Lovely accommodation. Excellent Staff in all areas. Extremely pleasant, helpful and efficient.

Very friendly staff. Smaller hotel feel. 2nd stay now. Feels like home. Excellent cleanliness and pool safety. Friendly proffessional lifeguard. We had some additional requests which were all accomodated making stay lovely. The aircon worked properly and was unlimited. The balcony is massive. At night there was no noise so we slept like a log. Family hotel. Everyone behaving really nicely. 10 minute walk to sian park, and 10 minute walk to bus station. So whole island at your finger tips. Hotel bar drinks and icecreams really cheap. Plus a happy hour 5 till 6. Wonderful views. Location means away from any night club noise

Is up steep hill, and some steps. Fine for us as we like exercise. There are lifts anyway, and taxis are cheap. But be prepared. We will be returning , so it depends on your needs

Good sized apartment with good facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean and tidy. Great views from terrace of apartment.

Only downside was it sits at top of very steep hill so requires a taxi to visit town and beach but only costs 5 euros.

C est hotel est merveilleux. Le personnel est adorable que ce soit la reception, les serveuses les femmes de chambres puis les jardiniers tous le monde est absolument gentil et accueillant.

The staff were all super lovely literally the kindest people I think I have ever met. We stayed in the 3 bedroom pro or something, we got a hot tub which was so good. The reception sold necessities once the mini market closed. The beds were comfy and the hotel had the most stunning views

I actually read reviews about this before hand and it didn’t really bother me, the hotel is really really high up, like when I read the reviews I was like aww it will be fine but it was really bad at some points. We were a group of 5 really fit and healthy adults but the other one had asthma and she really struggled, we walked up it twice then the other times we did get taxis but to be fair they were really inexpensive. Also I wish that the happy hour cocktails were actual cocktails that they have on their normal menu, but instead it was ones that were basically just vodka and coke etc. I just think it actually discouraged us from using that deal very often as the happy hour cocktails weren’t great. But the regular menu cocktails were amazing, and I don’t think it would cost the hotel much more money to just include a better cocktail in the deal.

Having stayed here previously and had the best time we returned, mostly because the half board option had been perfect on the previous stay. This time the menu (unchanged since last year which was surprising) let us down. Many food mishaps, steak raw croissants burnt prawns not fresh presentation under par. We were dissapointed.

The microwave in the apartment was very unclean. We had to clean it ourselves. Also, we were entitled for a towel change during our stay. They did it but did quite late in the day

Loved everything

Loved the scenic location and the views. The 3 bed apartment was so spacious and felt like we had our own private suite. Everything you needed was on site and staff very helpful with taxis etc.. Loved that we got to check in early and use facilities after we checked out. There were 2 lifts to get to our room, which we were grateful for.. We stayed the middle of August and it wasnt too busy.

Jacuzzi bath was stained and bed was a little too firm for me. Also hot tub being checked every morning was a bit excessive for a 5 day stay.

Zeer aan te bevelen! Porties zijn ook zeer ruim + Wij lazen over dat ontbijt karig zou zijn maar vonden dit erg meevallen; Vers brood, croissants, verse smoothies, yoghurt met gesneden fruit en lekkere spiegeleitjes + Op de dag van vertrek konden we gebruik maken van de showerroom waardoor we alsnog konden zwemmen en douchen/omkleden daarna + we konden vrijwel altijd bij de accomodatie parkeren

Klein minpuntje; Bereiding diner verschilt echt per kok, vaak was het echt een dikke 10 maar enkele avonden waren meerdere gerechten aan tafel nog koud vanbinnen uitgeserveerd of juist te gaar..

Sinceramente el buffet no me gustó nada, soy una persona que como de todo, pero no había quien se comiera eso, como mucho se salvaban dos cosas. En la habitación habían dos cucarachas, entiendo que es normal, pero bueno. Este hotel creo que está más bien destinado a familias que a parejas, muchos niños y mucho ruido. Por todo lo demás bien, pero creo que el todo incluido tampoco es gran cosa. Te ponen fotos del spa pero tienes que pagar si quieres entrar (lo entiendo también) .

