The location of the property is wonderful. Close to many restaurants, wineries and bars. It has a nice pool and jacuzzi that stays open all night. Jazmin is wonderful! She was very friendly and helpful and gave us great recommendations on food and cool places to visit nearby.

The value you pay for this place is NOT worth it. We had issues the minute we arrived. First, the room situation is very misleading. Each “suite” type has the same photos and I booked the suite with the pool view priced very high to get what felt like a 10x10 room. It was 93 degrees when we visited and the AC unit takes hours to cool the room properly. There was no warm/hot water to shower just plain cold water. The bathroom had a terrible smell of sewage. Shower was not clean. The WiFi connection did not reach our room. The power went out on the second day we were there and so AC shut off. Hot day I might add. And to top it off the sliding doors are so messed up and hard to open/close so when our neighbors kept coming in and out late at night we kept getting woken up. If you want to stay here note that you will not be getting a good nights rest. Stay elsewhere and you might get better value for your money.

Muy amables, me dieron la habitación antes del horario incluso la señorita encendió el jacuzzi también y súper agusto lo pudimos disfrutar un ratito antes de que llegaran los de más visitantes, de ahí ya no pudimos meternos, esperamos como a las 10:00pm pero aún no se salían así que mejor descansamos. Todo está muy bien lugar muy tranquilo, lo único a nuestro gusto es que le faltó una pantalla o TV a la habitación.

Fue una gran estancia, el ambiente es más para parejas que para familias. La alberca con gran espacio pero el jacuzzi fue lo mejor. Muy agradable la habitación.

Me fue muy bien un hermoso lugar y muy céntrico. Lo único que esto es para Hotels.com me hicieron un cargo ustedes de 1,234.73 quisiera saber de que es por que no tengo forma de contactarlos para poder verificar de que es. Favor de contactarme para poder verificar ese cargo.

Stay was peaceful. Pool was nice. Price was good but theres no mini fridge. No TV and only 1 outlet in the whole room plus our room door wouldnt lock. Lilttle things that the owners can work on but id probably stay here again

The place was perfect 👌 It was close to everything and. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The only bad thing we only stayed there for one night and couldn't enjoy the pool. It was our first time in Valle, we are definitely going back and stay longer this time ❤️

It was disgusting. 6. There’s issues outside too We have Pictures, but it’s very unsafe. This place should not be rented. It should be red tag. We have pictures and videos. We would like to have our money back as soon as possible, please.

Loved the master suite!

Great location (with a good restaurant nearby)( and great layout. Fun place overall. We just had an issue that the jacuzzi was not turned on, which would have made the stay excellent. The staff indicated that we should have told them... which does not make sense since this is not an info shared on their website. As such, if you go there (which I still recommend), make sure to request the jacuzzi to be turned on (if you plan to use it). There is also a nice fire pit area with everything set up for for hanging around the fire, but no wood. My advice is to request wood is you plan to use the fire pit. The place has a lot of potential clearly, but be proactive about your needs!

Love that me and my partner had the whole property for ourselves. It was really peacful and tranquil, its huge, private and secluded. If you don´t have personal/ private transportation to move you aren´t going to make it there cause everything is far, no walkable distance and there isn´t public transportation, taxis or drive shares options available in the area. The property works more as an airb&b than a hotel or lodge; no reception/ front desk, no personal at the property. And be aware of their digital padlock for cabins door/ main entrance, the access code doesn´t work properly and it´s a pain in you know where to get into your room so you need to contact the owner which isn´t nearby or in Mexico, she is in the states so no way to get assitance right away. There was also garbage on the floor next to the exterior restrooms. Despite those minor inconveniences it´s a great place to stay!

The shower didn't work properly it wasnonly hot water, thet where partying all night and didn't get the rest we needed, they had coffee pot but no coffe to make one, and the front door we had a really hard time to open and close it was a terribly experienced we won't go back eve if it was free

The location is gated and is located close to excellent restaurants and wineries.

The place looked nice in the photos but felt a bit tired in person and could use some TLC. The doors and windows didn’t seal well, and there were no extra blankets provided in the room. The bathroom sink was unusually high and drained slowly, and unfortunately, the comforter had noticeable stains. With a few updates and a little more attention to detail, this space could be much more comfortable

The property is small and super cute, with just a few cabins around a private pool and a cute little outdoor area to relax. Was close to wineries that we were interested in business today and next to a great breakfast spot. I would definitely stay here again

The property in general is good, the pool and jacuzzi were great. The sheets were dirty, all beds linens were dirty.

Hosts were great. Gave us a lot of great insights into what wineries to go to and were just fun to hang out with. Property had a good location, and the rooms were good sized and comfortable.

The property is clean , has an amazing shower and very well kept for the most part ..

The fact that we reserved a 1 queen bed and one sofa but got something else .. though the place was really clean the bedding smelled like the sheets were left in the washer for a while and later put in the dryer..the place was cold and there is no heater..

