Everything

Great energy minute we walked in, engaging staff clean and quiet

Great location, with a complementary charging for Electrical cars. Overall facility has been recently renovated, including the rooms. Nice breakfast with multiple choice for kids and adults.

There should be a limit for car charging to allow everyone to charge it.

Goed hotel, aardig personeel, prima kamer.

The staff was very welcoming and they were great with our pets coming in. The breakfast was good and their coffee maker was excellent. We liked the soap and shampoo/conditioner and body wash that they provide.

The only thing we think could be better is the front patch of lawn for taking our dogs out to go to the bathroom. It was a bit messy but we're not sure if that part of the lawn belongs to the hotel or not.

The condition of the room furniture and cleaning

Nice and clean. Love that breakfast was included

No complaints

Quite rooms, despite a busy road passing in front of the hotel. Comfortable bed, ample parking space. Very polite and friendly staff. Lots of commercials in the area.

breakfast does not worth it. It's a breakfast buffet, but coffee comes from an automate, and you have to use plastic cutlery and plates. Everything is single-use, so much waste and not much taste in the food... Regarding the room, the airco was extemely loud. Bring earlplugs!

Rien

Cómodo, personal amable. Bien para una noche de paso

Desayuno bastante pobre.

Safe, clean, quiet

A little expensive

The room was attractive and spotless, nice bathroom shower and latest design.

The scrambled eggs were like paper and disappointing. The rate was higher than a bigger brand hotel during our trip for less value though this might be due to limited hotel offerings in Prince Edward county.

The hotel is really clean, the breakfast was great, in the middle of everything and the staff amazing.

Beds nice and firm.

Not enough tables for breakfast.

Relaxed and luxurious atmosphere, pleasant staff at the front desk, nice gym and pool facilities cookies and coffee station.

.

.

The rooms were comfortable.

Pretty loud groups, at breakfast the whole are was very dirty.

Location was good, easy to find, park.

Some noises from other rooms and upper floor. Pool water was too warm for my liking.

Just got back from a trip to Sandbanks. We stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. There was confusion with our reservation but the gentlemen behind the desk took care of it right away. The hotel and rooms were clean, the location is in the middle of restaurants and stores, the pool was warm and great way to end the day and the breakfast was amazing. It included making your own waffles, orange juice, omelet bites, Nutella spread just to name a few things. They also have an water dispenser and a coffee machine that makes different kinds of coffee in the lobby for free. Everything was great but I would return for the staff's commitment to making you feel welcomed and happy with their service. I would be returning and recommending this hotel to all my friends🧡 .

Breakfast offered was very good; pool was comfortable and enjoyable; room was clean and well maintained. Altogether an enjoyable stay.

Slight inconvenience as we had to ask for towels at poolside. Cupboard was empty.

New and clean

Hotel is very clean and room. Is spacious and clean, coffee maker was there a fridge and all items you need to take a shower. The Aircondioner kept on waking me up when it came on.. Breakfast was included in the room price.. Typical American style breakfast, premade omelet product , sausage, potatoes, toast all buffet style. All ok. Where I took 2 stars off was what was used to put your breakfast on, paper plates, plastic ware, paper cups everything individualy packed. Me. As a European that always bothers me. Unfortunately North America will never be classy and willing to cut down on Garbage. Use real. Plates and all, it is not that hard

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well located. The rooms were spacious, and everything we needed was provided. We had a very pleasant stay.

Nothing

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. I booked this hotel specifically because I was traveling with my three-year-old and needed a bathtub so I could bathe him after visiting Sandbanks. The room amenities on Booking.com listed a bathtub, but because the room title also mentioned "Roll-in Shower" and "Wheelchair Accessible," I called the hotel directly before booking to confirm that the room I was reserving actually had a bathtub. The staff confirmed that it did. I also submitted a special request through Booking.com asking for the bathtub to be cleaned because I would be using it with my toddler, and the hotel confirmed that request. When we arrived, there was no bathtub, only a roll-in shower. I went to the front desk, but the staff initially insisted that I was mistaken and said they had never received my request. Even after I showed them the Booking.com confirmation and the special request, I was made to feel as though I had somehow made the whole thing up. I was eventually told the hotel was sold out and nothing could be done. About five minutes later, they called and said they had found another room with a bathtub. While I appreciated the solution, there was still no apology or acknowledgment of the confusion. Instead, I was told it was Booking.com's fault and that I should complain to them. The attitude was essentially, "We gave you a solution, so what's the problem?" The two front desk employees also exchanged looks and laughed as I left, which I found extremely unprofessional. Later that evening, we received a complaint about noise at around 8 p.m. while we were simply getting our toddler ready for bed. After explaining that we were doing nothing unusual, hotel staff still came to our door about ten minutes later to repeat the complaint.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well located. The rooms were spacious, and everything we needed was provided. We had a very pleasant stay.

