Our bed was so uncomfortable, for the price I expect the bed to not feel like a wooden board. We had to ask for more shower gel and there were hairs on the floor. I think it needed a good deep clean

Estúdio mínimo e com imensa claridade durante a noite/manhã ao acordar. A casa de banho não tem estores nem cortinas e está diretamente em frente à cama. Corredor fora do apartamento com tapete super sujo. Após termos pago, ainda nos pediram-nos uma caução de 110€ e com período de reembolso de 1 mês. Não tem pequeno almoço.

Great common spaces, happy hour drinks and snacks, and service by the friendly staff. We were upgraded from standard to premium suite.

The bathroom was damp, with flooding from shower and some mould. Appreciate the dehumidifier in the room though.

Myself and my partner loved the vibe at the Figo. The staff were very kind and accommodating, the location was amazing and the room was lovely. We loved the complimentary happy hour, where you could have a drink and a snack in the common area. We loved the local area and fell in love with Hong Kong!

We stayed here for longer than the average guest, and after a while we noticed the rooms weren't being thoroughly cleaned - just a light tidy. Fine if you are staying for a few days!

There’s some construction work going on opposite the hotel at the moment, so it’s a bit noisy from 8am

Location is excellent, 10 minutes from shops and main attractions, near restaurants, markets and parks.

It smelled a bit damp and the rooms are slightly dark. Also to note that guests who book The Figo via booking.com are sadly not allowed to use their rooftop sauna and cold plunge.

Stayed in Premium suite with family. It was nice to have two rooms altough they are tiny and the bed is only queen size. Shared lounge was nice, we spent an hour everyday to unwind there so the kid could play the games found in there. Could go back again but would choose only the suite.

Some of interior is worn out and not the best materials. Room is small but so is everywhere in Hong Kong at this price.

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und tolle Lage - nahe der U-Bahn Station und tollen Restaurants. Es hat kostenlose Getränke und Kaffee in der Lobby und einen Wasserspender im Gang das war wirklich super!

Hotel provided a happy hour each day, providing some drinks and snacks which was appreciated. Location was central as expected. Photos did look like the place.

Room was very tired and needed some refreshing. Being honest it felt dirty, even if it was not. Some mould in the bathroom etc, could have easily been dealt with, if some basic maintenance was done. Aircon was old and had quite a damp smell.

There were a few factors that did not meet the expectations when compared with other hotels around the corner of the same price band: 1. Security: Hotel is located within a mix of offices at varied levels, you can enter any room levels without any hotel card 2. This is more of a "Service apartment", so the services are very lean, no in-room dining or any sort and at the main pantry, you'll have to wash your own cups if you have a beverage 3. Main factor that fell short was that I was given a room much, much smaller than in photos, I expected a medium sized room that had a reasonable amount of walkway that could be used for luggage storage, however upon entering my room I realized that it is a lot smaller and in no way possible to accommodate any luggage space opening at all, not even at the side of the bed between the walls or any corner. You might have to place it by the doorway but that also means you will not be able to access the door 4. Short Ceiling - because it's a office building, there is no waterproof on the foundational level and thus they have to build a platform for the toilets, this resulted to a reduced ceiling height and standing at 1.7 metres, this means that the rain shower is directly above my head, I would not be able to use that and with an extremely tight space, i have to tilt my body to shower at an angle.

The location of The Figo is excellent. I walked everywhere. HK is a very safe place, I was told, and I certainly never felt unsafe or uncomfortable as I wandered around town. The staff -- Venezia, in particular -- was so very helpful. I got a lot of local travel advice and even some local history from her! I really appreciate the extra time she spent with me making sure I had all the information I needed.

This is rare but I have nothing to criticize. Next time I am in HK, I will stay here again.

It was reasonably priced and decent (but very small) room - and I had a suite! Location is not bad.

Entrance to the hotel is through an office building entrance. Design felt a bit like an upgraded hostel.

The room was super humid and felt like there was no oxygen at times. They provide humidifier in the room but still it was not very pleasant. We also could not open the windows probably due to safety since we were on 19th floor. I guess it is common for Hong Kong to have humid rooms with no options to open the windows but still it was an uncomfortable experience

Location and facilites are great. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The common area was a real plus and made up for the slightly small room.

