The room was so spacious and very well appointed. Extremely comfortable! The restaurant food was delicious and so convenient to have right at the hotel.

Street noise at night only seemed to subside at 2:00AM. Much to noises for a good nights sleep. Hotel could have provided ear plugs.

The property is gorgeous, the rooms spacious and luxurious. The bed was was amazingly comfortable. To stay in a hotel this nice, directly on the Michigan Miles, would have been over $1000 a night. There are also nice restaurants and coffee shops near by. It’s a little far from Michigan Ave, but the El is 1 block away and really easy to,use to get downtown.

I had such a wonderful experience at Nobu! I needed a room last minute, and the team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They made the entire process so easy and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I especially appreciated how welcoming they were to my dog Zeke. Traveling with a pet can sometimes be stressful, but Nobu made us feel completely comfortable and welcomed. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. I’m so grateful they were able to accommodate us on such short notice. The hospitality was exceptional, and I would absolutely stay at Nobu again. Highly recommend!

Everything was 10/10 incredible. From start to finish, Michelle was incredible at making me feel welcome and ease any travel snags that inevitably pop up when traveling to a location (rather than a staycation). Their team was kind, warm, friendly and weren't overly hovering. The location, property, layout, design, and the overall ambience can NOT be beat. It's the place to stay in Chicago. You get the best of all worlds- incredible cuisine in the most fun/chic neighborhood paired with sexy, relaxating japanese minmalist design that is absolutely outstanding. Ignore the other West Loop choices, because this is the one.

I had a wonderful experience with Frank and VIP Transport Elite Chicago! He provided transportation throughout my trip, from picking me up at the airport, to bringing me to and from a concert, and finally taking me from my hotel back to the airport. Frank was always punctual, professional, and incredibly reliable. I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout every ride, and the vehicle was always clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented. It was such a relief knowing I had dependable transportation arranged, especially for a busy concert night. I appreciated the wet hand towels and sparkling water he provided with each trip. Overall, the entire experience was seamless from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Frank to anyone visiting Chicago who is looking for safe, professional, and high-quality private transportation. I will absolutely use his services again the next time I’m in Chicago!

This is my first stay at the Nobu Hotel and I had an amazing experience. Their customer service and attention to detail is top tier. A special thanks to the Bellman Derrick. His customer service exceeded my expectations.

We all enjoyed our weekend stay at Chicago Nobu. Anthony at the front desk made sure that every detail was taken care of. We will be back.

They gave a warm welcome to celebrate our stay and front desk staff was very kind.

Inconsistent service - we had one night of turn down service. We booked an extra night after confirming we could stay in the same room and then in the morning after we had already left for the day, they tried to make us switch rooms. After we said we’d be unable to return to the hotel they found an alternate solution, but did not apologize for the inconvenience. They ignored our email asking for recommendations and sent so many emails pushing us to upgrade our room. There was also no common space to relax outside of the room.

Finally hotel that up-stands the 5 star European standard. I loved the rooms, great location, really appreciated the night time service very nice staff. Also appreciated Derrick the bellman for showing me everything very thoroughly. I’ll return with pleasure to this hotel.

I would give this hotel overall 4.5 if I could. I've never stayed in the West Loop before but it was a nice change of pace from Michigan Ave. The rooms are very relaxing and I loved the high ceilings and modern designs. The true standout to me was the pool. Serene, relaxing, warm, the best hotel pool I've ever used. Boutique hotel feel. The main knock to me was service in the lobby was not always as consistent and friendly as compared to other 5 star hotels I've stayed at. Rooftop happy hour was nice, got to sample much of classic Nobu foods. I love the food options of the neighborhood as well. Would definitely come back.

Nobu hotel is conveniently located in West Loop where many restaurants and shops are situated. The facility is good and clean, I like they tuck your bed at night. I don’t like the elevator is shared with the customers who go to the roof top bar. It can get crowded and awkward.

This hotel never fails to impress. We came for my husband’s 40th birthday and they did a little champagne surprise and card for him. The room is stunning, and the bathroom is a complete dream overlooking Randolph. Best of all, greeted with a warm towel, tea and the best doorman to help you bring your bags to your room, Derrick! Five stars every time, this hotel will keep me coming back.

I visited the restaurant at Nobu Chicago with some colleagues while in town for business, and ordered an Uber to our next destination. The Uber app repeatedly shifted our pick up location to a general festival pick up location, multiple blocks away, despite no festival happening (one was set to begin in approximately 1 month per the hotel staff). While we tried to get the location fixed in the app and drivers cancelled our pick ups, Derrick, the amazing bellman, took charge and called the driver on our behalf to advise him of the situation and to get him to pick us up at the hotel as the driver could only follow the instructions on the app and did not actually see where we had requested pick up. While the Uber experience itself was a disappointment due to being overcharged, Derrick made a tremendous difference in ensuring we felt cared for by taking charge of the situation and getting three out of towners where they needed to go.

I had an amazing experience staying at the Nobu Hotel Chicago. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding and the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It was really nice. My first eating Japenese. It was a really nice experience. They give you chopsticks. They even have Lil chopsticks holders. The staff was very friendly and attentive. It was a nice experience.

I was in town for a wedding, and at the last minute I realized I forgot to bring a belt. I asked James at the front desk if the hotel happened to have any spare belts, and without hesitation he offered up one of his. Otherwise a very nice guy as well. Thank you James!

Anthony,Anna,Derrick, and Gino are the best day and night doesn’t matter. Top notch, top quality, always attentive and always smiling. This is our second stay and we will be back for our third in December. You are paying for the quality but it doesn’t surpass them being personable. Whether it’s turn down service mini bar service or even the suggestions on where to go in the city. 5 stars every time.

