夕食の標準時間が90分でちょっと短い。ただ超過しても何も言われなかった。

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026This wonderful hotel is situated in a situated in a magnificent location just near the Hakone Ropeway station, and Pirate ship wharf. It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed, and the staff were friendly, helpful and respectful. The included breakfast buffet, and especially the dinner buffet, were exceptionally good.
I wish that we had stayed a bit longer.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026The views are amazing, the private Onsen experience was great and the buffet meals were wonderful. They did their best to accommodate for vegans, and made special dishes for us. We also had two Japanese body massages that were great.
My only comment is that the beds weren’t very comfortable.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026這次住宿有包早晚餐，以往經驗常覺得飯店自助餐種類樣式雖多，但好吃的沒幾樣，但這次卻刷新了我的看法，覺得非常滿意。另外大眾的泡湯場域也很不錯，且這次訂的房型在陽台也有泡湯池，二者感覺都很棒。飯店離桃源台站走路僅需2～3分鐘，地點超讚👍

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Struttura bellissima in posizione molto comoda per la funivia. Suggestivi i tavolini vista lago all'aperto per sorseggiare un cocktail con i piedi nell'acqua. Onsen termale al chiuso e all'aperto pulito e ben organizzato. Ottima cena. Dotazione di yukata con varie fantasie.
Se devo trovare un difetto, l'odore di zolfo dell'area, ma è normale per la presenza delle solfatare.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Es espectacular y súper Top . Con vistas y localización fabulosa. Primero está al pie de donde se coge el barco y el cable car . El servicio maravilloso la amabilidad. Es importante coger el desayuno y la cena buffet brutal todo riquísimo. Además todas bebidas , vino, cava , sake todo incluido e ilimitado . Calidad precio genial. Porque en la carretera hay varios restaurantes pero estaban cerrados y es súper cómodo hacerlo todo en el hotel . El Onsen espectacular . Lo más seguro importante para mí que estaré inmensamente agradecida es lo que nos has hecho como cortesía. Mi hijo se puso malo de madrugada con vomito y diarreas . Subieron a la habitación el director y la segunda de a bordo que habla un inglés espectacular . Como íbamos a TAKAYAMA que hay casi 5 horas . Fueron tan amables que el director con su coche para que no tuviéramos que coger bus , tren y llegar a Odawara station . Para en una drugstore para que le compara el yakult 1000. De esta manera fue 1 hora en vez de 2 horas o más y con maletas y todo fue muy cómodo . Nos facilitó todo porque Hugo no estaba para tantos transfers. Una amabilidad , hospitalidad exquisita. De nuevo inmensamente agradecida porque sola con mi hijo en Japón que te ayuden así de manera altruista es un 10. Gracias al staff .
Todo fue top y espectacular .

Massive selection of fresh and wonderful food. The shuttle to the airport was also very handy and the location of the hotel is perfect - quiet spot with great views, and right near the pirate ship. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at, thank you so much for having us.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026ロケーション◎ 7ヶ月息子との初めての旅行でした。 １５時前に着いてしまったのですが、清掃済みとのことで、ロビーで待たずにお部屋にご案内していただき、ぐずることなく、お部屋に向かうことができました。 本館から近いお部屋にしてくださったので、移動もすごく楽でした。本当にありがとうございます。 お部屋にオムツストッカー、キッズ歯ブラシ、キッズ浴衣を置いてくださってて、そのお心遣いがとても嬉しかったです！！！！ 脱衣所には子ども用のベビーベッド、大浴場にはベビーお風呂を用意してくださっていたので、温泉のお湯を少し分けてもらい、別々ではありますが、一緒に温泉を堪能させてもらいました。息子も初めての温泉、終始ニコニコで楽しそうでした！！！ ディナーもモーニングもとても豪華でした！！！ どのお料理も絶品！夫婦でオマール海老のリゾット、プリン、ソフトクリーム、はんぺんと山芋の梅酢和えが大絶賛でした！！！また食べたいです。 ノンアルコールビールを置いておいてくださったことが、とっても嬉しかったです！！！！！！ そして、離乳食も豊富で、とてもありがたかったです！ また泊まりに行きたいです！！！ありがとうございました！

