struttura spettacolare situata nel centro di Polignano, camera spaziosa e bagno grande e funzionale. aria condizionata e televisore ok, frigorifero da sbrinare (presenza di molto ghiaccio) ma funzionale. gentilissima la proprietaria, che prepara personalmente ottime colazioni, abbondante e varia di prodotti. molto socievole e disposta anche a scambiare due chiacchiere per rendere migliore il rapporto. unica problematica è impossibile trovare parcheggio.

It was very nice to stay in Casa di Anna, we had a very spacious room, more like a suite, with everything you could wish for, although not brand new (but that didn’t bother us at all). The location is perfect, 5-6 minutes walk from the train station and right on the edge of the beautiful historical center of Polignano. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was very nice and personal.

Anna doesn’t speak English, which made communication a bit difficult, but she was super friendly.

Location was excellent. Super easy to find from the train station - straight down the road opposite. Place was lovely and room clean and comfortable. Good shower, good air con, and handy to have a fridge.

We missed breakfast one day (as had to get an early train) and wish we had had a number to let them know in advance. A note with number in the room would have been helpful and saved them waiting.

Premetto di sapere che i B&B non sono strutture alberghiere, però non mi è piaciuto dell’alloggio (la stanza di Anna) il caldo avvertito nel bagno (nonostante un ventilatore) nonché la tenda posta come parapetto della vasca (sarebbe stato già utile un parapetto rigido evitando così che la tenda si attaccasse addosso e che si allagasse il bagno); per ultimo seppur la camera da letto risulta essere munita di un ventilatore a pala, l’aria condizionata proviene da un un condizionatore montato nell’anticamera (si poteva risolvere spostando lo split nella camera da letto facendo sì che condizionasse sia il bagno e poi l’anticamera). Tali condizioni potevano essere accettate solo se il rapporto qualità / prezzo (145 euro - una notte - tutt’altro che economica) e confort fossero state rappresentate in maniera più esplicita.

Amazing property very very close to the centre all up-to-date facilities. It was absolutely lovely. Would definitely recommend this.

The property was beautifully clean and there was a lot of attention to detail and really special touches in the house to make both of us and our 4 dogs feel REALLY welcome. The location was fantastic as it was within easy walking to all of the town, promenade and beaches. It was also a really quiet area at night and felt very private and safe. The garden was ideal, secure and again, spotless. The host went above and beyond to ensure we were comfy and had the best stay possible. Karlie was also very quick to reply to correspondence . Parking for 2 cars was also a big asset! A lot of properties state they are "dog friendly" but this truly was a "dogs very welcome" house and made the holiday for them as special as it was, something crucial for us. Karlie even ensured we had a fan for them for the hot evenings, although the house was pretty cool-another bonus

Absolutely nothing, we could not have wanted for anything. It was above and beyond what we were looking for. The only thing we didn't like was.....that we couldn't stay for longer! 😂

Très bon emplacement, à quelques minutes à pied du centre de Polignano a Mare. La propriétaire et le personnel sont extrêmement gentils et serviables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse où est servi le petit-déjeuner, agréable et conviviale pour commencer la journée.

L’insonorisation de la chambre est quasiment inexistante. On entend très fortement les bruits de la rue, le passage des voitures, les conversations et les cris à l’extérieur. Nous avons également été réveillés très tôt par des bruits de travaux provenant d’un niveau supérieur ou d’un bâtiment voisin. Enfin, la chambre nous a semblé très basique et manquait un peu de charme

Хозяева очень приветливы и готовы помочь с любой информацией. Апартамент расположен в самом центре, найти очень легко, все близко. Рекомендую!

В праздники может дать довольно шумно на улице, поэтому окно закрывать нужно. Но это совершенно естественно, учитывая, что апартамент находится в самом центре. В комнате есть кондиционер.

unico neo la stanza con affaccio su un pozzo di luce. risulta buia e un pò claustrofobica. ovviato al problema soggiornando o sulla splendida terrazza o nell'accogliente sala comune dotata di comodi divani e fornita di vari libri da leggere.

Location was perfect for what we needed for the stay as it was so close to the beach and all the activities. As we were supporting someone at this location to enjoy a holiday it was perfect as there was enough space in the accommodation and also the hosts were brilliant. The host were really accommodating and responded quickly to any queries. Highly recommended.

Mal atendimento na hora da chegada, quando nos foi pedido para esperar 15 minutos do lado de fora. No café da manhã chegamos alguns minutos antes e fomos mal recebidos. O banheiro com cortinas de plástico, horrível para tomar banho. Acomodação não recomendada. Atendimento nada acolhedor.

The location was fantastic and the property is kept clean and looks great.

The air conditioning unit leaked at night dripping water so we had to turn it off. The door was also broke on arrival but this was soon fixed. The breakfast wasn't great as instant coffee. But we loved the toasted sandwich on the second day. More protein options at breakfast each day would be good as there was a lot of sugar which we were unable to eat.

Wspaniała lokalizacja i bardzo smaczne śniadanie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem.

Minusem było ograniczone światło dzienne w naszym pokoju.

La ubicación es perfecta cerca de la playa , el desayuno es bueno y variado se sirve en la terraza lo que lo hace muy agradable.

La stanza era pulita e confortevole, la signora Anna era molto accogliente e disponibile. La colazione era deliziosa. Posizione ideale per esplorare la città. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque.

