The staircase is like climbing Batu Caves! There's no lift. Im an OKU person. I had really tough time climbing up the stairs. I will never come back to this hotel.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2025Location was in the town - restaurants were within walking distance. Parking was aplenty around the hotel area. it was clean, Room was nice with comfortable beds. They even provide coffee / tea making facilities. Hot water pressure was good. Room was clean.
The hotel is by the main road, so you can hear the traffic from your room. But that is how it is with street facing hotels. Not much of a complaint, but that is how it is. Other than that, it was all good.

The location is amazing with a stone away from the telegraph muzium and some famous town murals for wefie. We checkin right after office hour rush in the evening so we managed to get a good parking space. Some cute cafes available right opposite of the road for late night coffee and supper.

Noisy (no soundproofing) - sounds of vehicles passing by (at night), morning renovation work & kids screaming around. Booked for 2 nights stay but decided to move to another hotel the next day.

Reviewed Oct 24, 2024The hotel location was a walking distance to my running event spot and the beautiful Taiping Lake Garden. Shops are close by too in walking distance. Room was clean, comfy bed, coffee, water, kettle , iron board facility provided, aircond etc were superb. Frontdesk was very friendly and a quick room assistance was provided upon calling.
The bathroom somewhat looked clean but definitely need to upgrade to a better looking, it will add a great value of satisfaction.
