Good good

The staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean, tidy and had plenty of towels for the three of us. The cafe in the lobby was also good. The proximity to restaurants and pubs was great 😁

A great budget offering as usual from Holiday Inn, clean and tidy with a modern fresh feel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good size room with comfy bed. Yes its basic but its budget so have your expectations. More than adequate with a great breakfast for the money. Parking is cheap, under the hotel at £15 a night. 15 minutes will see you walk to the castle, its quiet as its on the towns edge as well so a bonus. A good choice for a couple of days.

Everything was perfect, from parking under the hotel. The staff were exceptional, the room was just what we wanted, a good size, very clean, comfortable beds, breakfast excellent as was the bar menu for snacks at tea time.

Buffet breakfast had an excellent choice. Rooms were very well organised and clean. House keeping were excellent. Check in organised my parking for disability and could not of been more helpful. Taxi service number the hotel provided were an excellent service. The walk into town is very easy and direct. We had a lovely stay

The rooms are not sound proofed enough you can hear room next door conversations also had an adjourning door to another room where they had a child crying all night and could hear everything. I know children cry, but hotel design doesn’t give any privacy or quiet rooms. Hardly got any sleep 😴

Zimmer war rel. neu eingerichtet, Das Bad war schön groß. Beim Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl. Es wurde immer auf Sauberkeit geachtet und die Bar war am Abend auch in Ordnung. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Empfang. Windsor Castle kann zu Fuß erreicht werden.

Das Parken kostet extra und es war ganz schön eng. Sehr unangenehm war, dass die Decke aufgrund irgendwelcher Arbeiten sehr niedrig ist, was beim Kofferaumöffnen leicht zu Beschädigungen führen kann.

Some of the staff really exasperated me. One at reception was so slow at things and far from helpful. He is not proactive at all. Breakfast is very frugal considering the amount of money paid. Also the room was very basic. At least it was cleaned daily and towels changed.

Having a car park was a bonus (though fairly expensive). The hotel has everything you need. Breakfast was excellent. Castle was easily walkable and we found some lovely restaurants on the walk.

Amazing hotel with outstanding service. The staff are incredibly friendly and always go the extra mile to make your stay special. The fresh pancake machine is a fantastic touch and great fun for kids! We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I never thought I would have enjoyed this stay so much! The service, and professionalism the team had, has made me think twice about staying in other major chains. Karen checked me in, and was very helpful and informative, and the manager - Hani helped me with a blockage I had in my sink! Well done girls! I will definitely stay again!

I had the best at this holiday Inn in Windsor. Love the fact that it is near the station. Calm atmosphere and good rooms. Customer Service is top. Plus Kudos to Karen and Hani!!! Had a minor issue that they both helped me resolve. Will definitely be back!!

Exquisite! The hotel is situated in a walking distance from the historical center, nearby green parks and recreation gardens. The staff was really helpful and open to support at any time. Legoland is only 50 minutes away, you can either take the 702 or 703 bus from All saints church bus stop, or walk through the fields where people walk their dogs and the Association of drones let their machines fly high in the sky. The breakfast is as good as in any other Holiday Inn and they provide fresh water all they long. The garden is suitable for relaxing day and night.

So many positives. Location, cleanliness, staff, breakfast, comfort. We got a friendly welcome and checked in with ease. Room was clean, cool, modern, just what we needed. Breakfast was excellent. Good start to the day. Will definitely be back if we return to Legoland as it’s only a short taxi ride there and we could get a bus back.

This hotel is amazing, so much better than I expected. Everything seems brand new, clean and bright. As soon as you walk through the door you feel welcomed. The lobby, bar area, outdoor area and restaurant are so well cared for, even the toilets are nice All of the staff have been really friendly and helpful especially at breakfast when they were short staffed but did a fantastic job of keeping on top of everything. The bedroom is so nice, the bed is extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was a big bonus during this heatwave, I really don’t want to leave. The bathroom is clean with a great shower. The only thing that could possibly let it down would be the very small car park but obviously that is not something they can do anything about, we did have to park about a 10 minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal (sehr gut!). Die Lage ist gut, man ist in wenigen Minuten in der High street und in 15-20 Minuten bei Windsor Castle. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut in den Zimmern. Wir hatten außen 34 Grad und das war der Grund warum wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden hatten. Das Frühstück war gut, es gibt auch warmes englisches Frühstück neben kontinentalen Frühstück. Die Auswahl hat uns gut gefallen.

Es wird täglich gereinigt (positiv), unser Zimmer hätte aber eine Grundreinigung (Teppich und Wandfliesen im Bad) nötig gehabt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür zum Zimmer nebenan. Wir konnten jedes Wort verstehen was drüben gesprochen wurde. Vielleicht kann man das besser isolieren.
