We booked a suite. It wasn’t worth the price. No bathtub, no microwave, ice only available on the fourth floor. Was not worth my $700+

Sold as a two-bedroom Suite. Both king bed and sofa bed were very uncomfortable. I’ll never book this hotel again!

Lovely experience at the Hyatt regency Frisco. The staff was attentive and kind. They truly made it feel like home. I would stay again and enjoy the food. The risotto was delicious.

Great hotel with Clean rooms and nice staff. The hotel is co-located with the Stonebriar Mall which was a welcomed feature. No parking issues and there were so many stores and restaurants in the location of the hotel. The Star was nearby so upscale shopping was available. Water was available in the lobby which was very nice as the tempature were high during our visit.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful staycation! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere was peaceful, the accommodations were well maintained, and the overall experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. I have no complaints at all—everything was nice. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape.

We are repeat customers at this Hyatt Regency. We stay Nytime we’re in the area, and we always have a wonderful experience here. The rooms are clean, staff is attentive, and our kids love the pool!

Friendly staff experience. Facility was modern and updated with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I enjoyed the attached mall and easy access to multiple locations to shop and eat while on my stay.

The location was perfect for the conference that I attended. I was greatly pleased with the cleanliness, the room size and the professionalism of the staff. There was very minimal noise especially at night, which helped me get well rested for the learning activities during the conference. Thank you for the superb service!

Nice hotel, just a bad dining experience. It was a holiday weekend so not too critical. The staff did comp our food so that was good but the food was not great and the drinks were ok but high priced. The hotel is nice however and the pool staff is awesome.

Went to Hyatt Regency Frisco to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We've stayed at other incredible hotels in Frisco but wanted to try somewhere new. Check-In Experience - they found our reservation and gave the room we booked so no issues. They did ask if we were celebrating anything, which we responded about our anniversary, but then the staff didn't follow up in any way afterward which was weird, why bother asking? No haopy anniversary note, free coffee, room upgrade, nothing. Room - The room was well decorated but dim, the linens were scratchy and the towels were thin. The bathroom vanity mirror didn't work and the bathroom outlet was broken so getting ready was a bit of a challenge but fine. The bathroom could have been cleaner but was better than the lobby bathroom which was straight out of a horror film. Breakfast- Breakfast was included with our stay. The buffet included dry pastries, a few hot pans, cereal and oatmeal. They did have custom omelets (though they got both of our orders wrong) and Belgian waffles (but 1 of the 2 was burnt). After confirming the breakfast was included and checking out they then charged us $82 for said breakfast... yes ... $82 for a bad basic breakfast for 2. I have yet to receive an email with proof they will refund it despite being told by 2 separate people that they will email an invoice of refund "right away ". Overall it was fine but they did not make our anniversary a special experience and we will go elsewhere next time.

I had a great one night stay at the Hyatt Regency in Frisco! Everyone I interacted with was so kind and welcoming. Selin at the front desk was fabulous, Savannah in the market/cafe was incredibly sweet, and DeAndre made checking out such a great experience. I also really appreciated the complimentary shuttle. It was such a nice perk, especially in the hot, humid Texas heat. Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality!

Beautiful hotel with great amenities. The staff did everything they could do to make us feel at home. Brittany went above and beyond at Breakfast to make sure we got everything we wanted. The room was great, bed was comfortable, the conference room was awesome, and the staff made us feel like we were at home.

Unfortunately, the stay was not great. There are simple things that as a Globalist and always choosing Hyatt that I believe are the bare minimum. 1. Water at check-in 2. Decent breakfast. Both of these were failures during my stay. I felt extremely bad for the server as she was completely solo with over ten tables. The food at the buffet was cold and had not been refreshed, so naturally ordering from the grill along with coffees/drinks was still needed. She did amazing and I left her a great tip, it was not her fault. 9AM on a Saturday, the hotel needs to do better.

I had a great experience at the Hyatt Regency in Frisco during my time using the Resort pass!! The bartenders were great!! Sean and Joshua really made sure our experience was awesome!!