Fantastic members of staff. I have to mention Paco from reception, as he was particularly kind and attentive. We also had fantastic service at breakfast, with the staff being friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. We stayed in one of the rooms with a hot tub, and it was fantastic. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel is within walking distance of Siam Park, which made it very convenient. We could easily walk there and back, before heading there again in the evening (we had the day and night Siam Park pass).

The pool was very small, we didn't use it as our stay was very short. But that would have been something to mention. Also the hotel is on top of a very pronounced hill, and parking is not easy. However, taxis can be booked from reception if needed.

Lovely spacious 3 bed apartment with access to a separate pool which was generally quiet. Restaurant staff friendly and helpful and food good too.

The location provides good views but this restricts walking locally to very steep paths including the route into town. However taxis are plentiful and relatively cheap.

L'appartement était très bien agencé et propre, une belle terrasse. Le personnel aussi était très accueillant et serviable. La iscine, notamment pour les petits était super.

Monter à l'hôtel était difficile à pied, notamment car on avait une poussette.

Premier point extraordinaire c est le personnel les deux dames blondes de la réception et Paolo mais à leur tête le génial Mr Rafael plus français que tous les français. Ils sont très serviables toujours à l écoute et disponibles. Ils veillent au grain. Rafael le responsable au petit déjeuner aussi était sympa. Imane la dame au menage etait tres serviable. La piscine est super. Il y a un jacuzzi. Il y a une laverie automatique au sein même de la résidence ce qui est positif même si un peu contraignant. La literie est super. Il y'a une petite supérette sur place et même un distributeur.

Le petit déjeuner le même pendant nos 8 jours de séjour. Mes enfants ont déjeuner 3 fois mon fils et 2 fois ma fille. Trop redondant. Les mêmes choses chaque jour et pas trop de choix. Le fait de devoir payer pour la machine à laver. Le ménage ne se fait dans l appart que quand la réservation dépasse 8 nuits. Le matériel de cuisine devrait être un peu plus fourni : une seule tefal. L emplacement un peu difficile d accès. Le fait que l hôtel se situe sur une pente difficile je n imagine pas les personnes qui sont dans des étages supérieurs rentrant fatigués avec des courses ou des bagages. Nous on était au A101 juste au dessus de la réception et des fois on galerait.

The apartment was spacious and clean and well equipped with bedding, towels, kitchen utensils and bathroom products. The entire complex appeared well maintained and secure, with CCTV cameras. The communal bins were situated in bin stores with secure doors so there was no smell or cockroaches seeking a food source. The staff were super friendly, the swimming pool was clean and well maintained with plenty of sunbeds, the poolside bar was well stocked, the on-site restaurant had a varied and well priced menu. There was a convenient (not the most competitively priced) on-site shop that was open every day from 09.00-14.00 and a small launderette.

We did find crumbs in the microwave, a piece of popcorn on the floor and a small hairball in the en-suite floor. We also bought some plastic tumblers which were more practical for the tile surfaces of the apartment. These are VERY small bugbears but as such couldn't score 10/10. The views from our apartment were stunning but located 90m above sea level would be a challenging walk for the less abled guest. There were lifts on-site but still a windy, steep(ish) walk up a hill before you even arrived at the Wyndham Residence location.

Everything! Loved the jacuzzi!! The apartment was spacious, very clean, complete with all the essentials and felt so luxurious. Beds were the most comfortable beds we've slept in. The main bedroom was supplied with 2 bathrobes. Appreciated the cold bottle of water in the fridge on arrival and free tea and coffee sachets. Be mindful that the resort is on top of the hill and the car park is limited but there are other places to park at the bottom of the residence. We were fortunate to find parking easily and quickly as guests do come and go all the time. Those with limited physical abilities can be dropped off first if no parking space is available. We had a couple of issues in the apartment but they were all dealt with promptly even at 2 am. The staff are friendly, helpful and very efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return. Highly, highly recommend Wyndham Residences!

