The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. I liked the big shower and the car park at the rear. They put a different biscuit to try in my room every day. The location is perfect and the neighbourhood seemed very quiet and peaceful while I was there in early September.

The mattress was a little bit uncomfortable.

The breakfast was very good and was asked if all was alright or did I need more of anything. All hotel was very clean and location in quiet road but within walking distance to town and beach

All was good just a personal thing that I use a tooth mug but none was provided but to be fair I did not ask for one

The staff member was very welcoming, friendly and caring. We received welcome drinks, and she kindly gave us water at the end of our stay. The room was spacious, very clean and had all the facilities we needed. Excellent service — definitely 10/10!

The hostess went above and beyond, such a pleasant lady. Excellent breakfast Safe parking available on site Mobility scooter charging which was a great help. Complimentary bottle of water on departure Pleasant room and quiet location.

There was only one thing we struggled with , which was the temperature of the shower, it was either freezing or scalding we eventually had a hand wash.

The lady at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. Car park at the rear was safe for our motorbikes. They also locked the car park at 11PM. Best hotel TV ever lol.

It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the hosts were friendly! Complimentary water upon arrival and departure was great!

The hotel was Ideally placed for the shops, arcades funfair. Seal sanctuary and the Beach were all only a short walk .If you need a change of scenery Ingoldmells with it large market and funfair are only a short bus ride or drive in the car . The breakfast was exceptional ,the owner was very helpful on arrival as we arrived early and she made us a coffee and assisted to our room with our luggage . when our stay had finished we were half way home when we received a phone call to tell us my wife had left her laptop so we had to return and whilst their we extended our stay by a couple of days. The hotel was spotlessly clean and we will be returning.

I can't think of anything that I didn't enjoy and would gladly recommend .

THE PARKING WAS GOOD, AND IT WAS CLEAN. THE BREAKFAST WAS O/K BUT WAS SCHEAPER AND BIGGER IN THE TOWN.

THE HOTEL WAS IN BETWEEN THE EACH AND AND THE SHOP'S. IT WOULD BE NO GOOD IF YOU HAD DIFFICULTY IN WALKING.

So Good for having its own free car park. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the pramanard. Friendly staff with a good breakfast for a reasonable price, with as much orange juice as you can drink.

It's near the beach and town center. The place is very clean and well maintained plus a very comfy bed. Lovely breakfast. Host is very friendly and accommodating.

I booked this hotel the day before travelling for work. I selected it for it's 'on-site' parking. A minute or so after I received confirmation of paying for my booking I received a message. It was soley for the purpose of warning me of how tight the carpark was. Asking that guests not complain about it in reviews,as most guests 'make it work'. I only booked this hotel as it stated it has on-site parking,no restrictions. I drive a works van. I have experience of arriving at a hotel to find an impposiby tight carpark,it is not helpfull. It is even less helpfull to make a booking based on their parking,have it accepted,have payment taken,then receive a message who's sole purpose is to warn me of how restrictive the carpark is!!! I immediately cancelled the booking,explaining my reasons,apologising profusely. The woman I talked to was very nice and said she would speak to the manager and see what she could do. They took my money,haven't heard anything else since. The lack of customer empathy is enough to red light this establishment.

The landlady could not have been more welcoming as we arrived early she checked us in & made us a pot of tea

Everything was fabulous, the cleanliness was amazing. The hosts attention to detail was great. She was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you to make sure you had everything you needed for your stay. The breakfast was delicious too. I’d highly recommend the Northdale.

A great welcome awaits. Its close to the clock tower, just off the front. Breakfast was spot on. Unfortunately I will need to recommend and of course they will now be busier. Credit where credit is due though 👏

Tv connection didn't work, but I never went there to watch tv, so no lose really.

Expected a room with ensuite but there was also a sitting room. Very well maintained. Even had a stair lift to first floor. Plenty of tea & coffee supplies, small fridge and 2 tvs. Very nice staff.

The mattress was rather too firm for us, but that's just us. I was unable to connect to WiFi but did not worry about it for one night.

We thought the property was dated. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as other hotels we have stayed in. Not much choice for breakfast. The sound insulation was bad as we could hear people in their rooms, tv’s playing and shower/toilet noise.

Staying at the northdale has always been a brilliant experience. The family are so lovely and would recommend to anyone, they go out there way to do anything for you. The breakfast was delicious. I wish them all the best for the future and please book your stay here next time. Highly recommended!

Host was lovely. Clean house with happy friendly feel. Little snacks in the room and a bottle of water as I left with a quick farewell and best wishes for the day. TV temperamental but probably me!! Host only too happy to check it out. Location suited me fine as I have to walk most places or fit in with buses. Beach and town centre with random shops nearby.

We had a very good breakfast every day

The host, Seva, couldn't do enough to please us. She was lovely. She even made me porridge although it wasn't on the menu. It was my birthday and when she cleaned the room, she saw my cards so, on our return from a day out, she had bought me a card and a bottle of wine. I thought this was a lovely, thoughtful gesture. Would definitely be returning. The location was only a few minutes walk to the main town.

The mirror above the dressing table was just a bit low for me. The reason being I have arthritis in my neck and couldn't bend to look in it, but there was a small one in the bathroom.

The host made sure we had a lovely stay - which we did. On arrival they were very kind and helpful and showed us up to our room. The room was very spacious and was well equipped with everything you needed for a short stay. In the morning we were served a delicious full English breakfast with terrific hospitality by our host. It was great to have private parking at the rear of the hotel as well. Would love to stay here again - thank you!

Made Very welcome on arrival lovely staff extra touch is there is bottles water in Ur room and also given one on leaving room we stayed was fantastic as it has a separate living room to the bedroom and TV in both rooms

Size of the room, also landlady was very pleasant, slight problem with her English, it was hard to communicate at times.

Only had breakfast on first morning, it was awful, didn't bother with it on following 2 mornings. The worst thing was the mattress on the bed. It was so old the springs were sticking through, I had to sleep on top of the duvet, and use our coats as blankets.

Very clean spacious room and bathroom. The host was lovely and even gave us a bottle of water to take with us when we were leaving. The breakfast was excellent and very good value for 7 pounds a person. The bed was very comfortable and there was a good selection of complimentary tea and coffees and even a pack of welcome biscuits.