I spent the day at the hotel's pool and had a wonderful experience. The pool area was clean, relaxing, and very well maintained. A special thank you to Joshua, our bartender, who was incredibly attentive throughout the day. He checked on our group frequently to make sure we had water, drinks, and food, and his friendly service made the experience even more enjoyable. Sean, the other bartender, was also very professional and attentive.

We stayed one night for a staycation. Parking was easy. The front desk personnel were very nice. Our room was clean and updated. The property generally was in great shape and clean. The pool area was nice. This was a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel experience was better than expected overall. It is one of the newer and higher quality HR’s that we’ve been to. The hotel is right next to the Stonebrier mall which is convenient. There were no real negatives that came sometimes come from being that close to shopping. Plenty of free parking onsite. The rooms were spacious and modern with just enough elegance to feel slightly elevated. The kids enjoyed the pool which was a good size. It would have been nice to have a hot tub, but not a deal breaker. The gym was larger and well equipped. Booked with points so didn’t have to pay destination fee which is new for 2026. The free parking essentially offsets the destination charge if you had to pay. Helpful staff overall, especially the lady that was stocking the towels at the pool. The HR is hard to beat if you are staying in the area.

Location is very good, next to a mall. Hotel is new - neat and clean. But the shower had no hot water and the coffee machine was broken.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and the maintenance issues that were a minor annoyance during my first stay, were significantly worse this second time. This includes the light strip in the open closet making a disruptive noise when on, and this noise lingering intermittently for over an hour after it was turned off. Also the hot water in the shower was lukewarm at best, and the shower wall would vibrate and make a noise when you tried to turn the handle towards “Hot”. And to top this all off, late in the afternoon during my final day, we got a letter under our doors that there would be a total water shutoff overnight, which is a problem when you are trying to get ready for a 5:00 a.m. flight. The location is the best part of this hotel… right near the mall and centrally located among many Frisco/Plano shops/restaurants. However with several other hotel options in this area, you can still get this location benefit while not dealing with a relatively new hotel experiencing an apparent myriad of increasing maintenance issues.

Hotel hot water was not working for the 2 nights. When you turned the knob to hot water the pipes in the wall rattled so hard it felt like it would break. Bed felt like an air mattress (not sure if it was).

Very clean hotel with large rooms and a very friendly staff. Dinner was very good and they have a nice lounge and bar area.

Hot water was off for a week. No urgency in repairs even after complaints. Had to take cold showers throughout my entire stay. They might have fixed it on my the last day , but I would not know— muddy water kept coming for over 30 minutes in the taps. So i finally used the bottle water to wash and left. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. The property was clean and well-maintained. We needed a few items for the dance convention, and they were more than happy to help. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient.

I wanted to recognize the amazing service I received from Savannah, who works at the market in the lobby. I wasn’t feeling well during my stay, and although she was on her way out, she still stopped to help me with a tea and made sure I was taken care of. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares the way she did, and her customer service made a lasting impression on me. Thank you, Savannah, for making a rough day a little better.

Tv comcast was not working

Jason Dee was great he was super Accommodating when it came to get me in my room early and getting with the manager when the shower would not get hot. The hotel is great and the location awesome. The food downstairs was also great but the service was a little slow even though they were not particularly busy.

What should have been the start of a relaxing trip turned into one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived with a confirmed reservation, only to be told they were “out of rooms.” Strangely, while we stood there while waiting for more answers, they continued checking in other guests behind us. She said it was because they were confirmed. My reservation was confirmed too. We specifically booked this property for the quality and convenience, and instead ended up displaced and scrambling with children after a long day of travel. The worst part? I had to breastfeed my 6-month-old baby in a parking lot at midnight since we didn't have any room. No family should be put in that position after paying for accommodations in advance. Overbooking is one thing — treating paying customers like they’re disposable is another. If you value your vacation, your time, or basic customer service, I would strongly recommend being extremely cautious before booking here.