Another wonderful holiday in one of our favourite places. This time we stayed in what used to be Monterrey Royale...spacious apartments with everything you need and lovely views. Not short of anything in the apartment, plenty of crockery, fridge-freezer, washing machine and ample storage space. The apartments are well situated for a stroll to the beach or shops/bars etc and a cheap taxi back. The resort has enough amenities...small shop for groceries, a lovely restaurant and a decent pool. Also well situated for a relax in the hot-tub, enjoying the views and a cool beer. We ate on site a couple of evenings, after days out, and found the choice plentiful and the food very nice...all served by happy, cheerful staff. Would definitely recommend to families and couples, and will be returning for years to come. Thanks again to all who make our holidays easy.

Lovely location. A big hill which was a struggle in the heat 🤣 Staff where all amazing friendly attentive. Close to Siam Park. The on site siop was brilliant had everything you needed. Food and drinks where also good.

Nice place with nice pool. Restaurant has good food. you can definitely spend few days within the hotel without visiting any other place. Has beach view balcony super fast Wifi, good size, pool, bar and restaurant.

Lovely apartments, spacious, clean and good facilities in the kitchens etc. restaurant had excellent food, drinks and service, we were on half board so ate at the restaurant all week and had plenty of choice. I loved it was not buffet food and they were very flexible swapping dinner for lunch on days we were out in the evening etc Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Pool area is a little tight if lots of people are staying. Advertising is a little misleading- mentions 2 pools but only 1 we could use as the other was gated off for different apartments. No wellness or gym facilities which was disappointing. The pool bar is just a bar- no food there except what is brought down from the restaurant or ice creams/ snacks- I was hoping we’d have a different menu perhaps. The little supermarket onsite is great but closes at 2pm every day- would be handy if this could reopen 4-6 or something as it’s a little walk to the nearest shops (10/15 mins)

I the staff in the Wyndham Residences Costa Adeje to be friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond on a number of occasions. The location was quiet and way from the hussle and bussle of the main resort, which is what we wanted. The hotel is on a hill with lovely views. The walk back from the can be a little bit of a trek but taxis are readily available and dont cost too much. The trade off for the view and location was well worth it. It was also within walking distance to the Siam Park water park. The pools were never overly crowded, and there was never a stampede for sun loungers, which I have experienced on other holidays. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and well looked after by the housekeeping staff. There is some construction work taking place nearby but was never a real issue.

We stayed here with our grown up children, each having their own 1 bed apartment, as it was our 35th wedding anniversary. We were all delighted with the accommodation, especially the hot tub on the balcony. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and the facilities good. There was the odd bit of painting needed here and there and the cushions on the sofas near the restaurant need a clean, but they were painting when we were there so it must be an on-going job to continually keep it looking pristine. We only ate once at the restaurant, which was perfectly acceptable, but with so many restaurants in Costa Adeje to choose from you’d be silly not to try them. We did hire cars so we could explore more of the island. We also got taxis to go to restaurants and back. The reception will call them for you. Really it exceeded our expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Yes the hill is a bit steep, but taxis cheap enough. In fact the whole holiday worked out very affordable as Tenerife has lower taxes than the rest of Spain. It truly added to our family celebrations and will remain a fond memory for all of us in the future. Thank you.

Very steep climb up to the hotel

Lovely hotel apartments are very spacious the bar staff are so friendly but the girl with curly hair in reception was a bit rude but other than her the receptions staff were amazing and so positive and helpful the only downside was the apartment was only cleaned once throughout our 12 night stay, the shop in the apartment complex has a good variety of food , I really enjoyed the aqua aerobics in the hotel they had a good choice of activites and the lady doing it was so kind and passionate.

The nicest staff, very clean with ample space. Loved the three bedroom apartment and the view. Air conditioning was really good.

