Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Me gusta mucho la ubicación y las vistas; el personal siempre está dispuesto a apoyar. Es mi hotel preferido en mty porque de allí puedo moverme a diferentes puntos de la ciudad, gracias por siempre considerar las peticiones!
Lo único malo fue parte de la limpieza; no me molesta, pero si es importante revisar la habitación; ya que en el espejo frente al escritorio/ mesa habían pegadas sobre el mismo unas calcomanías de estrellas negras que no eran nuestras.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Es la segunda ocasión que me hospedo ahi y esta muy centrico en mi movilidad labora en esa ciudad, en cuanto a los espacios he podido trabaja en la zona del lobby, asi como de degustar la cafeteria que esta ahi, aun que no sea de la marca. Pero la estancia ha sido excelente.
no hay comentarios, al momento la habitabilidad ha sido muy buena, y si posible que en otras visitas seguire alojándome ahí.

Las recepcionista hasta parece que son las dueñas del hotel, cuestionandose entre ellas por qué es más barato adquirir la habitación por Booking que en el hotel directamente, su actitud prepotente, te piden ID hasta de los menores( mis hijos) que me acompañan en el viaje, el cuarto lleno de tierra el piso y las mesas llenas de polvo, el baño súper mal diseñado como de hotel o casa vieja(lava manos,sanitario y regadera todo dentro de la misma sección lo que aumenta el tiempo en el que uno se arregla para salir, he pagado hoteles 30% más económicos y mejor diseñados y con mejor trato por parte del personal

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Nos encantó la ubicación, jamás hicimos mas de 25 minutos a ninguna parte de las actividades que planeamos. Además el diseño de las habitaciones era muy lindo, y las camas eran comodisimas! Las vistas a la ciudad también son muy lindas, nos tocó ver hacía el lado contrario del cerro de la silla y la vista es inmejorable.
Tal vez el acceso es poco amigable con los peatones, y faltan señalamientos para seguir hasta el elevador que te lleva al Lobby, nos tocó ayudar a unos Marroquíes que estaban algo perdidos para encontrar el acceso. El Shampoo también se nos hizo algo malito, deja el cabello feo.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026This hotel is located at a prime location of Downtown Monterrey. Few minutes walk to nearest metro and Macroplaza. The room is exactly look like what they have posted. I chose a room with windows and the view is stunning! I know there are some rooms that are without windows, so make sure when you book, book the one with windows! The room is very BIG and spacious. The lobby is not located on the ground floor, and if you are not traveling by car, you need to walk up a bit, take an elevator from the parking lot and go up to the lobby.
The staff doesn't speak much English, and if you need to check-in after their check-in hours (3pm-6pm), they require you to call the hotel before your arrival. I called and the staff doesn't speak English. Lol. But it was ok, they somehow understand my request with a little bit help from google translate.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026I loved the location its right in the middle of monterrey where everything is happening. For my first time being in monterrey it made our traveling much easier due to the location. The view our room had was beautiful. Me and my family would stay again if needed.
I didn't like how the rooms didn't have mini fridge. I had to carry a portable one to keep my toddlers milk and fruit fresh.

La atención en el lobby podría mejorar, una chica recepcionista con actitud algo apática y no muy servicial. Los demás recepcionistas que nos atendieron estuvieron muy bien.
