On the photo - it was bathroom with tube, toilet and sink in 1 room. But finally, the sink was in the room. Plus, smb smoked in the bathroom and we had very strong smell in our room.

AC was non-stop turned on, but it's not working properly, so during the peak sun hours, the room is unbearably hot all the time! Hotel cleanliness is questionable because in 4 days we stayed there, our towels were not changed once. Dishes we used for breakfast were not thoroughly cleaned, so there were visible oily marks. Please skip this hotel.

La ubicación estaba bien cerca estación autobuses y cerca centro, el del comedor el empleado q se llamaba José( encantador)

Había una recepcionista no muy simpática, la piscina principal era pequeña y los chorros nunca los vi funcionar, jacuzzi de agua super caliente y sucia, sin chorros ya q iban cada 20min eso decían y la piscina de la azotea es un jacuzzi pequeño y también sin chorros ya q supongo q ponen cada 20 min, la ducha de la hab perdía agua y al salir parecía un lago en la hab, en hotel solo había gente mayor y comida correcta aunq escasa en variedad, lo mejor los entrantes para mí.

Eccellente, comodissima per spostarsi e godersi la città. Cibo ottimo e abbondante! Un ringraziamento speciale al cuoco e al personale di sala, sempre estremamente gentili, disponibili e attenti. L'hotel è davvero bello, accogliente e tutto il personale si è dimostrato molto cortese. La camera è abbastanza moderna e confortevole.

Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato un paio di problemi tecnici in camera: l'aspiratore del bagno non funzionava (e nonostante la segnalazione non è stato riparato durante il soggiorno) e la porta d'ingresso era un po' difettosa. Nonostante questi piccoli inconvenienti legati alla manutenzione della stanza, il soggiorno è stato fantastico.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel was in good condition. The location was also very convenient.

Parking outside the hotel was quite difficult and complicated, which was a downside.

Ls instalaciones son nuevas y esta bastante bien en general. La piscina un pelin pequeña para tanta gente y a penas se puede nada. Más bien es para refrescarte. Pero esta limpia.

La limpieza de las habitaciones que fue más bien nula en 6 noches. Además de llevaban toallas y no nos dejaron repuesto. También nos falto papel de WC. El buffet muy escaso de variedad con poco producto y alguno como la fruta en mal estado.

Food was fine but vegetables weren't fresh because it wasn't changed daily, even when it was hot. It's dangerous. I would also like to have a free pad or a tampon in my room.

Le ménage de la chambre laisse à désirer, l’aspirateur n’a pas été passé ni avant qu’on arrive dans la chambre ni pendant les 5 jours de notre séjour ( cheveux des anciens clients au sol )

Les chambres sont spacieuses et la salle de bain aussi. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil. Nous avons pris des massages qui étaient de grandes qualités. Très bien situé proche du centre .

Rien à voir avec l’hôtel, mais l’incivilité des locataires, qui mettent leur serviette le matin, partent toute la journée et reviennent fin d’après-midi, toute une famille donc 6 transats monopolisés pour la piscine … Cela devrait être interdit !

El hotel es muy sencillo, tiene instalaciones modernas, el lobby es agradable y la habitación aceptable, muy justa de espacio y muy básica pero limpia. Algo que nos llamó la atención: el servicio de caja fuerte tiene un coste adicional lo cual nos pareció innecesario dada la tarifa por noche.

FATAL EXPERIENCIA. No repetiremos este alojamiento! En medio de la noche comenzamos a pasar muchísimo calor, tuvimos que quejarnos dos veces, bajando a recepción pues no logramos comunicar desde el teléfono del cuarto. La única persona encargada a esas horas no fue capaz de darnos ni una solución ni una explicación (para colmo no hablaba ni español ni inglés), dando como resultado una pésima noche de descanso que era nuestro único objetivo ya que estaríamos solo una noche. Vale destacar que pagamos una tarifa de 225 EUR sin NADA incluido, y lo mínimo que esperábamos y necesitábamos era tener un buen descanso. A la mañana siguiente, nos informaron que el aire acondicionado se apaga de 2.00 a 4.00 AM, algo que no se informa en ningún momento, y realmente es una vergüenza para lo que cobran. Nos resulta desconcertante que en pleno mes de agosto opten por esta medida de ahorro para el hotel afectando el servicio, el confort de las habitaciones y la satisfacción del cliente, es inaceptable. Debo mencionar que entre la información recibida por la recepción y el gerente del hotel hubo contradicciones que también nos hicieron dudar sobre la credibilidad de este lugar.

