En el apartamento había hormigas por todos lados ,aparte la TV era una TV antigua que no tenía smartv e dijo que era normal la nevera muy pequeña

Was there a breakfast?? Location was good, room was spacious and clean. Instructions for check in were not clear so it took a while to find the right entrance. It was also confusing why I had to pay twice so that one of them could immediately be refunded.

L’appartamento era in una posizione fantastica, a due passi dal mare e dalle vie principali. Nonostante la presenza di diversi locali notturni nelle vicinanze, all’interno non si sentiva assolutamente nulla. La pulizia era impeccabile e lo staff incredibilmente accogliente.

Ya estuve el año pasado. Es ruidoso, pero está cerca de la playa y tiene piscina.

Algunos vecinos dejaban comida en la terraza por la noche y acudían las gaviotas que hacían mucho ruido. No es culpa del alojamiento.

Hemos pasado mi hijo y yo unos días en este sitio totalmente reformado y con mucha intimidad y vigilancia 24h. Está muy bien ubicado y a dos minutos de la playa. El apartamento estaba impecable y muy completo. Nos tocó un apartamento en la planta 13 con una terraza estupenda con buenas vistas, tanto a la montaña como al mar. La piscina con su bar excelente.El personal encantador y muy servicial. Pero quiero dar las gracias en especial a Alex de recepción por estar siempre pendiente de nosotros, se lo agradecemos mucho. Ojalá volvamos por ahí y recomiendo 100% el establecimiento.

Las calles de alrededor están llenas de locales para extranjeros y muchas discotecas con muchísima gente. Cuidado, pero hay vigilancia policial constante lo que te da una tranquilidad.

Personale gentilissimo, sia in reception che nell'area piscina, posizione al centro del quartiere inglese, vicino alla movida e a due passi dal mare. Ho soggiornato nella struttura almeno 5/6 volte negli ultimi 10 anni ed ho apprezzato la recente ristrutturazione e l'aggiunta del wifi.

Experiencia bastante decepcionante. Quieres empezar bien tus vacaciones y lo primero que tuvimos que hacer fué ir al supermercado a comprar productos de limpieza. Estaba todo sucio: baño, cocina, sillas del comedor, encontramos incluso algún pelo entre las sábanas. Entendemos que el volumen de gente que entra y sale de los apartamentos es grande pero se paga un gran importe para encontrar las cosas en condiciones. Aparte de la limpieza, a la ducha le faltaba la tapa del desagüe, revocaba olores al abrir el grifo del lavabo. Una leja de la puerta del frigorífico rota, antena de la televisión en mal estado... Y las ventanas aíslan poco el ruido a pesar de estar en un quinto se oía el jorgorio nocturno hasta altas horas.

Lo mejor del apartamento es la gente de la recepcion, son super amables, en todo momento, cualquier coasa que necesites o tengas que hacer ahi estan para informarte. La ubicacion es buena si te gusta el ambiente de salir a tomar algo y a un paso de la playa.

La piscina enseguida se quedaba sin tumbonas.

La chica de recepción Idoia tuvo un trato hacia nosotros de manera despectiva, Lo que iban a ser unos días de descanso han sido simplemente malas palabras de ella gestos feos si realmente no está contenta con su puesto de trabajo simplemente deja a otras personas en ese lugar,no ha sido una persona profesional es una pena que pongan a trabajar a gente que realmente no valora su puesto de trabajo sin duda alguna no volvería a Trébol one apartaments por el trato recibido por parte de Idoia

Beds are comfy& the whole place is spotless They now have a full length mirror in the hallway & next to plug socket so nice for doing hair😎also now in bathroom a unit for storage of toiletries 2 small simple extras that make a big difference thanks🙏

The place was wonderful and the staff so helpful and friendly.

It was a little hard to find the entrance via google maps. We found it round the corner. It was a gate set back from the road next to a bar called The Meeting Point down Ave de Felipinas. With parking right outside!!

Very good price, nice staff, very close to the beach.

The apartment was a little dirty. It didn't feel very clean. The entrance is amids shady bars and partying. For a person like me who doesn't drink or party and travelling with my 15 year old son that is not ideal. For party people it's probably fine but definetely not a good location for traveling with kids in my opinion.

