People talking in the lounge and passage areas echoes into the rooms. Parking is very difficult and confined, you cannot get youself or passengers out of the vehicle. Sheets were stained with lipstick. Only one set of towels given for a couple. No extra bed available as advertised on booking. Com, I had to book another room. No early check-in was allowed as advertised on booking. Com. The beds couldn't be separated in a room. Only double beds are provided.

There's no order people are making noise especially during the night and the doors are so loudly and irritating when people are making in and out nonstop. Also the rooms are offering coffee only and it's not accommodating tea lovers. Otherwise it's good for money.

1. I was charged extra R300 for an early check-in, despite me making arrangements and speaking to one of them before I arrived. 2. The bed wasn't comfortable and there was no iron in the room. 3. Those small black/Grey small pillows had white stains and didn't look clean.

The fact that they still use 1ply toilet papers was a turn off for me. They also dont leave enough in the room to an extent that i had to and ask 1 roll from them n the middle of the night☹️i also found old food n de top shelf of the wadrobe which was obviously left by the previous guests but the once that prepared the room for our arrival should have seen dat n removed it when cleaning though it was thrown up there on top☹️☹️☹️☹️

the Lady at the reception was extremely rude, had no cellphone etiquette and even upon arrival she wasn't welcoming at all. Would also make you a bit more comfortable to have a Security Personal in the parking area.