La vasca sistemata come doccia non è stato un problema, pero' spero che questo aspetto venga migliorato.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean, with a large, beautifully decorated bathroom. The location was perfect—just a few minutes' walk from all the main sights and attractions. Communication with the host was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this.

Ana is an amazing hostess. She made feel us feel welcomed. Every morning, during breakfast, which sheprepared herself (she even baked some pastries!), she gave us amazing tips.

Unfortunately, our room was cleaned only once during our stay.

Struttura carina alle porte del centro storico di Polignano a mare. Camere e locali spaziosi e molto puliti. Colazione abbondante sul bel terrazzo. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile.

La nostra camera e il nostro bagno avevano una finestra verso un pozzo luce coperto e non verso l'esterno. Sensazione di mancanza d'aria.

La amabilidad con que nos trató Anna (la Sofía Loren de Polignano, bellísima) y sus hijos, el lugar es muy bello; decorado con un gusto hermosísimo, nos aconsejó a qué playas ir, sin duda un lugar al que volveré.

the location of the b&b was very good, in the center. The room was clean

The breakfast, to us, was not “superb”. It consisted of a very small sandwich with one thin slice of ham and one thin slice of cheese. After that everything has sugar and is sweet. There was some homemade chocolate cake which is unsuitable for a breakfast, some store bought toasted bread, finger sized, store blught orange juice, flavored yoghurt. We couldn’t finish it, it was too sweet and unfulfilling. The second thing we didnt like was the room. The room we booked said we had private terrace, but there was a common terrace (so no “private” balcony at all). Also, the room had zero sunlight. there were two very tiny windows with net covered in paint, no air through it, and a normal sized one but it opens to the common area terrace where people were. It felt like staying in a deposit. We had to keep the room lights on and ac on all the time, not because it was too hot, but because ae had no ventilation at all. Also the bed was on pellets (this was not the main issue, we saw on the pictures, but the mattresses were really bad. It was “anna’s room”, to help anyone identify it. Also it was not mentioned before booking, but the checkin is between 16-18, and if you come later, they charge 10-20 euro, very unconvenient. The checkout tine was 10:15, and when we wanted to leave earlier, they said at first “no, check out at 10:15, not earlier”. What? you dont let me leave? There was only one employee speaking english and if he wasnt there we couldnt speak with anyone. Also at the bathroom, the toilet button had to be pushed with a lot of force and hold about 5-10 seconds. Then wait more than 10 minutes to refill. Very very unconvenient. The bathtub and toilet and sink were very old, clearly very used. The door at the bathroom barely closes, if we were lucky. Maybe we have too high standards, we tried to describe our experience as accurate as we could.

Splendida struttura a pochi passi dal centro storico e vicina alla stazione. Stanza spaziosa,accogliente e pulita. Colazione squisita sulla terrazza con le torte di Anna, la proprietaria….ogni giorno una delizia!

- Clean room and bathroom which felt really good - Air conditioning and fridge was nice to have in the room - Easy to reach by foot from station - Nice terrace and super tidy - nice staff who gave really nice welcome and instructions

- room didn't feel private because of thin door and bathroom window to the common area - no windows for getting sunlight - breakfast was pre defined (a single toast with ham without being asked if we eat meat or not) - check in time and luggage drop off (15 ton20 euro ) very strict and cost money if you miss the deadline - if the price was a bit cheaper it would be fine with all above mention points

The breakfast was great and the staff were extremely attentive. Great location right outside of the heart of Polignano a mare.

Very clean and extremely well situated. Comfortable bed. Breakfast served on roof terrace included fresh fruit (cherries, figs) and homemade cake. Hosts very welcoming.

Läget är perfekt centralt med parkeringsplatser på gatan. Man måste betala parkeringen med Easypark men att det var nära är ett stort plus. Frukosten serverades på en underbar liten terass utomhus. Blandat lite continental och italiensk frukost.

Sängen var inte det bästa jag upplevt. Träpallar i botten som man lagt en madrass på. Kanterna på träpallarna var vassa och lätt att riva sig på.

Le lit Inconfortable juste un matelas posé sur des palettes. La salle de bains, Vétuste avec une Baignoire sabot et un rideau en guise de douche. Le petit déjeuner, Dans les commentaires Il était censé être composé de produits faits maison, Nous n'avons rien eu de tout cela. Et l'accès, 40 marches à monter avant céder à la chambre,, Ce n'était pas mentionné. Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix était pris cette chambre ne valait pas 130€

Sehr netter freundlicher Gastgeber, Treffen sehr gut geklappt,Sehr gute Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück in sehr netten Ambiente. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Maybe the stairs

Location in Polignano A Mare is great. Very close to the beach and the old town. The owner and her son were exceptional hosts. They just did everything for us, my girlfriend had broken her ankle 2 days before arrival and was in a wheelchair. The property is accessed via a staircase and they helped me carrying luggage and wheelchair upstairs. They setup a private table outside our room for breakfast. We will definitely return and they made all the difference to our holiday. They are the best hosts of the 7 different places we stayed in Puglia. Bravissimo!!

The parking is a little difficult in the area, but this is not the fault of the property. I found parking each day nearby but it is august in Italy and everywhere is so busy.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. The host was exceptionally helpful and responded very quickly to any messages. The breakfast was wonderful, plenty of homemade traditional food on the lovely terrace. Thank you
