Easy access to the exhibition grounds. There were 2 different restaurants on site(chop steakhouse and dennys) which was super convenient to go and grab a bite to eat. Ample parking as well.

The bathroom wasnt the most private in my room. The shower is glass on all sides and no door to the shower room either so not much privacy in that sense. There was a curtain to block the view within the room but not on the other side

The puddle of water that stayed in the elevator from the time we checked in til the time we went out for supper 2 hours later. I placed a pylon on it as we left

The lobby was dirty which was a turn off from the start. There was food (what looked like a dropped, scattered and squished muffin all over the floor right in front of the check in desk. It was there when I checked in and still there when I checked out. Room was small but functional.

I had a great stay. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the bed was very cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The hotel was quiet, and I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again. One of the biggest highlights was having two restaurants on-site. The steakhouse was absolutely fantastic, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy such an amazing meal without leaving the hotel.

There wasn't anything major to complain about. If I had to mention something, it would have been nice if the room had complimentary bottled water, slippers, and tea. It would also be great to have an HDMI cable available so guests can easily connect their own devices to the TV.

They gave me the worst room possible, I asked for another one since it wasn’t full and they refused. It was by a service room, very noisy.

Restaurant was good; bartenders very friendly

I think we were in a handicap room and when you took a shower the whole floor got wet. Probably a tiny bit of grading on the floor would have helped.

The property was clean and beds were comfortable.

The hot tub was maybe Luke warm, and the pool freezing cold. Specifically wanted a location with a hot tub, and this one was very disappointing. Specifically stopped by front desk on 2nd day after room hadn't been made up on first day. They didn't make it up even after saying they would. Most of the faucets weren't tightened down, and were all flimsy to use.

They did a late check out for people running the marathon.

Prices were high due to the location of the event to the hotel.

The location was good. Easy access to get onto the highway to head lmao our final destination.

My room didnt look like the pictures when I booked. Other members in my party had that same experience. There were McDonald's bags in the hallways in the evening and still there when I left in the morning so that said alot regarding cleanliness. Someone in my party got bit by bedbugs so they moved her to room she was ORIGINALLY supposed to be in. There were nicer nearby hotels I regret not looking into them, I believe I was catfished by a hotel.

The washroom in the room was something I have never seen before. The whole washroom was like a shower-room. All tile, toilet one side and a massive showerhead on the other. What an experience. Like being under a waterfall.

My room was right beside the stairs to the exit. The doors for the use of those stairs were constantly slamming with people coming and going. Mostly at night. The slamming can be clearly heard from inside my room. Maybe a slower hydraulic door closer would be better. But I don't know what would work to help this issue. "Slam" "thump" "bang bang". Wow.

Noise! The kids playing mini sticks in the hallways was very annoying however upon calling the front desk to complain it was promptly rectified.

The location for us was great as we had to attend a funeral in Outlook and we had some shopping to do at Early’s.

The room was called a suite with a kitchenette. It was small, not a suite and way overpriced for what we got. The bathroom sink ran at a trickle while the “kitchenette” sink ran full blast.

I loved that you could stream to the in room tv.

I loved everything about this hotel.

Location was okay, quick access for shopping in all directions. I liked how there was restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel, parking for a large truck was a little tight,. Staff was friendly and easy to deal with.

I think the price for one night was $236 amd change was a little steep, although in today's day and age what isnt expensive.

I asked for my room to be cleaned at 1pm while the staff was still working other rooms on the same floor toward my room. The receptionist declined that it was late and only offered to have my towels changed. That is not a good customer service to a first time guest. Again I can't remember seeing any of the receptionists smiling while talking to the guests

The beds were like sleeping on a cloud, and it was surprisingly quiet. Really nice and clean and the convenience to where I was attending a conference was great. The rooms that we had were great and it was so nice to have a big bathtub and a shower to choose from!

The staff weren't very friendly. Only one staff person ever greeted me during my three days there, and even the front desk person, didn't look up to say anything. Also, my room was on the main floor...facing the parking lot where people pulled their cars in with their headlights on to warm them up, or kept them running for hours. The blinds that are in the room, don't block all that light, so it's a little disconcerting.

The suite was nice, clean and comfortable. The location was good, because it was right on circle drive, and the staff was super nice.

The suite i stayed in , the temperature was either to warm or cool. And the hotel lobby didnt have a lounge to go unwind after a long day.

Weird bathroom with toilet sliding door not closing so that gap for someone coming in from hallway door can see you sitting on toilet. No breakfast or partial voucher for Dennys. Noise soundproof needs to be better. Every toilet flush from upstairs is heard. Get a room away from hallway ice & vending machines. Noisy all night. Filling water to ice crashing. Weird shower stall and screen.

Quiet and relaxing, clean rooms, friendly staff and great location, close to restaurants and so thankful that I didn't have to go out in the cold to find a restaurant.

The hotel is really nice, very clean and the staff were wonderful. It was great to have 2 restaurants on site as well. Great price and fantastic hotel!

There were a bunch of kids that looked to be about aged 8 -10 years old, presumably a hockey team, that were extremely disruptive, very loud and running through the halls, the lobby, and even through the restaurant (Chop). They threw gum in the hallways and all over the pool, so we weren't able to use the pool in the morning. We notified the staff so hopefully they were dealt with accordingly. This hotel doesn't seem appropriate for a group like that

The first night 4 days before we were charged a high price for the noisiest room in the house. Simply because we had a pet and were treated like second class citizens. Why, if we already pay a pet fee are we put into "pet rooms" ??? Isnt it enough to have to pa a pet fee ,let alone be put into a "pet room"?? high class hotels in Vancouver like the Waterfront do not differentiate between rooms , regardless if one has a pet or not. The extra pet fee is enough. There should not be Pet Rooms if the cleaning crews do a thorough and proper job. This is what the pet fee is for.

More handicapped parking spaces are needed and should be monitored to insure vehicles that park there have a handicapped ♿️. Also would be nice to have 4 pillows for 2 people and a couple of bottles of water in the room. The entrance to the room and the bathroom require a step and if you are disabled it could cause a trip and fall in the night when it is dark.

The room had a smell but it eventually went away. There was also food in the hallway