The pool bar shut very early at 6pm. It would be difficult location for anyone with mobility issues but taxis were plentiful.

La struttura è molto buona, le stanze sono grandi e molto confortevoli, si tratta di appartamenti con cucina. Le terrazze sono molto grandi, tutto è veramente super pulito. La colazione e la cena in formula mezza pensione sono ottime, oltre le aspettative. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che la struttura non sia troppo grande. Per questo motivo il soggiorno è molto tranquillo e poco caotico al contrario di quanto avviene in altre strutture della zona.

Room and terrace exceeded expectations, very spacious and well laid out with everything you need, staff were great, kids loved the kids club which was great value too. Pools were good. Nice little shop with the basics, very nice friendly lady running it.

Quite a drag up the hill and up the lifts and stairs, especially with kids, in the heat and especially if didn't get a parking spot at the top. Restaurant wasn't great, one of our meals had raw chicken in, but they accepted that we wasn't going to pay for that dish without any fuss. Toaster tripped off the electric but they immediately changed it. The indoor jaccuzzi bath water came out brown and didn't smell good, but wasn't too fussed as has showers and a proper hot tub which were good

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and well equipped. Hotel is very clean and staff are friendly. The location is good and close to the bars and restaurants. We had no issues getting beds by the pool. The pool itself is fine but it’s a bit boring for kids. Not allowed inflatables or can’t play catch with a light ball as lifeguards don’t like it. The hill is fine but can be a little arduous walking up in the daytime sun. If you have mobility issues it would definitely be a taxi ride up. Overall a good a hotel in a good location.

Really loved our stay in the Wyndham residences. Staff very friendly, good sized apaprtment with a very large balcony and great views of the sea. Easy walk down to the coast and a slightly tougher wlak bakc but easily manageable. Great location as clsoe to the coast and to the waterpark whihc was great fun.

El trato del personal es buenísimo, muy buena onda de toda la gente que esta trabajando. Las instalaciones están perfectas, había aire acondicionado y todo funcionaba fenomenal. La zona de la piscina es muy cómoda y las vistas a La Gomera espectaculares. Destacar el trato de Pablo en la recepción.

Es la primera vez en mi vida que me pasa que la gobernanta estuviera en la puerta esperando que nos vayamos. El horario de salida era 10hs y a las 10.10hs que estábamos recogiendo todo para salir, la gobernanta estaba en la puerta de brazos cruzados diciendo de muy malas maneras que si ya nos íbamos. Fue una situación muy incomoda que hizo que nos olvidemos de todo lo bueno que es el lugar.

Visited this hotel in February with friends, we were lucky that there was a heatwave the week we arrived. We had an apartment style room with a jacuzzi on the balcony which was great to relax in after the sun went down. The apartment was very spacious with a large living area and balcony. The breakfast was very good and the staff excellent. We enjoyed the pool area and the water was warm enough to dip in. We already knew the hotel was on a hill, so we walked into town/ beach and got taxis back most days. I did walk it back once and it wasn't too bad, the last section is a bit of a killer in the heat so factor in taxis. They were around €8-€10 from the beach area to the hotel. Didn't see any entertainment, it is a very quiet hotel, not somewhere to come if you're expecting a party atmosphere, more for families, couples and friends over 30 yrd. It suited my friends and myself perfectly and I would go again with friends/couples.

Pretty much everything. It’s got stunning views. The staff are excellent. The rooms are a good size with everything you need for a week. Balcony is amazing. Private and massive. Restaurant food and service is amazing too. Handy little shop onsite.

The shop only opens till 2pm which is a bit annoying when you realise you need something and need to walk down the hill to get it but that’s poor planning on our part.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well maintained throughout.

Not a problem for me but if anyone in your party has mobility issues they may find it difficult. The walk from the hotel to beach, bars & restaurants etc is very steep. (We hired mobility scooter to support with this) the hotel were happy for us to park & charge outside reception.

