Ramada Residences by Wyndham Costa Adeje

I liked the hotel. The rooms are simple but clean and well-equipped, there’s a quiet air-con with an eco mode, breakfast is available even if it’s pretty basic, and there are three swimming pools. The price was also quite reasonable for my dates. It turned out to be excellent value for money. It’s actually a good option for older people. For wheelchair users, though, not so much, despite the pool having a hydraulic lift. There’s a small step at the entrance, the lifts are quite cramped, and getting around the hotel can be a bit of a logistical nightmare. Plus, it’s quite high up on the hillside, so you’ll probably be calling a taxi every time you want to go anywhere.

Loved the room e105 Loved the pool area plenty of room between sunbeds and spotless. The whole hotel from top to bottom was absolutely spotless, so so clean. Our 2 twin boys were so safe, at no point did we worry about who was near our children. The life guards on duty where ' on it ' 100% concentration at all times, which was brilliant to see. Every staff member we interacted with was brilliant with both us and our children.

The only bug bear for us was the location, the hills with the prams was tough but worth it.

Nos tocó una habitación que estaba reformada (otras no lo están), y al hacer esquina tenía una terraza enorme. Al estar en la 4 planta teníamos unas vistas increíbles a la Gomera. La cama era cómoda y el baño era muy amplio. Al ser un apartamento nos dejaron utensilios de limpieza. Punto a favor los vestuarios de cortesía para poder ducharte después de pasar el día en la piscina. Actividades variadas para niños y adultos.

Los horarios que tienen no los entiendo para nada, y menos aún en verano. No entiendo cómo la piscina se abre a las 9:30, encima un día se les puso malo el socorrista y no pudieron abrir la piscina hasta más tarde porque no encontraban uno para sustituir. El horario de cierre de la piscina es a las 19:00, tampoco lo entiendo ya que a esa hora sigue haciendo sol en verano. El horario de apertura del gimnasio es a las 8:30, previo paso por recepción a retirar una llave. Imposible hacer ejercicio antes de desayunar. Dejen el gimnasio abierto las 24 horas, pongan la apertura con la tarjeta de la habitación y ya saben quien lo ha usado, por si hubiera algún problema. El horario de checkout a las 10!!! tienes que desayunar a toda prisa. Lo dicho, un desastre los horarios.

Air-conditioning in each room, it was too noisy to use at night but you could cool down the room and then leave the windows open, all except the main bedroom.

Our bedroom window didn't open even a little, due to security issues. Not sure why as it opened into the balcony and the balcony door opened so why not the window? Very hot during the night. The bar trying to overcharge my daughter on our last night, The extremely raw chicken served in the restaurant. They did apologise and gave us new dinners. There is a certain amount of noise from other people coming home later but not much more than other places I've stayed.

A la salida nos dejaron quedarnos en la piscina,guardaron nuestras cosas y antes de irnos pudimos darnos una ducha en una habitacion de cortesía que ofrecen . Hay un pequeño supermercado ,un restaurante, mini golf, ping pong... A menos de10 min del Siam park A 3 minutos de un centro comercial con mercadona.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit: Das gesamte Hotel, die Anlage und vor allem unsere Wohnung waren wirklich sehr gepflegt und blitzsauber. Ein ganz großes Lob und Dankeschön an die Reinigungskräfte, die hier hervorragende Arbeit leisten! Unsere Wohnung war zudem sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Auch die gesamte Anlage hält absolut, was sie verspricht. Das Personal war jederzeit ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohlgefühlt haben. Das Hotel bietet für jeden etwas – sowohl für kleine als auch für große Gäste. Wir hatten gemeinsam eine wunderschöne Zeit und einen durchweg tollen Aufenthalt. Für uns steht deshalb fest: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

La cercanía a la zona de Adeje

Si hay zonas con continuas obras, mejor no vender estancias en esas zonas. Pago por alojarme y descansar, no por escuchar una obra durante 8 horas. Respetó que se tengan que hacer, pero que el alojamiento lo tenga en cuenta y bloquee las ventas de esa zona, no todo es ganar dinero.

A acomodação é ótima, ampla, confortável.

Quando fui fazer o check in fui muito bem atendida, porém no meu check out notei que a correte de prata do meu filho havia sumido, quando reclamei na recepção, de maneira muito ríspida me disseram que eu deveria chamar a polícia e que tinha acesso a câmeras. Hoje recebi um e-mail dizendo que encontraram a corrente, que com toda certeza não estava no quarto, com tudo, não houve uma explicação, um pedido de desculpas, nada do tipo.