We used Nobu’s car service to go to Soldier Field for Bruno Mars recently and had exceptional care! Getting out of Soldier Field is an absolute nightmare, however our driver calmly directed me perfectly to our meet-up spot. Then, when my somewhat elderly friend took a miserable fall, Frank the driver could not have been more caring. He even texted the next day to see how she was. Best thing I could have done was to have their car service for the event!

Great hotel. Every time we come to Chicago is our first option.

I’m staying here now and very disappointed. This is my second time here. When I checked in, I was looking forward to the cold towel and cup of tea they present you with. I got neither. Everyone else did so I don’t know why I wasn’t offered it. Instead, I got the news that my room was not ready even though I arrived at 3:50. Check-in is at 4 and I was told it would be ready soon. Fine, it’s not 4 yet. I’ll wait. Well, I had to wait almost an hour. Others are similarly waiting. While the manager came to talk to one couple and apologize, he didn’t talk to me. When my room was ready, the front desk person hurriedly handed me a key and apologized. It was really such a bizarre checkin and nothing like it was last year . Now I have to rush to get ready for a reception being held at this hotel (I’m here for a work conference) . I get that things happen, but the utter lack of communication (“we don’t know when you’re room will be ready”) and no management apology is just not what one would expect from a place like Nobu. It’s like my presence was an inconvenience to them.

Impressed right from the entrance of the lobby. Beautiful decor, lovely friendly team, and a feeling of being welcomed home. The room left me in awe! From deep warm colors, high ceilings, and an elegance I have never experienced. Beds are comfortable, the decor amazing yet simple, and I wish I could take the bathroom home. Derrick escorted us to the room and walked us around to demonstrate the various features of the room. Had dinner in the famous restaurant and could not imagine the MANY levels above others in tastes and presentation. Hard to put into words the feelings we were surrounded by and experiencing. Love it!

Sauna wasn’t working In men’s area Staff said couples could use the ladies sauna for a pre booked 1hour sessions but the sauna was not turned on and it took 1/2 hour to warm up so we wasted time waiting We explained to staff to warm up the sauna 1/2 before the booked time the next time we booked a slot but this wasn’t done the second time and it just took ages to warm up so we just left it. Minor complaint; otherwise stay was perfect

Only tiny comments (not a complaint)… the bath towels are tiny. And the addition of a Bluetooth speaker in the room would have added to it.

My husband and I stayed at Nobu for our wedding weekend, and we are so grateful we did! The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Gino was the bellhop and was especially kind, generous, and helpful every step of the way! He ensured our stay was comfortable and made us feel at home. Beautiful visually, lighting is stunning. Beds were extremely comfortable. Personalized note and chocolates upon arrival were a very nice touch. Room we requested was granted.

This is a high end hotel and the costs match that. Given that, we might not choose to stay here every time.

Just arrived at Nobu Chicago, and we’re feeling pampered! Excellent service from the valet, front desk and bellman staff. Our bellman, Derrick, is awesome and helped us with our bags and provided us a tour of our beautiful suite’s amenities and description of hotel amenities and services. The view from our suite is spectacular … including the Willis Tower and the City’s pickleball park.

We took our mini cavapoo Archie on vacation to Chicago and chose the NOBU because how dog friendly they were. And boy did they deliver! From entering Gino was so kind and amazing. Told us about all the spots that are dog friendly and the dog park near the hotel. Set up the room for Archie with a dog bed and dog water and food bowl. The service was amazing as well as how accommodating they were to Archie. They also allowed him at the main bar with us for a few cocktails! Thank you Gino, NOBU and the team for being amazing. We will be back!

I stayed at Nobu last week for a work trip, overall it was a 5-star experience! The rooms are very industrial yet cozy feeling, and the bed was very comfortable. I also liked how the room had a long bench/desk which was great for spreading my things out to get some work done there. The location is also great, tons of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within the area. Although I didn't have too much time to explore a lot of places. Lastly the staff were all perfect. There was room and wind down service every day without asking, and everyone I interacted with was very professional and friendly!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nobu. Quality of service and excellent concierge. Special thanks to James Aryan for his hospitality. The hotel is beautifully designed and the beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms were spacious and extremely quiet most nights. I did have to use my sound machine on the weekends because of the honking noise of traffic below but that was nothing unknown for that area. I would recommend staying here as it’s in a perfect location for food and drinks.

My stay at Nobu was amazing. It’s a great location with plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel. The staff is welcoming and very attentive. It was pouring and Gino went out of his way to guide me to our car with an umbrella.

We recently stayed at Nobu Chicago for my husband’s birthday and honestly had the best experience. The location is perfect — right in Fulton Market, walking distance to so many great spots and super easy to get to from the expressway. The hotel is welcoming, calm and welcoming. We stayed in the Zen Suite and it was a 10/10. The heated bathroom floors were a favorite and the teakwood soaking tub was beautiful. The whole room felt peaceful and made the stay really relaxing. Service was amazing all around. Michelle helped us arrange early check-in and suggested in-room massages which were great. Emily followed up before our stay with thoughtful options to make it extra special. Anthony at the front desk was attentive, Derek was very helpful with our bags and showing us the room features, and Fernando gave great service at the rooftop bar. Such a great stay overall — the perfect place to celebrate and we’ll definitely be back.

We enjoyed the small but significant little touches— a nice coffee maker in the room, Dyson hairdryer, robes and slippers, and a flat iron! We lucked out with great weather and enjoyed the rooftop and the delicious breakfast options each morning.

We enjoyed this spot. It was nice and central, allowing us to get to places we wanted to visit quickly. Gino was super helpful getting us situated with our room, bags, and even providing some tips of places to check out. The room was very nice, modern, and clean. Room housekeeping was well done while we were away for the day.