A konyhában egy-két eszköz, edény még elférne, de megoldottuk. Egyik nap találkoztunk egy-két hangyával.

Great relaxed hotel for families with teenage/older kids. Cleanliness was excellent. Location ideal only short taxi to nightlife and restaurants in Adje and walking distance to Siam park/ Mall.

Hard to find the appartment at first, catching lifts, going over the road to another lift, confusing at first. The location is up a very steep hill a lot of walking involved!

The pool is amazing

Exceptional view, with amazing terrace. We had all that we needed in the apartment and the place was quite close to everything in our interest but still enjoyed peace and quiet.

We never had the apartment cleaned, only the towels changed once in our 7 nights stay.

Świetny hotel! Mieliśmy apartament z jacuzzi na balkonie, co było rewelacyjnym rozwiązaniem. Sam apartament bardzo fajny, czysty, mieliśmy wszystko, co potrzebowaliśmy. Lokalizacja blisko Siam Park, można iść tam piechotą. Obsługa przemiła. Po wymeldowaniu mieliśmy też możliwość skorzystania z prysznica i przechowalni bagażu w oczekiwaniu na samolot. Zdarzyła nam się przygoda, bo sąsiedzi z góry nas zalali, ale obsługa szybko zareagowała na wezwanie.

Podjazd do hotelu stromy. My chodziliśmy pieszo lub autem, ale rzeczywiście może to być trudne podejście dla starszych lub osób z niepełnosprawnością. Warto wziąć to pod uwagę. Mało miejsc parkingowych, ale przyznam, że nie mieliśmy większego problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca. Przydałoby się więcej przyborów kuchennych, np ostrych noży i większych garnków.

El apartamento era precioso el más grande y las vistas increíbles,cómodo y con todos los detalles.Tranquilo y seguro.por la noche los colores de las lucen reflejan en la montaña y es un espectáculo.

El aparcamiento es reducido y si vienes con niños aparcar abajo y subir es un poco costoso,cuando llegamos la estancia estaba súper limpia pero con un mal detalle,en 8 días pasaron solo un día ha realizar la limpieza y por qué reclamamos para que la hicieran.Me preocupe de recojer todo para que la limpiadora no tuviera un trabajo excesivo en un apartamento tan grande aún estando de vacaciones y pagando casi 1800 euros de solo estancia , ya que aunque estamos de vacaciones nos dedicamos al sector y empatizamos con los trabajadores.Al día siguiente después de todo el día con los niños disfrutando,cuando llegamos la limpieza seguía sin hacer:(volvimos a reclamar y vinieron a limpiar pero no cambiaron las sábanas ni fregaron los cacharros de cocina.(Algo poco propio para una residencia en la ubicación donde está una de las zonas de más prestigio y demandada por clientes de alto standing.)por si no era poco al irnos llamamos preguntando por una sudadera y nos contestaron diciendo que no estaba pero que de todas formas el apartamento estaba muy sucio.queriendonos cobrar un suplemento por eso y por un tirador que se había despegado de la puerta corredera que da a la terraza algo que no le dimos importancia ya que son cosas que pasan(la puerta se queda encajada y pesa para cerrar)menos mal que todo esto fue el último día por lo demás mis vacaciones han sido perfectas y hacen que este detalle sea imperceptible aunque me dejo algunos detalles y la relación con unos de los recepcionistas fue un poco desagradable.un mal día quizás😉por lo demás todo perfecto.

The hot tub was absolutely fantastic and the rooms were comfortable and beautifully appointed with all mod-cons you could need. We liked the peaceful location; being just out of the busiest strip. The restaurant and breakfast were really nice with lots of options, if a little pricier. The staff were always ready to help and very accommodating of our children.

The steep climb up to the property and all the steps within the hotel, but that’s to be expected in Tenerife and manageable if you’re happy to give your legs a bit of a work out. It’d be a great addition if drinking water could be replenished in the rooms as hauling a large family supply up to the top floors was a lot of effort.