Staff was very friendly and accommodated our requests

My booking plans changed at the last moment and so I requested to move my booking by 2 days but I was denied the request . Instead I was asked to add 2 more nights to the package which I had to do so I ended up paying more.. I understand that there was some policy but would have appreciated a more human approach to this.

Location is good if you have a car

The rooms are in need of a good renovation and upgrade. There was no hot water. Staff are not very helpful and overall not good value for money paid.

We were at the apartment part, with a big nice kitchen, the bathroom was also really spacious, and the room had a balcony looking at the ocean. We loved the rooftop bar too.

There were a lot of kitchen device (oven, washing machine) but what we would have really needed was a microwave, I missed that

I really liked everything about my stay. The location was great and very close to pretty much everything I needed. We were also given a free upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I’d really like to thank all the staff for their kindness and hospitality. It truly made our experience even better, and I really appreciate it!

The toilet in my room was leaking, and we couldn’t close the bathroom door properly, so the noise sometimes kept us from sleeping.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Nous avons eu la belle surprise d’être surclassés dans une chambre avec vue sur la mer, et quelle vue ! La chambre offre un panorama magnifique entre mer et montagne, avec de superbes couchers de soleil. Un vrai plaisir de se réveiller et de terminer la journée avec un tel paysage. Le personnel est très gentil, accueillant et attentionné. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Sophie et son coéquipier dont j'ai oublié le nom, pour leur bienveillance, leur sourire et leur disponibilité. Une mention très spéciale également à M. Bizouri, qui est d’une gentillesse incroyable! Dans l’ensemble, nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et remercions toute l’équipe pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Les points à améliorer Nous avons trouvé que le petit-déjeuner manquait un peu de diversité et pourrait proposer davantage de choix. Il serait également appréciable d’avoir davantage d’animations et d’activités pour les enfants, afin de rendre le séjour encore plus agréable pour les familles.

Just back from an amazing week at Ramada Residencies. We were in a refurbished superior 2 bedroom apartment which had a lovely large balcony with pool and sea views, it had everything we needed as well as some extra touches. The complex is very clean and well kept and the staff are helpful and friendly. There were no issues getting sunbeds which was refreshing and there was a relaxed feel around the pool. Pool rules are different to other complexes we’ve been to but it worked well for all age groups. There is a restaurant and snack bar on site and both are reasonably priced and the food is fab. The complex is quite far up the hill but we were happy to walk back and forth to the beachfront and work off some of the excess food and drink. Our teenagers used the electric scooters a few times that are readily available in the area.

Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en este apartamento toda la familia, el apartamento está muy bien, las habitaciones algunas ya están reformadas y son muy cómodas y bonitos. La cama y el sofá cama es algo duro e incómodo, pero para unos días es pasable. Todo el personal es excelente y muy amable.

La única pega que le pondríamos a este apartamento y motivo por el cual no volveríamos es por su “abusivo” check out, el apartamento te lo dan a las 16:00 horas y tú tienes que dejarlo a las 10:00 de la mañana, es muy temprano y no volveríamos únicamente por eso, porque de resto está genial y es de 10 puntos. Deberían cambiarlo a las 12:00 horas como suele ser en el resto de apartamentos u hoteles. Cabe destacar que, preguntamos para pagar el late check out y por teléfono nos dijeron que era 30€ y luego allí 220€, destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad de la recepcionista que dado que un huésped estaba embarazada nos dejó una hora más de cortesía. Otra cosa a destacar es que tanto el bar de la piscina como el mini market tiene unos precios bastantes elevados (5€ uno helado, 4€ un paquete de papas y casi 9€ 4 cafés), precios para extranjeros. De resto el apartamento genial, pero si que por la hora de salida no volveremos.

