Great location, friendly staff, very clean and lovely Warung with wonderful food

There is nothing I didn’t like My only suggestion would be a rail to help people get out of the pool as I noticed a lot of older people ( including me) stay there.

Location and reasonable rates

Maintenance and cleaning could be improved. There were spider webs hanging from the ceiling and the wardrobe needed some fixing. Good to have some drinkable water * even if it must be paid for. The boiled water tasted a tad salty.

L'emplacement du logement est intéressant car à proximité de la plage et à une demie heure de l'aéroport. Literie vraiment confortable. Bon petit déjeuner dans le restaurant de l'hôtel.

Manque de propreté dans l'ensemble la chambre. Manque d'une carafe d'eau ou de petites bouteilles à disposition au moment de l'arrivée.

La proximité de la chambre avec la piscine, le calme qu'il règne la literie, la bouilloire et le frigo à disposition. L hôtel est assez proche de la plage, 10 mn à pied. Lit refait et poubelle vidée.

Le manque de disponibilité du personnel affairé au ménage ou au restaurant, aucun échange supplémentaire, la proximité du lieu du restaurant à la rue trop bruyante, le petit déjeuner peu goûteux, pancake pas très bon et oeuf au plat mal cuit..., ménage limite dans la chambre, tasse et verre sales table basse également.

The restaurant staff were very good, breakfast was limited but fine, AC was good, the rooms are small but ok for the price, expectations for most things were met for a budget accommodation

Food was left in the fridge from previous guests (not off to a good start), hair left on the floors in the shower and room from previous guests, curtains were dirty, towels were very worn, hot water heater is only 25 litres storage so good for 1 person or 2 quick showers for couples.

Relaxing feel. Great pool. The new shuttle service in Sanur opened up this location easily (though getting the initial card was challenging. BNI bank has them in Icon Bali Mall) and enabled us to move freely along Sanur. Have booked next year's holiday here already

Was wonderful all around! Intimate and quiet with beautiful pool. Location is very convenient to beachside, shops and restaurants and the onsite cafe is great!

I love this homestay such a great location, quiet, great pool, comfy bed, good bathroom and now having warung out front even better.

Just some suggestions, put the tiny fridges up off the floor on to a cabinet very hard to use it on the floor. Would love a smart TV as solo traveller coming for rest but I just use my phone not a big deal.

I hoped there would be bottled water in the fridge, as I got in late and couldn’t buy any, and needed it for drinking and teeth brushing.

Wij moesten in de ochtend al vroeg weg alleen het ontbijt starte eigenlijk pas om 7.30 maar toen ik vroeg of het eerder kon kon dat gelukkig. Locatie is top half uurtje lopen naar the icon mall maar de straat waar je dan langsloopt is ook al heel leuk.

Good location, close to places to eat & drink. Plus a short walk to the beach.

Don't recall the room number, but it was at the end of the building & the wifi was not great at times. This is just a minor inconvenience that doesn't detract from an otherwise excellent homestay.

We love Kamboja, it's our go to in Sanur, up one end and in a quieter location. Yanma and the team are always accommodating, the addition of the warung outside gives you an easy place to eat if you do not feel like wandering far - but if you do there are plenty of great places nearby including Saigon Cafe. Great water pressure, super clean, good wifi and a great price

Clean room, big comfortable bed. Suitable for couples or solo travellers. Nice clean pool. It has a nice little restrurant out the front where I was offered a welcome drink.

I couldnt extend another night because it was booked out for the next month ☺️

This is our 2nd stay at Kamboja and we love it. The rooms are a good size and it has a walk in shower with a little sitting area at the front. The staff are friendly and helpful and its very good value for money. We love this area of Sanur as its quieter and it offers lots of great restaurants and you can also eat at Kamboja,s Warung which does great food. Breakfast is included but we only opted for that twice as we like to change it up with healthier options like smoothie bowls.

The pools should have railings for easier access and some umbrellas to provide shade would be a welcome addition.

Loved this cosy quiet homestay. It was comfortable and with the pool right outside my door, who would want more. Your free breakfast is included at their own warung which provides a good selection of meals all day. The owner also provides a wonderful massage service. Tried to book longer but was fully booked.

The walk to the beach is about 10-15 minutes but you get used to that.

Pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. Pas de moustiquaire . Faire attention lors de la réservation si petit déjeuner compris ou non au prix payé.

This was our 3rd stay at Kamboja and we can not fault anything the staff are amazing the restaurant food is excellent we will keep coming back.

The rooms and homestay photos on booking engines accurately reflect the rooms and grounds. Kamboja was lovely & quite at night for sleeping, with friendly guests & interactions during the day in & around the pool & Warung out the front. The Warung staff were delightful & food delicious & great value too. There are two wings at the homestay Rooms A-F the first wing built, & G-L a newer additional wing. Both wings have a lovely small pool. At time of booking, I requested room L as my first preference for its position at the end of that wings pool & furthest from the wings gate. Due to booking almost 11 months in advance this request was able to be accommodated. It was great for a longer stay I was there for 28 nights. Its position was perfect with no foot traffic from fellow guests & staff servicing rooms with those checking in & out during this time. For longer stays / least foot traffic: - I would recommend these rooms in preference order L, then E or F followed by K, J, D then C - I would ask NOT to be in Room G right by wing gate & backs on to the Warung), or potentially not H right next to it, In the other wing - ideally also not A, or B. The rooms themselves are all similar/good but simply note the above if position /passing foot traffic matters to you. The owner Yanma & his family live next door & he is available if needed. The staff are lovely & so willing to help. Komeang was just a delight! There is a lovely driver, Arya who they recommend who will do airport transfers and or trips & other transporting needs.

There should be complimentary/ included bottled water available at least on checking in many guests arrive later at night. I knew in advance there was not so bought some at the airport for that first night so I could brush my teeth and have water to drink till the morning. I then went out and bought a 15-litre jumbo bottle. To be honest the jumbo bottles are very very cheap & would not cost much to have supplied even if a couple a day max by the homestay in a central area say near the office for guests to refill. This would also reduce plastic bottles as guest purchase smaller lots of water. At the very least even if water isn't supplied past a couple of smaller bottles for that first night, each room could have one of the dispensers with taps for guests to put their own big bottles on.

Rien à dire.La chambre est spacieuse, bien située et très propre. Les WC sont séparés de la chambre. La piscine est très belle et le petit déjeuner copieux. Le personnel est très discret et souriant. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises jusque dans l'après-midi ce qui est appréciable.
