A localização é no centro e bem movimentado aos arredores, da uma sensação de insegurança apesar de não ser.

The room was clean.

Although there was a parking option, this wasn't included in the price. And the most disappointing thing was that although it clearly states that quiet times are from 9pm, there were parties going on throughout the night with people shouting in the corridors in the evening and morning.

Was clean and friendly.

No toilet paper had to request and had tow beds combined into one..

The place was nice and clean,The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

Kitchen did not have most things we needed to make something to such as pots,frying pan knifes.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, das uns im Rahmen unserer Hochzeitsreise sogar mit Blumen und Sekt begrüßt hat. Saubere und große Zimmer mit Küchenzeile (mit Herd & Backofen). Stellplatz auf Nachfrage im bewachten Parkhaus vorhanden. Super Lage, um den historischen Kern der Stadt fußläufig zu erkunden. Waterfront und Tafelberg mit dem Auto in Kürze zu erreichen.

Küchenausstattung war leider nicht vollständig: eine Pfanne oder ein Topf wäre hilfreich.

EVERYTHING!!!! I am not even exaggerating! The host was soooooo nice , we asked for a late check out too , they were fine and we paid R0.00 for that ! Oh mahn! Bless her/his heart!

The room was clean, and very comfortable, everything about the room was good

The fact that we are not allowed to bring our own food and drinks felt like prisoners and about breakfast, on the add breakfast was included but when we got there they told us the opposite, parking is also a problem we had to go and park somewhere else

Staff were so friendly and helpful Had an apartment it was massive

Bar closed very early

Pour le budget que nous avons consacré pour le logement à Cape Town, nous ne sommes vraiment pas déçus !! le personnel à l'écoute, attentif !! les prestations proposées (petit déj, repas, bar) etaient vraiment corrects !! nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine, en Mai il fait trop froid

peut être le manque d'ouverture vers l'extérieur, une seule fenêtre pour un logement comprenant petit séjour, 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain ?

Lorsque j ai reservé, il y avait 2 options: Studio ou appartement avec une chambre, j’ai donc payé plus cher pour avoir l’appartement. Lorsque je suis arrivée on m’a dit qu’il n’y avait que des studios. Je leur ai donc demandé pourquoi il y avait l’option, personne n’a su me repondre. Je devais recevoir une reponse du boss, mais rien du tout.

- Nicely furnished room with balcony, cleaness, everyday they cleaned the room. - Very kind staff all the days, just everyone was kind. - Location in the city center, lots of security around that is happy to walk you to the nearby places. - Possibility to have breakfast at the hotel, nice bar in the ground floor. - great communication when maling a booking and all along our stay

Location opposite of parliament building, not very inspiring and walking towards the ocean will force you to cross some dodgy streets. Furniture a bit worn.

I had stayed in the place before ,loved it cause it is central. However,the television had only the Netflix channel, no news, no sport. I went for Two Oceans Marathon. Even on Netflix it will show you that too many people are connected ,unable to connect.Could not follow the news. The WIFI is slow. Called reception, unable to assist. Lifts were not working on my arrival day till the race day.

The room was amazing! and the food was really good and affordable. The happy hour was definitely my highlight. The staff was friendly and willing to help. The lady even assisted me to book an Uber to the airport

I pretty much liked everything about the place. Just the price that was a little bit steep but otherwise definitely a place I can recommend to fellow travelers that will be visiting Cape Town. Wi-Fi could have been better.

This was a very pleasant surprise! I appreciate the value for money, the flexibility and willingness to accomodate my need for early check-in, cleanliness of the rooms, friendliness and courteousness of all the staff we encountered from the front desk down to the servers. My friend and I especially appreciated the fact that there's an airport shuttle. The driver, Clint is an incredible person and definitely an asset to the Urban Oasis CBD. WE WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GUESTS.

Although the location is centrally located downtown which is a bonus, it is understandably noisy and has some dubious characters around. That said, Urban Oasis has a safety guide brochure. Just be wise and have your wits about you!

The first room that I initially booked

I was removed from the room that I had initially booked on the second day of my stay without reporting our toilet has flooded someone was there to fix it how they knew 🤔we don't know. Next thing we were being moved to another room which was smaller I requested them to move the couches from our first room immediately when we move in but it was never moved, when I asked they say the room has been booked already I asked how cause you said it needs o be fixed. Anyway the following day there was no room service to my room I got back to hotel late and the room was dirty I had to request room service twice since no one was attending to it. So I did not have a good experience with them I'm sorry

Very central location. Super friendly staff. We had a spacious suite with sitting area and dining area. There was a washing machine so we could get some laundry done.

Pool area was a bit disappointing - the music was a bit too loud and lively for our taste.

I liked that check in could take place until 00h00. I loved that there was access to Netflix and the bathroom was very spacious and beautiful.

The bedding had lipstick stain on it making it clear that the sheets weren’t changed from the previous stay and this made me question the other things like are the sheets changed and that make me a bit uncomfortable.

I love everything about Urban Oasis. The neat room, the helpfulness of the staff.

Great central location and very friendly staff. The downstairs cafe/restaurant area is also very nice. Nighttime guard is a plus.

Our room was at the top floor, we only had a small rooftop window. Loud music from the bar above during the evening. Our room was situated next to the elevator and that also caused some noise.

I would not recommend this property. There were no visible security measures, and anyone on the street could access the building and walk up to the rooms without restriction. As a solo traveler, this made me feel very unsafe. I cancelled my booking within a few hours of making it and requested a refund. The way this request was handled was extremely unprofessional and rude, which only added to an already negative experience. I would strongly advise others to consider staying elsewhere.

This is a small hotel with large dining area and popular with a lot of people as the food is very good. The staff are well trained and are happy, helpful and very up-beat. They were particularly helpful to my husband and I as he was on crutches. The studio apartment was well equipped with washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and cooker. There is a roof top bar with great views of the mountain and a smallish plunge pool. Street parking is paid for by speaking to the parking warden. Overnight parking is free but you can pay by card or cash and it is paid from 8am to 5 pm. Street is patrolled by police so is very safe.

Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse, die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Angestellten, alles war sehr sauber. Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Es war alles okay.

Das Hotel liegt gut in der Stadt und es gibt unweit ein sehr gutes bewachtes Parkhaus. Apotheke/Drogerie und Restaurants sind fußläufig in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Rooftop Bar mit Pool sind ebenfalls angenehm. Außerdem war das Zimmer mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Hier empfiehlt es sich eine Wäscheleine mitzubringen.

Es wäre super, wenn man im Vorfeld eine Nachricht bekommt, dass man für das Parkhaus eine eigene Karte benötigt, die vom Hotel ausgegeben werden muss. Damit spart man sich auf alle Fälle einen Weg rückwärts aus dem Parkhaus :) Alles halb so schlimm, nur die Info vorab wäre hilfreich. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln :)

With we'd been slightly closer to the V&A Waterfront. That however is our fault, not the fault of the hotel !! We used Bolt cabs all the time. Very cheap & reliable.

The location is perfect and central. The restaurant and bar in the hotel is convenient and you do not want to eat out. Staff in general were very welcoming and ready to assist.
