Noise, too much traffic noise to sleep. We requested to move from 12th floor to 25th but still so noisy

The hotel made a mistake and cancelled my prepaid reservation and kept another one (not paid) that someone else had booked (there was an event in the hotel and the organisers had booked rooms for the participants independently of other bookings they might have). This resulted in “no show fee” of 460 usd even if the guest was in the hotel, and another full payment for the other reservation that they checked the guest upon. Basically the hotel cancelled a prepaid reservation and made the guest pay twice.

Very inflexible and not admitting their mistakes.

The room was not very clean. We asked the front desk 3 times for extra towels as we booked the room for 6 people and they only gave us 4 and they never brought any extra towels. Each time we asked for the towels they said they would be right up and never came. They eventually came with an extra sheet for the pull out sofa (which I would not recommend anyone to sleep on) but still didn’t bring the towels. The bottom sheet on the pull out sofa was dirty and we were overall just so unimpressed

When I booked through booking.com, I was not alerted to the fact that one of the elevators was out of order which left only one elevator for 25 Floors. We were only told of this inconvenience when we checked in. The decor of the Hotel generally is very dull, both the rooms and the breakfast room.

Sniadania troche monotonne, brak warzyw (tylko marchewka oraz seler naciowy), ale wystraczjace. Na cieplo jajecznica, bekon, ziemniaczki, gofry. Widok z okna na Empire State Building. Niesamowity. Wszedzie blisko, duzo spacerowalismy, tylko na druga strone rzeki jadac korzystalismy z metra, pozostale miejsca odwiedzilismy pieszo.

The only thing worth mentioning about the hotel is its location, but this alone does not justify the price. Special mention should also be made of the “jack-of-all-trades” guy, who was always there with a smile on his face, helping whenever needed, as well as the woman who was responsible for cleaning the floor.

The price is not justified by the hotel’s location alone, but also by the services it provides. In this regard, the room we had booked several months in advance for five people was not practical when the sofa bed was unfolded. There were towels for only four people. The hotel has 25 floors, but only one of the two elevators was operational, which resulted in queues of more than 10 minutes during peak hours. On the last day of our stay, the only available elevator was taken out of service “for maintenance,” which meant having to walk up and down to the 19th floor (where our room was) several times. The reception staff seemed unmotivated, unfriendly, and communication was kept to a minimum. The only people we found genuinely friendly were the guy who seems to be the hotel’s “jack-of-all-trades” and is always there with a smile on his face, and the woman who was responsible for cleaning our floor. The rest of the staff were rather poor in terms of customer service. The breakfast was limited and of poor quality. The waffles were hard as rocks and were practically inedible.

The kift was not working, the room was not made for 2 dats, there is hardly any ground staff , more than a hotel it felt like an Inn, the kind of mony you guys charge , and the quality odlf service that you give is really very poor

A good location midtown Manhattan. Close to sightseeing, shopping and central transit access. It was a convenient hotel for a family of 5, with access to 6 beds. Loved the staff's hospitality and a big plus for the water dispenser and the free daily fruit.

Manque d'ascenseur : 24 étages et un seul étages pour tous les clients. Il faut prendre son mal en patience.... personnel non aimable qui n'explique rien....ils.m'ont prélevé deux fois la somme ce qui équivaut à 2 nuits alors que j'ai fais qu'une nuit !!!! À FUIR !!!!!!!!!!!

Personale del front office molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione eccellente al centro di Manhattan e abbastanza vicina a diverse fermate della subway. Vista dalla camera. Letto comodo e spazioso Dotazioni stanza: ferro da stiro, bollitore/caffè, divano, frigo. Palestra.

A causa di una ristrutturazione, l'hotel aveva un solo ascensore funzionante condiviso tra ospiti e personale di servizio. Ogni volta che bisognava scendere o salire era necessario attendere diversi minuti (anche 10) che l'ascensore fosse disponibile. Colazione migliorabile per varietà alcuni giorni. La pulizia delle stanze è diverse volte avvenuta tra le 17 e le 19 creando qualche difficoltà nella pausa in hotel prima di cena. I disservizi complessivi, pur non drammatici, non sono accettabili considerando il costo dell'hotel.

Locatin war great very near many touritic attractions of Manhattan New York, like Empire State Building, Broadway, Times Square etc, room was very good spacious, comfortable and very clean, the breakfast in general was good, may be breakfast need some improvements in adding some more variety.

The Wifi Hotel Internet wasn't good all the time, during a cosiderable time during my stay the Wifi hotel intertent didn't function.

It is unbelievable to pay more than €200 per night and then have to wait around 10 minutes for the elevator every single day. The elevator was broken, and even after six days, it still hadn’t been fixed. The whole situation was chaotic! The breakfast area was extremely crowded, and the common areas were dirty and poorly maintained. For the price we paid, this level of service and maintenance is simply unacceptable.

La proximité du métro et l emplacement de l hôtel ( beaucoup de choses ont pu être faites à pied) On nous a permis de prendre le petit dej le jour de notre arrivée ( très tôt) donc appréciable après le voyage

Les chambres ne sont pas très spacieuses, à 5 c est vite limité. Un ascenseur en panne donc compliqué de prendre celui qui fonctionne car beaucoup de monde et d étages. Étant au 4eme ça ne nous a pas trop impacté mais ça peut être vite problématique avec des enfants en bas age

Loved the location, and the size of room was great compared to another similar priced NYC hotel we stayed at. One elevator of 2 was being maintained during our stay and the waiting time was LONG but in fairness they warned well in advance about this. Breakfast was simple but nice. I felt it was a bit expensive but overall we had a great stay.

