The showers do not work as they should or expected, it’s like you using a bucket, it’s either it’s too hot or cold there’s never a balance, taking a shower with almost all the rooms is a hustle. I was in room 301 this time and the bathroom window was faulty, did not fully close at night the wind blowing through the bathroom door, the noise it made eventually I had to open the door. I had a horrible experience and I was too tired to go to the reception area. I felt so exposed and unsafe.

The bathroom was too small. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom sink, the tv was not working, there air conditioner was not working also.. there was no socket for charging my phone. The closet had a bad smell.

There's no rules and regulations with regards to unruly guests, especially when they misbehave, making noise, disturbing other guests and making their stay undesirable. So the hotel management needs to tighten their policies, rules and regulations otherwise they will lose especially on repeat business.

The TV was not working since we arrive 3 rooms that we've booked, the beach it's far from the hotel entertainment it's far everything was far I am not going to book there ever again the room doesn't have sound proof you can hear everything from the other rooms and from the passage no privacy, I would not advise the couples to go there the whole hotel will hear everything you're doing But thanx to Ayanda the young beautiful ladies from reception and the gentleman (security) that always working the smile on his face both of them for making us feel at ease whenever we were harassed by that monster (guest) the gentleman in room 10

they don’t have any dishes or utensils in the rooms, there’s also no stove. everything is upon request so that was a bit of a bummer, at least if they had 2 of each (plate, bowl, forks, spoons)

The room I booked was a deluxe but the one given to me didn't look like deluxe, the floor looked dull and unclean. The furniture is old. The toilet paper quality is bad. The towels have changed colour and one of the pillows had a reddish stain that made me uncomfortable using it.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026The staff are friendly the place is clean .sometimes the rooms need to be sanitized and better quality cleaning products ,even though the rooms are clean thay don't always have a very fresh smell, I once booked a room that was smelling like ppl have been doing their thing just hours before and the room ddnt smell fresh had the same experience in another room.....possibly the sheets are not changed after every guest nor freshened properly
One thing I really hate which I've addressed on numerous occasions as I really did not want to put a bad review...the price is never consistent, one Friday it's 800 the next it's 1000 then it 700 or 600.i use the place often as I live a distance from my partners work so we stay overnight it's safer than travelling back home.. and the toilet paper ...I am have a dressed this multiple times I was then given one toilet roll to take to the room with me. I hadn't been back in a while since bit returned last night to find they are still using the same quality toilet paper, I don't expect them to use baby soft but there are affordable 2 ply and this being a hotel you'd expect decent toilet paper they are not the most affordable accomodation......if you thnk I'm bring petty pls book a stay and come back and give me your view on the quality of the toilet paper it's an absolute insult to guests

The tv only had YouTube which made its boring at times. There was a funny smell when you walked into the room even after being cleaned. Sometimes the security will not be by the gate and you have to wait. Didn’t feel safe when it was late and had to wait for the security.

The view was not good at all,,maybe you should ask your clients about the suitable view they like n the room they need. Signal for the TV n the channels are too boring,,you really need to upgrade your TV. When we checked out no body appreciated our stay ,,the receptionist was there but he didn’t even thank us for choosing the place,,,no warm welcom😭😭
