철해서 좋았습니다. 식당도 맘에 들었어요 ~

We were staying at Red Condo, which is a 2 rooms apartment with kitchen/ living room and 2 toilets. There are essential utilities for cooking (even rice cooker is provided). However, there is no bathe towel, and also shampoo / shower gel provided. The room is clean with a great view. There is a convenient shop at the hotel lobby so you could get your supply easily. It’s walking distance to the Phoenix Snow Park, but should have own transport to roam around, e.g. to have meal outside. Didn’t see any taxi available at the resort compound.

편안했어요

숙소가 엄청 깨끗하고 조용했어요. 매우 만족 스러웠습니다. 식당은 7km 내에 거리로 먹으러 다녀서 룸서비스와 조식이 대한 평가는 없습니다.

방도 크고 가격 대비 만족합니다.

청결하고 산속에 위치해서 공기도 좋고 조식도 좋았습니다. 편의점, 한우 정육식당,탁구장 등 오락실도 있었습니다.

I stayed at the blue condo with balcony for two nights. The condo was very spacious, but not that clean and I didnt know that they didnt provide amenities. Not so many people around considering it wasnt winter. But it was a nice and quite place to enjoy my short getaway moment.

스키 시즌 끝나가는 시기에 슬로프와 가까운 곳에 조용하게 잘 다녀왔어요

I stayed at this resort for one night. Our Room was very spacious , clean and bed is comfortable.Breakfast was nice and have many kind of food .Service staff were very professional. It would be difficult if you don't have a car to travel in this area

スキー場までシャトルバスなし！！！！歩きで15分くらい。最悪！！！ 3月は行くもんじゃない！！

Short stay to try out the Phoenix Park resort. Room was nice, large and clean, but was fairly in need of maintenance. The bathrooms were very small and very much of the Koreanan style.

객실 시설이 약간은 리뉴얼이 필요할것 같습니다. 침대의 매트리스는 많이 불편해서 숙면을 취할 수 없었습니다. 하지만 객실이 매우 공간이 넓고, 리조트 내에 편의시설 및 레스토랑, 스키렌털 샵 등이 골고루 갖춰져 있어서 마음에 들었었습니다.

주차시설이 많이 부족해 보여요.. 주차하는데 시간이 너무오래걸려요. 결국외부 이면도로에 주차함..

Not so many hotels staff know about this place, therefore you have to put efforts to plan your trip well. Here is my experienced: Check bus schedule to jangpyong from seoul, don't be late as you will have to wait for the next day. Bus schedule runs in the morning until afternoon at 02.00 pm, no more schedule to jangpyeong after that. From seoul you can go to Nambu bus station easily by subway or bus but i don't know the number. From Nambu bus station you have to buy ticket to jangpyeong ( remember to mention it properly since similiar with other area) time travel approx 2hours. Arrived at jangpyong you can wait for shuttle to phoenix resort for free. You can mingle with the others to make sure the shuttle. That is the most affordable way to go to phoenix resort from seoul city. Please bring your toiletries as the resort didn't provided. Snow quality is very good but 90% is artificial even in the winter season.

I stayed in this hotel after doing some skiing activities with my friends . I stayed at blue condo with balcony. It was so cold at that time so didn't use the balcony at all. This hotel has heated floor and Traditional rooms with futon beddings. Toilet was small and no room to move just the toilet bowl and a place to bath and No toiletries. But there are restaurant and store near the hotel which are very convenient and bowling alley too!

스키장 근접, 무료 셔틀버스, 타 스키장에 비해 저렴한 숙박비, 수영장, 깔끔한 실내 모두 좋았습니다.

Very disappointed with this hotel. We stayed at blue condo quad room. The furnishings are very dated. No floor rug and shower curtain in both toilets therefore the toilet gets wet and slippery after every shower. No toiletries at all and towels are very small. The queen bed is too soft. The price I paid for (SGD460) is not worth it at all.

The facilities were quite clean, the ski resort was easily accessible either by foot or a convenient and free shuttle bus service that ran every 20 minutes to and from the ski slopes. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent information on discounts and other benefits available to guests for skiing and other amenities.

Stayed at the Korean traditional ondol room for 3 nights. Room faced the ski slopes & that is beautiful. Room & toilet is clean. Floor heating is definitely helpful in keeping us warm & cosy. Quite spacious balcony to take in the view. It would be good if they provide a microwave in the room.

