Hotel Madi

La habitacion y el baño son bellos, cómodos y llenos de detalles de buen gusto. El nombre del hotel es mnemotécnico, corto y bello sonido y significado. Es un acierto por la zona lingúistica. Refleja interés por la historia local. El diseño del emblema y toallas es muy bello. La habitación es super silenciosa. El personal es muy amable.

1) Que el estacionamiento se pagara aparte. Pienso que un hotel de esas estrellas debiera incluirlo como servicio gratuito. Personalmente no me gusta entregar mi auto a un valet parking. El estacionamiento autonomo para no dejar la llave no esta cerca y menos cargando maletas. 2) No me gusta que pidan un depósito en garatía de dos mil pesos por faltantes o daños a la habitación. De los muchos hoteles visitados no me habían pedido eso antes. Dicen que "por posibles consumos del servi-bar". Es un tema que se puede resolver de otra manera. Es incómodo. Sobre todo porque los reembolsos con tarjeta a través de booking no son Inmediatos y no siempre se trae esa cantidad en efectivo. 3) El desayuno es poco variado de cada tipo: solo pan blanco de caja, solo hay jugo de naranja. Sugiero pan integral o de granos, mantequilla, mermelada y variedad de al menos 2 jugos naturales y otro guisado o huevos de otra forma. Hay personas que tenemos otras necesidades o apetitos alimentarios. muchas gracias.

Ubicacion inmejorable

La ubicación es muy buena, pues estás a unos pasos del centro y a un lado de la parroquia de San Francisco. Desde la terraza se ve la catedral y la atención del personal es excelente. El jacuzzi de la habitación es muy bueno, es el plus por el que decidimos quedarnos en este hotel.

La calle es muy chiquita y el ascenso y descenso del vehículo son complicados. Además de que el valet necesita 20 minutos para poder llegar. Si tienes paciencia y organización no es un problema, pero ante una emergencia o salida repentina puede ser algo complicado.

Hotelito bien ubicado con todo lo necesario si no requieres habitaciones muy grandes.

La habitación no es muy grande, no así el baño que era enorme. Y respecto a la terraza, la piscina estaba un pelín descuidada, quizá por no ser temporada alta, pero aún así pudimos aprovecharla y disfrutar de un baño en las calurosas mañanas de agosto.

I liked everything except that the hotel did not have a small gym. The pool could also be a little bigger. If those two things are improved, this hotel would be perfect. I still want to stay there when I come back anyway.

La atención del personal es destacable. Muy atentos y serviciales en todo momento. El desayuno es lo suficientemente basto. Las habitaciones son cómodas, aunque el baño podría estar un poco más iluminado. En general, bastante recomendable.

Me encanta la ubicación, es muy cercana al centro …la atención es muy buena, el baño muy amplio … tiene algunas bebidas y snacks ( vino, cerveza, agua, Gatorade chocolates etc… ) a precio muy considerable La alberca en el roof top muy cómoda y con excelente temperatura que se puede disfrutar incluso en la noche escuchando música… El desayuno es sencillo pero muy bueno!

Incluso que no tiene parking, ofrecen estacionamiento ( con costo ) así que todo bien 👍 si encuentras lugar afuera del hotel puedes estacionar sin costo ( cuestión de suerte )

L’établissement est incroyable, très propre, très bien situé. À moins de 4 minutes du centre ville. Tout se fait à pied. Les chambres sont extrêmement propre et le personnel est tout simplement parfait.

Esta muy bien ubicado, muy cerca al centro de san miguel. Las personas que trabajan en el hotel tienen buena actitud Es un hotel limpio

No tiene estacionamiento propio, tienen un convenio con un precio por noche, no hay lugar donde estacionar facilmente enfrente por lo que es dificil entregar el carro y retirar las maletas y asi reserves el valet (lo cual se debe hacer 30 mins antes de la llegada) para que esten pendientes no estan en el momento de la llegada. Mucho trafico enfrente. El desayuno es muy malo, cafe, un jugo de naranja reducido con mucha agua, pan y una bandeja con huevos preparados que no alcanzan para mas de tres personas ademas de poca fruta disponible, es estilo “buffet” pero con solo esas opciones y menos de 6 mesas insuficientes para las habitaciones Las habitaciones todas dan al interior, muy oscuras, con una pequeña ventana que filtra todos los sonidos de afuera por lo que dormir es muy dificil ya que se escucha todooo, en la noche llenan los tinajos y desde las 9 hasta pasadas las 10 se escucha como si cayera agua en el techo muy fuerte y al llamar nos dijeron que teniamos que esperar que luego paraba el ruido La piscina esta muy deteriorada además de ser muy pequeña

There is not a thing, that we didn't like.

