Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Hotel immaculate Location fabulous Rooms were superb Staff cannot do enough for everyone nothing is a problem to any of them at any area. Food was very good plenty of options to chose from.
Nothing I didnt like at all. My only little thing that would give everything at hotel a perfect 10 would be a little more space between sun beds ! Felt a little to close for me but thats just my personal feeling. The lifts were quite slow at busier times of day which agree is to be expected but felt was room to improve ? Tiny personal things to me that aren't perfect otherwise would be .

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026La ubicación perfecta. Las habitaciones totalmente ajustadas a la publicidad. Disponen de parking en el hotel que, aunque es de pago, es cómodo y de fácil acceso. El buffet muy completo aunque, evidentemente, algo masificado en agosto. El personal muy amable y profesional.
La piscina. Se queda totalmente pequeña para tantos huéspedes.

la discriminación que hay entre los españoles y los ingleses el hotel prima a los ingleses por encima de todo y es bastante desagradable puse una queja a la dirección pese a que el hotel es bueno no lo recomiendo para españoles no volveremos por este motivo, solo por este motivo mi valoración es baja pese a las buenas instalaciones y confort en general del hotel.

Nous sommes venus dans les années 2000 à plusieurs reprises et avons aimé l hôtel, la station et la longue plage de sable fin. Par contre, nous n'avons pas retrouvé l'ambiance espagnole que vous proposiez en soirée et sur ce point nous sommes un peu déçus. Il en est de même pour la station de benidorm où les soirées en bord de plage étaient très animées.
Dans la station, nous n'avons pas apprécié cette ambiance agitée Anglo saxone. La propreté et l état des trottoirs n'est plus au rendez vous. Des poubelles partout sales.... Dommage

Reviewed May 22, 2026Mooie kamer, uitzicht en nooit lang wachten op de liften. Ontbijt: veel variatie maar spek is altijd zo hard gebakken dat het niet meer eetbaar is.
Eten was vroeger beter, nu meer Engels gericht. Poetsvrouw vergeet al eens koffie bij te vullen en handdoeken te hangen. Bij zwembad stonden stoelen bijna op elkaar, zo dicht. Wij gingen daarom liever naar het strand.

only very late dining option available for New Year’s Eve, that in itself would not of been a problem but we were put in a separate room for the after dinner celebrations and felt like second class citizens. the room wasn’t very comfortable and certainly nowhere as nice as the main entertainment area.

Regrettable que le port hdmi qui existe sur la télévision soit désactivé car cela interdit de connecter le portable pour accéder à une lecture des vidéos sur grand écran.

I liked everything, the only thing I would like to see during Winter months bar on ground floor open earlier than 5pm. Pool bar is open but not as cosy and comfortable as lounge bar on ground floor.

Every afternoon we like to sit on the balcony and have a cup of tea and a relax, unfortunately as other guest were smoking on their balconies we had to go inside and close the door as the smoke was getting in our room.