Arrived with my wife and daughters for a weeks stay, on arrival staff were very polite and friendly checked in and was given our room number. On entry to our room discovered literally hundreds of ants everywhere on the beds floor worktop cupboard etc, called down to reception where initially told there is can of insecticide in the room, 2 young children I’m not spraying worktops and beds and everything in between. They sent down the cleaner who called back the reception after inspecting stating we needed to be moved room. About 20 minutes later was allocated our new room. Off we went again to open our 2nd apartment door to be greeted by a friendly local cockroach, benefit was given perhaps was just sitting under the door, however that was short lived, on the curtains in the main living area were approx 30/40 either millipede or centipede inspects and large flies, bedroom was exactly the same. As you can imagine too young girls 6 & 9 were rather upset so nope grabbed everything and headed to reception where we were given a choice of having another room which btw did not have the amenities we paid for (washing machine etc) and also up stairs away from facilities or go back to one of the other rooms, also now with the attitude we were just being fussy. It was late so no manager was on, we spoke with Expedia who said they would look at getting a refund so we booked other accommodation. Over the following 36 hours we had a response and was given a partial refund around 69% which I think is ridiculous as they were not able to supply a clean apartment. I will however be returning this week to fill out an official complaint form (hoja de reclamaciones) as not only disappointed with the situation but how it was dealt with afterwards had a full refund been given at least they would have accepted responsibility. I have stayed at multiple Wyndham properties with no issues in the past safe to say this will have been the last

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment,with 2 bathrooms. The apartment was clean and spacious and had all amenities needed for self catering, should we have wished to have used them. We were very pleased with the size of the balcony and having the sunbeds there as well was a great addition. Our room was on the 8th floor and this was accessible by using the lifts, there is not one lift straight up you need to use 3 lifts but this was easy enough to work out. We were a little disappointed that we didn't receive any housekeeping during our stay, and no change of bed linen, towels were changed once during the week. You could pay for these services if you wanted. The pool area was clean and tidy and was plenty of sunbeds, there were rules about reserving sunbeds, you had to give the pool attendant your room number and a band was put on your sunbed, if your sunbeds were unoccupied for 45 mins towels and the band would be removed freeing them for someone else. There is a pool bar which serves food and drinks during the day which are able to be takeaway to be enjoyed at the pool. There is some entertainment available mainly aimed at the children with a fun pool hour where children are allowed inflatables in the pool for that hour, children were also invited to play archery and mini golf. There was also bingo and a quiz on most days. Zachary is the onsite restaurant, we didn't eat here so cant comment on the food but they do offer a happy hour cocktail everyday. There is an onsite shop which had freshly cooked baguettes and pastrys available including sausage rolls and steak bakes. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is a short walk down to the shops and restaurants, around 10/15 minutes, it is situated on a hill so the walk up is a little longer but there were plenty taxis available. There is supermarket and a burger king within a 5 minute walk from the hotel, with a larger shopper centre just a few minutes on from there. We would definitely return to this hotel as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic apartments, modern and bright, huge balcony and the most amazing panoramic views out to the ocean. Lovely icy cold air con too !! Great pool bar and on site restaurant with 2 for one happy hours every day !! Helpful staff and a great kids club what more could you want ?? Just as a note the apartments are in a very elevated position so if you are not very mobile or even out of shape the walk back from the beach is a killer but the taxis are cheap and plenty of of them 5/6 euro to come back up from town. pool towels for everyone is a fantastic idea and we never struggled for sunbeds as they police this really well - no leaving your towels for hours and hours which I liked. life guard is a bit militant but keeping everyone safe. looking to book again for next year and it seems they have a lot of repeat bookings from what we heard. we had a lovely time and can’t wait to return

Friendly staff who readily agreed to change our room without any issues. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained, and it had a washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning.

A bit far away from the town, but we had a car, so it was not a problem for us; very warm water in the pool :)