The lobby area was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. From the front desk, market, restaurant, bar, and cleaning staff they were all incredible.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels, but my recent visit to the Hyatt Regency Frisco genuinely stood out and a huge part of that was because of Patrick at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Patrick's energy and personality set the tone for my entire stay. He wasn't just checking me in, he was welcoming me. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. You could tell he truly loves what he does, and that enthusiasm is contagious. Patrick went above and beyond in ways that are hard to put into words, but easy to feel. He made sure I had everything I needed and left me with the kind of impression that makes you look forward to coming back. The hotel itself is wonderful, but it's people like Patrick who elevate a great property into a truly memorable experience. I'm already hoping he's at the front desk on my next visit. Highly recommend this hotel. Will absolutely be back.

Stayed at this property for a business meeting. The hotel is modern and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Was surprised by the early check in fee, I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member, and they do not assess such fee.

Me and my mom was just sitting and waiting around and chef Ramsey was so nice to hand us a free cheesecake to try! Ontop of that, the desk staff were very sweet and I felt very welcomed even if I weren’t staying!

My experience with my stay was fantastic! From the seamless check-in, to the cleanliness of the room, to the staff , it was all fantastic!! I'd like to pint out my server Joshua during breakfast. I felt like I was being treated at a 5 star restaurant. My cup was always full, I never went without a condiment, and the food was piping hot... just like I like it. I will be back next weekend and hope to see Joshua again at breakfast!

I love coming here for my business trips. They have great amenities, pool and work out area are immaculate, and the security of the elevators is great because you have to use your room key to access the rooms. The breakfast is always amazing and it's connected to the mall so if I didn't have something, I could easily walk to go get it. Would heavily recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing luxurious stay.

Adam honestly made our whole experience at the Hyatt Regency Frisco. From the moment we sat down, he was so friendly and welcoming—it just felt easy and comfortable right away. He took really good care of us without it ever feeling like “over-the-top” service. He checked in at the right times, made great suggestions, and just had a really genuine, positive attitude the whole time. You can tell he actually enjoys what he does, and it makes a big difference. And the food was so good—everything we ordered was fresh and full of flavor. Between the amazing food and Adam’s service, it turned into a really great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything about this stay was good to very good. From the quick check-in, the room upgrade, the overall cleanliness of the property, my expectations were exceeded. Shoutout to Joshua for both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant - he was professional, attentive, very efficient in his interaction both with me as well as the other guests. He is very solid example of what sets Hyatt apart from the other hotel options.

Every time I stay at any Hyatt, it is consistently, across the board top notch service. From the front desk attendees to housekeeping, to the wait staff, I always leave happy after a stay at a Hyatt Hotel. I travel for work and I am willing to spend a little bit of extra money to stay at a clean, friendly and welcoming hotel. I have stayed at 6 or 7 different Hyatts all across the state and they are all very consistently impeccable!

The hotel overall was exceptional—beautifully maintained and impeccably clean. As Globalist members, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded without asking, which made our stay feel even more special. The breakfast was excellent, but what truly elevated our experience was Kidest. She was attentive, genuinely kind, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience.

Great experience all around. From front desk to Gladys in the market who remembered me everyone morning and was so kind!

It was close to the convention center and I liked that the shuttle transported us for free

When we arrived, our hotel was not ready even though I received confirmation my room was ready. We had to wait several hours before we were able to check in and we eventually had to leave to go back to our event which ultimately wasted uber money there and back as we took an uber before we found out about the shuttle. We didn’t get to check in until after the even which was almost 8pm

Very clean, staff was nice and helpful. We were able to use the outdoor pool, would have liked it to be more upgraded and a bit cleaner.

Loved my stay here with my husband. Staff was helpful & kind. Room was nice, comfortable, spacious & clean. The location is perfect as well, you can walk to the mall and other shopping center nearby. Will come back in the summer and enjoy the pool this time around.

Staff very welcoming. There was a wedding party and we did not have any issues with noise level. Rooms were very clean and spacious! We were very close to the attractions that we went to which was a plus with having kids under 10! We will be booking again!

