Sheraton Bursa Hotel

Mukemmel

The staff was helpful and friendly

Otelin havalandırma/ısıtma sistemi merkezi idi. Gece oda çok sıcak oldu, teknik ekip gelip havalandırma sistemine bakım yapmak zorunda kaldı. Bunun dışında bir sorun yoktu

Çeşmelerden uzun süre çamurlu su aktı. Onun dışında her şey güzeldi.

As a frequent traveler who has stayed in five-star hotels across the globe, I have come to appreciate and expect a high level of professionalism, hospitality, and guest care—especially from internationally recognized hotel chains like Sheraton. I am also a regular guest at Sheraton Bursa, where I typically stay with my family in Executive Deluxe rooms, believing that the hotel offers a dependable standard of comfort and service. Over the years, I have chosen Sheraton Bursa not only for its convenient location and comfortable amenities but because I believed the staff were well-trained to serve with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, my most recent visit has shaken that trust entirely. This review is not written lightly. What I experienced during my stay was not just a matter of poor service, but a deeply unsettling encounter marked by unprofessionalism, lack of basic etiquette, emotional distress, and most troubling of all—discrimination. I feel obligated to share the details of what happened, not only to express my disappointment but also to help ensure that other guests—especially loyal ones—are not subjected to similar treatment. Even more disheartening is the fact that this was not the first time I have encountered problematic behavior at this property. However, I chose to give the hotel another chance in good faith. Regrettably, the events that unfolded during this most recent stay have led me to cut my trip short, reconsider future stays, and report t

The hotel experience at Sheraton Bursa is truly exceptional. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm and professional atmosphere that immediately sets a high standard for your stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy elegance. Whether it's enjoying a delicious meal at one of their restaurants, unwinding at the spa, or simply taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, every aspect of the experience is designed to make you feel relaxed and well-cared for. The attentive staff goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met, making it a memorable and enjoyable stay. By the way ,I really appricate for Mr Ahmet Izmirli. He was so helpful.

Personel guler yuzlu idi. Genel olarak memnun ayrildik.

Close to so many historical sites and transportation as well as tourist sites.

There was wedding and the noise didn’t stop until midnight though we were on 10th floor

Great location, We had a problem with the electricity in the room , it stopped working the second day and when we reported it they upgraded us to a better room. We appreciate their cooperation.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The place was super clean and had a luxurious vibe, which made it really comfortable. It’s also in a great spot, really close to shopping, so everything was within easy reach. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, it was a great experience!

staff not friendly , receiption manager wasn't helpful , operator not responsive , clean and good location

Friendly staff, clean big room

Its among the best hotels in Bursa, some room facilities need updating but overall is good

Extremely friendly and professional staff

Had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Bursa. The staff are so friendly and made my stay so comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and the friendly staff made our stay even better

A very upscale hotel, entirely in terms of shopping and cafes. The area in general is lively… I would like to point out that the reception staff were elegant, spoke English and were well-behaved... especially Mr. Muhammad Al-Ayoubi...

Great luxurious place with city views.

They are located in very suitable locations and provided us with uan upgrades

I liked it and the stuff is super nice

Excellent Hotel Reception and Service, Great Clean and Spacious Rooms, Many Ameneties including Spa

Brilliant place. Very professional

Felt the rooms air filter was not working and have had severe allergies

Hjj

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in a while. Amazing amenities, friendly and helpful staff, and very close to all the main shopping centres, restaurants etc. Highly encourage a stay here. Thank you Hueysein for looking after us!

Prestigious, clean, and spacious

Excellent hotel with perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Bursa hotel, very friendly and professional staff. Close to all attractions in Bursa. Overall an excellent experience.

The hotel location is perfect everything is in a reachable distance

The best location in Bursa for family tourists

Good place for families in quite area

the unique staff "very helpful and cooperative with smiling face' Very quite and clean hotel Very comfy bed and pillows

I was greeted with friendly smiles at the entrance to the reception all the way to the room. I even extended my stay two more nights. Excellent location, close to the newest shopping mall in town. Highly recommended.

The hotel are perfect at all Location 👍 Stuff 👍 Floor 11 😍 Great view

It’s was good Hotel

Thanks

The unique about this hotel is everything thing is near you such as two malls and carrfour ( walking 5 min ). Plus, hotel location is in the middle of Bursa. The distance to Everywhere is 15 min drive .. love it

Hotel location is great , but furniture is old , many of hotel facilities needs maintenance, and house keeping needs improvement. Breakfast was limited ,and behavior of the man on the cheese section not up to a five star hotel.