We came here for a week as me, my partner, toddler, and my parents. Overall Summary: 6.5/10. Generally good with 1 or 2 issues bringing it down. We had a great time overall, the room was good, the pool was fine, the food was fine, the gym was a huge disappointment, the staff were nice, the drinks were ok, the atmosphere was busy. Detailed review. Location: 8/10. On a hill but easy taxi or hire car from main Costa adaje beaches and restaurants 5-10 mins drive. If you don’t want to drive or pay for a taxi then this is not for you unless you want to stay in the resort the whole time. Quieter than in the main resort areas in general. Room 8/10. very spacious and plenty of room for everyone. Clean, good facilities and amenities. Slightly aged and dated in places but didn’t really notice. Atmosphere: 6/10. Unfortunately the Room next door was filled with noisy neighbours. They spent some of the nights partying until 4-6am. Lots of banging and shouting. May just have been bad luck but we had a few poor night sleep. By the main pool area it was busy and there is plenty of children, and some roughs swearing and smoking in non smoking areas but infrequently and we enjoyed sunbathing and swimming and didn’t feel overly crowded. Food and drink: 7/10. The main restaurant had very good portion sizes and the food was pretty tasty. It felt more the Canarian idea of what British people might like - large meals, salty, lots of chips. Drinks were nice enough but minimal alcohol / taste to the cocktails. Value was ok. Pool: 8/10. Size and temperature of pool was good. It was warmish and worked very well to cool yourself after being in the sun. It wasn’t large and did feel crowded at times. The adult pool was closed for the entire stay unfortunately. Bizarrely you can’t use the pool until 9am and it closes at 6pm! No early morning lengths or much to entertain kids when they wake up at 6am. Gym: 1/10. This was very disappointing. It seemed like they’ve spent quite a bit of money on it, looks clean and newish. Medium sized space, open and bright. 2 treadmills, a spin bike, a rower, smith machine, 1 free barbell. Dumbbells up to 25kg. Some light weight kettlebells. But that’s it. All of this was gold quality equipment but Could have more. They have a weird keycard entry system in that to use the gym you have to go all the way to reception, tell them how long you intend to use the gym, get the gym key card, then bring it back to reception afterwards within time or you can be fined. More annoyingly The gym itself is underground in a very poorly ventilated room, there are no fans, there is no air conditioning. I was cooler sun bathing in the midday sun than when I was standing in the gym. If you plan on doing any cardio forget about it unless you want to pass out or are used to running in a sauna. Weight sessions will leave you drenched. It’s essentially unusable. We spoke to reception about this and the response was ‘well you should save the exercise until after the holiday’! Given every room has air conditioning it’s very weird the gym does not. Resort itself: 7/10. It’s on a hill so there’s a LOT of steps. There are lifts but they’re tiny and you often need to use 2-4 different lifts to get to the top floors. It is doable with a push chair but hardly easy. Everything was clean. Quite big and things are spread out. Mini market is very useful and there is a supermarket nearby which is within walking distance. Playground for kids. Staff: 9/10. All very nice, jovial, keen to help. Marked down only due to bizarre comment from reception about the gym issue above. They had various quizzes, games, activities which was great. The above critiques certainly did not ruin the holiday. overall we had a great time and would come back again. It is a good 3 star resort and aside from the gym and noise issues we experienced it was everything you would expect done well. I felt it was important to detail the negatives we did face.

A buzzing noise in room slight inconvenience

This is our second year visiting this hotel and it was just as good, the reception staff and management couldn't have been more accomodating. The room we requested the same as last year and they accommodated us and the views were just as stunning as we remembered. The rooms are a great size the washing machine is so handy and the balconies are huge, with table and chairs and loungers and umbrella. The Aircon is very much welcomed too and a free safe for your belongings. The on site shop Sam's Pantry is so handy, warm pastries daily and everything you can think of. The pool area is so clean and the jacuzzi very well maintained with plenty of loungers available and open until 7pm. Zacharys restaurant the staff were lovely and they had the sports on, food was lovely and they do happy hours. There is a play area for small children, mini golf, chess, pool tables, basketball court and a new gym had opened. There is a Mercadona a 10 minute walk away a burger king at the bottom of the hill. A bus at the bottom takes you direct to the beach. Taxi from the airport to the resort was 35 euros and if you find the steep hill too much we roughly paid 6 euro from the beach back each night . Aqualand, Jungle park, Siam Park and Siam mall really close by. You can Uber eats to the hotel and meet them by reception. I think the hill is well worth the views and as it's out the way a quieter location.

El servicio en general fue impecable y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. La comida de los restaurantes estuvo deliciosa, con una gran variedad y una calidad excelente. Cada detalle reflejaba el compromiso del personal por ofrecer la mejor experiencia a los huéspedes. Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel al 100 %. We stayed in this hotel in one of the superior suites 927 between the 7-14 July. We had our own hot tub and access to a private pool for this part of the complex. The hotel was amazing and the suite we had perfected suited our needs. Positives •Staff, attentive, positive, and friendly •The suites are amazing, definitely opt for one if you can. •Cleanliness and attention to detail. •We saw very few bugs and no mosquitoes in our room. •This was the best holiday we have been on this year. •Good location if you don’t mind walking for Costa Adeje and Playa De Las Americas we walked daily and exceeded 10k steps •Opportunity to book excursions but again only limited to 9-12pm. •Breakfast was really tasty and plentiful. Considerations •Don’t use Uber local taxis are much cheaper and Uber is a rip off often 10 euros more. •This hotel is up a very steep hill. If you do not like walking or have a decent level of fitness this might prove difficult. We walked it daily but it was steep and running was challenging. There is step access and this is a safer option over the road. •The food menus in the restaurant needs more choice. The lunch menu is better but it’s still quite restrictive. They should consider introducing specials especially if you intend to stay in the hotel. The hotel is also more expensive to eat in in comparison to other places locally. •The little shop is a great idea but only open 9-2pm and it needs to expand and stock more. •The lock to our room broke as the battery failed and we had to wait 30 minutes for it to be fixed, but we were offered a complimentary breakfast which helped to make up for the inconvenience. The private pool is only available to those staying in the suites but we found that people were letting others in and families sometimes had no consideration for others using the space. Hearing kids arguing over inflatables is annoying. Having our own private hot tub and sun loungers helped when it became overcrowded or noisy.