We stayed at Hyatt Regency Frisco to celebrate my birthday, and it ended up being such a memorable experience from start to finish. As a Globalist, we were upgraded to a suite, which made the stay feel extra special right away. They also provided a $30 dining credit, and dinner turned out to be the highlight of our night. We had the most incredible brisket tacos - truly some of the best we’ve had. Chef Gordon came out and shared that the brisket is smoked in-house, and you can absolutely taste the difference. He was so kind and genuinely passionate, which made the experience even better. To top it all off, they surprised us with a small cheesecake to share for my birthday. It was such a thoughtful touch and really made the night feel special. Overall, the service, food, and attention to detail were outstanding. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Frisco, and I would especially like to recognize Ms. Selin at the front desk for her outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, Ms. Selin welcomed us with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly attitude. She was extremely helpful, gentle, and attentive to our needs. She took the time to understand our preferences and arranged a room that was perfectly suitable for us, which made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. What truly stood out was her positive energy and kindness. She maintained a smiling face not only with us but with every customer she interacted with, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere in the lobby. Her professionalism combined with her caring nature reflects very well on the hotel. Ms. Selin is truly an asset to Hyatt Regency Frisco, and her excellent customer service made our experience memorable. We sincerely appreciate her efforts and would be happy to stay here again.

Visiting family in Dallas for Christmas and decided to stay here between the two family's. It was a lovely hotel, very nice people at the desk, amazing access to the mall which was perfect for snagging a couple last minute gifts. Breakfast was good (we are Globalist so option for buffet or menu is appreciated). Snagged breakfast in the market for our daughter who also stayed (not Globalist) and worked the morning in her room . She said the food was very good. Easy parking, no fee. I would definitely stay here again.

GLADYS is a barista in the cafe and I am so highly impressed by her hard working go getting and so humble and kind nature. I absolutely adored waking up early and getting my coffee and pastries and greeted ever so kindly by Gladys. My families stay was that much better because of Gladys.

Joshua and Dimitri did a fantastic job taking care of our family of 5 - with 3 kids. Really attentive and delicious. We enjoyed dining in, the variety of the breakfast buffet.

What really stands out is our visit to the hotels downstairs Market where staff member Samantha showed such kindness and professionalism helping me and my wife with our purchase. I have stayed at this property before and had a delightful experience. This time was hopefully an exception, the front desk and bell services were well below the standard to be expected from a Hyatt property.

I enjoyed the water with fruit provided at the front that was complimentary, the aesthetic of the lobby area, bar, and restaurant was nice and comfortable to hang out in along with the conference areas. All of the staff in bar and restaurant areas were amazingly kind, as well as the front desk and valet.

Mostly the room was clean upon arrival, but as I went to get ice, the box for the ice was filthy and clearly had not been checked in a very long time. It was definitely not a huge deal and was promptly dealt with. The next day, our towels were not replaced even with them in a pile on the floor and our beds were not made. Housekeeping did stop by while we were still in the room and we kindly requested they come back as we were on a break during our symposium and would be returning within the next 10 minutes. This may have been a miscommunication with housekeeping and us, so again not a huge deal at all. We did request towels that night when we returned to the room and they never arrived. The area with the coffee shop was nice and had good selections for coffee and such, but with groups like our symposium having timeframes to adhere to and most of us stopping for caffeine beforehand, the girl making the drinks and running register should not have to be alone with many conferences and groups coming through and having to wait for a single person to do everything. She was absolutely wonderful and did a great job juggling both, but that was definitely not fair to her or the customers. Ultimately, the hotel had many positive qualities and I overall enjoyed being there but these issues did make me question paying the high price that I did and in the future I may choose to not stay here again, but I did due to the symposium I was attending and the convenience of traveling between floors rather than across the street or across town. With the high price of the place, I expect a level of quality to be way above some of the other way lower cost places I have stayed in.

I've stayed at several Hyatt Regencys this year, and I would rank this as one of my favorites so far. It's such a relief to be able rest in a clean and comfortable space when away from home. I also appreciate that parking was free at this location and the extensive fitness center which had a variety of equipment that fit my workout needs.

It was perfect, i’m very picky when it comes to hotels specially with hotel bathrooms! I love how minimal and spacious it is inside. I love the shower area,nice water pressure ! This is the only hotel my family and i stays whenever we’re in DFW
