Todo estaba muy limpio y el onsen privado nos gustó mucho. El buffet libre tiene muchas cosas y te preparan muchos platos al momento.

El hotel es muy antiguo y está en medio de la nada. No hay restaurantes, ni nada cerca y ellos sólo te dan servicio de restaurante a unas horas muy concretas, fuera de ahí... no te puedes tomar nada. Necesita una reforma. Cuando llegamos nos asustamos porque la entrada parece sacada de una peli de miedo de los años 80. Los baños de las habitaciones para el precio que pagamos dejan nucho que desear.

Beautiful hotel. Weather was terrible for us but in other conditions I imagine that great place to start some hiking and the hotel has beautiful gardens.

Other than the store in the hotel, the closest restaurant is about 30min walking and no convenience store at sight. Beware of that.

Onsen molto bella e pulita. Purtroppo la camera era un po' datata ma il letto era comodissimo. Cena a buffet varia e gustosa, purtroppo non ho mangiato il dessert perché il buffet non prevede nulla per gli intolleranti al lattosio.

La colazione poco adatta a chi ha intolleranze. Nessuna bevanda di soya o senza lattosio.basterebve poco.

Buffet dinner - best buffet meal we've ever had. Private room bath - incredibly relaxing, worth the additional cost, especially in poor weather.

The hotel was definitely a bit dated in terms of room decor and appliances. Perhaps not the hotels fault, but the staff definitely could've been more transparent/informative on the closures (and likelihood of reopening) on the mountain, all transport was closed due to heavy rain overnight at 0900 (although not raining since 0600), a shuttle bus down the bottom of the mtn was offered, however, when we got to the bottom of the mtn 40 mins later most of the transport/attractions had reopened which was disappointing to discover, we definitely would've waited around if we had been informed of the possibility of reopenings.

Vildt dårlige puder og senge og ikke mulighed for andre puder. Dårlig lugt i elevatorer og lidt røglugt på værelse. Lidt slidt gammelt badeværelse.

Das hotel ist ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen und könnte sauberer sein.

Les chambres sont grandes , propres, de beaux jardins, le calme. Le personnel est sympathique et prêt à vous renseigner. Le déjeuner est le dîner sont excellent .

Dommage que le café shop ne soit ouvert qu’une heure et demi l’après midi.

Unfortunately we won’t be recommending or returning to this property until the owners make a significant upgrade and inxest in the property.

La vue sur le mont Fuji depuis la chambre , le onsen.

La chambre en style japonais. Le onsen avec vue (même si le mont Fuji était couvert). L’emplacement à côté de la funiculaire. Le dîner très varié

Le petit déjeuner était très similaire au dîner, il y avait peu de choix sucré

El sitio es muy chulo aunque grande, en el onsen muy bien pero había mucha gente. En cuanto al buffet muy completo, nos gustó mucho. Lamentablemente no vimos el fuji porque estaba nublado pero buenas vistas desde la habitación y desde el onsen. El personal muy amable, nos llevamos hasta la parada del autobús en un Transfer.

El wifi no va bien, entiendo que por donde está pero sería algo a mejorar.

和洋の部屋は気軽に横になることが出来てよかったです。大浴場も露天風呂やサウナも併設されており1日に何度も楽しみました。なんといっても富士山が見える中庭は最高の癒しでした。料理も美味しく種類も豊富で箱根観光の足場には絶好です。

特に見当たりませんが、小さなお子様には施設内にゲームコーナーとかないので物足りないかも知れません。大人にはのんびり出来て十分だと思います。

Buffet restaurant is meer een all inclusive eet gelegenheid. En westers eten dat kun je beter niet kiezen. We moesten onze Japanse bedden zelf opmaken. Ver uit het centrum waardoor je daar wel moet etem

Le personnel à l'accueil notamment les échanges avec le monsieur aux lunettes. La source d'eau chaude. Le téléphérique à proximité de l'hôtel. Le côté authentique de la chambre. La vie sur lle Mont Fuji qui s'est levé en fin de journée et début de matinée le lendemain.

Les informations manquantes ou pas claires en amont de la réservation notamment sur le transport entre la gare Odawara et l'hôtel, c'est bien trop long en bus et les itinéraires très aléatoires quand on ne connait pas....Le fait que certaines lignes de bus ne prennent pas en compte le Hakone freepass!

