Perfect for a short stay visiting family and friends. Parking and location ideal.

I was on the top floor- lots of stairs, rather narrow and steep. Maybe indicate this when booking? Suggest a small toaster in kitchenette?

Beautiful and stylish. Exceptionally clean and very elegant. Easy to find with ample parking.

There was nothing to dislike.

Very friendly staff on housekeeping. Quickly resolved issue from previous guests (leaking shower head)

Location, comfort, cleanliness

Only concern was having two young children and not being able to lock the door from the inside (should they chance their own escape) otherwise very happy!

The room was a decent size and had a lot of helpful features. We liked the small touches of tea and coffee making facilities and the toiletries. The shower was excellent. It was comfortable to sit in the room and watch TV or read. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. It was close by the road and motorway for when we left, but it wasn't noisy despite the traffic. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed the Tunnocks marshmallow and hot chocolate. Considering we had our dog (who's quite big) and his bed in the room, as well as us and our overnight luggage, we had enough room for the 3 of us!!!

It was a bit tricky negotiating the stairs, especially coming down, with our dog. He's a greyhound cross and has long legs, and the stairs twist around. We had 2 flights of stairs as we were on the 2nd floor, so that was not ideal. Also we needed to take all the things upstairs which took 3 journeys. We managed though, and once we were in the room, it was fine. We did need to use the stairs 3 times with our dog to walk him, but by the 3rd time he had adapted to the bends etc. That's the only thing we didn't like. Everything else was fine.

The location and quality of finish. The rooms were very impressive.

I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN I only stayed one night because I had booked a Luxury Suite but only was given a Room. A Hotel Suite by definition is more than one room, simply putting a kitchen unit in the bedroom does not turn it into Suite or excuse charging a premium for an ordinary room. I was so annoyed I cancelled my stay and left the next day. I hate being ripped off. I contacted the Duty Manager, told them the problem, they promised the Office would call me when they opened - They didn't and still haven't been in touch. There are no staff at the premises to complain to. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Being given an ordinary room When I hade booked and paid for a Luxury Suite. The room was very cramped. There wasn't even a decent writing desk where you could work on a laptop. Sticking a kitchen unit in a bedroom does not make it a Luxury Suite. A suite by definition is more than one room. Luxury means things like the champagne glasses match and are not two random glasses - A total rip off I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

El alojamiento es muy cómodo, fácil de acceder (self check in) y en una zona tranquila (en nuestro caso de camino a otro destino). Estaba muy limpio y la ropa de cama era excelente. Muy bien equipado, con una pequeña kitchenette que permite comer algo sencillo.

Check in at 16:00 and check out at 10am these are ridiculous times!!!! Might as well not bother staying in the hotel!!

Immaculately clean and very spacious for a small family (orchard room). Good off street parking. Shower room is excellent and small kitchenette also brilliant.

Could do with a toaster and a few more bits of crockery in the kitchen (bottle opener etc).

La beauté de la chambre, la propreté, les équipements, le confort du lit, le parking privatif, tout était parfait ! La gare est à proximité pour prendre le train pour Glasgow ce qui évite les soucis de stationnement. Je conseille vivement cette location.

Allez on va dire la bruit des voitures le matin mais avec des boules quies pas de souci 😉

The only thing that did not make it a 10 was that the blind in the kitchen you could not shut blinds due to no cord which allowed light into room which was not ideal when you did not want to get up early It stated toiletries however there was no shampoo or conditioner only shower gel and soap.

Loved the setup and facilities of the rooms.

Apartment we had we located up a very steep staircase. As seniors with luggage it was very difficult to navigate. Lower apartment would have be better.

The room we had was too small and the bathroom smelled awful. The bathroom door was a sliding door which didn’t help with the smell. It was clean though so might have been a plumbing issue may be. I don’t know but I am glad we didn’t book more than one night. Other rooms look better in pictures so may be it’s this room with issues. The bed is seriously small for a double bed. We barely managed to not fall of it.