False Marketing: 1. View is different what you sell on the page. 2. No batteries for the control remote for the heater. 3. Person who welcomed (very nice and welcoming) informed upon check in that pool will only be heated on Sunday. (Its windy and cold and it was during the week!) 4. Sheets stained. 5. We understand things happen but be responsive... We tried to get in touch with someone and call and nobody answered. 6. Hot Water issues in the shower same evening. 7. Left early morning, enough was enough. Have been in touch with booking since then but were told that owner is rejecting all evidence. Will follow up on reimbursements of nights not stayed.

Close to the wineries, secure, and very clean. Over all a great stay! The cabins were lovley.

The front foor and sliding windows do are not aligned properly, allowing cold air to come in at night. It was raining a lot during my stay and a lot of water came in through the front door. The oulets are also at odd locations in the room. Getting there is also a bit tricky!

It was quant, cute and had a very cozy feel to it.

This was nowhere near advertised and the jacuzzi was cold. This was two reasons why we booked the location and neither met our satisfaction.

The space was nice, decent room, but the furniture has been well worn and a few things didn’t work. Bathroom sink didn’t run and we needed to ask for the heat to be turned on. The hot tub never worked, even though the host said they turned it on daily. Neighbor dogs barked all night. This place has a lot of potential with a nice host but I don’t think we’d stay here again.

Como recomendacion, indicar el uso de google maps y no maps de iphone para encontrar la ubicación, Maps te lleva a una calle cerrada.

Todo estuvo bien, solo la alberca que no tiene calefaccion .

Super atención del personal a cargo, limpieza excepcional en la habitación, precios muy accesibles para la zona, jacuzzi con agua caliente, mi única recomendación es la limpieza del jacuzzi ya que tenía mucha tierra dentro. Por lo demás ya estoy esperando regresar.

Emocionados elegimos la finca por que ofrecía JACUZZI, y nos decepcionamos por que nunca lo prendieron porque "tenía costo extra" usarlo, y esa condición en ningún lado venía especificada al momento de reservar. Además te ofrecen cafetera pero no hay enchufe para conectarla.

The rooms were cool it felt cozy and relaxed and the view from our porch was nice. Only disappointing part of this trip was the pool and spa. We booked this place specifically to take advantage of the pool and spa for the 2 nights, but unfortunately it was not up and running. The spa was not heated, and the pool just looked like it hasn’t being maintained at all. Low water levels and a significant amount of debris in the pool.

We were deciding between two different places. The only reason we chose this one was because of the hot tub and pool. The hot tub didn’t work all weekend and the pool looked like it hadn’t been serviced in a while. It was missing a ton of water. The water was so low it wasn’t even circulating. It needed to be netted, vacuumed and brushed. Overall the rooms were nice but the pool/spa situation was a huge disappointment.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was very quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. We had issues with the hot water and the door lock. Both issues were dealt with immediately. Great communication with the management.

I liked that there was a great view and the pool and jacuzzi were great. Room was perfect for a couple and several restaurants were pretty close. It was also dead quiet at night, it was great to get back to nature.

The room could use a mini fridge and ironing board. the AC unit seemed a bit weak if you’re looking to cool the room down, recommend you leave the AC running when you leave for the day so it’s not warm when you get back.

There’s absolutely no way to get a hold of management. We reserved our room. Showed up to the property ( drove 3 hours) never received any info from management with access code to room. I called multiple times and left a message and sent email and never received a reply. I had to drive back and find another professional managed company hotel to accommodate me.

The cottage was extraordinary, comfortable, and lovely. Many amenities I was not expecting. The only drawback was the 2-3 mile cattle trail like road to get there and the closed entry gate had no sign letting you know that you were there.

El hospedaje esta bonito pero al reservar el precio viene en moneda nacional y al hospedaje le llega en dólares luego te dicen que ellos no agarran el dolar al precio actual sique sube el precio de la reservación.

Un lugar hermoso, muy relax con una vista inmejorable, podíamos ver la luna y el atardecer desde nuestra cabaña, me encantó!

I had reserved for my birthday and the shower was not working we couldn’t get the water to work the jacuzzi was not working also it was a complete disappointment

The bad: WiFi didn’t reach my room which caused me to work at a coffeeshop all day. It’s 10 minutes off the main road on a dirt path. No fridge or housekeeping (I was there three nights, no new cups for coffee). The shower was freezing cold or boiling hot. There’s no desk to work inside the room. No credit card accepted, had to pay via Venmo—did not like that at all. And water rushed in when it rained. The Good: Bed is super comfy, and the pool looked great but too cold outside. The outdoor patio and lights are great. Lots of parking. Beautiful place, work in progress. If you need a place to work remote and have a relaxing place, this ISNT it. You’ve been warned.