Lo que menos me gusto del apartamento fue el desayuno. Poco variado. Nosotros madrugamos pero no somos los primeros, muchas veces se acaban las cosas y no las reponen. Solo un dia pudimos comer un donuts de 4 q eramos. La sandia se acababa y no la reponian. Uno de los dias el pan estaba durisimo. El desayuno para mi no merece la pena pagarlo. La piscina cierra a las 7 de la tarde, para mi es un punto negativo xq muchas veces llegas de ver algo y casi no te da tiempo de disfrutar de la piscina.

This is a really nice hotel to stay as a family. We were two adults with two pre-teen children and booked a one bedroom apartment. Sofa bed in the lounge was super comfy, we loved the terrace with a dining area and loungers and if we were to stay longer we would have used the fully equipped kitchenette. The apartment was spotless, hotel area tidy, staff warm and welcoming. Breakfast was absolutely great - your traditional English breakfast, a generous selection of pastries, cold meets and cheese, fruit, smoothies, coffee etc. It's quite a walk uphill from the beach, I wouldn't fancy doing it every day so it works best if you have a car. The views and the peacefulness are worth it!

If only the pool opened earlier (from 9am), it would have been cherry on top.

Habitación grande y con aire acondicionado, que se agradece debido a las altas temperaturas algunos días, una ubicación que te deja a 15/20 min en coche de muchos sitios de interés y personal muy amable. También tiene una terraza enorme con una mesita y sillas para comer, junto unas hamacas para descansar.

Las camas muy incómodas y faltó algún utensilio más en la cocina. No supimos entrar a la piscina "Solo adultos", ya que no nos dejaba abrir la valla y parecía estar cerrada.

Group of friends visiting this hotel July 2026 arrived on a Friday and by the following Friday we had had no cleaners to change towels, empty bins, clean floors or change bedding. After saying to reception about this eventually on the 9th day phoning to mention again did we get our room partially cleaned. In searching for a holiday with an adult only pool this was the hotel of our choice. The pool was closed for the duration of the 14 nights . Staff have quite obviously been instructed to smile and agree with a customer who has a complaint. Yet still it takes more reminders for action to be taken. Quite disappointing from the part of a group of girls who work hard all year to be stressed about cleanliness and unable to use facilities that were specifically chosen .

Great food at the Zacary's restaurant, excellent staff...great pool also.

It’s not a didn’t like so much but it’s set up the hill so just be aware you’ll need taxis to get around

Well equipped and well located resort. Impressively clean units and grounds.Good onsite restaurant with some live music. Many stairs however and elevators do not always work.

La ubicación es tranquila, sin mucho ruido de alrededores, cerca de la montaña y de la costa. La zona de oas piscinas, está muy bien y los trabajadores, recepción, socorrista, etc. Todos muy amables.

El apartamento esta muy bien, amplio, limpio y comodo, las camas una maravilla y las almohadas fenomenal.

En recepcion unos 25min para realizar chek-in , reservo 2 apartamentos dobles para 8 personas y me los dan separados, y la salida a las 10.00 de la mañana me parece un abuso, no pueden poner entradas a las 16.00 de la tarde y sacarte del apartamento a las 10.00 me parece lamentable, con el rollo de que tienen que limpiar, 6 horas para limpiar un apartamento?? Esto deberia cambiar, no me parece justo.

la habitación es muy amplia, con un balcón con vistas al mar y al atardecer increíble. Las camas súper cómodas. El desayuno muy bueno y variado y el personal en general muy amable.

