Staff, bar and restaurant were excellent. Breakfast was a bonus with a good selection.

Room was stuck on the first floor at the back with no view.

It is a lovely traditional style hotel. The bedroom and bathroom was exceptionally clean. The staff were very efficient and helpful. It has a nice family run vibe.

Breakfasts were very good and staff attentive. I also met some relatives for lunch at the hotel and again all very good.

There was no aircon in the first room I had in my three night stay, just a large fan and the room felt stuffy.

The room was spacious and clean enough. The breakfast was just okay, but there wasn’t much variety to choose from. The hotel bar was convenient, and there was plenty of parking available. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel restaurant took quite a long time to serve the food, although the food itself was nice. Unfortunately, the rooms are not very soundproof, so noise from outside the room could be heard quite easily.

The bathtub faucet were old-fashioned, so difficult to achive the desire temperatura. Caution, the hotel include a great saloon for celebration. Our stay was peacefull probably because any event were on running Los grifos de la bañera eran muy anticuados, muy dificil conseguir la temperatura deseada del agua. Ojo, el hotel cuenta con un gran salón de bodas y celebraciones. Nuestra estancia fue muy tranquila probablemente porque no coincidimos con la celebración de ningún evento

Its location close to golf course. breakfast was good.

Our room looked over a flat roof full of debris. The windows were dirty and we couldn’t open window past an inch. The air con was ineffective and noisy. We spent a very hot uncomfortable night. The mattresses were also poor.

Lovely hotel in a countryside setting. Room was quite spacious and comfortable. Stayed just one night and we had dinner the evening we arrived which was really tasty and the breakfast was also excellent and cooked to order fresh with buffet for cereals, pastries etc. The restaurant and bar were both nice areas and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and made it a lovely stay.

Although the staff were really friendly the service was a little slow even though it did not appear to be that busy. When we arrived it was in the evening and took a while for someone to come to reception and check us in. In the bar I went to order a drink a couple of times and staff were not available at all so took a while to get a drink. It also took a while to be seated when we went to the restaurant for dinner - however the food was lovely and staff were so nice.

The bed was comfortable, which allowed us to sleep well despite the other issues we experienced during our stay.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay, especially considering that this is a 4-star hotel. We had a very unpleasant surprise when we first entered the room. The windows were quite high up and overlooked the air-conditioning units. The room was also very poorly insulated and extremely humid; in the morning, there was condensation on the windows. We also noticed a thick layer of dust, particularly in the corners of the bedroom and bathroom. There were several maintenance issues as well: the bathroom sink was leaking, and when we took a shower, water leaked onto the floor, leaving the entire bathroom wet. The ventilation system, located directly above the showerhead, was also covered in a thick layer of dust and clearly had not been cleaned properly. Finally, we were disappointed with the breakfast, which mainly consisted of industrial, processed products. Overall, the experience was far below what we would expect from a 4-star hotel, and we found the value for money very disappointing.

Food was excellent lovely relaxed athmosohere in the bar the room was comfortable & a fan provided in case it got too hot/humid breakfast was good I ordered a mini breakfast it was as good as I've had anywhere

Two of us travelled together & five other joined us for dinner yesterday evening the food was lovely but the service was rushed & hurried we were moving into the bar & wanted to pay in twos & seperately this seemed to be a problem & it was suggested by the staff member one pay & the others could transfer what the cost of their meal was by using revelot two of our group are in their 70's & don't have rsvelot & for the record I don't have it either. One of our group is a wheelchair user needed the toilet imagine the dismay when the door of the disabled toilet opened & a young male member of staff exited. The mirror in the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile too

un hotel decisamente datato, la hall si presenta bene, anche se è piuttosto solito non trovare nessuno che ti accolga, il personale è veramente risicato, la camera è ampia ma non perfettamente pulita (fuori dalla finestra ci sarà stato almeno un chilo di guano non rimosso) e non è affatto insonorizzata sia verso l'esterno che verso le camere adiacenti. La colazione è discreta e sufficiente, anche se non molto varia.

The Hotel was fairly quiet which was great for us.