I always stay here when visiting Motherwell as the location is central to all facilities, the rooms are amazing and access is easy. Communications are really smooth - highly recommended

I have stayed before and loved it, however the room where I stayed this time didn't have a comfortable bed and the sheets had been washed with so much bleach that the entire room smelled of bleach. This was very irritating for my airways unfortunately.

Liked the self check in and the little extra touches like biscuits and water. Decor was lovely and bed was really comfortable - has everything you need for a short stay.

Check out is early especially for weekend days. I understand cleaners need to get in etc but 11am would be better. No where in shower for soap / shampoo etc to be put on, no soap dish on sink and only a towel rail radiator for the towels. Could have something more practical for all 3. Shower mixer was coming off the wall a little and if leaned on would come right off.

Locks or chains are needed on the inside of the door, I had a drunken football fan, obviously confused, trying to get into my room, repeatedly trying different combinations on the digital key lock, thankfully he gave up but it shows that internal locks are needed.

Nothing to complain about with the Sweeney , everything was as expected , very very clean , great location and great value , would definitely recommend this place .

The location was great. It was only an 8 minute walk to the railway station where we could go to either Glasgow or Edinburgh.

Very clean and tastefully decorated with plenty of parking. Comfy bed and quiet room with a powerful shower. Close to rail links is a bonus. 20 minutes drive into Glasgow.

Check out is bang on 10am so the door codes change automatically. We were loading the car at the time and got locked out of our room at 10.01. A quick phone call sorted things out but a 10 minute grace period or a warning would have helped.

The check out time was too early 10AM. That is the earliest checkout I have ever experienced all over the world. It was very inconveniencing.

So glad we found this gem. It is absolutely beautiful. The communal areas and the rooms are spotless and tastefully decorated. Lovely toiletries, large fluffy towels and high quality bedding and pillows. Did not want to leave. This will definitely be our go to place on our way to our sons in the highlands. Check in was easy with door code sent in the morning of your stay. I wish check in would be brought forward an hour and checkout is a little early too. Appreciated the Tunnocks cakes. Beautiful room in this lovely compact apartment. Beautifully furnished, spotless and beds and bedding blissfully comfortable.

Not much in Motherwell but it was a good base for us.

Gorgeous apartment with a very comfortable bed and seating area. Lovely toiletries and towels.

Would like some bottled water, apart from that everything was perfect.

Bed - clean, fresh and very comfortable. Room - well heated, can turn radiator down if needed. Windows - double glazed, kept the sound out from the main road, but wasn't a problem. Bathroom - very clean, clean fluffy towels with shower gels. Shower, great power Kitchen - crockery, cutlery, kettle, microwave, washing liquid, dish cloth, salt n pepper, plus complimentary tea, coffee, sugar n biscuits. Fridge - clean with 2 complimentary bottles of water. Location - pubs, restaurants, shops, trains, buses and football ground all within walking distance. Great value for money, will recommend. 😊

Unfortunately, there was not enough hanging space, as we were here for a week, we lived out of our suitcases. We bought a cheap toaster.

Parking was a little tight but that can’t be helped. Thankfully managed to get a space and into the tight turn in. Definitely not something that would stop be from returning.

Stylish, comfortable apartment in central Motherwell (walking distance to pretty much everything) with additional benefit of essential facilities to enable self catering (fridge, microwave, sink and relevant glasses, mugs etc) for a flexible stay away from home. Highly recommend.

For the amount paid, I expected better conditions and cleanliness, not to mention that the shampoo was a very small quantity, of course I bought it at the store, there were sunflower seeds in the window

Only slight negative was we were on the 2nd floor and I found the 2nd flight of stairs the steps were a wee bit narrow but that was just me personally so wasn't a major issue, will still return but ask for ground or first floor

A luxurious little haven in Motherwell. Ample space, dreamy beds and every detail thought of. Cosy yet modern. Excellent bathrooms and toilitries. Super central yet private. Highky recommend. Staff were so helpful when I left make up after my departute- it was in our room the next time we arrived. Thank you.

As the flat was next to the main road, the windows had to be shut. This meant the room became pretty warm. Maybe during the summer months a portable air conditioner could be very useful.