La ubicación es excelente. El personal es súper amable. Nos regalaron una hora de jacuzzi y sauna por habitación. Dejamos un apple watch en una bata después del check out y nos lo regresaron!

La ubicación excelente. El desayuno muy bien, rico, típico, aunque poco variado. Hotel moderno, todo nuevo, minimalista, super lindo decorado, espacio interior precioso y bella piscina en el Rooftop. Aunque mi habitación no tenia ventana, había suficiente luz natural por el techo en el baño. La atención del personal maravillosa, nos ayudaron y aconsejaron en varias cosas y todo fue fantástico.

Mi habitación pequeña tenia dos camas dobles, teníamos poco espacio para caminar dentro, todo muy estrecho, quizá una sola cama Queen o King hubiera sido fantástica .

Location, friendly staff..

Noise from guests returning to their room in the middle of the nght after a few drinks and unaware of the building acoustics. Not much hotel can do about it. Breakfast options are limited. Area where breakfast is served is very dark.

Estuvimos hospedados en nuestra luna de. Miel hace cinco años por eso escojimos este hotel.

Como cambiaron de administración, no fue lo mismo de hace cinco años.... En esa ocasión nos dieron una bebida de cortesía y los desayunos eran totalmente distintos.

Walking distance to the main plaza and cathedral is 2 minutes away. Restaurants, Starbucks surround the hotel.

There was no hot water in both days in our stay. I had to communicate with front desk staff 2x.

The breakfast that was included was always ice cold and was more like a continental breakfast.

This place was such a cute, clean and welcoming hotel. Close to el centro and you walk everywhere. It has a cute rooftop lounge and pool when you can see the parroquia.

My booked 2 rooms at the Hotel Madi and had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and was cleaned all four days we were there. The air conditioning kept our room nice and cool which is so important to me. The staff was very attentive and had someone that spoke English to help us throughout our stay. The breakfast was a small buffet that was "home-cooked" and delicious! I enjoyed using the pool and deck area. The views from the deck are stunning. The hotel is a short walk to the downtown the historical sights, many restaurants, shops and markets. Only negatives were that the rooms were pretty small and there was not great water pressure in our shower. But the positives heavily outweighed the negatives and we would definitely book again.

I liked the location but wasn’t too pleased with VIP upgrades

Excelente ubicación, a sólo unos pasos del jardín principal. La habitación con cama grande muy cómoda, la habitación en general muy bien. Cuentan con una variedad de snacks en la habitación así como sus bebidas a precios económicos.

Friendly, lovely and helpful staff. Perfect location, a short 2 minute walk to the center where cathedral is. Not a big variety for breakfast, but again you can walk out and find so many options.

Pretty hotel. Good location. Walking distance from plaza and churches. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice and the water was nice and warm. Hotel has elevators! Our hotel room was clean but very small with no extra storage besides the closet. We were living out of our suitcases because there was nowhere to put our stuff. Breakfast was ok. No variety. Same thing everyday-scrambled eggs, chilaquiles, pre wrapped fruit, pancakes and toast. Nothing freshly made, just sitting in warmers, maybe it’s because there is no restaurant in the hotel. We were there for four days. I guess it did its job.

Everything was great

We loved the location, which was so close to the Centro Historico of San Miguel de Allende. The hotel itself is beautiful, contemporary, beautiful decor, rooms all around an internal courtyard, small bar in the entrance lobby & gorgeous small rooftop pool/terrace & bar. All of the staff were delightful, always smiling, happy to help, gentle & courteous.

The breakfast, which is included, was okay (fruit, cereal, scrambled eggs, toast, juice, coffee) but not large in the amount that was available. We felt the space where breakfast is served was not really big enough. Maybe the hotel could make better use of the space beyond the reception, where there were a couple of tables.

The hotel was well located, close to the cathedral but away from the crowds. Very good facilities and excellent service from the staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

I had a great experience with my stay at the hotel Madi .The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was very nice and clean, with very comfortable beds. The hotel has a beautiful roof top pool and bar ,with the best views of the city .

The gym was closed and it was one of the reasons we chose it.

Only drawback is there was no window to outside in my room. Only a window to inner courtyard. I needed the shade closed for privacy. All good other than that. The staff is great but don’t count on much English.
