A power outage is understandable. Having no lighting in the stairwell, resulting in my son falling, is not. We had to leave around 7 a.m. carrying all of our belongings with no elevators and zero help from staff. The hotel may be newer, but the walls are extremely thin and the overall experience was nowhere near even a decent two-star standard. Hotel management then ignored multiple emails. We escalated the matter to Marriott Customer Care, who opened a formal case, but even they eventually reached the end of what they could do because the property refused to authorize any adjustment. That tells you everything you need to know about the level of accountability here. Completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a comfy bed

The noise above was HORRIBLE! I called 3 times before arrival and never got a return call. Called day of arrival told my room would be on ground level and it was a no pet room got there to find out I had no room and if I took a ground level it would be a pet room. So took a third floor room to be kept awake all night lby the people above. It wasn’t a good stay or sleep for a 12 hour drive home the next day. NOT IMPRESSED

We were shocked to be told that at a per night stay of over $400/ night, our room was cleaned and made up every other day. At that price I was not happy at having to make my bed every other day!

The quietness

The poor timing & quality of the breakfast on Saturday. I’d assume someone didn’t show up for their shift. We were rushed to get going but wanted to wait for our breakfast. Everything seemed poorly microwaved or cold. Cleaning staff every 2 days. We were only there 2 nights. Having to ask front end staff for more coffee . After paying over $400/night. Seemed like a rip off for what we got in return.

Staff did not address my booking issue - I was passed off to the manager, who I emailed and called several times. They were not very understanding of my situation and the issue has still not been resolved.

It is in an excellent location. The rooms were modern and very comfortable. After days of travel it was nice to finally relax. The shade in the window was a nice touch.

Would love to have hotel bar

I like the friendliness and the support provided by the staff. In particularly Shivani who was very proactive to go an extra mile to reassure that I would be informed when my credit card arrives on mail, when I was checking out of the hotel. Sure she did. Promise kept. Yogita was delightful and always professional and makes her guest feel on top of the world. Every single staff I had met was nice and friendly, from the reception to the kitchen. It was overall a great experience because of the people.

The gym is not very well equipped. Also, I would prefer to have a steam room and sauna to unwind after a busy day.

The hotel is very clean and well loved by the staff, it’s obvious how much they care! The breakfast is always fresh, well stocked and very well tended to by the staff. We absolutely love staying here, it feels like home, maybe even better with the pool and hot tub (which are always clean and lovely). Excellent job everyone!!!

The hotel staff were competent, friendly, and helpful. The room was quiet and spacious and was an upgrade from what we booked. It was great to have breakfast provided onsite. We appreciated that parking was easy and near to the hotel entrance.

The location of the hotel wasn't ideal for easy access to restaurants, services, and walking trails.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait à mon avis être au niveau de la prestation hôtelière. Assiettes en carton et couverts en bois = très bien pour la planète mais un peu trop basique pour ce genre d'hôtel à mon avis. Qualité des plats chauds basique également (oeufs brouillés industriels, Bacon très sec, pas de fromage, pas de pancakes). Boissons assez bien fournies.

This property is located very close to the SOEC and casino. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Room was very clean. I will definitely stay here again.

when we walked into the lobby to check in there was some kind of kids birthday party going on. It was soo loud that the reception clerk and I had to wait for breaks in the yelling and screaming so that we could hear each other. I had booked a non refundable room or I would have walked out and gone to a different hotel. Not what you expect when you are checking into a quiet hotel to rest.