PyeongChang, a place where Winter Olympics was held. Well-known ski ground, magnificent and well-maintained. Hotel room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice. A pity I was not able to stay there for long and never even try the ski...

Stayed here before for a college tour. Can vividly remember how nice the view is from our room! And up until late in the evening people are still skiing and how beautiful it is to see the uphill snow under the dark sky! What joy it brought to me! Enjoyed the breakfast to facing of course the majestic view. Oh also, it is quite a memorable place because it is where I first experience snow fall! Yey!

만족합니다. 앞에 워터파크가 있어서 애들이 좋아했구요 주변에 1시간 이내로 가볼곳도 많았고....다만 숙박시설 들어가는 길이 공사 중이라 조금 불편했습니다.

3명의 우리가족이 1박을 하였는데, 침구가 깨끗하고 공간이 넓고, 부족한 수건을 즉시 가져다 주는 서비스도 좋았다

•객실은 전체적으로 청결하나, 객실 전체에서 배어나오는 각종 냄새 및 부엌 식기에서 나는 고기냄새가 신경쓰였습니다. •숙소 근처에는 바로 워터파크가 있고, 각종 오락시설이 있어 이용하기 편리했습니다.

Though my friends and me never ski this time due to our budget and language problem , but great to stay 2 nights here enjoying the winter our from busy life . The apartment is comfortable for 4 person with bed and futon . Kitchen is provided with enough utensils for us , very nice . Many staffs here doesn't understand English or Chinese but they still helpful and friendly.

This review is for The Hotel adjacent to the Hanwha Resort Phoenix Park Condo. It used to be reasonably well maintained and managed. However on our last stay mid-December 2015, we were shocked by the total lack of basic skills at the front desk. The hotel was only running at 50% occupancy but the staff seemed to be unable to run basic tasks such as assigning a vacant room or issuing a key card which was correctly programmed. We were first assigned a room where we found a Chinese family who had checked-in one day earlier. They were equally shocked to see us entering their room with our freshly-issued cards. There were constant flaws throughout our 2- night stay and when we paid cash upon check-out they were unable to issue a receipt raising suspicion of misappropriation. I just wonder how Pyeongchang prepares itself for the 2018 Winter Olympics with such practices in the only decent hotel in one of the key resorts of the domain.

가족여행이였는 데 편안하고 좋았음

날이 갑자기 흐려져서 체크인 하는데에 사람이 몰려 많이 기다리기는 했지만 숙박은 괜찮았습니다. 전체적으로 깨끗했지만 오래되어 그런지 이불에 구멍이 난 곳도 있더라구요.. 시계가 멈춰 있어서 그것도 좀 불편했습니다.

편안한 하루밤을 보냈습니다.

We stayed at this resort for 1 night to play ski. This is my first time staying at ski hotel. Our room is very clean and have heated floors and wifi. We can see ski lane from our rooms. (My room is on 5th floor) However, the room for breakfast is quite small.

The location is great if all you care about is just skiing. I would not call it a hotel really as the service .... well! I actually did not see much service from it. We stayed there for 2 nights and surprised us that there were NO CLEANING at all, As checked at the reception, they quoted that only cleaning service would be provided when you spend every 3 nights plus. Very funny info I never heard. The design of the bath and toilet room is pretty awkward too. No shower curtain was provided, which expected to wet the whole place after shower and that you have step in the WET every time when you want to use the toilet!!! Arrrgggghhhhhh! The room was not completely cleaned either, we found a pair of sock left over by the window when we firstly got in. Plus, not much choice for food around the area. Apart from the BBQ chicken place was not too bad. I would wanna give a 1 star, the 2nd one is for the location of the place for ski only.

여러명이서 사용하기에 적당했으며 주변에 ㅁㄴ화시설이 있어 좋았습니다.

조용히 쉬기에 적당한 리조트입니다. 겨울시즌이 아니라면 좀 심심할 정도라 생각됩니다.