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026スタッフの方々はとても親切丁寧でこちらも気持ちが良くなります。 ラウンジから見える景色も素敵で足湯に浸かりながら1杯飲めるし部屋もキチンと清掃されていてそこはとても学ぶことができました。 食事もビュッフェの種類が多く美味しく頂きました。朝夕アルコールが飲み放題だったのは最高でした。
部屋が狭く客室風呂にもシャワーが無いので部屋のシャワー室まで行かなければいけなく不便でした。シャワーも水圧が弱いし温度を自由に設定できなくぬるくなったり熱くなったりとても寒かったです。部屋から食事処も自動販売機もフロントも遠すぎてかなり歩きました。 コンセントがもう少しあると良かったかと思います。もう行くことはないです。

The food was ok. It was good cafeteria food. Nothing special at all. It also was essentially the same all weekend. 1 night is more than enough of this menu. The rooms are small.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Beautiful hotel. Very relaxing. The onsen was lovely, ( no swimwear allowed) we also booked the private onsen. ( do this in advance) plus book your transfer in advance to the station. Hotel was stunning, room was comfortable, enjoyed wearing the pjs and traditional Japanese clothes.Both dinner and breakfast buffet were delicious to a high standard of food choice plus dinner including drinks. Would recommend, especially after we climbed Fuji.
There isn’t a swimming pool.

・ロビーから部屋へ行くまでが遠くて、これといった目印がないところ（初めてだったので間違えたエレベーターに乗ってしまった） ・露天風呂付の部屋でしたが、露天風呂が温泉ではないところ ・部屋に置き鏡が無かったこと（手鏡でもいいので欲しかった） ・冷蔵庫に飲み物が何もないこと（部屋から販売機が遠いので有料で構わないので水は置いて欲しかった） ・朝食でのビュッフェでは利用者が多すぎて調味料が無くなっていることが多かった

部屋のアメニティが必要最小限のものしかないので、化粧水を使うには温泉まで行かなくては無いので、持参した方がいいかもしれません。

Dentro de lo complicado del acceso a la zona, el hotel lo pone fácil al estar al lado de una parada de autobuses y el teleférico. El desayuno y la cena son 100% recomendables.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026The hotel staff is helpful and pleasant. We had breakfast and dinner, which were very successful, including vegetarian options- they prepared dishes for us separately at our request. The hotel is clean, and the public Onsen is clean and well maintained. Great hotel!!

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026We absolutely loved our stay at Hakone Ashinoko Hanaori. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect for exploring Hakone. It’s right on the Hakone Loop, with just a short walk to the Hakone Ropeway and the Lake Ashi sightseeing cruise, making it so easy to get around without worrying about transport. The views over Lake Ashi are absolutely stunning, especially from the foot bath. The facilities were excellent, and our private onsen was the perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The food was also delicious, with a fantastic variety at both breakfast and dinner. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and there was something for everyone. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Hakone and would happily return. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

二つの部屋を予約して湖側と駐車場側だったので、全ての部屋が湖側でもう少し部屋が広ければ、完璧なホテルとしてメデイアでも取り上げられて、最高のホテルになるように感じました。その他がたかっただけに、最高位では無かったように個人的に感じました。

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026We hebben hier maar één nachtje geslapen en het was heerlijk. De kamers zijn klein, maar prima. Een douche en wij hadden een heerlijk verwarmd bad op het balkon. De onsen zijn echt fantastisch, beter dan dit krijg je niet!
De kamer was kleiner dan ik verwacht had en het buffet eten was misschien kwalitatief goed, maar ik vond het niet denderend. Daarnaast is buffet eten gewoon niet zo mijn ding.

hablan muy poco ingles, pero en todo Japon es igual. Pero en hoteles tendrian que tener mas pesonas hablando otro idioma a parte del Japones. Pero no fue mucho tema ya que se dan a entender muy bien
