Les lits étaient confortables et l'emplacement en plein centre ville est idéal pour tout faire à pied.

Une chambre de trois personnes pour 5, cela fait un peu juste si on ne met pas de lit d'appoint. La chambre est très fatiguée et a besoin d'une sérieuse rénovation. La clim marche mal. L'accueil de la patronne mauvais.

Overall room size was good for 3 adults. Everything functioned well and the bed was good. Toilet and water heater are good. Location is good to nearby food court and clock towers. Was easy to find parking in front of hotel coz it was weekdays and not holiday season. But you do need to pay for the parking on weekdays, can use TnG to pay.

Room is not sounds proof. Very easily to hear the lift and people walking outside the room or closing/open door. I'm not a light sleeper but it was difficult for me to sleep. So if you're light sleeper may need prepare ear plugs. Unfortunately as well, that night there were couple argument few rooms down. It was already after 12am and the lady was shouting and bagging the room door coz the guy lock her out. Luckily the staff manage to handle it well but it did disturb everyone sleep coz it was so loud for like 15min or so.

the sheets were dirty, when we asked to change, we were informed that all the sheets were stained so they were unable to change the sheets. when we asked for extra towel, they said they didnt have extra. the room had a mild mold smell, the bathroom vent looked like it was going to fall off the ceiling, the stopper in the bathtub was rusty and there were stains on the wall. horrible experience

Got call from the property inform me that my booking was canceled due to some electrical issue.

Everything good about the staff and room but the room is very small and we didn't have a place to perform prayer for Muslim. Overall good

Staff lied about calling us as I did not received any calls from the hotel .I have the evidence of pictures to proof my point. .I clearly inform property I will be paying upon arrival and will be checking in late . As we arrive at the hotel the room was taken as we were told who is working night shift , A lady who is one of the hotel staff called and there's no answer I have 2 line Singapore and Malaysia contact no .I did not received any miss called from this 2 no .My destination was from kl Sentral took a train at 6.22pm upon arrival Taiping 1040pm .However the train got delayed we arrive close to Midnight. Luckily there was another hotel across the street with rooms available . Taiping is a small town .Where can i go if there's no accommodation available. Have you thought about that ?It's Madness . I did send again the message to the property however they didn't acknowledge my last message.

The room was big than i thought. Aircond was superb cold and cozy, the bathroom was ok and suitable for single person or two.

I though second floor outside window was city view. But it was wall and people from up floor and flyover can see if stand at the outside. For the door lock from inside need an improvement a bit.

We just enjoyed our stay here.. all were very good. For sure one of our fav hotel

说好1点到2点可入住，己经確定，当我到达时，不允许，3点方可，这是不是气人，第二天，过去对面kimal hotel住，又有免费停车位，louis hotel没幫放停车费，房间网线不好，还是提早出门

冷蔵庫があればなあ

应该要装修了，几年都一样，我住的墙壁发霉了壁纸都掉下来了，可能墙壁对隔壁的厕所，厕所冲凉的声音很大，冷气可能是漏水有发霉的痕迹，若不要装修也要叫员工油下漆。

公共停车场应该算是酒店帮忙付钱后算进酒店价格，好像3点进算2个小时才1.20,明天早上8点可开始算是半天就是2.40,是因为要退房，（这是住一天的问题）看到早上抄写罚单的人来，住客在睡觉，会影响到酒店名声，不然要声明酒店没有停车场自己负责，因为以前有停车固本在酒店有给住客，现在用手机付费或通知住客早上一定要交停车费。

Die Lage ist gut, die Zimmer nach hinten sind ruhig, gehen aber in einen Lichtschacht. Bad war ordentlic d.h. sauber und gute Dusche.

Die Asstattung ist einfach aber okay. Das Personal ist wenig hilfreich was Informationen angeht. Für einen kurzen Stopp kann man das Hotel empfehlen.