Hotel was dated and could do with some TLC. Should have been a path to walk from Hotel in to Loughrea.

Situé dans un endroit calme. Un membre de l'équipe très sympathique. Hall d'accueil vraiment typique.

Plomberie à revoir, les robinets d'eau ne coulent pas. Les fenêtres gagneraient à pouvoir être plus ouvertes. Literie pas incroyable à mon goût. Avis moins partagé par mon conjoint. Nous ne nous sommes pas compris avec deux membres du personnel : erreur de commande pour le dîner et le règlement.

Stanza molto ampia. La colazione molto varia con la possibilità di ordinare dalla cucina. Comodo il parcheggio e zona silenziosa.

Troppo caldo in camera. Purtroppo siamo arrivate più tardi del previsto e non c’è stata la possibilità di mangiare nulla a cena.

Very limited tv channels in the room, the breakfast experience was a bit messy. There was only 1 member of staff on the breakfast service and he just seemed to be rushing about all over the place and I don't know why? as there were only 8 people in the restaurant including myself. There was a 20 minute wait to see the menu and I just said to him that I would take a full Irish and a cup of tea. 10 minutes later the food arrived and he said oh I forgot your tea I will get it now and off he rushed he hadn't left any cutlery for me to eat the food and a few minutes later he dropped the pot of tea down and rushed off again but never left any milk for the tea. He might have just been having an off morning but it was a bit of a mess.

Klimaanlage ging nicht trotz großer Show das Problem zu lösen. Keine Bereitschaft etwas zu erstatten. Sehr schlecht geschlafen bei 24° ohne die Möglichkeit das Fenster zu öffnen

Das Pub bar food war wie immer sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The toilets don’t flush! The staff wasn’t friendly at all from the bartender, to the check in clerk, to the waitresses in the restaurant. I waited 10 minutes at the front to talk to someone about the toilets but the clerk wasn’t there and there’s no service bell to call for help. The breakfast wasn’t restocked when low (juice, butter, and fruit). The juice was gone by 10, please refill. We pay for breakfast and juice is nice to have in the morning. Disappointing overall.

La catastrophe est le bruit....Comme beaucoup d'hôtels comme celui-ci, il est situé sur la route nationale. (Cela nous le savions!). Malgré les fenêtres fermées on entend les voitures qui circulent une bonne partie de la nuit. Les boules Quiès (earplugs) ne suffisent pas vraiment. Pire ! L'isolation phonique entre les chambres n'est pas bonne. Nous avons entendu le voisin ronfler très fort (d'ailleurs nous n'étions pas les seuls, puisqu'un autre voisin a essayé de le faire taire, sans succès. Classé 4 étoiles...OK (?!).... peut-être en raison de la décoration du siècle passé, moquettes épaisse, ambiance feutrée... Mais ne vaut pas 199€ la nuit chambre + breakfast inclus. Malgré les points positifs énoncés, mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

It's hard to write anything positive when the hotel room I stayed in (Room 115) was simply not fit to sleep in. I had a completely sleepless night because of the constant noise from air conditioning units and pumps behind the wall, and to make matters worse, the room's air conditioning didn't work at all.

On top of that, the shower didn't drain properly, and there were cobwebs in the corners of the bathroom. The only source of fresh air was a tiny window, which overlooked the roof where there was a bird's nest, and birds were actually flying into the room. After reporting all of these issues to the staff, we were initially told that the pumps would be switched off shortly and the noise would stop. Ten minutes later, we were informed that unfortunately there was nothing they could do about the noise, but they would at least bring us a portable fan to make the room a bit more comfortable. Another ten minutes later, they came back to say they couldn't find a fan anywhere, so we wouldn't be getting one after all. We were also told that they couldn't move us to another room, but that we shouldn't worry because all of the problems would surely be fixed within a few days. In the meantime, they offered us a free drink. That was little comfort after a completely sleepless night. If you ever stay here, never accept Room 115. It is an absolute disaster. €130 for one night completely wasted.

Very dated decor. Breakfast felt quite limited but was very tasty. No air con which wouldn't usually be an issue but the nights we stayed were in the middle of a heat wave.