Un hotel cómodo, muy bien situado y el personal muy amable.

La cena y el desayuno superaron mis expectativas. Todo estaba muy bueno y lo recomiendo. Tiene dos piscinas muy bien y la playa muy cerca caminando por un pueblo muy bonito. Repetiremos tanto el hotel como el pueblo.

El no poder estar más días alojados en el hotel y pasear por el pueblo de Tossa.

I good location, food is good.

The room was not clean, especially the toilet, snd door od toilet. It was reported several times that the shower cabin was leaking water and that the part of the bathroom was wet, but no one responded.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, proche de la plage.

Nous avons eu la désagréable impression que l’on nous faisait croire à un surclassement, alors que la chambre attribuée donnait simplement sur le balcon d’un particulier, ce qui est loin d’être un avantage. La chambre était très décevante : le coffre-fort était hors service, le mobilier était particulièrement vieillot et l’ensemble donnait davantage l’impression d’un dortoir que d’une chambre d’hôtel. Au vu de la prestation, cet établissement ne mérite clairement pas ses 4 étoiles. Les équipements et le confort sont très en dessous des standards attendus pour cette catégorie. Une expérience décevante que nous ne renouvellerons pas.

Location and cleanliness

Very nice hotel, within walking distance of centre. Quiet area, although there was a Fairground across the street, when we stayed, but didn't go on too late, so didn't really disturb us. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable, with a great shower and comfy beds. Rooms, pool area and all communal areas were spotless. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. Always space around the pool and nice adults only rooftop area with small pool for if it was too noisy around main pool. Just one thing I would say is that the air con wasn't very powerful and it was very hot when we visited.

В первый день не закрывалась входная дверь в номер, вызывали мастера. В номере плохо работал холодильник, почти не охлаждал. Не понравился наш балкон ( в номере с видом на бассейн на первом этаже в углу ) - никакой приватности. Вода в джакузи на крыше была холодная ( в июне ). Завтраки стандартные, ничего особенного. Гигиена оставляет желать лучшего: мы были неприятно поражены , из каких грязных яиц готовят яичницу:(

Our fifth visit to this hotel - great staff, good customer care, excellent food, clean, well organised. The short walk to the centre is enough to give us a bit of exercise but easily done. We really enjoy our stays here and plan to be there again next year!

La habitación... la ducha separada del lavabo...sales directo de la ducha a la habitación .poca intimidad.. la terraza super pequeña y con una pared delante. Poca luz. Estaba limpia y la cama muy grande..eso si.

I love this little hotel. It's a 6 minute walk to the beach and centre and a couple of minutes to a supermarket. The fridge in the room is effective, unlike many other hotels I've stayed in. You do have to pay for the use of the safe but given the cost of staying here I didn't find that unreasonable. There is no kettle in the room however if you want hot drinks It's clean, the rooms are plenty big enough for two and I have to say the reception staff are amazing, nothing has been too much trouble on either of your visits here. It's a small hotel and sometimes the dining area can be busy so I would say to give some thought to what time you dine. Food is adequate, it's not gourmet but then you're not laying for gourmet but I never struggled to find something to eat and drinks in the dining area are reasonably priced at dinner, again the staff are friendly and work hard. Bar staff are similarly friendly and offer great service. The pool is clean and well maintained and I particularly enjoyed the rooftop adult only area, although it would be nice to be able to activate the spa jets on demand. I love the location, out of the main hussle but easily walkable to the centre and the bus station if you want to venture out. Now I've read some scathing reviews on this hotel so I'll say this. It's not a premium hotel experience but that's hardly surprising given the cost and I think it represents great value, I'm not a stay in the hotel all day or only eat in the hotel sort of person and if you are and you want premium this isn't the place for you but if you want a clean, comfortable base where you can eat if you want to and the service is responsive then I'd reccomend it. I've also heard some grumbles about cleaning staff being rude or cleaning poorly, I've always found my room to be well cleaned and I think the cleaners are decent people and friendly, I'm not fluent in Spanish which likely affects communicstion but that's my fault not theirs.

