Room was clean.

The room was quite cramped due to the size of bathroom which was designed for disabled access (which we hadn't requested). Despite references to a coffee shop it was permanently closed with no other food options in the hotel.

The facilities is good.

We can hear the voices from the outside.

Good and fast service, everything can be requested via whatsapp. Easy check-in/check-out procedure. But, parking space a bit limited.

I stayed at this hotel for two days, I felt very comfortable. First, their service is very fast response. I just asked for help if there was a clothes iron and it didn't take 5 minutes to be delivered directly to our room. Second on the second day our room was cleaned and everything was replaced without having to be asked, this made our experience at this hotel very good. This is supposed to be a 5-star hotel

Nice, clean hotel near city center. Ample public parking at night. Room is a bit on the smaller side but surprisingly quiet, so no issues with sleeping. Amenities are available upon request. My only issue is pillows have a strong body odor smell, maybe left by previous guest. If you have sensitive nose like me, this can be unpleasant. But overall, I have a nice stay here.

Everything was good overall. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning. We’re not sure whether it was not functioning properly or if the position wasn’t suitable with the bed, but we ended up feeling quite warm and sweating while sleeping. We were too tired to inform the receptionist at the time.😂😂

Cleanliness is consistent thanks to a daily cleaning schedule. While the service is basic and there are no extra on-site amenities, the response time is fast and contacting the front desk via WhatsApp is incredibly convenient.

My son was very happy because of playgroud in restaurant near this hotel. The hotel also spacious to us in our room hotel and excess card from main door to lift to keep safe. The hotel very beautiful on english vibe. It's price affordable. The cleaniness was superb. No noise level but very calm dan quite. The hotel provide vary amenities for us such as umbrella, rubber slippers and hair dryer, air-cond very cool at lobby, which other hotels rarely provide for guests. Thanks staffs hotel were very friendly and helpful too. We will stay again next time.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Stanton - note there are three Stanton hotels. The staff here were very friendly and even though we didn’t have Grab on our phone they were happy to order taxis for us. We will happily return

this hotel is beautiful and perfect for taking photos . The staff are very considerate and there is a 24-hour butler. The most regrettable thing is that the Queen Room has no windows. The room is a bit small and the sound insulation is not very good.

Enjoyed my 2 nights stay. Lots of towels provided. Wall quite thin but not too much traffic noise from outside. Staff friendly and fast. Asked for iron facilties and got it in just 2 mins! For business trip, i recommend this place.

Good place to stay. Not too far from centre town. Chatered van that freely available that can send you to the main attraction including malls. Room are nice, quite spacious for deluxe queen room. Always my first choice when i got meeting in town.

The space was spacious and bright, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I fell asleep shortly after lying down. What's more, the sound insulation was excellent—we heard absolutely no outside noise. The bathroom featured a dry-wet separation design, with complete toiletries provided. The hotel also offered high-speed WiFi, which worked smoothly for streaming videos and working. The hotel's location was another big plus.