Está un poco lejos de la zona de playa y muy cuesta arriba, si vas dando un paseo la vuelta se hace un poco dura. El desayuno podría ser más variado, sobretodo la parte salada.

Plenty of space in the apartment, was good to have a washing machine. The pool was excellent and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

the adult only pool was closed which I would have liked to have used as they were a lot of children in the other pool.

Ironically, after my 13 year old son finding a used condom I would still give this hotel an all round 10/10. We checked in very early hours of the morning by a lovely male receptionist but after just 20 minutes of going to our room my 13 year old son came out holding a used condom and asked what it was. Immediately I felt so angry and upset and I felt like my our holiday was already ruined. However, I took it down to reception in some tissue and the same gentleman that checked us in done what he could to make it right and make our holiday special. We were moved rooms and he upgraded us, our replacement room was breathtaking and was so clean. Staff were friendly, facilities were amazing and the hotel overall was great.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The building is probably quite old, but walking through it gives it a unique charm and character. It felt more like a family hotel, with lots of families, children, and grandparents staying there. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing place, it’s perfect. If you want nightlife and entertainment, you can easily find plenty of options in the city. Our apartment (No. 103) was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. We had a balcony with a lovely view overlooking the swimming pool. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, the air conditioning was excellent, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable—we slept so well! The breakfast was very good. Although some of the food was the same every day, there was always plenty of choice, everything was fresh, and the coffee was excellent. We also enjoyed the fresh fruit and juices. The staff deserve a special mention—they were absolutely amazing, always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. They made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The only small downside was the location. Walking back uphill in the evenings could be a bit challenging, but that’s quite normal in Spain. Whenever we didn’t feel like walking, we simply took a taxi back from the town, which usually cost between €5 and €10 depending on the time of day and the type of taxi. We didn’t use the swimming pool because we preferred spending our time at the beach, but overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and must say the room was best been in, it was great size with massive balcony and had all the little essentials like washing up liquid, shampoo and conditioner, tea and coffee sachets as well as a bottle of water in fridge for arrival. The room and bathroom were really clean not like others stayed in that have grime around shower/bath. Brilliant views from balcony. Pool area was nice wasn't there alot as we're out most of the time. The hotel is up a hill but it isn't that far to walk into main area for people that are able to get out and about wouldn't suit if requires mobility scooter and it was only 6 euro for taxi. There is a mini market at the hotel but prices are a bit higher than hyperdinos but there is one a few min walk from hotel that we would use instead. The reason I have given this 4 out of 5 is due to the fact that I had a room that was right on the adult only pool but it was closed when queried this they said was closed until kids were off which makes no sense as it's an adult only pool but yet even when schools were off there it still didn't open and the other reason is the 10am check out this has got to be earliest I have ever had to check out had family there at same time in 2 different hotels and both were 12pm check out.

Funny is that to get to room we had to go through 3 elevators, not their fault just the way it works. But unusual to me. LOL. does not take away from how nice the place is

The Ramada is a beautiful resort situated in Costa Adeje, with amazing views it is spotlessly clean and the staff are more than helpful. Any review I read before going to the ramada was about the hill, its a nice walk down and can walk back but would recommend getting a taxi fanabe is about a 15 min walk with bars and restaurants, there is a supermarket about 200 yards away that has plenty to choose from and a mercodna in the xsur centre 10 mins walk away and of course a mini market on site, The accommodation its self i can't fault clean, comfortable, air-conditioning ect We did have a problem with our aircon unit and reception and technical staff fixed the unit the next day and providing a portable unit for the mean time, they are very efficient. Cleaning the room we did have an issue with included in our stay was 1 towel change and 1 full clean including towel change we stayed for 10 nights and our bed was changed on day 8, all equipment is provided to keep the apartment clean which is ideal with children however would have rathered having a change half way through our stay would have been a lot better, we did have a washing machine so that was a life saver. You however can request a towel change for €10 linen for €15 or a full clean for €55. Depending on apartment size. The hotel do also provide pool towels at the beginning of your stay. Food in Zacharys was delicious and the staff will try an accommodate fussy eaters to the best of their ability. Pool is cleaned and tested regularly from what we saw and slept really well with no outside disturbance. There is a mini club on daily apart from Friday for an hour each time. There is also a small mini golf on site and an adults only pool an bar ( unfortunately didnt try due to having two children) Hope this helps if you are thinking of staying in the ramada