Nothing

Our stay was perfect! Staff is friendly, servi e exceptional and very clean

-

Great front office staff, kind and accommodating. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was typical for an included item however items were fresh. Coffee machine with speciality coffee and cookies was a nice treat.

Chambre propre

Le bruit de la climatisation

Cleaning , breakfast , coffee

Room was very good. Bed very comfortable.

Breakfast could have been better. Would have preferred bacon instead of sausage. Also maybe more seating. Some people had to wait for a table.

We stayed here for one night to break up a roadtrip. I chose it because it was pet friendly with positive reviews. It was conveniently located and met expectations. It’s a newer property and we were satisfied with the space and cleanliness. Staff were friendly. The added breakfast and the additional coffee bar were decent perks. All in all, it was a great value.

Staff was really polite and helpful. Property and room was very clean and tidy!

La propreté et les cafés délicieux

Aucune notion de la langue française

Pool was warm, food was good & friendly staff.

HVAC was really noisy. Sounded like a train rumbling by.

Paper plates!

Very clean and provided hospitable environment with coffee and snacks in the front reception for guests

Nothing

The location was great …just off the 401. Staff were very pleasant and even offered us coffee , tea and cookies upon our arrival. Comfortable sleep and an excellent breakfast . We would definitely stay here again.

Rien.

Bien situé, service et courtoisie

Rien

Chambre grande et propre.

Déjeuné de base.

I liked the ease of getting to restaurants!

Ventilation bruyante.

Our room was spacious and very clean. Nice restaurants etc. within easy walking distance. Even though the hotel is in a central area, with many businesses, restaurants etc. nearby, the hotel is set back from the street so it's fairly quiet. The breakfast was very good with many choices. Having cookies at registration available is a lovely touch when checking in.

Great selection. Everything was fresh.

Chambre impeccable, très bonne literie Petit déjeuner correct Bon rapport qualité /prix

Rien

The pillows have no support and the bed was a little stiff.

Schönes Hotel an ruhiger Lage.

Friendly staff and comfy bed.

Plastic cutlery

Very clean and comfortable. Great location! Staff was amazing!

Rien

The hotel was immaculate, the rooms spacious and bright and well provisioned. The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. We really like having a bathtub!

The breakfast had everything but we didn't like the amount of garbage created with all the throw away utensils and dishes etc. The amount of garbage created by one breakfast seemed excessive (even though we know it is, unfortunately normal these days). The plastic utensils are flimsy and not easy to eat with. The eggs and sausage had a processed mass-produced taste to them.

Breakfast was terrific, service was great, and the room was comfortable.

Well situated, nice breakfast, plenty of parking space, comfortable and clean.

Clean, comfortable, nice staff, conveniently located off the highway and near shops and restaurants. There's also plenty of free parking space. The room was very spacious.

Breakfast very poor. Too basic

Clean

Property itself was good. Surrounding area was industrial.

breakfast generous and very clean. updated equipment. exceeded expectations

Parking was ample. The lobby had tea and coffee. The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and updated bathroom. Loved the breakfast which was included.

Pristine

It was clean and easy to find your way around. The bed was SO comfortable and the bedding was really soft and felt high quality, plus you get lots of pillows, which is great for propping yourself up to relax and offers choice for a pillow that suits you. It was decent value as it also included breakfast, which included a nice variety of options. Staff were friendly and helpful!

One odd thing was, on the floor I stayed at, there seemed to be a vending machine missing. There was a sign for it, but it wasn’t there! I suppose it might have been out for repair or something?

L emplacement et propreté !

Rien négatif

Friendly staff, clean all around, comfortable room, clean pool.

Nothing to dislike.

Pool

Anna, Hunni, Sharon and the entire staff do their utmost to assure any needs are dealt with in a professional, friendly and knowledgeable manner. Good choices for breakfast, coffee/tea are readily available, the entire premise is clean and well maintained. Definitely made our stay very enjoyable.

Very clean Bed really comfortable
