Cape Diamond Boutique Hotel

The fact that the hotel ia central and the staff is friendly.

The tables in the room were dusty There was a manager i think that saw me coming from the pool with no shoes on i dont like the way he told me to put on my shoes. I understand the rules but the tone he said it made me uncomfortable.

Very convenient and affordable Staff exceptional

All was ok except the TV issue

It was my second visit in 2 weeks but still was unable to watch TV.. I ended up giving up . The Tv issue of "whoops something might have went wrong" message appearing on the screen have made my stay resentful. I missed all the betway premiership games the whole weekend. Never coming back again to the hotel. One remote had only one battery, had to take it to the receptionist. It felt as if I was there as a caretaker rather than a guest.

It was ok, The stay was average

Breakfast very limited and then a rude encounter with a security officer at the parking area of which to date i have not received any response from the General Manager. I don't think i will come back. Too noisy at night.

I didn't like anything the place is full of cockroches and I hardly slept toilet have alota cockroches in It was very discomfort and the fact that there was no towels in the room and network was very weak Lastly I couldn't use their Netflix cause to many people log on to their account

The filthy cockroches and my sleepless night due to those Cockroches I came for peace but left traumatized by the way these stuff was all over

Overall good service hotel well situated. Restaurants near

Towels not replaced

The space

Hospitality, cleanliness, rooms and location

Struggle with the TV. Kept saying oops something went wrong. Its only thing I didn't like honestly.

Excellent reception

The room was spacious and comfortable.

The location is a bit congested for e-hailing drivers.

I liked everything it was perfect for me and my husband

There was nothing

Hospitality and the excellent service rendered to us.

The bar service was not delivered to our expectations. They forgot our our order.

Everything was proper. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the showers were great hot water always available. High speed wifi with netflix. The cherry on top was definitely the pool right next to the bar- perfect spot to relax.❤️🤌🏾

Nothing. Had a great stay.

I was satisfied with my stay. The city is just a bit loud at night.

Nothing really

Exceptional facilities

NA

I think you need to improve by installing microwave to each and every room ,it makes had especially when you get to the room at night you need warm up the food but the is no microwave.

Very nice and clean very spacious, every welcoming stuff and very helpful aswell.

Please install microwaves to each n every room it get really had to eat cold food when you get to the room.

On our arrival, some of the rooms prepared for us were in the block where there were new paintings and we could inhale the paint. However, the staff attended that issue immediately and were shifted to other comfortable rooms.

Great option right in the centre of town. Everything was fine with the stay. Great breakfast.

Did not have any breakfast had leave earlier, the location is great and safe

Everything was perfect

The flexibility of the management, my flight got cancelled and the trip only happened a week later, nevertheless, they kept my reservation, even though my reservation didn't allow free cancellation.

The room service knocked the room door for servicing the room while we were still inside

The stay. No distractions

Paying so much money for parking

Everything was just amazing. From the moment I walked into the reception, the atmosphere was just awesome. Special shout to the guy(receptionist who assisted me with everything) very welcoming.💯

Everything was nice Do enjoy my stay

Everything was good Can't say I didn't like anything

Yes

Room 903 isnt good

Location and close to waterfront and restaurants.

Standard of service need to improve, we had to call to get tea and coffee sachets and no milk provided. We changed the rooms due to given room that was not in the picture, sent to us.

Friendly staff and location

Nothing

Stuff and location

The bed was hard to sleep on but it was just one night no harm on much that one

It was beautiful and clean

A little bit of smell on 7th floor, maybe a little bit of more ventilation

The stuff

Staff was generally friendly except the receptionist I found when I checked in, she was inpatient hence allocating me a standard room with twin beds.

I was taken to a standard room with twin beds despite me insisting I paid for a different room with double bed. This was however rectified.

Nothing

Everything

I liked the place, it's good value and in an ok location but there needs to be more soundproofing on some rooms - could here my neighbouring room often.

Pequeno almoço saudável e muito bem confeccionado.

Ter uma academia

Hi Peter here I like everything about the Hotel like in everything 1,000%

The staff is amazing and it’s close to all major attractions.

The hotel did not have a gym and the cleaning of the room could be better.

Did not try breakfast

The property was close to stores

The room walls are so thin that you can hear the sound next door

Nothing, everything was a top notch!💯

Everything was good extremely good

Nothing

Room had coffee and tea but no kettle to boil water like how does that make sense.

I did not take breakfast at the Hotel. I was fasting. The location is good with a stage and restaurants nearby

Wifi connection and the hotel space was very good.,

Breakfast was spacious as well as location

Bigger rooms

The staff were awesome...

The room was cold and draughty, bathroom had a few roaches, elevator has a fowl smell. The tap water was brown. I wouldn't stay here again, esp when I consider other better places are cheaper.

The lack of parking

Breakfast was great but could have had more variety. Staff was supper friendly and helpful.

Bar, it is located in a place where it kind of unsafe to reach.

I like everything about the room

One night, but it was interesting

Everything. The room was as shown in the pictures. Friendly staff and everything was clean

I recently stayed at Cape Diamond Hotel and had such a pleasant experience. The hospitality really stood out — every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The room was neat, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a stress-free stay. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, which I really appreciated. It felt like a home away from home. What I loved most was the central location, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and transport without any hassle. Overall, a great stay with excellent service. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again!

I had a nice time. Great city views and breakfast is awesome

I had a wonderful stay at Cape Diamond Boutique Hotel. One of the absolute highlights was the breathtaking city views. Whether you’re in your room or up on the rooftop, you’re treated to stunning sights of Cape Town’s skyline, with iconic views stretching across the City Bowl and towards Table Mountain. The rooftop area in particular is something special – it’s the perfect place to unwind, take photos, or just soak in the beauty of the city, especially at sunset. The views truly give you that “Cape Town experience” and make the stay feel memorable. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines comfort with amazing city scenery, this is definitely a great choice.

I recently stayed at the Cape Diamond Hotel and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is well located, making it easy to get around Cape Town, and the rooms were neat and comfortable with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the service overall was great. A special mention to Bronson, who was absolutely amazing — he was attentive, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly. His excellent customer service really stood out. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

I had a great breakfast experience at Happy Rhino Hotel. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and offered a good variety to suit different tastes. I especially appreciated how everything was neatly presented and replenished regularly. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a perfect start to the day. Staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured guests were comfortable throughout the meal. Overall, it’s a solid breakfast offering—good quality, good service, and a pleasant environment. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel.
