The location is great, with a supermarket nearby. You have your own kitchen, and a smart tv. Very nice! The staff is very kind.

It did not feel completely finished. Some things were still missing, and the stairwell was for sure not done.

We had two rooms booked. Each had a bedroom and sitting room/kitchen which was really useful and comfortable over a four night stay

- The hotel itself is generally nice and comfortable. - The room was clean and everything was mostly functional. - The location is convenient, and there are plenty of parking options nearby.

1. The room is already showing some wear: scratched flooring, a broken toilet seat, and some handles that do not close properly. 2. The hotel does not actually have its own parking. They simply rent parking spaces on a nearby street, which guests can also arrange themselves. 3. Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, but we had to wait until around 4:30 PM in the hallway while the room was being rushed to be cleaned. When we entered, the dishwasher was still running because the dishes had just been put inside. 4. The most disappointing part was what happened after checkout. The hotel contacted us asking about our stay. We honestly said that everything was generally fine, except for the delayed check-in. In response, they sent us a photo of a stained mattress cover and asked whether we had caused the stain. We have absolutely no idea what the stain was or where it came from. We never lifted or inspected the mattress cover, so we had no way of knowing what was underneath the sheets. Being contacted afterwards and essentially being asked whether we had caused the damage was very uncomfortable and disappointing.

Cleanliness wasnt great. I usually do a hotel wipe down on high touch surfaces like door knobs, light switches , and tables and the surfaces weren't all clean. The toilet seat had a hair on it. The lobby bathroom was actually dirty. Garbage everywhere, lots of wey surfaces

The kitchen table had many chips and dents in it. The coffee table also had a few scratches. The couch had stains on it as did the livingroom carpet. There were no face cloths in the bathroom. Also when I registered the ad said two bedrooms but instead there was one bedroom and a bed in the livingroom.

The position.

This is not a 4 star hotel. At best it’s a very low level airbnb. No linen for the sofa bed, 1 power point, lamp next to the bed but no way to plug it in, and generally felt like it was mid renovation.

The location is very good and convenient. The rooms and apartments are very cute, with a lovely design and atmosphere. The facilities were generally fine and the staff were sweet. Parking was included which was a huge plus.

Unfortunately, there were quite a few things that made the stay disappointing. The beds were not very comfortable and felt too small for two people. The air conditioning is only in the living room, with no AC in the bedrooms, which was uncomfortable. Cleanliness was also a major issue. The rooms were barely cleaned and we had to specifically tell the staff when we wanted the rooms cleaned. The overall hygiene and housekeeping were not up to the standard we expected. One of the apartments also had a very strong smell of fried bacon, which made the room unpleasant. There was also quite a lot of noise coming from the corridor.

Very clean and friendly staff. Our stay were comfortable and short walking distance to old port.

Check in was simple. There was someone at the desk when we arrived around 5pm. They gave us the parking pass and directions to the parking garage around the block. The garage was well lit and secure (gated, key card entry) and had an attendant in an office with security cameras. Check in to our room was simple with the provided code on the keypad. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and cookware. The location was good with easy walks to the Port of Old Montréal and downtown, and easy access to major roadways by car.

The suite wasn’t spotless (see pics), but it was comfortable. There were loud stomping and scratching noises from the room above starting at 10pm that lasted in the wee morning hours. We requested housekeeping after our 2nd night. We left at 10:15am and returned at 2pm to find they never came. Someone came down at 2:30 as we were resting and we declined for the next day. Next day they came while we were out. We returned to find that only one bed was made. They replaced only the bath towels (we were left without a hand towel and bath mat). Trash was changed. No surfaces wiped down nor floors swept. There was also no A/C in second room so we left the door open all day with the main A/C blasting and closed the door at night to wake up sweating in the morning.

Everything was wonderful -- extremely walkable, very clean, free parking. But the very best thing was the staff. Every single one of them were incredibly helpful, delightful people. We felt so lucky to have chosen to stay there!

The room was beautiful and large with everything you need. The staff were very friendly and helpful from check in to check out. Parking was very easy. The beds and pillows were the comfiest we've ever had in a hotel. It was lovely to have a full apartment of amenities.

The main living area was spacious and the location was convenient to Old Montreal.

We didn't get the facilities we booked and paid for. There was 1 shower not 2, the beds were smaller than claimed, the AC was inadequate and the 'city view' was of two dirty parking areas next to the buildings. The reception staff were unhelpful and numerous requests to speak to a manager were ignored. It's not a boutique hotel it's an apartment and the cost was excessive for the facilities and lack of service.