Modern apartment with large balcony and great views. Well equipped with modern amenities. Uphill walk from town which we got used to. Otherwise you’ll need a taxi. Short walk to the bus station which we used a lot.

Staff were very tentative to all our needs and issues. They treated all concerns as if it was their own and we were made to feel part of their family.

Each year we holiday in Adeje, staying all inclusive in RIU or Iberostar. Last May we did a "recce" on Wyndham as we were attracted by the positive reviews for a self catering facility. It ticked all the boxes: friendly reception staff, clean, nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds, laundry facilities, etc. Yes it was up a steep hill but the stunning views more than compensated for it. We booked via Tui (a coach transfer as the taxi option wasn't offered when booking online). We booked for 2 weeks. Only 15km from airport, we were 1st drop off. Only problem: the coach can't get up the hill and drops you at the bottom, beside motorway junction for Siam Park. Tui didn't inform us of this (I think Jet2 do likewise for coach transfers). This meant pushing 70kg of luggage, circa 600 metres up a very steep gradient. On a sweaty arrival at reception, we were then informed the main pool area would be out of action for 5 days of our holiday for essential maintenance (which turned out to be 7 days). Tui subsequently said it was for unscheduled maintenance. The hotel offer of an extended happy hour was more a token gesture, not really utilised by pool guests, as their secondary pool is on the 4th floor, with a Ground Floor bar. We were allocated Room D806 which required you to take 4 different lifts. Not the perfect start (note: the 1 bed accom. is on Floor 6, 7 & 8). We then discovered there was a large crate / building site directly below with continuous pile driving noise from 9am prompt each day, Mon - Fri till 6pm. (Again we had no prior knowledge of this). My wife suffers from misophonia and found the weekday daytime construction noise unbearable, so we couldn't make proper use of our room's terrace area. To add insult to injury on our last day we decide to make use of the Ground Floor pool area, only to discover the pool was closed (as someone had defecated in it - it was the start of school half term holidays) and the pool table was out of action too. Maybe we were just unlucky. The actual room facilities are basic but functional. Good size terrace. Adequate replacement of room towels and toiletries. Would I come again, ironically "Yes". It's in a good location and is only 5 - 6 Euros for a taxi up the hill from San Eugenio shopping area. Make sure you have a taxi transfer to and from the airport and as there is now a large excavated crate below the complex (presumably for a new build), check how long the building work is scheduled to take place for, as the noise does travel up the hill!

Alquilamos el departamento superior que tenia jacuzzi en la terraza. Es mas grande de lo que parece en fotos, amplio, limpio y el personal es super amable. Tiene una cocina con todo lo necesario y la terraza es gigante. Realmente no nos faltó nada. Pablo nos dio recomendaciones de a qué playa ir, donde comer, etc. Muy majos los chicos de la recepcion. seguramente repetiremos en otro momento.

Solo por poner algo, el piso de la terraza estaba muy sucio por la obra que tienen cerca. Entiendo que es dificil manternerlo, pero quizás hubiese estado bien limpiarlo antes de la llegada.

Dintotdeauna mi-a plăcut resortul,mergem de 9 ani dar încet,încet se degradează. S-au scos o grămadă de facilități cum ar fi masina de spalat ,curățenia in camera ,parte din vesela .

Curățenia in camere lasă de dorit la prețurile pe care le are resortul ar trebui mai multa implicare. Am găsit gândaci de bucătărie uriași,am anunțat la recepție in următoarele zile nici măcar gunoiul nu l-au luat !

Excelentes instalaciones y apartamentos muy bien equipados para todas las necesidades. Además, en el front desk, Pablo fue muy atento antes y durante nuestra estadía.

El jabón de la lavandería tenía un olor muy extraño.

The apartment was very modern and clean, the showers were excellent, kitchen facilities very good, including dishwasher and flat screen TV in living room and bedroom. The patio are was exceptionally large and had good quality furniture and a lovely sea view. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

There can be noise at times from nearby construction site