The location is amazing

my ticket was in jr royal jourdan when i went to air port it is non in this flight in the end it was turkush on line mot rj royal jourdan i spent the time and my felt do bad i had stresse and be 2 days not good for that fattema

Wonderful hotel, front desk is very respectful and accommodating. We made friends with some staff and really enjoyed Bursa. Will stay agains!

Excellent communication skills from staff and hotel executives. Warm and welcoming. Absolutely wonderful

The location is excellent, close to services, the room is clean and the staff is friendly

One the best hotels I stayed in Good smiling staff Room is super comfortable and clean Nothing to complain about

Thank you very much you are best in the best and thanks for stuff wonderful stuff

Great hotel, great and welcoming staff

Every was as expected.

Wonderful hotel

The workers are so polite and friendly. Love everything in it.

Location is perfect, next to a mall and hospital. My husband had bad stomach ache so I had to take him to Medicana. The hospital is quite expensive though. The room where we stayed had a city view, almost perfect except there is a junkyard (sort of) which kind of ruin the view because of the trash are just everywhere. Overall, the hotel is good just dont order room service. The spaghetti is too oily, the grilled chicken is very hard and tastless, the lamb chops are horrible. Only pizza is decent enough. There are restaurants around so dont worry.

قريب من الأسواق والمطاعم الجميلة والفخامة ويقع على شارع حيوي

It’s ok & very good even we stayed for one night

Overall the place and location are very nice plus the level of service and all aspects are excellent .....

Excellent The staff at the reception and the breakfast buffet were very nice especially Mr. Levent

Nice hotel friendly staff comfortable rooms great atmosphere best location, will stay again for sure .

A great experience, superb service, extremely clean. Highly recommended, and would definitely return

Nice location ( mall.cafee shops .restaurants)

Excellent experience but they need to improve the blackout curtains in the room and widows’ sealing to get better quietness

Hotel's location is great, rooms are great, really comfortable, really nice view of the city, staff is really helpful. But I don't understand why they're not putting all the amenities in the rooms. This is my 2nd time staying there and we had to ask someone for toothbrushes and shower gels. Also, I don't know if it is the other guests or housekeeping, people tried to force our door 4-5 times in the morning despite the `do not disturb` sign.

We booked a corner room. Room was comfortable, towels were very small which i dont understand , Bursa is famous because of towels or? Body shampoo and toilet papers were less than you need you have to ask for more if you stay 2 or more people. Location was nice, easy to reach restaurants, cafes, shopping center by foot.

All good

Everything was good but why don’t you offer breakfast in your deal ???

The property location is fair. The hotel is well done. The reception staff is friendly. They didn’t clean up the room at afternoon.

Highly recommend: excellent location, lean rooms and delicious breakfast.

Great

Front desk staff friendly and helpful Room we got had a bath tub instead of a walk in shower and was hard to climb into and certainly dangerous to get out of in fear of sleeping. Shower water was weak. Aside from that everything else was pleasant and great

Great hotel, good service and excellent food. Rooms very comfortable. Would recommend.

The furnature was old. Bed sheets were dirty and they changed them. phone in the room was not working. Room dining was delious with reasnable pricing

need more variety for the breakfast buffet

The excellent service of receptionist Shaima thanks her

No facilities only room for sleep the restaurant is close no have open area all kitchen smiles instead

An amazing hotel with kind staff esp Erol at reception who was very helpful and eager to help us find our way around the city.House keeping was shoddy and we had to request for amenities as well as having the carpets vacuumed. The hotel boasts an excellent location with malls within walking distance and several eateries nearby.A very disappointing breakfast with limited selection to choose from. Will definitely stay here again.

As a Sheraton, it should have a proper bar.

Very good Slow lobby staff Very clean.......... I hope ı can come again to enjoy with it

We enjoyed our stay in Sheraton and it was up to expectations. We had a room in floor 10 and staff were very friendly. Spa was nice and it does have indoor swimming pool, steaming room and sauna. Room was pretty clean and room service was really good. There is a new mall which his only 5 minutes walking with lots of shops, cafe and restaurants.

Nice place quite and walkable lots of attractions neer by ( malls , parks ) I will come again

was great.

Wonderful caring staff who made my birthday far away from home a very memorable one. Thank you all so much !

Nice hotel with spacious room. However, buffet breakfast spread wasn't very interesting. It was a big spread but lacked variety.

Well experienced and trained stuff . Nice hotel .. I like it .