Annoncer deux chambres et salles de bain alors que une chambre n’a pas de fenêtre et donne dans le salon et que la sdb est n’a pas de douche. Pas d’essuie de cuisine, manque de verre, table de la salle à manger toute abîmée, …

Non si tratta di un hotel, o meglio non lo è ancora. Le parti comuni sono in lavorazione e non decorose, i servizi del tutto inesistenti. Ci era stato garantito un pre check in per consegna bagagli ma, dopo attesa di oltre 45 minuti e vari messaggi, nessuno si è palesato. L’asciugatrice presente nell’appartamento non funzionava, non è stata riparata nei tre giorni di soggiorno. anche le abat jour non funzionavano.Non essendo gli appartamenti dotati di spazi per il bucato, l’assenza di asciugatrice rendeva o difficilmente utilizzabile o inutile la lavatrice . Nel giorno del check in, alle 16 nell’appartamento era ancora in corso la pulizia, gestita da operatrici gentili ma poco professionali che non trasmettevano sensazione di aver potuto procedere a operazioni serie sotto il profilo igienico. Una macchia presente sul divano confermava, sin dall’ingresso, questa sfiducia. Medesima sensazione di superficialità e scarsa attenzione si percepiva nel transitare alla reception. Sensazione complessiva non piacevole, nonostante il disegno architettonico armonioso e il buon arredo e la discreta attrezzatura dell’unità immobiliare

Terrible management - run by a group of young Europeans who have no idea how to manage clients or a hotel. A broken window in the bedroom took an entire day to repair with three different management teams who are unable to communicate properly and completely lie to their clients. This is an Airbnb run by young students.

Location is amazing, you can walk to old port or to Eaton center area. It is about 15 minutes walking. Also there are lots of restaurants nearby and a grocery store. Very convenient. Staff was very nice.

It is more an Airbnb than a hotel. Have this in mind. The only downside for me was the cleaning. It was not the worse but far from the best. They could improve it.

Personeel heel relaxt en vriendelijk, we mochten de e-bikes binnen zetten vd nacht (geen officiële stalling), hielpen zelfs met het trapje op sjouwen. Zeer ruim appartement in mooi en strak opgeknapt oud pand, waar je gemakkelijk een tijdje zelfvoorzienend kunt zijn (supermarkt om de hoek). Gratis parkeren ook top.

Bij aankomst schrok ik een beetje van het aanzien vd de straat, het huizenblok, de buurt. Viel bij nader inzien enorm mee. Detailafwerking kan wat beter: geen leeslampje aan 1 kant, keukendoeken zou handig zijn, jammer van het groezelige douchegordijn in de nieuwe inloopdouche (die juist is bedoeld om zónder gordijn te functioneren :-) ...).

Limpeza muito ruim principalmente do banheiro (eles não limparam). Muito pouco utensílios na cozinha. A cama é pequena para o tamanho do quarto. Ah e o sofa cama não tinha enxoval mas o rapaz trouxe tudo logo.

Alles war perfekt! Eher eine kleine Wohnung, als ein Hotelzimmer. Eigene Küche, großes Bad und eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner inklusive. Auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war inklusive. Und das Frühstück kann man sich sehr gut im benachbarten Supermarkt selbst organisieren.

The sofa bed quality is not good. Did not have pillows and enough bedsheets. When requested them, the pillows came without pillow cases and the housekeeping was on on-site to provide them quickly.

Very clean modern apartment in a great location, very close to the tourist district of the Old Port, yet in a much less frantic neighborhood with great coffee shops and cafes. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, especially Reda (spelling?). Highly recommended!

The highlight is the staff at reception who are very friendly and make great effort to make it a pleasant stay. Shout out to Gailis and Mohcine for their assistance with our requests! The two-bedroom apartment was very spacious, well laid out and nicely decorated. Very comfortable for our group of 4 adults. The kitchen was well set up and had everything needed for a long stay (although we were there for only 1 night). The beds were very comfortable so we enjoyed a good night’s sleep. The hotel is steps away from a grocery store and many nice restaurants, and very close to Old Montreal. The parking lot is located behind the hotel but it’s a short walk and it was nice not to have to pay parking fees since it was included in our room rate.

While not a big issue for us it would have been nice to have more electrical outlets in the smaller bedroom. There were enough outlets in the other areas though.

