In San Miguel? Stay at The Rosewood. Why 2 stars? We had to switch rooms THREE times before we got one with working AC. I like it warm, and still couldn’t sleep the first night. They upgraded us to a slightly nicer room, which we were appreciative of. But the AC still didn’t work properly. Two rooms later, we finally got one that was working. But it was smaller than what we paid for and at the front of the hotel which is quite nosy. The hotel offered us massages. (We had already had them the day before and didn’t need another). Then offered us a ride to the airport (we had prepaid and booked transport). And lastly a free night for a future stay, which is unreasonable considering it’s a 13 hour travel day for us. We asked to be reasonably compensated for the downgrade. Manager refused to talk with us directly. 5 star hotel looks, but if you book, expect to be warm.

El desayuno es en un patio exterior y hacia mucho frío, nos ofrecieron cobija pero la comida se enfría muy rapido

Bed and pillows were good. My only recommendation is to change the conditioner in the showers, it doesn’t condition at all.

We loved the convenience of being within walking distance to everything. They gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and even helped us set up tours and winery visits. And of course, we can’t forget Pancho The Dog, the true star of the hotel, who always welcomed us with the best behavior like a true hotel owner.

Very limited dining - mainly breakfast and coffee was weak! Lots of places to get better nearby so not a problem. My friend liked the gym. Staff is just delightful and happy to help with anything. Unfortunately for us, our several days in SmA were cloudy, overcast and cold and the only common area at the hotel is in entry/lobby. Had to be all bundled up to get coffee or breakfast. Generally no space outside of your room to chill and relax at the hotel. Having said all of that, like modern clean aesthetic of the hotel and would consider for another trip to SmA

The hotel staff was extremely unhelpful when our AC didn't work from the moment we got there. We had to cut our stay short because it was too hot and they couldn't fix or find a suitable alternative.

The staff makes you feel at home and are very attentive. I consider the rooftop of Numu to be the prettiest I've seen. Delicious food and drinks and ambience. Would return.

The Pool is a stunner - it's on the rooftop with a view of the entire city including the Parochia Cathedral - amazing. They had a DJ one afternoon and it was nice... there is a bar there too - it was so relaxing and beautiful. The rooms were great and there was an Nespresso machine vs drip coffee - an added bonus. The shower was huge and had a bench seat and thus really comfy. The location was also great - close to everything. It is so worth it to stay here.

Muy cerca de todo cuenta con estacionamiento. El área de la alberca padrísima climatizada nos tocó aproximadamente a 36 grados. Padrísimo el roof top Y el servicio excelente súper agradables: Enrique, Alexis, Jorge, Brittany, Jesús. Todos con increíble trato y muy dispuestos. También nos tocó Pool party con DJ padrísimo. Todo Increíble por mucho que el mejor lugar de San Miguel de Allende
