Hampton Inn & Suites Cape Canaveral Cruise Port, Fl

I loved the astronaut statue in the lobby. The hotel was easy to find. The shuttle service to the cruise port was wonderful. There was a good variety of food at breakfast. I will stay at this location when I return to Orlando.

I would have liked an option for transport from the airport to the hotel. That's the only thing that would've made the stay better.

Buena ubicación cerca de la nasa

Poca amabilidad del personal de recepción

Great friendly staff! Pool was perfect size and nice to relax in! Rooms are super nice n Clean! It's perfect location for a cruise! My wife and I loved it here.

Nothing really to complain about with this place!

The staff was very, very kind to us and very nice.

Did not eat breakfast

The bathroom floor had not been cleaned because there was long hair all over the floor!

Pool was great. Lots of places to hang out inside and outside. Easy Uber to cruise port.

Limited food available. A few places in walking distance.

Location, Modern clean motel. Food available on site.

Beautiful place - staff was amazing !!!

Convenience

My room was extremely hot for $277. I feel like I should’ve been in Antarctica.

The room was beautiful and spacious

The sheets was a little dirty

Great location for cruise goers

A little on the pricey side

Convenient location to the cruise terminals.

Nothing else nearby within walking distance

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il porto, con possibilità di prenotare il transfer direttamente in hotel. Letti comodissimi!

Le logement était très grand et propre.

Plus de bouteille d eau dans la boutique

Staff was friendly, air conditioning worked great, location was convenient.

The toilet paper holder in my room was hanging on by a thread, there was long black hair in my shower and on the floor of my bathroom. The breakfast, which in the has been excellent at other Hampton Inns, and was one of the reasons I booked there, was lacking variety, and choices, and quality.

My husband &I stayed at the Home 2 Suites by Hilton at Cape Canaveral Cruise Port. From the time we entered the front doors you felt welcomed. Staff are very professional friendly and welcoming. Breakfast in the morning was hot, fresh and selection with a variety of morning goodness. I would like to make a shout out to Pamala and Carlos for preparing, presenting and cleaning the breakfast section so immaculately. Thank you 🙏🏽 for all your hard work and making us feel like we’re at home .

Stayed here because of location convenience, but were treated very poorly by the front desk staff. The manager in particular was extremely rude. Will not stay here again even though we have reasons to be there fairly regularly. There are plenty of other places to stay.

It is very clean and the bed is really soft and comfortable

Robert and Felix had Excellent customer service. The food was good and the drinks was even better. Look forward to our next family adventure so we can eat and drink up

We are staying at the Hampton Inn & Suite Cape Canaveral cruise port Cape Canaveral, Florida. We dined at the pool and had an amazing experience thanks to Felix and staff. The food arrived hot and taste the atmosphere was warm And inviting the rooms are spacious and accommodating. Thank you for a great experience.

Everything

Nothing

The room was huge and comfortable.

The continental breakfast was horrible and they didn't have anywhere to refill reusable water bottles with water.

Dicht bij de cruisehaven

Geen sfeer in het hotel en personeel was niet professioneel

GREAT

Breakfast area incredible and fully stocked. The staff was kind and caring. They were willing to get anything we needed in regards to food.

Atmosphere, the staff, the location is great for cruisers.

Bathroom couldve been cleaned better.

Everything, clean, great location, awesome view, good food, nice staff

Having to pay to park. I believe that should have been included

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Chris was very helpful and extremely friendly.

The bed was uncomfortable.

Love it. Stay every time we go on a cruise.

Nice amenities, nice pool and atmosphere. My family and I enjoyed eating dinner and relaxing by the pool outside after the long drive to Port Canaveral. Staff was really friendly. Rooms were nice. No complaints!

No complaints about the hotel really.

One of the best hotels we stayed in

N/A

It was clean

Pool wasn’t to big

Very close to Port Canaveral and cruise options

Tidy of trash but room could use a deep clean around the bathtub, toilet, dusting

Location

Outdated, Overcharging guests, poor layout, over worked staff.

Nothing

Breakfast was great. Nice variety of food. Pool area was great and the bar service and food was excellent.

Nothing The stay and property was great.