The location is very central, great pool, rooms are great with decent size bathroom, ac in living area only, balcony overlooking the pool with sea view, washing machine but no dishwasher, ladies on the bar area were amazing and so friendly

We were on the first floor and had an issue you with our room on the first night. There’s a glass door in the kitchen which you could see the disco lights from the bars til near 5am in the morning. Not good when someone sleeping on the sofa bed. I spoke to staff the next morning the staff were very good and got us a different room which was far better on the opposite side of the building. No bowls for our breakfast in the mornings I had to go buy disposable ones from the supermarket.

There were only 16 sun loungers for the whole building and some were a little worse for wear. Definitely not enough to go around. More tables and chairs than were needed, space that could be used for more loungers. Same with the parasols by the pool, all were torn in multiple places.

I have been at these apartments many times, and introduced my family and friends to stay, they also returned to them, great location, friendly, clean

Sockets pulled straight out of the wall The aircon turns on but is absolutely useless went to reception 3 times we were told it’s just hot outside 🫪 anyway went and bought a screwdriver and opened it up and of course the filters were blocked with dust so left them out and it worked perfectly Pity there’s not more effort put into maintenance

Lovely helpful staff the best they have had at trebol for along time.. Rooms clean and comfortable. Air con in my room was good. Location is fantastic and that's why we come back every year.

I booked 3 rooms one room air con wasnt working all week..We were on the 10th floor and the lift wasnt working for few days and 1 of us has difficulty walking. The sun beds are getting tired and need updating as very uncomfortable and a few more would be good.

No air con in the bedroom only in the front room lounge area, bit there is a double sofa bed so we just slept on that instead

On our recent trip to  trebol apparment  benidorm Arrived 7 June 2026 Left      13 June 2026 Issue 1 On our first night there , I was on the balcony on my own as my friend was in bed asleep. I close the patio doors and then realized there was no handle on the doors to try and open them again I had to try and wedge my nails between the cracks of the door to try and pull them apart. This is extremely dangerous and unsafe not be able to get into your apartment from your balcony.  Issue 2 The patio door and windows on the balcony are  extremely old and they have no barrier to any noise from outside from all the bars and clubs Which the music did not stop till 5 ish ( I go to benidorm every year and know how noise it can get ) On our arrival everything at a quick glance looked ok ,But as  the week went on we started to notice imperfections around the apartment  , Issue 3 Photos attach Bathroom Has not been cleaned in years Ther was mildew , slime dirt pubic hairs The whole bathroom just felt extremely  unhygienic ( c picture of of evidence ) We hang any towels rails ( had  to keep putting on toilet seat When not in use ) We were supplied a plastic shelving unit but the top was broken and trying to find something to put our daily needed products. No toilet roll holder In the photograph advertising this appatments .It is clearly seen in the photograph of the bathroom that there was shelves Towel rails toilet roll holder. We had a huge problem with the shower water was barley luck warm and the water was dribbling out I'm very difficult to have a shower. Reported this matter at the check in desk . Which they did send up a girl who was at the desk and said she was on to maintenance and they told her to take the head off the shower unti shake it . Unfortunately I was in the shower at the time .

only 1 lift working for most of the time we were there. There was no toilet roll in the room when we arrived. The bathroom needs a towel rail and a toilet roll holder, (cheap to achieve)

No clean towels unless you stay for more than one week, no dish towel, shower kept flooding due to poor drainage, only given one toilet roll.

The location is excellent. Despite being so close to the strip it still feels quiet at night. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I couldn't fault anything. I have stayed here a few times now and would never look anywhere else.

The hotel was lovely very welcome. It was central to all bars and restaurants only 5 minutes walk to beach perfect

I loved really just one thing I suppose the pool area could be a bit more welcoming

The apartment was clean , spacious and very well equipped. The location was amazing, very central to everything but still allowed for a quiet , peaceful nights sleep. The staff were very friendly and always someone at the main reception desk which made me feel extremely safe.

No toilet roll in apartment on arrival and had to ask at desk but was quickly resolved.