L’immense salle de restaurant en self service, assez impersonnelle Sauf avec le téléphérique, les déplacements sont compliqués. Par exemple pour aller au musée Pola, il vaut mieux prévoir un taxi

お風呂のお湯が良かった。食事もゆったりできました。

庭のの手入れが・・残念。もったいないです。 中庭など素敵な花が咲いているのに雑草もあるし、選定が十分でないからちょっと残念でした。 富士山が転機が悪く見えない前提で展望テラスに行きましたが、そこに晴れた日はこんなように見えますという案内の写真があるとよいかなと感じました。

Todella kiva kokemus muutamaksi yöksi Fujin valloituksen jälkeen. Buffet aamiainen ja illallinen olivat kattavat ja mielenkiintoiset - ja varsin toimiva perheen kanssa monine vaihtoehtoineen. Onsen oli ihana Fujille kiipeämisen jälkeen. Harmillisesti huonon sään takia Fujin saattoi vai kuvitella. Hotellilta oli helppo mennä köysiradalle ja bussilla pääsimme kätevästi jatkamaan matkaa.

Hieman syrjäinen sijainti, mutta se ei meidän lyhyttä vierailuamme haitannut - päinvastoin hyvä pakopaikka kaupungista.

Dinner and Onsen were very good.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr komfortable und große Zimmer. Sehr schönes Innen und Außenbad. Großes Buffet mit viel Auswahl japanisch und international.

Das Buffet am Morgen und Abend war gut und es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, aber man ist natürlich in einem großen Saal mit viel Bewegung. Aber es war erwartungsgemäß völlig in Ordnung.

Lage: am Weg zum See mit Blick auf den Fuji. Außerdem Onsen, in denen auch Kinder erlaubt sind.

Die japanischen Zimmer sind schon sehr abgewohnt, das Bad ist unansehnlich und das Bettzeug müffelt.

とても良いです。種類、量ともに良かったですが食べ物を乗せるお盆が小さすぎとかんじました。庭の花がきれいでした。スタッフの対応も良かったです。かと思っていま温泉したが、普通のゆのようでした。ただし露天から富士山が見れて良かった。この時以外その日は富士山を見れることはなかった。チェックアウト時間がすこし遅く設定されていたので焦ることはありませんでした。。

電車でのアクセスは悪いが送迎バスが充実していて不便は感じなかかった。外国人が多く感じましたが、中国人が少なく マナーの悪さの洗礼を受けずにすみました。

Das Hotel ist leider deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und dafür aus unserer Sicht zu teuer. Aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage ist die Halbpension sinnvoll. Das Essen war in Ordnung, allerdings wiederholte sich die Auswahl häufig, sodass es bei einem längeren Aufenthalt etwas eintönig wurde.

This place goes way beyond being just a room for the night, although it is that as well. First of all, and maybe most importantly, it has a Public Spa available on the basement level. This bath area (separate for men and women by Japanese law) these are a really different experience! For a westerner, the idea of a 100% naked spa may be difficult at first but you get over it pretty quickly. There was a hot sauna, and both inside and outside bathing pools. The outside pool was my favorite because it was raining on the day we were there and that added a lot to the Zen of it. There are also comfortable showering facilities to was off afterwards. Now, this place is just off one of the skyway stations and is a quick walk from it. But that means there are not a lot of dinner choices around. Not to worry, the hotel has a fairly extensive buffet that was included with the room night. Yes, dinner and breakfast are both included in the room rate, which is a nice touch. The hotel also gives guests Japanese robes to wear while on the property. Not only do people wear them walking to the spa but also to dinner and breakfast. That made it really easy to dress for meals! :) Overall, the place is fine, not the nicest place but fair. It is the amenities offered that make this worth the cost. My family all loved the stay here and even got over the naked in public thing and went back to the spa on the second day!

What a find! A genuine Japanese experience. The traditional onsen was perfect and unique for any UK traveller not used to getting their kit off. But once you got over yourself...magic!

L’onsen n’est pas ouvert le matin et le personnel du restaurant etres strict avec l’horaire de fermeture, à 10’ de la fin ils nous ont envoyé petit déjeuner dans la chambre.

Scenic! We had a Japanese style room on 2nd floor with Mt Fuji view from the room. Very close to and walkable to and from ropeway (cable car), and they have shuttle as well to pick up and drop off with suitcases. Surprised by Onsen setup being so elaborate!