צוות מאד אנטיפט. יש רק מעלית אחת שעובשת ו 26 קומות מה שמייצר זמני המתנה למעלית בעיקר בשעותהצק אין וצק אוט. צפי לתיקון לפי הפקיד חצי שנה. לא ממש מנקים את החדרים רק מחליפים מגבות ומרססים ריח. והחדר קטן מאד ובקושי מאובזר., לא נקי.

O café da manhã é excepcional. A localização é espetacular. Conseguimos ir andando pata todos os lugares que planejamos. A hospedagem tem um excelente custo-benefício.

Perfect location, breakfast

Good sized room for New York with a direct view of the Empire State Building. Front of house staff were great. Breakfast was basic but good and had a little variety from day to day. Location was perfect between 5th and 6th Ave. We could walk to Macy's, Times Square, The Summit, Rockefeller Center and Central Park. Subway is a couple of mins away on the next block.

Maid service was not good. They didn't clean or tidy, moved things around and left the room messier than we left it. We had to complain!

Las habitaciones muy bien, honestamente estaban muy comodas, buena ropa de cama y ropa blanca.

No anda bien el Internet, hubo días enteros sin wifi, no andaba el elevador, me avisaron luego de que pague el 100% de mi estada. 27 pisos con un solo elevador es definitivamente inviable. Una mañana, tampoco andaba el único elevador disponible. No puede pasar esto, al menos te deben de informar antes de pagar la reserva, a la hora del desayuno, podías estar 30 minutos esperando para bajar al lobby - desayunador, y otros 20 para subir a tu piso. A la noche muuuucho ruido.

En general el hotel está bien ubicado y el desayuno está bien para poder iniciar el día, no hay mucha variedad pero está muy bien.

El tema del mantenimiento del ascensor es un problema grande toca esperar mucho tiempo para moverse o poder subir o bajar. Eso puede causar un retraso considerable, el lobby podría ser un poco más moderno, realmente la fachada del hotel y el ascensor también. Por otro lado, el servicio de limpieza lo hacen muy tarde y estuve en piso 5 por lo general cruzaba ya con el momento de querer descansar después de caminar y te quedabas sin el servicio. Necesitan mejorar la comunicación por la app en tiempo. Tener un poco más de variedad en el desayuno

מבחינת המיקום היה אחלה וזה סגר פינה נהדרת לימים האחרונים שלנו בניו יורק שרצינו לגוון בעוד אזור.

בגלל שיפוצים הייתה רק מעלית אחת שעבדה וגילינו את זה רק אחרי שהזמנו. היינו ממוקמים בקומה 24 מה שהקשה על ההתנהלות קצת ביציאות בבוקר ובהגעה לחדר האוכל.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix par rapport à l’emplacement. Le roof top pour dîner le soir et boire un verre est un vrai plus. La vue sur l’empire State building est fou !

Check in was a little messy. Many clients waiting for rooms to be available. Check in at 15pm is a little inconvenient. Elevator also slow and over capacitated. Wish there were night gowns and slippers in rooms. Overall good value for money.

Buena ubicación, la habitación cumplió con ms expectativas, bastante cómoda pero la cama demasiado blanda para mi pues necesito un colchón duro, tuve que solicitar la limpieza de la habitación, me pareció extraño pues en mi país en cualquier hotel hacen la limpieza todos los días sin solicitarlo, en cuanto al desayuno estuvo adecuando y varado de acuerdo a lo necesitado.

Pagué la habitación en efectivo y sin demora y luego al salir volvieron a cobrar y esta vez debitaron de la cuenta de mi banco por lo que hice el respectivo reclamo y no me han dado solución después que han pasado ocho días y sigo a la espera.

De locatie was top. Dichtbij Times square en Metro.

Het ontbijt was niet zo uitgebreid zoals de reviews aangegeven hadden.Weinig variatie. De bedden vielen ook tegen kussens erg zacht en stof op de randen boven het bed. Vloerbedekking is ook wel aan vervanging toe.

Location was excellent, turn right out of the property and a short walk to 5th Ave and turn left and your on your way to Broadway.

Very dated, needs decorating and updating with tech eg connecting / charging stations, scaffolding all around, not sure if connected, breakfast area v small for the size of the property and hardly any staff on duty so it became v messy and not great to see.

Η αντιμετώπιση σε συγκεκριμένο συμβάν. Το βράδυ στης 9 Αυγούστου αποκολλήθηκε τμήμα από το ταβάνι το οποίο έπεσε στο κομοδίνο στην πλευρά της γυναίκας μου. Δραματική εμπειρία και ακόμη χειρότερη η αντιμετώπιση του διευθυντή.

The staff were not helpful at all. Be careful with the payments as I was charged the entire sum of my stay meanwhile they also put a hold of equal amount on my card separately which was not released after my check out.

We werden midden in de nacht gebeld. Het bleek voor de wekdienst te zijn maar verkeerde kamer gebeld.

Un excellent rapport qualité/prix, dans une ville où tout est hors de prix. Bon et copieux buffet pour le petit déjeuner. Personnel aimable. Un rooftop avec une vue magnifique sur l'empire state building.

Pas de chance, des travaux dans l'immeuble en face nous ont reveillé très tôt.
