Reviewed Sep 6, 2026El personal muy amable. El apartamento con aire acondicionado y las camas cómodas. Está muy cerca de la playa, tiene una gran terraza y la piscina es estupenda .Me gustó que por la noche haya una persona de seguridad. Hemos estado muy a gusto.

One lift is not enough for the clients and Cleaners, as lift is very slow for getting to and from your apartment, also no roof top bar as advertised, but staff very pleasant and rooms very clean, cant fault the rooms.

El hecho de que la terraza, motivo de publicidad por ejemplo en el WiFi, estuviera cerrada desde panadería sin motivo aparente. La reserva de las tumbonas depositando toallas por parte de los clientes del apartamento nos parece un poco de mal gusto, la verdad habría que buscar la manera de evitarlo.

No le pongo un 10 ya que hasta las 16h no te dan el apartamento y sin embargo a las 11 h hay que dejarlo ,la salida podría ser a las 12 por ejpl,aire acondicionado sólo hay uno ubicado en el pasillo queda corto ya que el apartamento es grande.

La hora de entrada. Se puede entras a las 16:00 horas pero tienes que salir a las 11 horas, de esta forma te están quitando cinco horas cuando toda la vida entrabas si entrabas a un hotel a las 12 salías a las 12. Pagas por dos días y tienes día y medio.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Las vistas del apartamento y la gran terraza; tenía buena cocina también; nos dejaron agua también. Muy cerca de todo y tenía aparcamiento allí mismo. Muy amable la chica en la recepcion tambien y todo muy rapido y facil.
Que solo tenía un aire acondicionado normal para todo el apartamento y habitaciones. Teniamos que tener las puertas abiertas a los dormitorios, hubiera sido mejor con un aire en cada dormitorio tambien.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026I stayed here last year and knew this was the place to stay again this year. All staff are so friendly and helpful and the rooms are so nice
My only gripe is that there are no parasols by the sun loungers. I asked to move one from the pool bar and was not allowed, not sure the reason why but it would have made it much more comfortable and I am sure others would appreciate the same. Thats my only complaint though! Because of the lack of shade we ended up going to the beach instead but would've rather stay at the pool if I could

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026The experience at these apartments has been dreadful. We had a force majeure issue and received no help of any kind. The woman at the reception desk on the morning of our check-in tried to deceive us about the cancellation policy, and on top of that treated us in a rude and disrespectful manner. Upon going up to the apartment, we found dirty items, including the crockery. To make matters worse, the building was full of noisy people who prevented us from getting any rest. An absolute nightmare.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026We did not have breakfast. We have stayed at Maryciel 20 months previously. And we're happy to return. Very friendly staff. Especially on reception. Not a single problem during the entity of our stay. And location, accommodation (sun all day) is perfect, along with an excellent small bar for snacks and drinks. And as mentioned, wonderful staff!! Maryciel is the ideal place for a stay in Benidorm.

Deborah on reception what a lovely woman very helpful and very funny. Jose the chap at the bar is a legend 👏 he looks after you to the best great food and beer at the bar at a great price. See you next year
Nothing all great. But I would suggest a pedestrian gate be placed at the back of Hotel beside the car park gate. To save people having to walk down that path later at night early morning. No fault of the hotels but some not so nice people hang out there some nights. (Just an idea)

Reviewed May 26, 2026we had a great big apartment with wrap around balcony on the first floor overlooking pool which was great. Good location for beach and surrounding nitelife...very close , yet still queit enough to get sleep.
The bed was really uncomfortable and the blankets are horrible...i would suggest just a light blanket , not the wooly blankets that had cigearette burns in them.

There is not enough sunbeds around the pool there is only30, pool doesn’t open until 10am, it’s like a rugby scramble to get beds ,there is room to put at least another 20/30 beds. Also there are no sun brollies for the beds, towels are also removed after 20 minutes and put in a laundry basket, this needs to move at least x1 hour.

When we got to reception I was charged a few hundred more than my quote. I was told I had changed my booking an hour after the original booking was made to a two bedroom apt instead of a one bedroom. I didn't! On the original booking I asked for a double BED if there were any available. NOT a double room. Anyway I got nowhere when I complained when I got home. As far as im concerned, Booking .com got their money, Maryciel got their money and I paid the price for one of those two's incompetence.

Her was erg jammer dat er flink gerenoveerd werd bij t complex erachter, zodoende niet fijn om bij t zwembad en op t balkon te zitten. Maar hier kan Maryciel niets aan doen... Het bed vinden we erg hard. En n vaatwasser zou ook fijn zijn geweest. Ook geen theedoek en keukendoek was onhandig ...