We had a wonderful 7-day holiday! The location of the hotel is excellent: the main attractions are only about 10 minutes away, the beach is approximately a 7-minute walk, and several shops are within 5 minutes of the hotel. The hotel itself is in excellent condition. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained, with air conditioning and everything needed for a comfortable stay. There are three swimming pools: a hot jacuzzi, a rooftop pool, and a saltwater pool with no chlorine smell. The food was varied, fresh, and delicious. We would also like to highlight the massage service, which offers excellent value for money. The hotel is quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. We would especially like to thank and recognize the entire hotel staff ❤️ Restaurant staff – you are the best! ❤️ Always friendly, welcoming, attentive, and professional. Thank you for making every meal a pleasant experience. Bar staff ❤️ – we were amazed by the level of cleanliness and service. You kept not only the bar and tables spotless but also the entire pool area. Firstly this is a fairly new hotel and consequently the place is well maintained in appearance. The location is easy access to both the main town and the beautiful walks in the surrounding hills. The staff are almost without exception happy to help and create an experience to raise the modern, minimalist interior of the building. A few negatives. The dinner menu was a little unimaginative and choice from evening to evening arather repetitive compared to other 4 star hotels we have used in the area. I did report the fact that the extractor fans in the room were not working but this was still not resolved by the end of the stay. There is no comfort room or facilities for use between check out and eventual departure. An issue for those with a late flight. Final tip , to avoid the uninspiring and overlooked view shared by the rooms to the rear, do book a room with a pool view

We have spent a wonderful 6 days at this great hotel. The staff cannot do enough for you, it is very clean, the food is excellent with a varied choice. A great location, ten mins walk to the sea and the stunning old town, Turn right out of the hotel for a supermarket and if you keep walking there are forest walks with spectacular views. The coastal walks are amazing too, Tossa De Mar has something for everyone, we loved it. The only criticism which we had was the lime green & orange plastic chairs on the balconies, which we felt looked a bit tacky. Also we had to pay for water with our evening meal, ice at the bar and the safe. Our air conditioning did not work, so we think that must have been chargeable. The bar El Gaucho just down the road is really friendly & great prices too.

My sister and I stayed at GHT Sa Riera in Tossa de Mar for five nights and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from both the beach and the beautiful old town, making it easy to explore the area. We stayed on a half-board basis. As a vegetarian, I initially found the food options somewhat limited. However, after speaking with the restaurant manager, the situation improved significantly. He was very attentive and even took the time to show me the additional vegetarian dishes that had been prepared, which I greatly appreciated. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Adrianna on reception, who consistently went out of her way to assist with any questions or requests. The pool area was lovely and well maintained, and there was never any difficulty finding available sunbeds. Tossa de Mar itself is a charming, clean town with a relaxed atmosphere. The nightlife is fairly low-key, centred mainly around restaurants and a few bars, which suited us perfectly. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend both the hotel and Tossa de Mar as a holiday destination.

The hotel is a seven minute walk to the beach, the bus station and old town. There are two supermarkets within a four minute walk. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The property is clean and has a pool, a bar and massage service. The rooms and big and clean. If I ever make it back to Tossa De Mar I would stay here again.

I had a lovely room with a large comfortable bed and good storage. The shower was in the bedroom which might be awkward for some travellers but it doesn’t bother me. Staff in the dining room were always friendly and for what I paid the food quality was totally acceptable. If you want fine dining then stay somewhere that costs a lot more. Food was restocked promptly whenever it should run out.

The food could have been hotter. I realise that buffet queues often mean food gets cool but at times there were no queues and the food was barely warm so perhaps that could be looked into.

Payer au restaurant les bouteilles d'eau 2.50€ pour 1/2 litre. Comme de plus en plus, jus d'orange chimique au petit déjeuner. Pas très grave mais a changer.

Great hotel. This is one of the smallest hotels we have stayed in but the facilities suited us. The staff make this hotel because they are always friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nous y étions en mai tout dernièrement, Hôtel très propre, personnel accueillant et agréable autant à la réception qu au restaurant et à l hotelerie. Très bon rapport qualité prix L établissement se trouve a 10mn à pied de la mer. Nous avons laissé la voiture quasiment en bas de l hôtel dans la rue....je recommande fortement.

Great hotel only one complaint. This is our second visit to the Sa Riera, great staff, clean modern rooms, great location and great prices. Just one thing that needs sorting out is the air conditioning, doesn’t work well and we needed to sleep with the door open as it didn’t keep the room cool regardless of what I did to the panel. If this can be sorted for next year it’ll be a 5 star review!

En general nos ha gustado todo , habitaciones cómodas y elegantes , cerca del centro y bien ambiente .

No poder regular la temperatura , y llegar en pleno mayo y tener la calefacción puesta , nuestra bebé es muy calurosa y hay momentos que sin aire los pasas mal , nos comentaron que es centralizado y no tenían activado el aire aún . Solo calefacción . Buffet justo ( misma fruta cada día , no hay variaciones , café pésimo , es muy malo , y falta de información en los productos )