Nice hotel with friendly staff located on Hong Kong island near business district. Clean, also with a nice terrace and free drinks and happy hour. Our room also had a little kitchenette.

Rooms are a bit small, although they have everything you need and space is used very efficiently.

A11 공항버스를 타고 도달하기도 쉽고, 셩완 지역의 관광 명소에 방문하기도 쉬운 장소에 위치해 있습니다. 주변에 맛집도 많고 마트도 많습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 수압이 좋아서 씻을 때 매우 기분이 좋았습니다. 숙소마다 작은 책상이 비치되어 있어서 드라이를 하거나 메로를 하기에 편했습니다.

2층, 도로에 접해 있는 숙소를 배정받았는데 밤늦게까지 차량 소음이 있어서 수면에 영향이 조금 있었습니다. 귀마개를 준비하면 좋을 듯 합니다.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist hervorragend. Es gibt einen Wasserspender und bei der Reception die Möglichkeit für Snacks und Softgetränke.

Unser Zimmer hat nicht so ausgesehen wie auf den Fotos. War ein super kleines und tiefes Zimmer. Der Schrank war defekt und darum ist das Licht nicht automatisch ausgegangen im Schrank. Wir waren den ganzen Tag über unterweges und konnten es leider nicht melden, und am Tag 3 war dann die Schranktür geflickt. Das Zimmer das wir hatten im 19 Stock war oke für so ein paar Nächte aber nichts in dem man sich länger aufhalten möchte. Die Rezeption war auch eher kurzangebunden, auf meine Frage nach einem Adapter wurde mir einfach verneint, nicht wirklich eine hilfsbereite Antwort. Ich würde sagen, das Hotel hat seinen Zweck erfüllt, aber mehr war es nicht.

Total chaos and zero common sense. I had an absolutely infuriating experience at The Figo. It is beyond belief that management decided to perform elevator repairs during peak check-out time. The elevator is tiny and can only accommodate 4 people at once. With one elevator out of service, we were left waiting for over 20 minutes at the 19th floor with all of our luggage. It was a complete bottleneck. You simply cannot get anywhere in this building when they decide to shut down the only means of transport during the busiest hour of the day. Extremely poor management and a total lack of respect for guests' time. Save yourself the headache and never stay here.

I liked the figo. It was a last min booking for me and I needed to be near my friends place. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Originally i was given a 3rd floor room but before I went up I requested a higher level and was given the 18th floor no problem. The room itself was very clean. I just wish the bed was a little more comfortable and they offered a flat sheet. I had difficulty sleeping but it might also have attribute to being jet lagged.

Fantastic room which we got a free upgrade for upon arrival. Great.space bedroom and separate living area which was unexpected. Great access to public transport, shops and restaurants. Super friendly staff. So many freebies in the communal areas also.

Location and overall vibe was up to expectation.

It was a bit overpriced and having more drinks and food options wouldve helped to hang around.

1. 飯店氛圍舒服，裝潢就跟照片上的一樣完全沒有照騙😊 2. 位於熱鬧的上環，附近也有便利商店，雖然離地鐵站需大約走十分鐘路程，不過能夠漫步在矗立的大樓間，穿梭欣賞香港的風情也是頗有韻味！

I felt like the rooms were outdated and it wasn’t very clean:

It's little cozy boutique hotel located in lovely neighborhood of Sheung Wan where you can enjoy most of independent shop and cafe. If you do not like clouded places and mass product. I think here is the place you will love.

If you come with elder and plan to travel around with MTR, this hotel is not quite near MTR, and if you plan to walk around Sheung Wan is kind of up and down the hill, so please aware of this issue.

Close to the MTR and lots of restaurant options. Walking distance to the 2 major malls in the area. Tons of small shops and galleries within walking distance

The bathroom. The ceiling felt like it was going to come down every time I opened the bathroom door. I stayed in a Studio but the sleeping area was difficult to maneuver around bc of the area size

This is our second time visiting The Figo this year and we will be back next time we’re in HK. Excellent location, cosy, clean rooms, lovely reception space with a self-service bar for coffee & drinks, and a terrace. They upgraded our room to a suite as we were celebrating a special occasion, which we really appreciated.

Cannot fault it.