It is isolated, seemed nothing around…so you are stuck to what hotel offers although we only stayed there for a night and didn’t have time to explore. Also surprised by Onsen being nude only with no age guidelines (my wife and underage daughter did not go) and mandatory minimal charge person irrespective of Onsen use. But I had not read fully about Onsen guidelines at the time of booking…so probably my fault.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr toll. Der hauseigene traditionelle Onsen ist sehr empfehlenswert. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und japanisch, was uns total gefallen hat. Wir hatten von unserem Zimmer sogar tolle Sicht auf den Fuji, der sich glücklicherweise zeigen wollte. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte ausreichend Platz für 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind. Der angebotene shuttle von und zu den Tal Stationen / Bus Stationen hat hervorragend geklappt, aber Achtung nicht mit jedem Netz hat man überall Empfang, ich fand da airalo als nicht so geeignet. In der Nähe am See konnte man die Gegend etwas erkunden und auch die Station zum Berg und den Schwefel Quellen war nicht weit entfernt.

Da gab es nichts, wir hätten länger bleiben sollen

O hotel é extremamente luxuoso e bonito! As acomodações são bem confortaveis, escolhi dormir em futon, e me surpreendi com o conforto que era o quarto. O espaço do quarto é muito amplo também. Para quem nunca tinha dormido no chão foi uma experiencia muito legal! O onsen é bem agradavel e quente, eles também fornecem um panfleto ensinando como usar e como se comportar no local.

O banheiro do quarto tinha um aspecto de velho e meio sujo. A banheira também parecia velha e nao tive interesse em utilizar, já que tem um onsen. Tirando isso foi o que me incomodou apenas, o banheiro de forma geral.

Amazing views of Fuji from our bedroom, the garden and the onsen made the hotel feel very special. Staying at the hotel meant getting the view first thing in the morning before the clouds rolled in! Buffet breakfast and dinner was really tasty. Great variety and quality.

Het hotel voelt verouderd aan waaronder ook de kamer. Het was een grote ruime kamer, maar het mag wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Ook de badkamer mag vernieuwd worden.

Hotellet var ganska nergånget och har inte renoverats på ett bra tag. Vissa rum hade en sur odör. Maten var inte superbra.

We had an amazing view of Mt Fuji from the hotel! Great location for the cable car and the staff were lovely & helpful. The room was a great size and it made things so much easier & relaxing having breakfast & dinner included.

There could have been more vegetarian options at the buffet but I ate well enough.

Kæmpe stor og rent værelse. Fantastisk spa og morgen buffet Dejlig natur område med udsigt af Mt. Fuji. Tæt på Hakone ropeway som giver nem adgang til Lake Ashi (Pirateskibs cruise) og den meget berømte sorte æg i Owakudani station.

Tolles Buffet sogar mit Espresso Maschine und sehr höfliches Personal , Betten und Kissen sehr bequem und der Shuttle Bus fährt zweimal in der Stunde zum Bahnhof

The location and some of the grounds/plantings were beautiful. The view of Mt Fuji was the best but the hotel is really run down and not well kept.

The onsen was not clean and not well-kept. The breakfast and dinner had lots of selections but the quality of food was average and we all got upset stomach after eating there for 2 days even though we were in Japan for 2 weeks already and were fine the whole time eating out every day.

眺めが素晴らしくお風呂も快適でした。スタッフの方々がとても親切でした。

和室の床が歪み、畳が毛羽立っていて驚きました。洋室を予約できれば良かったのかも知れません。

Endroit calme, le jardin est magnifique et offre une belle vue sur montfuji. L’hôtel est juste à côté du téléphérique, ce qui offre une option très facile pour se balader aux alentours. La chambre est bien! J’ai adoré le onsen : propre et entretenu. J’y suis allé 4 fois durant mon séjour de 2 nuits.

Il faisait chaud dans les chambres .. Pas de clim ou très peu. Hotel éloigné de la gare, le bus avec bagage c’est un peu compliqué car beaucoup de monde. Prévoir taxi.

De ligging is perfect. Prachtig uitzicht op Fuji en de onsen is zo fijn. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en de ligging om de bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving te ontdekken is heel goed. Kabelbaan is 5 minuten wandelen vanaf het hotel.

Het interieur van onze kamer zelf was wat stoffig/ouderwets maar eigenlijk niks verder op te merken.

Beautiful location outside of the hustle and bustle of tourism towns of the area. Beautiful close view of Mount Fuji if the weather cooperates. Medium sized onsen felt semi private and was completely separate for men and women. Food and dining had high quality food.