방에서 이전 숙박객이 이용한 음식냄새가 너무 심하게 났다 고기구운냄새 환기도 안시켰는지 속이 뒤집힐 정도 화장실 샤워기에 머리카락 달려있고 기분 나뻐서 프론트에 말했더니 바로 방 바꿔줌..바꾸니 방에서 냄새도 안나고 깨끗했음. 말 안하고 그대로 이용했으면 최악 됐을뻔. 주변환경은 좋았음.2층 한우고기집 진짜 끝내주게 맛있음. 밤에 추워서 보일러온도 올렸으나 계속 그 온도로 유지되서 감기걸림

I recently spent three nights in a room on the 10th floor of this hotel. The hotel itself is situated adjacent to a ski resort, and it has trails for hiking in the summer. It appears to be a popular summer destination for families, with a ropes course and other fun activities. However, as someone who frequently stays at ski resorts in the summer in the US, I think this place could be much better. And if you are not looking for the amenities associated with a ski resort, avoid this place. Problem 1 - the rooms are dirty, with stained carpet, chipped furniture, and very hard and uncomfortable beds. The bathrooms are also rather antiquated, but I will say that I had a nice view from my window. Problem 2 - relentless nickle and dimeing. The usual free toiletries, if used, are charged to you. And a large buffet-style breakfast had totally inadequate coffee, and tea was not brought until I had to leave. The food was only so-so, and the price very high. Problem 3 - not very friendly. The staff do know a bit of English, but they couldn't help us to find coffee (though we later found a coffee shop at the adjacent hotel), and were very put out when I needed a replacement room key. Although the hiking trails were somewhat appealing, they are paved, and we regularly had to move off the trail to allow motorized vehicles to pass. It was not very peaceful.

Situated just next to the ski resort, this place is rather quiet at late spring. Nevertheless, the lush green grass on the ski track is fresh and welcoming. An early morning walk near the ski resort is just serene and refreshing. The hotel rooms are small but cozy. Though the property is old, it's pleasant to find it clean and well-kept. We did not sleep well as it was already late spring but the floor heating system was still on. This made the room stuffy. The windows can only be opened to a small gap and not much of fresh air could get in. The AC did not seem to function too. Buffet breakfast is simple but sufficient. There's wifi at the lobby and weak signals can be received in the room. The is also a small mall about 100 metres away where we could do some shopping.

Its really a very very big apartment. There is a western bedroom and a korean bedroom when we visited during winter, the room was already heated up. if you sleep in the korean bedroom, you better layer all of the beddings on the floor otherwise it gets really hot. we tried to open the winter... but its really too cold outside and the wind is very very strong. there is small kitchen where u can cook. There is a hot spring spa at the basement and games room for ping pong. supermarket is available too. very convenient and a good time together with friends and family.

Old, rundown, dated. This sums up my stay here at this hotel. I guess the hotel management is still living in the 80s as every single furniture in the room was showing signs of wear and tear and in need of replacement. TV was CRT type. No mineral water was provided. No wifi in the room and wifi at the lobby didnt worked at all. Room doesn't come with aircon so you will need to open the windows. Bed was very hard and I had a backache the next morning. Just thankful that I was only staying for 1 night. Didn't give this hotel a 1 star rating as I thought the buffet breakfast was good.

In general this really does seem like a resort rather than a hotel as there aren't a lot of attractions nearby. Thankfully, though, there is a convenience store nearby within a mini mall that also comes with restaurants and a bowling alley. This really is a ski resort anyways, although the snow was already dirty and half melted during our visit. I guess it's safe to say that aside from the people who are with tour groups, this is a sleepytown when it's not winter or summer season (I heard they also had a beach facility for the summer). The room itself is okay. It's probably not the best in terms of ambiance and image, but it's clean and very cozy. The best part I loved is that the rooms come with heated floors so even if the floors aren't carpeted, I never had a moment of discomfort while walking around at night. The heated floors also helped to keep us warm somehow. This AC can't be turned on until June as per government regulations, but thankfully, since this is a ski resort, opening the windows is already sufficient. I love the window controls as you can open and close the window through pressing a button. This is especially helpful for someone who always has difficulties dealing with stiff hotel room windows. The bathroom may amuse or may annoy some, depending on preferences. This is because the sink and mirror are in an area not within the bathroom itself. Only the bathtub, shower, and toilet are within the confines of the bathroom itself. There is wifi in this hotel, and we were very thankful for that. All in all, if I were to ski or use the artificial beach, I really would love to stay at this hotel. For those looking for a good place to stay in during the 2018 winter olympics, I think that this is a nice, comfy place to stay in. As for those who are in need of a very accessible and bustling area to stay in, probably not this hotel...
