Liked everything about it.

This was the second time we have stayed here. Rachel is a lovely host. The room was so clean and the duvets and towels smelt so nice. Tea, coffee, water, toiletries all provided. Great shower, comfy beds and fantastic family room with games, colouring books etc for my little boy to play with. We had a nice walk into the town and beach every day. We loved our stay ☺️

Rachel made us very welcome, rooms ready early, so we could check in, very clean rooms and great location.

The bus service towards skegness pier is non existent on Drummond road haha just walk. However no direct issues with the b n b at all.

The room was a little small & felt a bit cramped in, the bathroom was also a tiny, but for a short stay it was fine.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Value for money. Complimentary toiletries and water. Nothing to complain about.

Located in walking distance to the seaside. Friendly helpful staff. Nicely presented very clean room. Overall value for money.

Room was very high spec, clean and easy to access. Parking was available at the front of the property. Was a short walk from Skegness centre, with a pub and food on the way.

Room was bright clean and well equipped. Bed was comfy. Plenty of hot water for a shower. Very quiet well kept property. Owners were conversational and pleasant.

When we had our booking confirmed it was for a quiet street view with wardrobe/slippers/seating area supplied. We were at the back of the property with a wall mounted clothes rail a fold up table and x 1 chair and no slippers. As it was only for a 2 night stop it seemed a little petty to mention as it was a decent room

It was like a home from home, came with a fan, hairdryer, towels, a kettle with a range of things to drink. The bed was so comfy.

Perfect little room for a short stay. I was late checking in but Rachel was kind enough to greet me with a key after the check-in time. Bed was very comfy, room very clean, quiet. Lovely furnishings, soft towels, thick toilet paper. Short 15 min walk from Skegness Pier/arcades. Brill. Would definitely stay again. Great value for money.

i liked everything about the property Rachel was very nice and polite very clean and was also very quite and peaceful even though we had our children and there was other children in the hotel

The place was very clean, modern looking and is a good location just a 20 minute walk to the beach, lovely hosts!

The only downside is that they didn’t have a mini fridge for the waters they left for us on the side but everything else was provided

Location was great for us. On arrival the property looks lovely from the outside and beautifully lit up when it goes dark. Reception area and all the stairs and landings carpeted and decorated to a lovely standard. Room looked beautiful with blackout curtains and blinds. Bed and pillows comfy enough for us. Bathroom immaculately clean with a great shower. Towels, face cloth and even a turbi towel provided. Plug sockets that fit your phone/tablets at the side of each bed. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk with a kettle and complimentary biscuits, water and toiletries.

The location was spot on. Owners were friendly. Room was nice. Yes small, but perfect for what was needed. Would definitely stay again.

Only small complaint and literally the only thing. Room needs a good dust. Cobwebs on ceiling and walls and in sunlight can see how much dust is on the walls.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel felt like a home away from home – the whole place is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and has such a warm, lovely atmosphere. But what truly made my stay special was Rachel. She went above and beyond to make me feel so welcome, taking the time to chat, helping with anything I needed. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely be coming back again very soon! Thank you so much for such a lovely experience. Also only a short walk for the beach

Lovely decor and the towels were great as normally they are just big bath towels these were extra large Rachel saved a space for our car as my husband is disabled ...we also had a fan in our room which was great as it was very warm. They are a lovely couple and would definitely recommend the cresswell inn ❤️ we would definitely there again .

One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in, really lovely rooms, shower is amazing, complimentary biscuits,water,shower gel etc also there was a fan in the room, bed really comfy, lovely owners very friendly would definitely stay again.

There was nothing to dislike

We only stayed the one night but Rachel the owner was so very welcoming and happy to do anything to help. The hotel is just a 3/4 minute walk to the seafront and to the main high street where you can access all the attractions on offer.

The hotel and double room was very reasonably priced, very clean and smelled nice and fresh. The bed was nice and comfortable, a fan was provided so you can stay cool, there was a small TV with freeview and Netflix, and the shower was hot. Toiletries and complimentary water, tea, coffee, and biscuits were provided. We booked a small room with very little in the way of clothes storage facilities, which was not a problem as a folding stand was provided to hold an open suitcase, there was a small rail with hangers for some clothes, and two small bedside chest of drawers for storage of items. A small folding table and chair were also provided. We didn't need any other facilities and just needed somewhere to sleep as we ate out everyday and were out all day. The Cresswell provided just what we needed, and the owners were friendly. Once we'd checked out we wanted to spend a last day in Skegness and they were happy to store our bags until we were ready to go home.

There was only one folding chair even though it was a double room for two people.

It was room only which is what we wanted as there were plenty of local places that offered breakfast. It is located on a long flat road probably about 10 minutes walk which we didn’t mind. The rooms were comfortable and very clean.

Extremely close to bars and attractions witb takeaways just a few doors away, room was super clean and bed very comfortable.

Only 1 towel per person supplied, when having long hair would have been favourable to have an extra towel, also trafgic noise but not sure how owners could remedy that.