Location was great, with some nice restaurants within walking distance. Also, the parking was easy, inexpensive, and in fact, the hotel reimbursed us. The owners run the hotel, so the decor and personal care feel authentic and not like every other chain hotel. Nicely appointed.

The best old town location, quiet, with comfortable beds, and a well appointed kitchen and parking included.

The reception area and common areas were not welcoming and service was non existent. The safe didn’t work despite our best efforts.

The location Is great, walking distance to old town Montreal. Many, many great restaurants near by. There is also parking for the car in the safe underground garage next door. The laundry and kitchen also makes it convenient to stay for a family.

Unfortunately our refrigerator did not work, but there was a smaller fridge, and staff was very attentive sought to replace refrigerator.

The hotel is not a hotel. It is a building of apartments pretending to be a hotel with amenities that they do not own and do not operate, creating misleading info for guests. The onsite "concierge" are low paid, inarticulate, young men who are nice but not capable of solving any problems for guests. There was no other management on the site and customer service via messaging was not responsive and could do nothing to solve the issues. Parking is not "on property" but blocks away and operated by another company. Spaces are leased and not accessible during early morning hours on a weekend, so we had to wait for garage manager to wake up and come open up so we could get on the road. This was not what was promised, and apparently not what the hotel had arranged with the garage. Parking passes were to be available...and then they weren't...and then there was a problem with them...and then we could not access our car we had parked in a garage because this "hotel" lies about the parking being "onsite". The room was full of flies. Very large houseflies. Other guests had the same concern. Dirty! The "hotel" did not provide appropriate towels. Basic amenity. The "hotel" had lights in each bedroom which could NOT BE TURNED OFF. Had to unscrew the lightbulb of the bedside table in one and unplug the fixture in the other. The NOISE outside in the wee hours of the morning is LOUD. Drunk people screaming, car alarms going off. The location is NOT in the Old Montreal but blocks away from the start of Old Montreal. This area had nice restaurants and bars, but it is not OLD Montreal. This was misleading. It is also very busy with commuters and LOUD.

Excellent base for some days in Montreal. We could walk to any sites we wanted to see. In suite laundry was a lifesaver for a family on a road trip!

Room 406 (1 person)- great space, lovely western views, the exposed brick was gorgeous, bathroom was spacious, kitchen was perfect for me (it had everything I needed). The laundry machine and dryer were high quality and easy to use. The location is perfectly situated between Griffintown and Vieux Port. I could walk to so many great spots!

My biggest complaints about room 406 is as follows: 1. Room safe broken; 2. The electricity outlets are in super inconvenient spots in the room. They need to add more on the side with the windows near the couch and by the dining room/ desk area. The desk area should have an outlet and a lamp. It was basically unusable for me without those two critical things. 3. There should be paper towels and more dishwasher pucks in the room. 4. The room should have Nespresso coffee or don’t advertise this feature. It has the machine but I had to go out and buy my own decent coffee pucks to use in it. As for the hotel itself, the staff were lovely but they need to offer locked storage for luggage rather than just casually storing it behind the desk that anyone can just take. This bothered me.

24 hour reception was good to have 😊.

A bit disappointed- it definitely looked nicer in the photos. Our room was described as 2 bed but was really 1 bed plus living space so a little squashy for our family.

Our appartement did not correspond to the size illustrated in the photos. It was very small. Fridge was not working and no daily cleaning, despite being advertised. Windows are very dirty and need urgent cleaning.

Daily unit cleaning was good, but the cleaning between guests could use more attention to detail. I found a used q tip and used contact lenses in my bedroom floor.

Cleanliness could have been better. After a year no progress in the lobby. We had to ask for towels which should have been replaced. But staff went above and beyond to fix any issues. Safe was broken, bathroom sinks didn’t drain properly.

Had people hammering above or beside me multiple mornings at 6AM and pounding/slamming stuff late into the night (12, 1AM, later), people screaming in the hallways, etc. Probably just bad timing with bad people, but really made sleep a challenge. The blankets and sheets on the bed probably needed replacing--they had multiple stains.

They don’t show the full story. The problem is not what is shown in Booking, the problem is what the do not show. The entrance is horrible, dirty, stair broken, reception is under maintenence and only one person with Limited time there.He was enable to give us any information other than the parking. We checked the room and we decided to cancel the reserve and leave. However the room was the best partí of this nightmare.They should invest some additional money before call this place “a Hotel”!! Manager sent message and I offer some compensation, instead the accommodation was not in good shape; he never called and charged 100%. Really bad.