Nice, and very clean

Elevators took time

Close to port Canaveral to board cruise ship

Shower not clean, tables and countertops dirty. Parking was limited due to 2 hotels merging into one space using 1 parking lot.

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel for cruise departures. We really enjoy the pool & bar area. Renee and the team do a great job ensuring everyone gets a great vacation vibe especially when in cruise mode. She always provides great recommendations for off site options and all have been wonderful. Front desk this time was a little different as we ended up with 2 different reservations and after several attempts to ensure no disruption- we still had issue. We were leaving the property after already telling housekeeping we had 2nd night. Had to come back and talk to front desk and go through it all again. This could have been prevented. She was pleasant enough so it was fine. Ease of location to port is the best!! Bar service always with a smile and table service delivered for food. Definitely be back!

What a hole Showed up at 6:30 and was told room wasn’t ready and “maverick” at the front desk couldn’t tell me when it would be available. Frickin really???? I paid to stay at a hotel where I can check in at 4:00 but wasn’t able to check in until almost 8:00. For our room, the a/c didn’t work. We’re now past 9:00pm, just drove 10 hours, tired, now cranky and what a garbage start to a vacation. Save your vacation and don’t stay here. We stayed here and paid a lot more than other options for apparently no reason because I’ve stayed much cheaper places and they’ve been a lot better.

I like that breakfast is available and the location is super convenient to cruise ports.

The rooms weren’t very clean. Some of the towels were dirty and there was hair in the bathroom that didn’t belong to any member of my family.

Location

Staff was exceptional

Ottima sistemazione e pulizia

La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata ma non è male

Close to the cruise terminals, they offer shuttle and pay to park with cruise / flight

Continental Breakfast was sub par

This was one of the most beautiful Hotels I have ever stayed at. Just amazing service. Beautiful, clean rooms. Staff was exceptional and helpful. Attended to every need we had. Food and breakfast hot and fresh. I am very impressed with Hampton inn at this location.

Nothing could have been better. It was excellent. Well above my expectations.

Room 635 faces the pool. There is no view of the Port or ships from this location. The hotel was fine. It was average. Breakfast was a lower selection than a standalone Hampton or Home2suites. We stay at both often and the selection here was significantly less. They did have all the staples though waffles, eggs, sausage patties. The staff did a great job restocking. One mile from the cruise terminal.

Everything was great.

Charging to park for one night.

The stay was overpriced for one night and what they offered. The breakfast had limited options. More options would have been nice.

The problem with our reservation was corrected quickly.

All of the staff were extremely helpful and exceptionally friendly. Very attentive to all my questions and concerns and needs. Very accommodating and friendly.

There is not one single thing that I can say that could be negative about my experience. The only suggestion I have would the sign-up time for the shuttle service to the cruise port. Maybe they should consider those late flights that people arrive after shuttle sign up ends to the cruise port. However. I have no complaints because my uber was cheaper than the shuttle service fee.

Nice lobby area , plenty of seating , nice swimming pool, comfortable large room.

There was nothing i did not like

He room was spacious

The air coditiner did not work. It was hot tat w cold not sleep. The water in the shower was brown. And at check in was very slow and when we finally made it to the counter the guy mubbled and spoke everything so fast we couldn't understand him.

We were staying just one night to get on a cruise, and the location was very close and convenient.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property.

loved the pool area, can order food, has a little bar, some of it's covered, which worked out well since it rained. Breakfast was short of things. we went around 8:45 and things were gone. I had to have cereal.

When arriving such easy process. Room was clean beds were comfy literally a skip and hop to the cruise port.

Everyone was great.

Very clean property. The staff was very nice. The rooms are very amazing and overall it was a great experience.

There isn't anything I can say that I didn't like about it.

Clean

Saturday bar service

The location.

The breakfast.

Good location good food nice room

I booked on line convenience

I was charged 3 times for the stay and it was already paid for!!

We live in Boynton Beach and have a Hampton Inn & Suites right down the road from us, so naturally when we needed to be in the Cape Canaveral area to go on a Disney cruise, there was no other hotel I'd choose but Hampton Inn & Suites. Excellent accommodations. Thank you.

Nothing br=ettter!!!!!
